In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present application with unnecessary detail.
In order to explain the technical solution of the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a message management method provided in an embodiment of the present application is described below, where the message management method in the embodiment of the present application includes:
in step 101, acquiring a monitoring event of a specified application program in a mobile terminal;
in the embodiment of the application, the monitoring event of the specified application program in the mobile terminal can be acquired after the mobile terminal is started. The mobile terminal is a mobile terminal supporting the converged communication function, and when the mobile terminal starts the converged communication function, the mobile terminal is connected to the converged communication server, namely the mobile terminal can receive and send messages through a network channel; and when the mobile terminal closes the converged communication function, the mobile terminal is disconnected from the converged communication server, namely the mobile terminal cannot receive and transmit messages through a network channel. Currently, besides the information application of the mobile terminal itself, an application supporting the converged communication function is also provided by a third party manufacturer, and therefore, the above-mentioned designated application is an application supporting the converged communication function and associated with a public number based on the converged communication channel, and the type of the designated application is not limited herein.
In step 102, when the obtained monitoring event is a public information receiving event, determining a target public number pointed by the public information receiving event and an unread information received by the target public number based on the public information receiving event;
in the embodiment of the present application, since the designated application is actually a social application, a user can not only associate an interested converged communication public number with the designated application, but also perform a conversation operation with a contact group of a single contact or a plurality of contacts through the designated application, so that when a new unread message is received, the message may be a message sent by a single contact or a contact group, or a message sent by a converged communication public number, whereas the embodiment of the present application manages only the message sent by the converged communication public number, so that only when the obtained monitoring event is a public number message receiving event, that is, the obtained message is a message sent by the converged communication public number, the subsequent operation is performed, a target public number to which the public number message receiving event is directed and the unread message received by the target public number based on the public number message receiving event are determined, namely, the public number receiving the unread message at this time is taken as a target public number, and the unread message received at this time by the target public number is obtained.
In step 103, detecting whether a shielding function for the target public number is turned on;
in the embodiment of the application, the designated application program is provided with a switch with a shielding function for each public number, and a user can click a detailed page of each public number entering the designated application program to turn on or turn off the shielding function of any public number.
In step 104, if the shielding function for the target public number is turned on, the unread message received by the target public number based on the public number message receiving event is prohibited from being pushed to the user where the mobile terminal is located.
In this embodiment, if it is detected that the shielding function for the target public address is turned on, it indicates that the current user does not want to receive the message disturbance of the public address, and based on this, the method may prohibit sending, to the user of the mobile terminal, the unread message received by the target public address based on the public address message receiving event, where the prohibition of sending, to the user of the mobile terminal, the unread message received by the target public address based on the public address message receiving event may be embodied as: and stopping outputting the reminding message of the unread message, and hiding the unread message received by the target public number at this time so as to avoid the user from being disturbed by various messages sent by the public number.
Therefore, according to the embodiment of the application, the shielding function for the converged communication public number is provided for avoiding frequent reception of various messages sent by the converged communication public number, and when the shielding function is in an open state, unread messages received by the converged communication public number are hidden, and corresponding push messages are shielded, so that a user can be allowed to shield uninteresting converged communication public numbers, and the situation that the user is frequently disturbed by the push messages of various converged communication public numbers can be reduced.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, the second embodiment of the present application provides another message management method. Referring to fig. 2, another message management method provided in the second embodiment of the present application is described below, where the message management method in the second embodiment of the present application includes:
in step 201, acquiring a monitoring event of a specified application program in a mobile terminal;
in step 202, when the obtained monitoring event is a public information receiving event, determining a target public number to which the public information receiving event points and an unread message received by the target public number based on the public information receiving event;
in step 203, detecting whether a shielding function for the target public number is turned on, if yes, executing step 204, and if not, executing step 205;
in step 204, prohibiting pushing the unread message received by the target public number based on the public number message receiving event to the user of the mobile terminal;
in the embodiment of the present application, the steps 201, 202, 203, and 204 are the same as or similar to the steps 101, 102, 103, and 104, and reference may be specifically made to the related descriptions of the steps 101, 102, 103, and 104, which are not repeated herein.
In step 205, allowing to push the unread message received by the target public number based on the public number message receiving event to the user of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment of the application, if it is detected that the shielding function for the target public account is not turned on, it indicates that the current user allows the mobile terminal to receive the message sent by the target public account, and based on this, it may allow the mobile terminal to output a reminding message of the unread message, where the reminding message is used to remind the user to view the unread message, so as to notify the user that the target public account receives the unread message based on the public account message receiving event; meanwhile, the unread messages are allowed to be displayed based on the checking instruction input by the user, namely, when the user clicks to enter the message page of the target public number, the unread messages received by the target public number at this time are normally displayed, so that the user is prevented from missing interested information.
Optionally, after step 104 or step 204, the message management method further includes:
detecting whether the mobile terminal sends information to the target public number;
and if the mobile terminal sends information to the target public number, displaying the history unread message of the target public number.
In some cases, although a user opens a shielding function of a target public number and does not wish to actively receive a message sent by the target public number, the user still wishes to be able to receive a message sent by the target public number once based on the active operation of the user.
Optionally, the displaying the history unread message of the target public number includes:
acquiring the quantity of the historical unread messages of the target public number;
if the number of the history unread messages of the target public number exceeds a preset first number, screening out target unread messages from the history unread messages;
and displaying the target unread message.
If the number of the history unread messages of the target public number is too large, a user may receive tens or even hundreds of unread messages at a time after sending a message to the target public number, which not only causes the traffic of the mobile terminal to be wasted, but also obviously is not beneficial for the user to search for interesting messages therein, so that, when the number of the history unread messages of the target public number exceeds a preset first number, the history unread messages are screened to obtain the target unread messages, wherein the number of the history unread messages does not exceed the first number, and only the target unread messages are displayed, but not all the history unread messages are displayed. Optionally, the history unread messages may be screened according to the sending time, and more than one unread message received recently is taken as a target unread message with the first number as a limit; or, the history unread messages may be filtered according to the popularity of each unread message in the history unread messages, and more than one unread message with the largest number of comments or praise numbers may be used as the target unread message, with the first number as a limit, which is not limited herein.
Optionally, on the premise that the target public number starts the shielding function, if the mobile terminal sends information to the target public number, the message management method further includes:
starting a timer for timing;
and closing the shielding function aiming at the target public number before the timing time reaches the first time.
After the user sends information to the target public number through the mobile terminal, the user is indicated to be willing to receive the related information of the target public number, therefore, a timer can be started to start timing, the shielding function aiming at the target public number is closed before the timing time reaches the first time, namely within the first time when the mobile terminal sends the information to the target public number, and the mobile terminal can receive the related information sent by the target public number without limitation in the first time. And after the timing time reaches the first time, the shielding function aiming at the target public number is recovered, so that the intelligent shielding of the target public number can be realized.
Optionally, after the start timer counts time, the message management method further includes:
and if the public number message receiving event is acquired based on the target public number before the timing time reaches the first time, refreshing the timer and timing again.
In the first time, if the mobile terminal acquires a new public account message receiving event and the public account pointed by the new public account message receiving event is still the target public account, the timer may be refreshed to count again, that is, the time for closing the shielding function by the target public account is prolonged.
And when the converged communication public number is started with the shielding function, the shielding function of the converged communication public number is temporarily closed based on the operation of actively sending information by the user, and the history unread message of the converged communication public number is displayed for the user, so that the intelligent shielding of the converged communication public number is realized.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
