In this embodiment, the processor 403 in the mobile terminal loads the executable code corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 402 according to the following instructions, and the processor 403 runs the application programs stored in the memory 402, thereby implementing the steps:
when a verification code needs to be acquired for verification operation, a verification code input box on a terminal interface is monitored;
if the information input by the user is not received at the verification code input box, detecting whether target information carrying a verification code is received or not;
and if the target information is not received, generating prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for reminding a user of eliminating the abnormity existing in the verification process.
Referring to fig. 10, the mobile terminal 500 may include a display unit 501, a memory 502, a processor 503, an input unit 504, an output unit 505, and the like.
The display unit 501 may be a device such as a display screen.
The memory 502 may be used to store applications and data. Memory 502 stores applications containing executable code. The application programs may constitute various functional modules. The processor 503 executes various functional applications and data processing by running an application program stored in the memory 502.
The processor 503 is a control center of the mobile terminal, connects various parts of the entire mobile terminal using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the mobile terminal and processes data by running or executing an application program stored in the memory 502 and calling data stored in the memory 502, thereby performing overall monitoring of the mobile terminal.
The input unit 504 may be used to receive input numbers, character information, or user characteristic information (such as a fingerprint), and to generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical, or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control.
The output unit 505 may be used to display information input by or provided to a user and various graphic user interfaces of the mobile terminal, which may be configured by graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. The output unit may include a display panel.

In one embodiment, when the processor 503 executes the step of entering the verification code into the box on the monitoring terminal interface, it may execute: and monitoring a verification code input box on the interface if detecting that the user triggers a target operation for acquiring target information on the terminal interface.
Then, when the processor 503 executes the step of detecting whether the target information carrying the verification code is received if the information input by the user is not received at the verification code input box, it may execute: and in the target time length after the target operation is triggered, if the information input by the user is not received at the verification code input frame, detecting whether the target information carrying the verification code is received.
In an embodiment, after the step of detecting that the user triggers the target operation of acquiring the target information on the terminal interface, the processor 503 may further perform: acquiring the valid period of the verification code from the interface, wherein the valid period of the verification code is the valid period of the verification code sent to the user by the verification system each time; acquiring a preset proportion; and determining the target duration according to the validity period of the verification code and the preset proportion.
In an embodiment, when the processor 503 executes the step of generating a prompt message if the target information is not received, where the prompt message is used to remind the user to eliminate the abnormality existing in the verification process, the following steps may be executed: if the target information is not received, acquiring the local number of the terminal; acquiring a receiving number which is input in the interface by a user and is used for receiving target information; and if the receiving number is different from the local number, generating first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for reminding a user to adjust the number for receiving the target information to the local number so as to eliminate the abnormity.
In one embodiment, the processor 503 may further perform: and if the receiving number is the same as the local number, generating second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for reminding a user to check whether the terminal is in a shutdown state.
In one embodiment, when the processor 503 executes the step of generating the prompt message, it may execute: acquiring a face image of a current user; determining the target user category of the current user according to the face image; and generating prompt information by adopting a prompt mode corresponding to the target user category.

Claims (8)

1. An information reminding method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a verification code needs to be acquired for verification operation, a verification code input box on a terminal interface is monitored;
if the information input by the user is not received at the verification code input box, detecting whether target information carrying a verification code is received or not;
if the target information is not received, generating prompt information, wherein the prompt information comprises: acquiring a local number of the terminal, and acquiring a receiving number which is input in the interface by a user and is used for receiving target information; if the receiving number is different from the local number, generating first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for reminding a user to adjust the number used for receiving the target information to the local number so as to eliminate the abnormity; and if the receiving number is the same as the local number, generating second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for reminding a user to check whether the terminal is in a shutdown state.
2. The information reminding method according to claim 1, wherein the step of monitoring the verification code input box on the terminal interface comprises:
if the target operation of acquiring the target information is triggered on a terminal interface by a user, monitoring a verification code input box on the interface;
the step of detecting whether target information carrying a verification code is received if information input by a user is not received at the verification code input box comprises the following steps: and in the target time length after the target operation is triggered, if the information input by the user is not received at the verification code input frame, detecting whether the target information carrying the verification code is received.
3. The information reminding method according to claim 2, wherein after the step of detecting that the user triggers the target operation of acquiring the target information on the terminal interface, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring the valid period of the verification code from the interface, wherein the valid period of the verification code is the valid period of the verification code sent to the user by the verification system each time;
acquiring a preset proportion;
and determining the target duration according to the validity period of the verification code and the preset proportion.
4. The message alert method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of generating the alert message comprises:
acquiring a face image of a current user;
determining the target user category of the current user according to the face image;
and generating prompt information by adopting a prompt mode corresponding to the target user category.
5. An information reminder device, comprising:
the monitoring module is used for monitoring a verification code input box on a terminal interface when the verification code needs to be acquired for verification operation;
the detection module is used for detecting whether target information carrying the verification code is received or not if the information input by the user is not received at the verification code input frame;
a prompt module, configured to generate a prompt message if the target message is not received, where the prompt message includes: acquiring a local number of the terminal, and acquiring a receiving number which is input in the interface by a user and is used for receiving target information; if the receiving number is different from the local number, generating first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for reminding a user to adjust the number used for receiving the target information to the local number so as to eliminate the abnormity; and if the receiving number is the same as the local number, generating second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for reminding a user to check whether the terminal is in a shutdown state.
6. The information reminding device according to claim 5, wherein the monitoring module is configured to: if the target operation of acquiring the target information is triggered on a terminal interface by a user, monitoring a verification code input box on the interface;
the detection module is used for: and in the target time length after the target operation is triggered, if the information input by the user is not received at the verification code input frame, detecting whether the target information carrying the verification code is received.
7. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when executed on a computer, causes the computer to execute the method according to any of claims 1 to 4.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, wherein the processor is configured to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 4 by invoking a computer program stored in the memory.
