Description

Kitchen ventilation system
Technical Field
The invention relates to a kitchen ventilation system with a linked range hood and an air supply device.
Background
When the smoke exhaust machine is in operation, a large amount of waste gas and oil smoke are discharged to the outside. This causes a pressure difference between the outside and the kitchen, and when the pressure difference between the outside and the kitchen is too large, the door is heavy to open and close, or air is sucked from an unspecified place, or a wall is stained, etc. To solve this phenomenon, CN201010615825.6 in the prior art invented a balanced ventilation system for kitchen.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a balanced kitchen ventilation system in CN201010615825.6 in the prior art. As shown in figure 1, the balanced type ventilation system for the kitchen comprises a range hood 1 and an air supply opening 7 arranged on an outer wall, wherein a linkage baffle 4 is attached to the air supply opening 7, and the range hood 1 is connected with the linkage baffle 4 of the air supply opening 7 through an electric appliance linkage device 5. Therefore, when the range hood 1 discharges waste gas and oil smoke to the outside, the linkage baffle 7 is automatically opened, outdoor air can enter a kitchen from the air supply opening 4, and the air pressure of the outside and the air pressure of the kitchen are balanced. In order to enable fresh and clean air to enter a kitchen, a filter screen is arranged at an air supply opening in the prior art, but the pressure loss is increased and the air quantity is reduced by arranging the filter screen, so that the air quantity entering from the air supply opening is less than the air discharge quantity of the range hood. And when the fresh air is supplied, a large part of the filtered clean air is combined with the oil smoke in the kitchen and then is discharged outdoors by the range hood and cannot be left indoors, so that even if the air is purified, a large part of the clean air is discharged outdoors, and the service life of the filter screen is shortened.

(III) advantageous effects
According to the technical scheme, the kitchen ventilation system has at least one of the following beneficial effects:
(1) the first air supply device and the second air supply device are arranged and are respectively linked with the oil smoke discharge device, and when the fan is in a large air volume mode, the first air supply device is in a starting state; when the fan is in the small air volume mode, the second air supplementing device is in a starting state, so that the energy consumption is saved on the premise of ensuring the purification and the supplementation of indoor air;

(3) the distance from the first air supply opening to the oil smoke exhaust device is smaller than the distance from the second air supply opening to the oil smoke exhaust device. Because the first air supply opening is close to the oil smoke exhaust device, the air supply speed of the first air supply opening is high. The second air supplement device is mainly used for providing clean air, so that the distance from the filtered clean air to the oil fume extraction device can be increased as the second air supplement port is farther away from the oil fume extraction device, namely, the filtered clean air cannot be quickly exhausted outdoors by the oil fume extraction device, so that the reasonability of the kitchen layout is improved, and the comfort is improved;
(4) the oil smoke exhaust device is provided with two air suction ports, the first air suction port is arranged on a wall, particularly the wall above the cooking range, and the oil smoke can be sucked more quickly and accurately when a user cooks. And the second air suction opening is arranged on the ceiling and is connected with the body of the oil smoke discharge device through a pipeline. Therefore, the second air suction opening can be arranged at a place farther away from the oil smoke exhaust device body through the connection of the pipelines. When the fan rotates, the oil smoke floating above the room or attached to the cabinet and not discharged by the first air suction opening in time can be sucked into the second air suction opening, so that not only can all indoor odor be discharged, but also the oil smoke discharge speed can be increased;
(5) the air path switching plate is arranged in the oil smoke discharging device, so that a first exhaust air path from the first air suction opening to the air outlet and a second exhaust air path from the second air suction opening to the air outlet are separated, indoor oil smoke enters the first exhaust air path from the first air suction opening or/and enters the second exhaust air path from the second air suction opening, and the switching of the air path switching plate changes the oil smoke suction path, so that the oil smoke absorption efficiency is improved, and the comfort is improved;
(6) because the oil smoke exhaust device only has one fan, in order to exhaust indoor oil smoke and waste gas outdoors more reasonably, intensively and quickly, the oil smoke is more concentrated at the cooking range and nearby and when the oil smoke is more, the large air volume mode is selected. At this time, the second air suction opening is closed by the air path switching plate arranged in the oil smoke discharge device, so that the oil smoke can only enter from the first air suction opening arranged on the wall. Thus, the efficiency of discharging the oil smoke floating on the range and the vicinity thereof can be improved.
And when the user finishes cooking, most of the oil smoke is discharged outdoors, or odor and the like remain indoors, the small air volume mode is selected. At this time, the first air suction opening is closed by the air path switching plate provided in the oil smoke discharge device, so that the oil smoke can only enter from the second air suction opening provided on the ceiling. Therefore, the oil smoke which floats above the indoor or is attached to the cabinet and is not discharged in time can enter from the second air suction opening.
In addition, at this moment, the second air supply device is started to introduce the purified air into the room, and the purified air is gradually diffused to the second air suction opening side after entering the room through the operation of the oil smoke exhaust device, and the purified air can be further diffused into the whole room because the second air supply opening is far away from the second air suction opening.
Through the arrangement, the oil smoke absorption efficiency is improved, and the comfort is improved.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
In one exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a galley ventilation system is provided.
First, first embodiment
Fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating a structure of a kitchen ventilation system according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the kitchen ventilation system of the present embodiment includes: a smoke exhaust device 100 for exhausting smoke to the outside; an air supply assembly for drawing outdoor air into a room, the air supply assembly comprising: a first air supplement device 410 and a second air supplement device 420; and the control module is used for controlling the linkage relation between the first air supplementing device and the second air supplementing device and the oil smoke discharging device respectively.
The respective components of the kitchen ventilation system of the present embodiment will be described in detail below.
The oil smoke exhaust device 100 is installed on the wall a, and rotates by a fan to suck indoor oil smoke and exhaust gas, collects oil drops by a filtering or/and separating method, and exhausts the purified gas to the outside.
Referring to fig. 2, the oil smoke exhausting apparatus 100 includes: a body 101, a fan (not shown), an air outlet 102, a first air inlet 103, a second air inlet 104 and an air path switching plate 105. Wherein:
a fan is arranged in the body 101.
The first suction port 103 is an opening for sucking oil smoke at a lower position in the room, is provided in the wall a, and is connected to the main body 101 through a duct. A first exhaust air path 110 is formed between the first suction port 103 and the exhaust port 102. The air is guided from the first suction port 103 to the discharge port 102 through the first discharge air path 110.
The second suction port 104 is an opening for sucking oil smoke at a higher position in the room, is provided in the ceiling B, and is connected to the main body 101 through a duct. A second discharge air passage 120 is formed between the second suction opening 104 and the discharge opening 102. The air is guided from the second suction opening 104 to the discharge opening 102 through the second discharge air path 120.
The duct switcher 105 separates the first discharge air duct 110 from the second discharge air duct 120. The air path switching plate 105 is shaped like a plate. The air path switching plate 105 rotates around the rotation axis to selectively close the first air suction opening 103 or the second air suction opening 104. When the second air suction opening 104 is closed, one surface of the duct switching plate 105 forms a part of the first exhaust air duct 110. When the first suction port 103 is closed, the other surface of the duct switching plate 105 forms a part of the second exhaust air duct 120. The structure here means a wall surface forming an air passage. The duct switcher 105 may change the angle to divide the air into two portions at a predetermined ratio, and discharge the air from the first exhaust air duct 110 and the second exhaust air duct 120, respectively.
In this embodiment, in order to discharge indoor oil smoke and exhaust gas to the outside in multiple directions, the oil smoke discharge device is provided with two air suction ports, which are a first air suction port 103 and a second air suction port 104. The first air suction opening 103 is formed in the wall a, particularly, the wall above the cooking range, so that the oil smoke generated when a user cooks dishes can be sucked more quickly and accurately. And the second air inlet 104 is disposed on the ceiling B and connected to the body of the oil smoke discharging device through a duct. Thus, the second air inlet 104 can be disposed at a position farther from the oil smoke discharging apparatus body by the connection of the pipes. When the fan rotates, the oil smoke floating above the room or attached to the cabinet and not discharged in time by the first air suction opening 103 can be sucked into the second air suction opening 104, so that not only can all the indoor oil smoke be discharged, but also the oil smoke discharge speed can be increased, thereby improving the oil smoke absorption efficiency and ensuring the living comfort.
Further, by providing the duct switching plate 105 in the soot discharge device, the first exhaust air duct 110 from the first air intake opening 103 to the air outlet 102 and the second exhaust air duct 120 from the second air intake opening 104 to the air outlet 102 are separated, and the soot in the room is introduced into the first exhaust air duct 110 from the first air intake opening 103 or/and introduced into the second exhaust air duct 120 from the second air intake opening 104, that is, the suction path of the soot is changed by switching the duct switching plate.
In this embodiment, the first air supplement device and the second air supplement device are respectively linked with the oil smoke discharge device. The oil smoke exhaust device can be a range hood, and a fan of the oil smoke exhaust device has two working modes: a large air volume mode and a small air volume mode.
The first air supplement device 410 may include an air supply baffle capable of opening and closing the air supply opening 412, and may also be a blower or a ventilator.
In this embodiment, the first wind supply device 410 includes: an air supply port 412 and an air supply damper 411 capable of covering the air supply port 412.
The second air supplement device 420 may be a blower or a ventilator, or may include an air supply flap capable of opening and closing an air supply port.
In this embodiment, the second air supplement device 420 includes: an air supply unit (not shown), a filter screen 422, a switch curtain 423, an air inlet 424 and an air outlet (not shown). The air supply unit includes: a motor (not shown) and fan blades (not shown). After the motor is electrified, the motor can enable the fan blades to rotate, and wind flow is generated. The filter net 422 can purify the air sucked from the air inlet 424 of the second air supplement device 420, and prevent the entry of dust and fine particles. The opening and closing curtain 423 can open or close the air inlet 424. When the air supply unit is started, the switch curtain 423 is opened, so that wind energy enters the second air supplement device from the air inlet 424.
In addition, the kitchen ventilation system of the present embodiment further includes: the first air supply duct and the second air supply duct. The first air supply passage has a first air supply opening 201 facing the indoor; the second air supply passage has a second air supply opening 301 facing the indoor;
the first air supply passage is an air passage through which air passes through the first air supply device 410 and is discharged into the room through the first air supply opening 201. The second air supply passage is an air passage through which air passes through the second air supply device 420 and is discharged into the room through the second air supply opening 301.
Referring to fig. 2, a distance from the first air supply opening 201 to the oil smoke discharging device 100 is smaller than a distance from the second air supply opening 301 to the oil smoke discharging device 100. That is, the first air supply opening 201 is relatively close to the soot exhaust device 100, and the second air supply opening 301 is relatively far from the soot exhaust device 100.
The first air supplement opening 201 in this embodiment is an air supply opening 412 disposed on the first air supplement device 410.
The closer the first air supply opening 201 is to the soot extraction device 100, the faster the air supply speed is, and thus the air supply speed can be increased as much as possible. On the contrary, since the second air supplement device 420 mainly functions to provide clean air, the farther from the lampblack extracting device 100, the longer the distance from the filtered clean air to the lampblack extracting device 100 is, that is, the clean air filtered through the filter screen in the second air supplement air path is not quickly exhausted to the outside by the lampblack extracting device 100, so that the rationality of the kitchen layout is improved, and the living comfort is improved.
The control device is used for: when the fan is controlled to start the large air volume mode, the air supply baffle 411 of the first air supplement device 410 is controlled to be opened; when the fan is controlled to start the small air volume mode, the second air supply device is controlled to start, and the air supply baffle 411 is preferably closed.
The oil smoke exhausting apparatus 100 consumes the most power at the time of starting, but if a small air volume mode in which the rotation speed of the fan is slow is selected at this time, it takes relatively much power to start. Therefore, when the oil smoke exhaust device is started, the large air volume mode with the high rotating speed of the fan is selected, and the oil smoke exhaust device can be relatively electricity-saving when being started.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of the operation performed by the control module in the kitchen ventilation system. Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, when the oil smoke exhausting device is started, the control module performs the following operations:
step A, controlling a fan to start a large air volume mode, and controlling an air supply baffle 411 of a first air supply device to open;
since the first air supply device 410 is linked to the fan, the oil smoke and the like can be discharged to the outside of the room at a time in step a, and a large amount of outdoor air can be introduced from the air supply port. At this time, since the fan of the oil smoke exhausting device 100 rotates at a high speed and the suction amount is large, unpurified air entering from the air supply port 412 enters the room, is combined with the oil smoke in the room, is quickly sucked into the oil smoke exhausting device 100 again, and is then exhausted. Not only can supply fresh air to the room, but also can balance the air pressure inside and outside the room as soon as possible.
In addition, step a further includes controlling to close the second air inlet 104 of the oil smoke discharging device 100. Since the oil smoke exhausting apparatus 100 has only one fan, in order to exhaust indoor oil smoke and exhaust gas more reasonably, intensively and quickly to the outside, the user selects a large air volume mode when the oil smoke is concentrated in the range and the vicinity thereof and the oil smoke is large. At this time, the air path switching plate provided in the oil smoke discharge device 100 closes the second suction port 104, so that the oil smoke can enter only from the first suction port 103 provided in the wall. Thus, the efficiency of discharging the oil smoke floating on the range and the vicinity thereof can be improved.
Step B, controlling the fan to start a small air volume mode, controlling the second air supply device to start, and closing an air supply baffle 411 of the first air supply device;
when the user finishes cooking, most oil smoke is discharged outdoors, or odor remains indoors, the second air supplement device 420 is linked with the fan, so that the filtered air can be introduced indoors through the step B. At this time, the blowing unit of the second air supplement device 420 is activated, the opening and closing curtain 423 is opened, and the air supply damper 411 of the first air supplement device 410 is closed. Outdoor air enters from the air inlet 424 of the second air supply device 420, is filtered by the filter screen 422 arranged in the second air supply device 420, and then enters into the room from the air outlet of the second air supply device 420. In this case, the soot exhaust device 100 is in a state where the fan speed is low and the suction amount is small, and only a small amount of soot is not exhausted from the room, so that it is possible to suppress a large amount of filtered clean air from being rapidly exhausted to the outside.
Meanwhile, the step B further includes controlling to close the first air suction opening 103, and when the air volume is in the low air volume mode, the air path switching plate 105 disposed in the lampblack discharge device closes the first air suction opening 103, so that the lampblack can only enter from the second air suction opening 104 disposed on the ceiling B. Thus, the oil smoke floating above the room or attached to the cabinet and not discharged in time can enter from the second air suction opening 104.
At this time, the second air supplement device 420 is started to introduce the purified air into the room, and the purified air is gradually diffused to the second air suction opening 104 side after entering the room through the operation of the oil smoke exhaust device, and the purified air can be further diffused into the whole room because the positions of the second air supplement opening 301 and the second air suction opening 104 are far away, so that the oil smoke absorption efficiency is improved, and the living comfort is improved.
According to the linkage mode of the oil smoke exhaust device and the gas supply combination, in the process that the oil smoke exhaust device is started to be closed, the indoor space can be filled with clean and fresh air, the filter screen is arranged in the second air supplement device, and only when a small part of oil smoke is not exhausted, the second air supplement device provided with the filter screen is started, so that the service life of the filter screen is reasonably utilized and cannot be wasted, and the service life of the filter screen is prolonged.
And step C, controlling the fan to be closed, and ensuring that the first air supplement device 410 and the second air supplement device 420 are both in a closed state.
Through the arrangement, the indoor air purifying and supplementing effect is ensured, and the comfort is improved, and meanwhile, the energy consumption can be saved.
It should be noted that, although the control module is used in the embodiment to realize the linkage between the two air volume modes of the fan and the two air supplement devices in the air supplement combination, the invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments of the present invention, two devices may be activated or deactivated simultaneously by wire or signal interchange.
Second and third embodiments
In a second exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a kitchen ventilation system is provided. The kitchen ventilation system is similar to that of the first embodiment except for the second air supplement device and the fume extracting device.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating a structure of a kitchen ventilation system according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the smoke evacuation apparatus 100 'of the second embodiment is installed on the wall a, and only one suction opening 106 is provided on the body 101' of the smoke evacuation apparatus.
The second air supply unit 410 'includes an air supply opening 412', an air supply baffle 411 'covering the air supply opening 412', and a filter net (not shown), as in the first air supply unit. At this time, the second air supplement opening 301 is an air supply opening 412 'provided at the second air supplement device 410'. The action and effect thereof are the same as those of the first embodiment, and are not repeated here.
The same contents of the present embodiment as those of the first embodiment will not be repeated here.
