In addition, in the group calling process, the TCF of the cluster core network of the home location of the wireless dispatching station receives a registration message sent by the TCF of the target cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, and if the registration type in the message is mobility trigger registration, the TCF of the target cluster core network sends a group calling establishment request message to establish a group calling session; wherein, the triggering condition of the registration message is as follows: a TCF of a target cluster core network of a wireless dispatching station receives a retransmission relocation request message sent by eGME/TCF of a source cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, and the message indicates that the terminal type is the wireless dispatching station; and the number of the first and second electrodes,
the eMMC/TCF of the target cluster core network sends a switching request message to a target eNB according to a target identifier carried by the forwarding relocation request message, and the target eNB sends a switching notice to the TCF/eMMC of the target cluster core network after receiving a radio resource control connection reconfiguration completion message from a radio dispatching station;
the TCF of the target cluster core network sends a group calling establishment request message to a wireless dispatching desk to establish a group calling session;
the TCF of the target cluster core network sends a wireless dispatching station switching result notification message to the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station;
after receiving a switching result notification message which indicates successful switching and is sent by a TCF of a target cluster core network, the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station switches a path to the TCF of the target cluster core network and then to the wireless dispatching station, and sends a group calling release message to the TCF of a source cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station;
and the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends a wireless dispatching station logout message to the TCF of the source cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a location registration method for a roaming wireless dispatching station according to an embodiment of the present application, which includes the following steps:
step 101: the wireless dispatching station roams to a visited place cluster core network and starts up, after receiving a registration request message which indicates that the terminal type is the wireless dispatching station and is sent by the wireless dispatching station, a TCF (Trunking Control Function) of the visited place cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station represents that the wireless dispatching station sends an SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) Register message to the TCF of the home place cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, wherein the Register message carries the position information of the visited place cluster core network, the carried terminal type indication is the wireless dispatching station, and the carried registration type indication is initial registration.
Step 102: the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP Register message, sends a SIP 401 unauthenticated message to the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, requires authentication, carries a WWW-authentication header field, and initiates an authentication challenge in a standard SIP abstract form.
Step 103: after receiving the registration request message sent again by the wireless dispatching station, the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends an SIP Register message to the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station again to apply for service registration, wherein the message carries an Authorization header field.
Step 104: and the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station judges that the wireless dispatching station passes the authentication and returns the SIP200OK message to the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station.
Step 105: and the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station judges that the wireless dispatching station initially registers according to the terminal type and the registration type carried by the received SIP Register Message, and then sends an SIP Message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network of the group to which the wireless dispatching station belongs to for position registration, wherein the SIP Message carries the address of the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station and optionally carries the group number of the group to which the wireless dispatching station belongs under the group home cluster core network.
Step 106: and the TCF of the group home trunking core network receives the SIP Message and returns a SIP200OK Message to the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching desk.
As can be seen from the flow shown in fig. 1, when the wireless dispatching station is started up under the visited-place cluster core network, the TCF of the visited-place cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station registers to the home-place cluster core network on behalf of the wireless dispatching station, and if the home-place cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station determines that the wireless dispatching station is the wireless dispatching station, the TCF performs location registration to the group home core network of the group to which the wireless dispatching station belongs, and notifies the group home cluster core network of the location information of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, so as to determine a group calling area when establishing a group calling.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a group call setup method when members in a group include a roaming wireless dispatcher and the roaming wireless dispatcher serves as a group call listener (i.e., a group call called), according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes the following specific steps:
steps 201a to 204 a: the TCF of the cluster core network of group affiliation receives the group call and sets up the solicited message, send SIP Invite message to TCF of the cluster core network of visiting place where the wireless terminal is located at present, Invite message carry group number, calling number, call label, call type, call priority of the present group call, wherein, the call type indicates to group call, the media direction in SDP message body is send only, etc., in order to set up the downstream conversation of group call; the TCF of the visited place cluster core network where the wireless terminal is currently located receives the SIP Invite message and returns a SIP100Trying message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network; the TCF of the visited place cluster core network where the wireless terminal is currently located decides to respond to the call, and returns an SIP200OK message to the TCF of the cluster core network to which the group belongs; and the TCF of the group home trunking core network receives the SIP200OK message and returns a SIP ACK confirmation message to the TCF of the visited trunking core network of the wireless terminal.
The SIP100Trying message is a provisional response message and the SIP200ok message is a final response message.
To this end, through steps 201a to 204a, a group call downlink session from the group home trunking core network to the visited trunking core network of the wireless terminal is established.
Steps 201b to 204 b: the TCF of the group home trunking core network sends SIP Invite message to the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching desk, the Invite message carries information such as group number, calling identification, calling type, calling priority and the like of the current group calling, and the media direction in the SDP message body is sendonly to establish the downlink session of the group calling; the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP Invite message and returns a SIP100Trying message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network; the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching desk returns SIP200OK information to the TCF of the group home cluster core network; and the TCF of the group home trunking core network receives the SIP200OK message and returns the SIP200OK message to the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching desk.
To this end, through steps 201b to 204b, a group call downlink session from the group home trunking core network to the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station is established.
Steps 201a to 204a are performed in parallel with steps 201b to 204 b.
Step 205 b: if the TCF judgment group member of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station comprises the wireless dispatching station, sending an SIP Invite message to the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, wherein the message carries the group number, the calling number and the calling type of the current group call: the method comprises the steps of group calling, calling identification, calling priority, wireless dispatching station numbers and the like so as to inform TCFs of visited area cluster core networks of the wireless dispatching stations to establish the group calling.
Step 206 b: and the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP Invite message and returns a SIP100Trying message to the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station.
Step 207 b: and the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station judges that the message is only used for establishing a session with the wireless dispatching station according to the number of the wireless dispatching station in the SIP Invite message, and is not used as a wireless terminal under the cluster core network to establish group calling downlink resources, and forwards the SIP Invite message to the wireless dispatching station.
Step 208 b: and the wireless dispatcher station receives the SIP Invite message and returns a SIP100Trying message to the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatcher station.
Steps 209b to 210 b: and the wireless dispatching desk sends the SIP200OK message to the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching desk through the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching desk.
Steps 211b to 212 b: the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP200OK message and returns a SIP ACK message to the wireless dispatching station through the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station to confirm the call establishment.
To this end, through steps 205b to 212b, a group call session from the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station to the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station to the wireless dispatching station is established.
Steps 213a to 214 a: the TCF of the cluster core network of the group home sends SIP Info information to the TCF of the visited cluster core network where the wireless terminal is currently located, and the information carries a talk right notification identifier and a talk right type: occupation and speaking right party identification; and the visited place cluster core network where the wireless terminal is currently located returns the SIP200OK message to the group home cluster core network.
Thereafter, the wireless terminal is informed of the talk right by the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless terminal.
The speaking right notification information is used for indicating the speaking right occupation condition in the current group, and when the speaking right is occupied, indicating who is the speaking right party, namely who is the speaker.
Steps 213b to 214 b: the TCF of the group home trunking core network sends SIP Info message to the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station, and the message carries a speaking right notification identifier and a speaking right type: occupation and speaking right party identification; and the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP Info message and returns a SIP200OK message to the TCF of the group home trunking core network.
Steps 215b to 218 b: the TCF decision group member of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station comprises the wireless dispatching station, which sends SIP Info information to the TCF of the visit cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, wherein the information carries speaking right notification information (comprising speaking right notification identification, speaking right type: occupation and speaking right party identification) and the number of the wireless dispatching station, so as to indicate that the information is only used for speaking right notification to the wireless dispatching station, is not used for speaking right notification to the wireless terminal, and is not sent to the wireless terminal through a downlink shared channel; the TCF of the visited place cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP Info message, and only forwards the SIP Info message to the wireless dispatching station according to the number of the wireless dispatching station carried by the message; the wireless dispatching desk receives the SIP Info message and returns a SIP200ok message to the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching desk through the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching desk.
Thus, the notification of the right to speak to the radio scheduling station by the home cluster core network of the radio scheduling station is completed through steps 215b to 218 b.
As can be seen from the flow shown in fig. 2, the group home cluster core network does not distinguish the terminal types of the group members: the wireless terminal is also a wireless dispatching desk, and establishes the group calling downlink conversation according to the position information reported by the group members. Namely, for a wireless terminal, establishing a group call downlink session with a visited cluster core network of the wireless terminal; for the wireless dispatching station, establishing a group calling downlink session between the wireless dispatching station and the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, wherein the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station is used for determining the downlink session according to the type of the terminal: the wireless dispatching station establishes a group calling session with the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, and then establishes a group calling session with the wireless dispatching station. Wherein, the group home cluster core network, according to the location information reported by the wireless dispatching station through the location registration process shown in fig. 1: the address of TCF of the home cluster core network, to the corresponding cluster core network: and the home cluster core network sends a group call downlink establishment request.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a group call setup method when members in a cluster group include a roaming wireless dispatching station and the roaming wireless dispatching station is used as a caller according to an embodiment of the present application, which includes the following specific steps:
step 301-302: the wireless dispatching station sends an SIP Invite message to a TCF of a visited place cluster core network where the wireless dispatching station is located so as to establish a group calling uplink session, and the media direction in an SDP message body is send only; the TCF of the visited cluster core network receives the SIP Invite message and returns a SIP100Trying message to the wireless dispatcher station.
The media type carried by the SIP Invite message sent by the wireless dispatcher is send only, which means that the wireless dispatcher only serves as a media sender.
Step 303-304: the TCF of the visited place cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station forwards the SIP Invite message to the TCF of the home place cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station so as to establish a group calling uplink session; and the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP Invite message and returns a SIP100Trying message to the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station.
Step 305-306: the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends an SIP Invite message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network to establish a path of group call uplink session; and the TCF of the group home trunking core network receives the SIP Invite message and returns a SIP100Trying message to the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station.
Steps 307a to 310 a: the TCF of the cluster core network of the group attribution allocates a call identifier and a call priority, and sends an SIP Invite message to the TCF of the cluster core network of the attribution of the wireless dispatching desk so as to establish a path of group call downlink session; the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP Invite message and returns a SIP100Trying message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network; the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching desk sends SIP200OK message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network; and the TCF of the group home trunking core network returns the SIP ACK message to the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station.
To this end, through steps 307a to 310a, a group call downlink session from the group home trunking core network to the home trunking core network of the radio dispatching station is established.
Steps 307b to 310 b: the TCF of the cluster core network of the group home sends SIP Invite message to the TCF of the visited cluster core network where the wireless terminal is currently located, so as to establish a group call downlink session; the TCF of the visited place cluster core network of the wireless terminal returns the SIP100Trying message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network; the TCF of the visited place cluster core network of the wireless terminal sends SIP200OK information to the TCF of the group home cluster core network; and the TCF of the group home trunking core network returns the SIP ACK message to the TCF of the visited trunking core network of the wireless terminal.
So far, through steps 307b to 310b, a group call downlink session from the group home trunking core network to the visited trunking core network where the wireless terminal is currently located is established.
Step 311-316: after receiving the SIP200OK message indicating that the establishment of any one path of group call downlink session is completed, the TCF of the group home trunking core network sends the SIP200OK message to the wireless dispatching station through the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station and the TCF of the visited trunking core network in sequence; and the wireless dispatching station returns the SIP ACK message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network sequentially through the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station and the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station.
And establishing a group calling uplink session from the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station to the group home cluster core network, and establishing a group calling session from the visit cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station to the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station. The TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station associates the group calling session between the wireless dispatching station- > the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station- > the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station with the group calling uplink session between the group home cluster core network and the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station.
Step 317a to 318 a: the group home cluster core network sends SIP Info information to TCF of home cluster core network of wireless dispatching station, the information carries speaking right notice mark and speaking right type: occupation and speaking right party identification (namely wireless dispatching station identification); and the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP Info message and returns a SIP200OK message to the group home trunking core network.
Since the wireless dispatching station is the speaking right party, the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station does not need to forward the SIP Info message to the wireless dispatching station.
Step 317b to 318 b: the TCF of the cluster core network of the group home sends SIP Info information to the TCF of the visited cluster core network where the wireless terminal is currently located, and the information carries a talk right notification identifier and a talk right type: and occupation and speaking right party identification (namely wireless dispatching station identification) so that the TCF of the visited cluster core network can inform the wireless terminal of speaking right, namely the wireless terminal is informed that the current wireless dispatching station is the speaking right party.
As can be seen from the flow of fig. 3, when the wireless dispatching station roams and is used as a calling party to establish a group call, a group call session is established between the wireless dispatching station- > the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station- > the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, an uplink session is established between the group home cluster core network and the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, the group home cluster core network performs location registration according to the location information reported by the wireless terminal (the location information of the visited cluster core network of the wireless terminal) and the location information reported by the wireless dispatching station (the location information of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station), and establishing a group calling downlink session between the visited cluster core network of the wireless terminal and the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station respectively, and completing the establishment of the group calling uplink session after the TCF of the group home cluster core network receives a message that at least one group calling downlink session is successfully established.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for applying for a talk right in a group call by a roaming wireless dispatching station according to an embodiment of the present application, which includes the following steps:
step 401-402: the wireless dispatching station sends an SIP re-Invite message to a TCF of a visited place cluster core network where the wireless dispatching station is located, and the media direction in an SDP message body is sendrecv (sending and receiving); the TCF of the visited cluster core network receives the SIP re-Invite message and returns a SIP100Trying message to the wireless dispatcher station.
Step 403-404: the TCF of the visited place cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station forwards the SIP re-Invite message to the TCF of the home place cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station; and the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP re-Invite message and returns a SIP100Trying message to the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station.
Step 405-406: the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends an SIP Invite message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network to establish a new path of group call uplink session, and the media direction in the SDP message body is sendrecv; and the TCF of the group home trunking core network receives the SIP Invite message and returns a SIP100Trying message to the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station.
Step 407 to 412: the TCF decision of the group attribution cluster core network grants the speech right of the wireless dispatching station, and the SIP200OK message is sent to the wireless dispatching station sequentially through the TCF of the attribution cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station and the TCF of the visiting area cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, wherein the message carries the speech right authorization identification; and the wireless dispatching desk returns the SIP ACK message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network through the TCF of the visited cluster core network and the TCF of the home cluster core network in sequence.
So far, through steps 401 to 412, the wireless dispatching station successfully applies for the speaking right. The TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station associates the newly-built group calling uplink session between the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station and the group home cluster core network with the group calling session between the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station- > the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station- > the wireless dispatching station.
Steps 413a to 414 a: the TCF of the group home trunking core network sends SIP Info message to the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station, and the message carries speaking right notification information (namely indicating the wireless dispatching station as speaking right party); the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatcher returns a SIP200OK message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network.
Since the wireless dispatching station is the speaking right party, the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station does not need to forward the SIP Info message to the wireless dispatching station.
Steps 413b to 414 b: the TCF of the group home trunking core network sends SIP Info information to the TCF of the visited trunking core network of the wireless terminal, so that the TCF of the visited trunking core network of the wireless terminal can inform the wireless terminal of the talk right, namely, the wireless terminal is informed that the current wireless dispatching station is the talk right party.
As can be seen from the flow shown in fig. 4, when the wireless dispatcher station applies for a right to talk in a group call, a session modification (i.e., re-INVITE message is used) is adopted between the wireless dispatcher station- > the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatcher station- > the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatcher station, and a group call uplink session (i.e., INVITE message is used) is newly established between the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatcher station and the group home cluster core network; after the wireless dispatching station obtains the talk right authorization, the original one-path group calling downlink conversation is maintained between the group attribution cluster core network and the attribution cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, and the TCF of the attribution cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station associates the newly-built group calling uplink conversation between the attribution cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station and the group attribution cluster core network with the group calling conversation between the attribution cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station and the wireless dispatching station, namely, the visitor cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station and the wireless dispatching station.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method for releasing the talk right in a group call by a roaming wireless dispatching station according to an embodiment of the present application, which includes the following steps:
step 501-502: the wireless dispatching station sends an SIP re-Invite message to a TCF of a visited place cluster core network where the wireless dispatching station is located, and the direction of media carried in a message body is recurvon; and the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP re-Invite message and returns a SIP100Trying message to the wireless dispatching station.
Step 503-504: the TCF of the visited place cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station forwards the SIP re-Invite message to the TCF of the home place cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station; and the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP re-Invite message and returns a SIP100Trying message to the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station.
Step 505-510: the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends SIP Bye message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network to release the group calling uplink session; the TCF of the cluster core network of the group home receives the SIP Bye message and sends a SIP200OK message to the TCF of the cluster core network of the home of the wireless dispatching desk to release the current talk right; the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends SIP200OK message to the wireless dispatching station through the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station; and the wireless dispatching station returns a SIP ACK message to the TCF of the home location cluster core network through the TCF of the visited location cluster core network to confirm the release of the talk right.
So far, the talk right of the wireless dispatching station is successfully released. The TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station associates the group calling downlink session between the group home cluster core network and the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station with the group calling session between the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station- > the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station- > the wireless dispatching station.
Steps 511a to 512 a: if no speaking right queuing user exists at present, the TCF of the group attribution trunking core network sends SIP Info message to the TCF of the attribution trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station, and the message carries speaking right type: idling; and the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP Info message and returns a SIP200OK message to the group home trunking core network.
Because the talk right of the wireless dispatching station is released, the talk right type carried by the SIP Info message sent by the TCF of the group home trunking core network is idle, and the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station does not need to forward the SIP Info message to the wireless dispatching station.
Steps 511b to 512 b: the TCF of the cluster core network of the group home sends SIP Info information to the TCF of the visited cluster core network where the wireless terminal is currently located, wherein the information carries the speaking right type: idle for the wireless terminal to be informed of the talk right by the TCF of the visited trunked core network of the wireless terminal.
As can be seen from the flow shown in fig. 5, when the wireless scheduler releases the right to talk in the group call, a session modification (i.e., re-INVITE message is used) is adopted between the wireless scheduler- > the visited cluster core network of the wireless scheduler- > the home cluster core network of the wireless scheduler, a group call downlink session is maintained between the home cluster core network of the wireless scheduler and the group home cluster core network, and a group call uplink session established when the wireless scheduler applies for the right to talk is released.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a handover method in a group call process according to an embodiment of the present application, which includes the following specific steps:
step 601: the wireless dispatcher station sends a measurement report message to a source eNB (Evolved Node B), where the message carries a current measurement result of the wireless dispatcher station.
Step 602: the source eNB receives the message report message, determines that the radio dispatcher station needs to perform S1 handover, and sends a handover requested message to an eMME (enhanced mobile Management Entity) of the source cluster core network of the radio dispatcher station.
Step 603: the eMMC of the source cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the handoff required message, selects a switched target cluster core network, and sends a Forward Relocation Request message to the eMMC of the target cluster core network, wherein the Forward Relocation Request message carries the terminal type: and the wireless dispatching station carries information such as the context of the wireless dispatching station, the identification of a Target eNB, a Target TAI (Target tracking area identification), a transparent container from a source to a Target and the like.
Step 604-605: the eMMC/TCF of the target cluster core network of the wireless dispatching desk receives the forwarded registration Request message, knows that the terminal type is the wireless dispatching desk, determines the cluster core network of the home location according to the number of the wireless dispatching desk, and sends an SIP Register message to the TCF of the cluster core network of the home location of the wireless dispatching desk, wherein the message carries the terminal type, and the carried registration type is the registration triggered by mobility; the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the SIP Register message and returns a SIP200OK message to the TCF of the target cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station.

Step 619: the radio scheduler transmits an RRC Connection Reconfiguration Complete message to the target eNB.

Step 623-626: the TCF of the target cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends SIP Invite message to the wireless dispatching station to establish group calling session; the wireless dispatching desk returns SIP100Trying information to TCF of the target cluster core network; the wireless dispatching desk sends SIP200OK information to TCF of the target cluster core network; the TCF of the target cluster core network returns a SIP ACK message to the wireless dispatcher station.
And establishing a group calling session between the target cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station and the wireless dispatching station.
Step 627-628: the TCF of the target cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends an SIP Message to the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station to inform the wireless dispatching station of the switching result; the TCF of the home clustered core network of the wireless dispatcher returns a SIP200OK message to the TCF of the target clustered core network.
Step 629 to 632: if the switching is successful, the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station switches the path to the target cluster core network- > wireless dispatching station, and sends an SIP Bye message to the TCF of the source cluster core network to remove the group calling session between the TCF and the source cluster core network; the TCF of the source cluster core network returns an SIP200OK message to the TCF of the home cluster core network; the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends SIP Options (logout) information to the TCF of the source cluster core network to inform the TCF of the source cluster core network to logout the wireless dispatching station, the information indicates logout triggered by mobility, and logout information does not need to be sent to the wireless dispatching station; the TCF of the source cluster core network returns a SIP200OK message to the TCF of the home cluster core network.
At this point, the group call session established for the wireless dispatching station between the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station and the source cluster core network is removed, and the wireless dispatching station is logged off on the source cluster core network.
Step 633-634: after a wireless dispatcher station completes a TAU (Tracking Area Update) process, an eMM/TCF of a source cluster core network sends a UE Context Release Command message to a source eNB; and the source eNB releases resources related to the wireless dispatching station and returns a UE Context Release Complete message to the eNME/TCF of the source cluster core network.
As can be seen from the flow shown in fig. 6, the radio dispatcher station maintains a connected state during the group call, if the radio dispatcher station moves to another visited cluster core network during the call, the handover of the radio link is completed through the public network handover flow, the target cluster core network of the radio dispatcher station performs cluster registration (registration type is mobility-triggered registration) to its home cluster core network on behalf of the radio dispatcher station during the handover, but does not need to perform location registration, the home cluster core network is responsible for the reconstruction of the group call, a group call session between the target cluster core network and the radio dispatcher station is established, the target cluster core network notifies the radio dispatcher station home cluster core network of the handover result, after the handover is successful, the TCF of the home cluster core network of the radio dispatcher station switches the path to the target cluster core network-radio dispatcher station, the home cluster core network releases the group call session established for the radio dispatcher station with the source cluster core network, and the source cluster core network logs off the wireless dispatching station and releases the corresponding UE context.
It should be noted that, for the wireless terminal, if the wireless terminal moves to a new visited place cluster core network (target visited place cluster core network) in the connection state, the target visited place cluster core network of the wireless terminal registers to its home place cluster core network proxy cluster in the switching process, the home place cluster core network needs to register the position to the group home cluster core network, notifies the position information of the target visited place cluster core network, and the group home cluster core network is responsible for the extension of the group call; in addition, the home trunking core network of the wireless terminal also needs to send a group information update to the target trunking core network, and notify the target trunking core network of the group information to which the user belongs, so as to determine a group calling area when a group call is subsequently initiated.
It can be seen that, in the present application, the wireless dispatcher is defined as a terminal type individually, and when the wireless dispatcher initiates initial registration in the visited cluster core network, the home cluster core network determines that the wireless dispatcher is a wireless dispatcher according to the reported terminal type, and registers the location of the home cluster core network (address of TCF of the home cluster core network) with the group home cluster core network. In the process of group calling establishment, a group home cluster core network does not distinguish the terminal types (wireless terminals or wireless dispatching stations) of group members, a group calling downlink session is established according to the position information registered when the group members initially register, and the group calling session from the wireless dispatching station visiting cluster core network to the wireless dispatching station is established by the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station. When the wireless dispatching station is used as a group calling party, a group calling called party and a speaking right user, the association relation between the group calling uplink/downlink session and the D interface session between the corresponding cluster core networks is respectively established, the cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station attribution is responsible for the reconstruction of the group calling in the switching process, and after the switching is successful, the TCF of the cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station attribution switches the path to the target cluster core network-the wireless dispatching station.

Claims (10)

1. A method for handling roaming of a wireless dispatching station is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
a cluster control function entity (TCF) of a home cluster core network of a wireless dispatching station receives a registration message sent by the TCF of a visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, the registration message carries the position information of the visited cluster core network, the carried terminal type is indicated as the wireless dispatching station, and the carried registration type is indicated as initial registration, the initial registration of the wireless dispatching station is judged, after the registration is successful, a position registration message is sent to the TCF of the group home cluster core network of the group to which the wireless dispatching station belongs, the position registration message carries the address of the TCF of the home cluster core network,
wherein the registration message is: the TCF of the visited cluster core network receives a registration request of a wireless dispatching station, and if the terminal type reported in the registration request is the wireless dispatching station, the TCF represents the registration message sent by the wireless dispatching station to the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station;
in the process of group calling establishment, a group home cluster core network does not distinguish the terminal types of group members, establishes a group calling downlink session according to the position information registered when the group members initially register, and is responsible for establishing the group calling session from a wireless dispatching station to a wireless dispatching station through a wireless dispatching station visiting cluster core network; when the wireless dispatching station is used as a group calling party, a group calling called party or a speaking right user, the incidence relation between the group calling uplink or downlink conversation and the D interface conversation between the corresponding cluster core networks is respectively established, the cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station attribution is responsible for the reconstruction of the group calling in the switching process, and the TCF of the cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station attribution switches the path to the target cluster core network-wireless dispatching station after the switching is successful.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the group home cluster core network establishes a group call downlink session according to the location information registered when the group members initially register, and the method comprises:
the TCF of the cluster core network of the group attribution receives the group calling establishment request message, and sends the group calling establishment request message to the TCF of the cluster core network of the attribution of the wireless dispatching station according to the address of the TCF of the cluster core network of the attribution of the wireless dispatching station carried by the position registration message, so as to establish the group calling downlink session from the cluster core network of the group attribution to the wireless dispatching station to the cluster core network of the attribution of the wireless dispatching station;
the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station is responsible for establishing a group calling session from the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station to the wireless dispatching station, and the group calling session comprises the following steps:
the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives a group calling establishment request message sent by the TCF of the group home cluster core network, judges that a group member comprises the wireless dispatching station according to a group number carried by the message, and sends the group calling establishment request message carrying the number of the wireless dispatching station to the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station so as to establish a group calling session from the home cluster core network to the visited cluster core network; and the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends a group calling establishment request message to the wireless dispatching station according to the number of the wireless dispatching station in the received group calling establishment request message so as to establish a group calling session from the visited cluster core network to the wireless dispatching station.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the transmitting the group call setup request message to the radio dispatcher station by the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the radio dispatcher station further comprises:
after a group calling downlink session from a group home trunking core network to a home trunking core network of a wireless dispatching station is established, a TCF of the group home trunking core network sends a speaking right notification message to the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station;
the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the speaking right notification message, judges that the group members comprise the wireless dispatching station, and sends the speaking right notification message carrying the number of the wireless dispatching station to the TCF of the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station; and the TCF of the visited place cluster core network sends a talk right notification message to the wireless dispatching station according to the number of the wireless dispatching station in the received talk right notification message.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the establishing an association relationship between a group call uplink session and a D-interface session between corresponding trunking core networks when the radio dispatcher station is used as a group call caller comprises:
the wireless dispatching desk sends a group calling establishment request message to the TCF of the visited cluster core network so as to establish a group calling session;
the TCF of the visited cluster core network forwards the group call establishment request message to the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching desk so as to establish a group call session;
the TCF of the home cluster core network sends a group call establishment request message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network so as to establish a group call uplink session;
the TCF of the cluster core network of the group attribution receives the group call establishment request message, and sends the group call establishment request message to the TCF of the cluster core network of the attribution of the wireless dispatching desk so as to establish a group call downlink session;
and the TCF of the home cluster core network associates the wireless dispatching station, the group calling session between the visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station and the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station and the group calling uplink session between the group home cluster core network and the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the sending the group call setup request message from the TCF of the group home trunked core network to the TCF of the home trunked core network of the wireless dispatch station further comprises:
after the group calling downlink session from the group attribution cluster core network to the attribution cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station is established, the group calling uplink session from the group attribution cluster core network to the attribution cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station is established; and then, the group home cluster core network sends a speaking right notification message indicating that the wireless dispatching station is a speaking right party to the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the establishing an association relationship between the group call uplink session and the D-interface session between the corresponding trunking core networks when the wireless dispatch station is used as a talk right user comprises:
after a group calling session from a home cluster core network of a wireless dispatching station to a visited cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station to the wireless dispatching station is established, the wireless dispatching station sends a speaking right application message to a TCF (communication control function) of the visited cluster core network where the wireless dispatching station is located to apply for speaking right in a mode of modifying the group calling session;
the TCF of the visit area cluster core network forwards the speaking right application message to the TCF of the home area cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station;
the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends a speaking right application message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network so as to establish a new group calling uplink session;
the TCF of the group attribution cluster core network grants the wireless dispatching station the talk right, and sends a talk right authorization message to the wireless dispatching station sequentially through the TCF of the attribution cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station and the TCF of the visiting area cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, the wireless dispatching station returns a talk right authorization confirmation message, when the TCF of the attribution cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the talk right authorization confirmation message, the talk right authorization confirmation message is sent to the group attribution cluster core network, and the group calling uplink session newly established between the TCF and the group attribution cluster core network is associated with the group calling session of the visiting area cluster core network from the wireless dispatching station.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the TCF of the home clustered core network of the radio dispatcher station sending the talk burst granted acknowledge message to the group home clustered core network further comprises:
and the TCF of the group attribution trunking core network receives the speaking right authorization confirmation message and sends a speaking right notification message indicating that the wireless dispatching station is a speaking right party to the TCF of the attribution trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station.
8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the TCF of the group home trunking core network further sends a talk burst notification message indicating that the wireless dispatching station is a talk burst party to the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station, and further comprising:
the wireless dispatching station sends a talk right release message to a TCF of a visited place cluster core network where the wireless dispatching station is located, and the talk right is released in a mode of modifying group calling conversation;
the TCF of the visit area cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station forwards the speaking right release message to the TCF of the home area cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station;
the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends a talk right release message to the TCF of the group home cluster core network so as to release a newly-established group calling uplink session when the wireless dispatching station grants the talk right between the TCF and the TCF;
after the TCF of the group attribution cluster core network sends a talk right release completion message to the TCF of the attribution cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, the TCF of the attribution cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends the talk right release completion message to the wireless dispatching station sequentially through the TCF of the visiting cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, the wireless dispatching station returns a talk right release confirmation message to the TCF of the attribution cluster core network through the TCF of the visiting cluster core network, and after the TCF of the attribution cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station receives the talk right release confirmation message, the group calling downlink session between the wireless dispatching station and the group attribution cluster core network is associated with the group calling session between the wireless dispatching station and the visiting cluster core network.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the sending of the talk burst release complete message from the TCF of the group home clustered core network to the TCF of the home clustered core network of the radio dispatcher station is further followed by:
and the TCF of the group home trunking core network sends a speaking right notification message indicating that the speaking right is idle to the TCF of the home trunking core network of the wireless dispatching station.

The method of claim 1, wherein the radio dispatcher station belongs to the trunking core network to be responsible for the reconfiguration of the group call during the handover, and the TCF of the radio dispatcher station's home trunking core network switches the path to the target trunking core network-radio dispatcher station after the handover is successful, comprising:
in the group calling process, a TCF of a home cluster core network of a wireless dispatching station receives a registration message sent by a TCF of a target cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, and if the registration type in the message is mobility trigger registration, a group calling establishment request message is sent to the TCF of the target cluster core network to establish a group calling session; wherein, the triggering condition of the registration message is as follows: a TCF of a target cluster core network of a wireless dispatching station receives a retransmission relocation request message sent by eGME/TCF of a source cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station, and the message indicates that the terminal type is the wireless dispatching station; and the number of the first and second electrodes,
the eMMC/TCF of the target cluster core network sends a switching request message to a target eNB according to a target identifier carried by the forwarding relocation request message, and the target eNB sends a switching notice to the TCF/eMMC of the target cluster core network after receiving a radio resource control connection reconfiguration completion message from a radio dispatching station;
the TCF of the target cluster core network sends a group calling establishment request message to a wireless dispatching desk to establish a group calling session;
the TCF of the target cluster core network sends a wireless dispatching station switching result notification message to the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station;
after receiving a switching result notification message which indicates successful switching and is sent by a TCF of a target cluster core network, the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station switches a path to the TCF of the target cluster core network and then to the wireless dispatching station, and sends a group calling release message to the TCF of a source cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station;
and the TCF of the home cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station sends a wireless dispatching station logout message to the TCF of the source cluster core network of the wireless dispatching station.
