Further, the thermostat functional module comprises an ignition and flame control module, a water flow/wind pressure switch/fan rotating speed detection control module, a temperature probe control module, a fan control module, a temperature controller and an electromagnetic valve control module.

The power carrier thermostat controller performs power carrier module address allocation binding with the power carrier operator through a 220V (in-phase) power line of the mains supply of the power grid, so that remote communication is realized.
The thermostat is also provided with a local operator 5, and the local operator is in serial communication with the MCU module of the thermostat and can perform on-site operation control on the thermostat; meanwhile, in order to be convenient to use, the thermostat functional module comprises a wireless communication module and is correspondingly provided with a communication mobile terminal, wherein the wireless communication module comprises wireless communication modules such as wifi and ZigBee, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, the thermostat coupling module and the operator coupling module both comprise zero crossing signals and a coupling control circuit; the zero-crossing signal and coupling control circuit comprises a photoelectric coupler, a circuit voltage dividing unit, a transformer unit, a zero-crossing detection unit and a tuning capacitor, wherein the circuit voltage dividing unit is composed of a plurality of resistors, one end of the circuit voltage dividing unit is connected with a live wire of a power line, the other end of the circuit voltage dividing unit is connected with the photoelectric coupler, the photoelectric coupler is composed of a photodiode and a triode, and the circuit voltage dividing unit and the rectifying diode are respectively connected to realize 'electric-optical-electric' conversion. The photodiode of the photoelectric coupler is connected with the rectifying diode. The transformer unit comprises a coil and a magnetic core, one end of the transformer unit is connected to a zero line of the power line, and the other end of the transformer unit is connected with a tuning capacitor to tune the frequency of the transformer according to actual conditions. The output end of the transformer unit is connected to the power carrier module to play a role in inputting and outputting signals. The zero-crossing detection unit comprises a triode, a resistor and a capacitor, wherein the resistor and the capacitor are connected in parallel, the resistor plays a role in voltage division, and the capacitor plays a role in filtering high-frequency signal components. The triode collector is connected to the pull-up resistor to form a high level when the triode is cut off; and an emitter of a photoelectric triode of the photoelectric coupler is connected to a base electrode of the triode through a divider resistor, and the emitter of the triode is grounded to finish the detection of the zero crossing signal.
The power carrier module is communicated with the serial port of the MCU module of the thermostat; the operator power carrier module is in serial communication with the operator MCU module; and the constant temperature machine MCU module is communicated with the serial port of the operator MCU module, and data bidirectional communication is performed by adopting power frequency zero crossing time slot transmission.
The thermostat functional module comprises an ignition and flame control module, a water flow/wind pressure switch/fan rotating speed detection control module, a temperature probe control module, a fan control module, a temperature controller and an electromagnetic valve control module, wherein each module of the thermostat functional module is respectively connected with the thermostat MCU module through signals.
