Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a television screen capture method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the exemplary television screenshot method includes the steps of:
s101, receiving a voice command input by a user.
And S102, responding to the voice command input by the user, and immediately sending a screen capture command for capturing the real-time picture played by the television.
The module for receiving the voice command input of the user may be located inside the television or outside the television, for example, in a remote controller of the television, in a remote controller of a television set-top box, in a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone) capable of connecting with the television for communication, and the like.
In one embodiment, the user inputs the voice command through a remote control device of the television or television set-top box. In this embodiment, the remote control device immediately transmits a screen capture instruction to the television in response to the user initiating the input of a voice instruction.
In another embodiment, the user inputs the voice command through a terminal device connected to the television, for example, through a microphone of a mobile phone. In this embodiment, the terminal device immediately transmits a screen capture instruction to the television in response to the user starting to input a voice instruction.
In yet another embodiment, the user inputs the voice command through a smart voice module located inside or outside the television. In this embodiment, the smart voice module immediately sends a screen capture instruction to the television in response to the user initiating the input of a voice instruction.
In other embodiments, the user may also input voice instructions through a device capable of receiving voice instructions and send screenshot instructions through a device capable of generating and sending screenshot instructions that are recognizable by the television.
According to one embodiment, after receiving a screen capture instruction, the television captures a screen of a real-time picture played by the television according to the screen capture instruction, and stores the obtained screen capture picture. The screenshot may be saved in the television's storage for later use.
In the prior art, a user generally analyzes a complete voice command after inputting the command, and sends a screen capture command if the command is judged to relate to screen capture operation. In the embodiments of the present invention, once the user starts the voice input, the screen capturing instruction is immediately sent, so that the time from the time when the user sees the picture desired to be captured to the time when the user actually starts the screen capturing is shortened, and the probability that the captured picture contains the attention point desired by the user is increased.
In one embodiment, after the user finishes inputting the voice command, the television can analyze the voice command which is input by the user and judge whether the voice command relates to screen capture operation. If the judgment result is yes, a screen capture picture which is just captured and saved based on the voice command starting input is obtained. If the voice command does not relate to the screen capture operation, the saved screen capture picture does not need to be acquired.
In one example, the user may be requested to feedback whether the screenshot is desired by the user. If the user confirms the screenshot picture, the screenshot picture can be processed according to an operation instruction contained in the voice instruction, for example, the screenshot picture is identified and information of the identified person or object is searched on the network, or the screenshot picture is sent to other terminal equipment of the user according to the instruction, and the like. If the user denies the screen capture picture, the user can be prompted to locate the target picture through playback to perform the screen capture operation. The screen capture picture denied by the user, the screen capture picture obtained in the case where the voice instruction does not involve the screen capture operation, or the screen capture picture that has been processed according to the voice instruction may be deleted from the storage device. In another example, the screenshot may also be cleared from the storage device periodically or aperiodically to make room for storage.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a television screen capture method according to another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, when the user sees a picture containing an interested player while watching a soccer game, a voice command of "who the person is" is input through the remote controller, and the start of the voice command triggers the generation and transmission of a screen capture command. As shown in fig. 2, the exemplary method includes the steps of:
s201, the user starts inputting a voice command of "who the person is" when seeing the television screen including the player a.
S202, the remote controller immediately generates and sends a screen capture instruction to the television after detecting that the user starts inputting the voice instruction.
And S203, after receiving the screen capture instruction, the television captures and stores the real-time picture played by the television. In this example, player a is still contained in the screenshot at this point.
S204, the television receives the input voice command 'who the person is', and analyzes the voice command.
S205, the television judges that the voice command relates to screen capture operation, and then calls the stored screen capture picture containing player A.
S206, the television requests the user to confirm whether the called screen capture picture is a desired picture.
S207, when the user confirms that the screen shot is the desired picture, the television identifies player a in the screen shot and searches for information related thereto on the network.
S208, the tv presents the searched information about player a on the tv screen.
S209, the saved screenshot is cleared.
In one or more of the above embodiments, the screen capture is performed based on the start input of the voice command, reducing the probability of screen capture failure, however, it takes time anyway from when the user sees a certain television screen to when the voice command starts to be input, and the switching of the television screen is possible at any time and can be completed instantaneously. Therefore, a screen shot picture obtained by performing screen shot based on only the start input of the voice instruction is not necessarily all desired by the user. To remedy this deficiency, in one or more of the above embodiments, if the user denies the screenshot resulting from the screenshot based on the start input of the voice command, i.e., if the user thinks that the screenshot does not contain its focus, the tv prompts the user to perform the rewind screenshot operation as described above. For example, by playing back a television picture, the user is enabled to freeze the picture by clicking the "pause" key when the picture containing his attention point appears, thereby performing a screen capture operation so that his attention point is contained in the captured picture. The combination of the 'voice input instant screen capture' scheme and the 'backspacing screen capture' scheme considers the screen capture efficiency and the success rate.
In another embodiment of the television screen capture method, the following technical scheme of one-key screen capture is also provided: a screen capture key is arranged on the remote control device, or on an operation panel of the television, or on a device which can be connected with the television for communication, and the screen capture key is configured to send a screen capture instruction to the television when the screen capture key is pressed so as to capture a real-time picture played by the television. When the user sees the television picture containing the attention point of the user, the user can immediately press the screen capture key to carry out screen capture operation. It can be seen that screen capture is the fastest in this manner. The subsequent operations after screen capture are similar to those described in the above embodiments, that is, saving the obtained screen capture picture, analyzing the input user instruction (which may not be limited to the voice instruction) and determining whether the instruction relates to the screen capture operation, and if so, acquiring the saved screen capture picture and performing the subsequent processing.
Still further, a "one-touch screen capture" scheme may be combined with a "rollback screen capture" scheme. That is, after the saved screenshot picture is acquired according to the parsed instruction, the user is requested to confirm whether the screenshot picture is a desired picture. If the user confirms that the picture is the expected picture, the screenshot picture is subjected to relevant processing according to the parsed instruction, for example, people or objects in the picture are identified, information related to the people or objects is searched on the network, and the information is displayed. And if the user denies the screen capture picture as the expected picture, prompting the user to perform the backspacing screen capture operation. For example, by playing back a television picture, the user is enabled to freeze the picture by clicking the "pause" key when the picture containing his attention point appears, thereby performing a screen capture operation so that his attention point is contained in the captured picture. The combination of the one-key screen capture scheme and the backspacing screen capture scheme takes the screen capture efficiency and the success rate into consideration.
In summary, the two schemes "screen capture by one key" and "screen capture at the moment of voice input" can be compatible, so that a user can select one scheme according to own preference or habit, and no matter which scheme is selected, if screen capture or recognition fails, the scheme of "screen capture by backspace" can be continued under the prompt. Therefore, the method not only gives the user choice, but also ensures that the screen capture can always be successful finally.
