The invention discloses an asset management system and method based on RFID (radio frequency identification) tags, wherein the system comprises: the reader-writer is arranged on the warehouse door and used for sending a card searching command to the inside and outside of the warehouse door at intervals in a time-sharing manner, acquiring response information of at least two positioning RFID tags respectively arranged inside and outside the warehouse door and response information of the RFID tags on assets entering and exiting the warehouse door, and judging the entering and exiting states of current goods according to the acquired response information of the RFID tags; the at least two positioning RFID tags are respectively arranged inside and outside the warehouse door and close to the reader-writer and used for responding to a card searching command of the reader-writer; the RFID tag is arranged on the asset and used for recording the state of the asset and responding to the asset when receiving the card searching command of the reader-writer.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of asset management, in particular to an asset management system and method based on RFID tags.
Background
The fixed assets are one of the most important components of the assets of organizations such as party administration, army, enterprise and public institution and the like, and are important guarantees for completing normal management and operation of each organization. The method strengthens the management of the fixed assets, exerts the maximum benefit of the fixed assets, prevents the loss and the idle of the fixed assets, and is widely valued by all units. The state has successively issued fixed asset management methods of central administration and public institution, medical treatment, manufacturing and other industries. The method ensures the integrity, value preservation and value increment of the fixed assets, correctly accounts the quantity and value of the assets, defines economic responsibility, supervises and promotes the proper storage and reasonable use of the fixed assets, continuously improves the equipment utilization rate and the perfectness rate, fully exerts the efficiency of the fixed assets and is a core target of fixed asset management work. At present, however, the fixed assets are more manually operated by means of traditional manual management methods and means, and data collection and entry are always performed manually, so that the efficiency is low, and the error rate is high. In recent years, although the use of barcode technology has improved this situation to some extent, due to the limitations of barcode technology itself, it has not been possible to fully enter into the field of asset management.
With the development of RFID technology, there is also a technology to gradually apply the RFID technology to asset management. Rfid (radio Frequency identification), namely radio Frequency identification, also called electronic tag or radio Frequency identification, is a communication technology that can identify a specific target by radio signals and read and write related data without establishing mechanical or optical contact between an identification system and the specific target. The RFID technology can identify high-speed moving objects and can identify a plurality of electronic tags simultaneously, and the operation is quick and convenient. RFID systems generally include an electronic tag, a reader, and an antenna. The electronic tags are composed of coupling elements and chips, each tag has a unique electronic code and is attached to an object to identify a target object; the reader reads (or can write in sometimes) the information of the electronic tag and is classified into a handheld type or a fixed type; and the antenna is used for transmitting the radio frequency signal between the electronic tag and the reader. In the prior art, generally, an RFID tag is attached to a asset product, and when the asset is checked or sorted, a tag reader-writer is used for reading the RFID tag on the asset product to obtain information of the asset product, so as to realize asset management.
Chinese patent application publication No. CN102568066A discloses a radio frequency identification system for in-out state identification, which includes at least two RFID card readers, a processing unit connected to the at least two RFID card readers, and a storage unit connected to the processing unit, wherein the at least two RFID card readers are disposed at an entrance and an exit and are disposed along a path of the entrance or the exit at a predetermined distance from each other. The processing unit judges the in-out state of the carrier of the RFID tag according to the reading state of the same RFID tag by at least two RFID readers and the history record stored in the storage unit. In the system, the RFID card readers are connected with the processing unit through 485 interfaces, so that a plurality of 485 lines need to be arranged on the plurality of RFID card readers, the arrangement is troublesome, and the wiring is complex; the processing unit and the storage unit are realized by one PC, a plurality of RFID card readers are needed, the number of devices is large, the cost is high, and the maintenance is not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an asset management system and method based on an RFID tag, so as to realize the purposes of accurate and reliable identification of the entering and exiting of the RFID tag, no limitation on the installation distance and the use occasion, less used equipment, low cost and effective reduction of wiring.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides an asset management system based on RFID tag, comprising:
the reader-writer is arranged on the warehouse door and used for sending a card searching command to the inside and outside of the warehouse door at intervals in a time-sharing manner, acquiring response information of at least two positioning RFID tags respectively arranged inside and outside the warehouse door and response information of the RFID tags on assets entering and exiting the warehouse door, and judging the entering and exiting states of current goods according to the acquired response information of the RFID tags;
the at least two positioning RFID tags are respectively arranged inside and outside the warehouse door and close to the reader-writer and used for responding to a card searching command of the reader-writer;
and the asset product is provided with an RFID tag which is used for recording the state of the asset and responding to the asset when receiving a card searching command of the reader-writer.
Preferably, the card reader comprises:
the card searching direction control unit is used for controlling the antenna to send a card searching command to the inside and the outside of the storeroom door at intervals in a time-sharing mode;
the response processing unit is used for acquiring the response information of the at least two positioning RFID tags arranged inside and outside the warehouse door and the response information of the RFID tags on assets entering and exiting the warehouse door in real time;
and the in-out state judging unit is used for judging the in-out state of the current asset according to the response information of the at least two positioning RFID tags and the RFID tags on the assets received by the response processing unit.
Preferably, the card searching direction control unit sends a card searching command at intervals of time division and subareas by controlling power or controlling the radiation direction of the phased antenna so as to scan tags inside and outside the warehouse door.
Preferably, the entry-exit state judgment unit judges the entry-exit state of the current asset according to the sequence of the response information of the positioning RFID tags arranged inside and outside the warehouse door and the RFID tags on the assets of the warehouse door, which are acquired simultaneously.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides an asset management method based on RFID tag, comprising the steps of:
step one, a reader-writer arranged on a warehouse door sends a card searching command to the inside and outside directions of the warehouse door at intervals in time;
step two, the reader-writer acquires response information of positioning RFID tags arranged inside and outside the warehouse door and response information of RFID tags on assets entering and exiting the warehouse door in real time;
and step three, judging the access state of the current asset according to the received response information of the positioning RFID tags arranged inside and outside the warehouse door and the RFID tags on the assets.
Preferably, in the step one, the reader/writer sends a card-searching command at time-sharing and zone-dividing intervals by controlling power or controlling a radiation direction of the phased antenna, so as to scan tags inside and outside the door.
Preferably, in step three, the entering and exiting states of the current asset are judged according to the sequence of the response information of the positioning RFID tags arranged inside and outside the warehouse door and the RFID tags on the assets of the warehouse door, which is simultaneously acquired by the reader.
Preferably, in the third step, if the reader-writer receives the response information of the positioning RFID tag outside the warehouse door and the RFID tag of the asset at the same time, and then receives the response information of the positioning RFID tag inside the warehouse door and the RFID tag of the asset at the same time, it is determined that the current asset is in the warehouse entry state.

Compared with the prior art, the asset management system and method based on the RFID tags send the card searching commands to the inside and outside of the warehouse door by utilizing the reader-writer arranged on the warehouse door to control the antennas at time intervals, and judge the in-out state of the current asset according to the sequence of the response information of the positioning RFID tags arranged inside and outside the warehouse door and the RFID tags on the asset of the warehouse door, which is simultaneously acquired by the reader-writer, so that the aim of accurately managing the asset in the in-out state in asset management is fulfilled.

The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and its several details are capable of modification in various other respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a system architecture diagram of an RFID tag based asset management system of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the asset management system based on RFID tags of the present invention includes a reader/writer 10 disposed on a warehouse door 40, at least two positioning RFID tags 20 disposed inside and outside the warehouse door and near the reader/writer 10, and an asset 30 with an RFID tag.
The reader-writer 10 is arranged on the warehouse door 40 and used for sending a card searching command to the inside and outside of the warehouse door at intervals in a time-sharing manner, acquiring response information of at least two positioning RFID tags 20 arranged inside and outside the warehouse door and response information of RFID tags on assets 30 entering and exiting the warehouse door, and confirming the entering and exiting state of the current asset business according to the response information of the positioning RFID tags 20 and the response information of the RFID tags on the assets 30 entering and exiting the warehouse door; at least two positioning RFID tags 20, which are respectively arranged inside and outside the warehouse door and near the reader-writer 10, and are used for responding to a card-searching command of the reader-writer 10 so as to judge the position of the asset with the RFID tag; the asset 30 is provided with an RFID tag for recording the status of the asset and responding to a card-search command from the reader/writer 10 when the card-search command is received.
Fig. 2 is a detailed structural diagram of the reader/writer 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the reader/writer 10 specifically includes:
the card searching direction control unit 101 is configured to control the antenna to send a card searching command to the inside and outside of the warehouse door at time-sharing intervals, and in a specific embodiment of the present invention, the card searching direction control unit 101 may send the card searching command at time-sharing partition intervals by controlling power or controlling a radiation direction of the phased antenna, so as to scan tags inside and outside the door;
the response processing unit 102 is configured to obtain response information of two positioning RFID tags 20 disposed inside and outside the storage door and response information of an RFID tag on an asset 30 entering and exiting the storage door. That is, when the card-searching direction control unit 101 controls the antenna to send the card-searching command to the direction inside the warehouse door, the positioning RFID tag 20 inside the warehouse door receives the card-searching command and responds to the card-searching command, and sends the response information to the response processing unit 102, and when the asset 30 attached with the RFID tag by the user appears in the radiation range of the reader/writer antenna inside the warehouse, the RFID tag on the asset 30 also receives the RFID card-searching command and responds to the RFID card-searching command, and sends the response information to the response processing unit 102; when the card searching direction control unit 101 controls the antenna to send a card searching command to the outside of the warehouse door, the positioning RFID tag 20 located outside the warehouse door responds to the card searching command after receiving the card searching command, and sends response information to the response processing unit 102; when the reader-writer antenna radiates outside the warehouse door, and similarly when the user takes the asset 30 attached with the RFID tag out of the warehouse, the RFID tag on the asset 30 receives and responds to the RFID card-searching command, and sends the response information to the response processing unit 102.
An in-out state judgment unit 103, configured to judge the in-out state of the current asset according to the response information of the two positioning RFID tags 20 and the RFID tags on the asset 30 received by the response processing unit 102. Specifically, the in-out state determining unit 103 determines the in-out state of the current asset 30 according to the sequence of the response information of the positioning RFID tags disposed inside and outside the warehouse door and the RFID tags on the assets 30 of the warehouse door, that is, if the response processing unit 102 receives the response information of the positioning RFID tag disposed outside the warehouse door and the RFID tag of one asset 30 at the same time, and then receives the response information of the positioning RFID tag disposed inside the warehouse door and the RFID tag of the asset 30 at the same time, it determines that the current asset 30 is in the in-warehouse state; accordingly, if the response processing unit 102 receives the response information of the positioning RFID tag inside the warehouse door and the RFID tag of the asset 30 at the same time, and then receives the response information of the positioning RFID tag outside the warehouse door and the RFID tag of the asset 30 at the same time, it is determined that the asset 30 is currently in the delivery state.
Specifically, the workflow of the asset management system based on the RFID tag of the invention is as follows: when the system works, the reader-writer 10 sends a card searching command to the inside and the outside of the warehouse door at intervals by controlling the power and the radiation direction of the phased antenna, when the radiation direction of the phased antenna points to the outside of the warehouse door, the tag 1 of the positioning RFID tag 20 positioned outside the warehouse door responds to the card searching command, if the RFID information on the asset 30 is read at the moment, the current asset 30 is judged to be positioned outside the warehouse door, when the radiation direction of the phased antenna points to the inside of the warehouse, the tag 2 of the positioning RFID tag 20 positioned inside the warehouse responds to the card searching command, if the RFID information on the asset 30 is read at the moment, the asset 30 is judged to be positioned inside the warehouse door, according to the information read by the reader-writer each time, whether the asset 30 enters the warehouse or leaves the warehouse is judged from the position change of the RFID tag of the asset 30, namely, when the RFID tag of the asset 30 and the positioning RFID tag 1 are read first and then the RFID tag of the asset 30 and the positioning RFID tag 2, asset 30 is considered to be out of stock when RFID tag and locator tag 2 of asset 30 is read first and then RFID tag and locator tag 1 of asset 30 is read second.
FIG. 3 is a flow chart of the steps of a method for RFID tag based asset management of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the asset management method based on RFID tag of the present invention includes the following steps:

In summary, the asset management system and method based on the RFID tag of the present invention sends the card searching command to the inside and outside of the warehouse door by using the reader/writer disposed on the warehouse door to control the antenna at time intervals, and determines the in-out state of the current asset according to the sequence of the response information of the positioning RFID tag disposed inside and outside the warehouse door and the RFID tag on the asset of the warehouse door, which is simultaneously obtained by the reader/writer, so as to achieve the purpose of accurately managing the asset in-out state in asset management.

the at least two positioning RFID tags are respectively arranged inside and outside the warehouse door and close to the reader-writer and used for responding to a card searching command of the reader-writer;
the asset product is provided with an RFID tag, and the RFID tag is used for recording the state of the asset and responding to the asset when receiving a card searching command of the reader-writer;
if the reader-writer receives response information of the positioning RFID label outside the warehouse door and the RFID label of the goods at the same time, and then receives response information of the positioning RFID label inside the warehouse door and the RFID label of the goods at the same time, the current goods is judged to be in a warehouse-in state; and if the reader-writer simultaneously receives the response information of the positioning RFID label in the warehouse door and the RFID label of the goods at first and then simultaneously receives the response information of the positioning RFID label outside the warehouse door and the RFID label of the goods, judging that the goods are in the delivery state at present.
