The intelligent street lamp safety lock management system according to claim 1, wherein the management platform client is further configured to send location information of the management platform client when sending the acquired number information and account information of the management platform client to the management platform server;
and the management platform server is used for judging whether the management platform client is within a preset range of the street lamp inspection door or the box transformer substation cabinet door according to the received position information after the intelligent electronic lock of the street lamp inspection door or the box transformer substation cabinet door to which the serial number information belongs is authorized to be opened through the account information, and if so, sending an unlocking command to the management platform client.

The intelligent street lamp safety lock management system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent electronic lock is further configured to send a confirmation protocol packet to the management platform server after successful unlocking after receiving an unlocking command, and send a lock closing data packet to the management platform server after locking;
and the management platform server is also used for starting timing after receiving the confirmation protocol packet, waiting for receiving the locking data packet, stopping timing after receiving the locking data packet and recording the time.

The intelligent management system for the street lamp safety lock according to claim 4, wherein the management platform server is further configured to determine whether the intelligent electronic lock sending the locking data packet belongs to a street lamp inspection door or a cabinet door of a box transformer substation when receiving the locking data packet, and if the intelligent electronic lock belongs to the street lamp inspection door, send a closing command to the box transformer substation microcomputer control switch to control the street lamp of the street lamp inspection door to be powered on.

The intelligent management system for the street lamp safety lock as claimed in claim 7, wherein the intelligent electronic lock is further configured to send unlocking state and number information of the intelligent electronic lock to an equipment monitoring module of the management platform server when it is detected that the street lamp inspection door or the cabinet transformer substation door is opened, the equipment monitoring module is configured to judge whether the intelligent electronic lock is authorized to be opened according to the received unlocking state and number information of the intelligent electronic lock, and to give an alarm when the intelligent electronic lock is not authorized to be opened.

The intelligent street lamp safety lock management system according to claim 7, wherein the intelligent electronic lock and box transformer substation microcomputer switch is further configured to upload the health status of the intelligent electronic lock and box transformer substation microcomputer switch to the equipment monitoring module within a preset time.
10. The intelligent street lamp security lock management system according to claim 1, wherein the wireless communication module is an NB-IoT or 5G communication module.
