In the above embodiment, after receiving the pre-examination result of the second terminal and the approval result of the third terminal, the approval server may update the current approval state of the corresponding data application form, so that the application user may timely obtain the current approval state through the first terminal, so as to arrange the subsequent work.
In one embodiment, after marking the approval result corresponding to the user identifier as approval passing, the method may include: receiving a data acquisition request sent by a first terminal and forwarded by a data server, wherein the data acquisition request carries a user identifier corresponding to the first terminal; inquiring an approval result corresponding to the user identifier, and returning the approval result to the data server, wherein the approval result is used for indicating the data server to return data corresponding to the data acquisition request to the first terminal.
Specifically, when the final approval result is passing, the first terminal may request data to the corresponding data server, that is, the first terminal sends a data acquisition request to the data server, and when the data server receives the data acquisition request, the approval server verifies the approval result of the user identifier corresponding to the first terminal, and when the approval result is passing, the first terminal sends the data corresponding to the data acquisition request to the corresponding first terminal.
Specifically, a first terminal sends a data acquisition request to a data server, the data acquisition request carries a user identifier, the data server generates an approval judgment request according to the user identifier and sends the generated approval judgment request to an approval server, the approval server inquires an approval result corresponding to the user identifier according to the approval judgment request and sends the approval result to the data server, when the data server judges that the approval result is approval, the data server acquires a data application form corresponding to the user identifier from the approval server and acquires a first field from the data application form, and when the first field is matched with a second field in the data acquisition request received by the data server, the data server inquires data corresponding to the second field and returns the data to the first terminal. The first terminal sends the data application form and the approval chain corresponding to the user identification corresponding to the first terminal to the approval server in advance, the first terminal sends the data application form to the second terminal for pre-approval, and when the pre-approval result of the second terminal is approval passing, the data application form is sent to the third terminal corresponding to the approval chain for approval until the approval result of the fourth terminal corresponding to the approval chain is approval passing.
Wherein the data server may obtain corresponding data from a database in communication therewith and return to the first terminal. And optionally, there may be multiple databases connected to the data server, so that the data server may first determine the database of the data storage according to the second field, and then query the determined database for the data corresponding to the second field, so that the query amount may be reduced, and thus the efficiency of data feedback is improved.
In the above embodiment, when the data acquisition request sent by the first terminal is received, it is first determined whether the user logged in the first terminal passes the approval, and when the approval passes, the corresponding data application form is acquired, and secondly, the first field allowing the first terminal to acquire is acquired through the data application form, and when the first field is matched with the second field, the data requested by the first terminal is returned to the first terminal, so that when the user not passing the approval applies for the data, or when the user passing the approval applies for the field not passing the approval, the data application fails, thereby ensuring the safety of the data.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 2 are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2 may include multiple sub-steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, nor do the order in which the sub-steps or stages are performed necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps or other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, there is provided a data approval apparatus including: the first receiving module 100, the approval chain acquiring module 200, the second receiving module 300, the pre-review module 400, the approval module 500 and the output module 600, wherein:

And the approval module 500 is configured to send the data application form to a third terminal corresponding to the selected approval chain for approval when the pre-approval result indicates that the pre-approval is passed.
And the output module 600 is configured to store the user identifier in association with the data application form when the approval results of the third terminal corresponding to the approval chain all indicate approval passing, and mark the approval result corresponding to the user identifier as approval passing.
In one embodiment, the approval module 500 may include:
the first approval unit is used for acquiring a current third terminal corresponding to a current approval user in the selected approval chain, and sending the data application form to the current third terminal for approval.
And the approval result receiving unit is used for receiving the current approval result returned by the current third terminal.
And the second examination and approval unit is used for continuously acquiring the next third examination and approval terminal in the selected examination and approval chain when the current examination and approval result shows that the examination and approval result passes, and transmitting the data acquisition application form to the next third examination and approval terminal for examination and approval until the third examination and approval terminals corresponding to all the examination and approval users in the examination and approval chain complete the examination and approval of the data application form.

The above-mentioned various modules in the data approval apparatus may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used to store approval chains as well as log data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a data approval method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 7 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory storing a computer program and a processor that when executing the computer program performs the steps of: receiving a data application form acquisition request sent by a first terminal, wherein the data application form acquisition request carries a user identifier corresponding to the first terminal; acquiring an approval chain corresponding to the user identifier, and returning the approval chain to the first terminal; receiving a data application form and a selected approval chain which are returned by the first terminal and are filled in; transmitting the filled data application form to a corresponding second terminal, and receiving a pre-examination result returned by the second terminal; when the prequalification result indicates that the prequalification is passed, the data application form is sent to a third terminal corresponding to the selected approval chain for approval; when the approval results of the third terminal corresponding to the approval chain all indicate approval passing, the user identification and the data application form are stored in an associated mode, and the approval results corresponding to the user identification are marked as approval passing.
In one embodiment, the sending, by the processor, the data application form to the third terminal corresponding to the selected approval chain for approval when the processor executes the computer program may include: acquiring a current third terminal corresponding to a current approval user in the selected approval chain, and sending a data application form to the current third terminal for approval; receiving a current approval result returned by the current third terminal; when the current approval result indicates approval passing, continuing to acquire the next third approval terminal in the selected approval chain, and sending the data acquisition application form to the next third approval terminal for approval until all the third approval terminals corresponding to the approval users in the approval chain are used for approving the data application form.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: when the current approval result shows that the approval is not passed, recording a problem type corresponding to the current approval result, and storing the problem type; and after the processor executes the computer program and sends the data application form to the current third terminal for approval, the method can further comprise: and sending the stored problem type to a current third terminal for display.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of: when the approval result of the fourth terminal in the approval chain is that the approval is failed, sending the result that the approval is failed to the first terminal; and receiving the modified data application form sent by the first terminal, and sending the modified data application form to the fourth terminal.
In one embodiment, the sending of the completed data application form to the corresponding second terminal, which is implemented when the processor executes the computer program, may include: acquiring an online second terminal in the cluster, and selecting a second terminal with the least current task amount from the online second terminals; and sending the filled data application form to the selected second terminal.
In one embodiment, after receiving the pre-review result returned by the second terminal, the processor when executing the computer program may further include: updating and displaying the current approval state of the data application form according to the preaudit result; thus, after the data application form is sent to the third terminal corresponding to the selected approval chain for approval when the processor executes the computer program, the method may further include: and updating and displaying the current approval state of the data application form according to the approval result of the third terminal.
In one embodiment, after marking the approval result corresponding to the user identifier as approval passing when the processor executes the computer program, the method may include: receiving a data acquisition request sent by a first terminal and forwarded by a data server, wherein the data acquisition request carries a user identifier corresponding to the first terminal; inquiring an approval result corresponding to the user identifier, and returning the approval result to the data server, wherein the approval result is used for indicating the data server to return data corresponding to the data acquisition request to the first terminal.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: receiving a data application form acquisition request sent by a first terminal, wherein the data application form acquisition request carries a user identifier corresponding to the first terminal; acquiring an approval chain corresponding to the user identifier, and returning the approval chain to the first terminal; receiving a data application form and a selected approval chain which are returned by the first terminal and are filled in; transmitting the filled data application form to a corresponding second terminal, and receiving a pre-examination result returned by the second terminal; when the prequalification result indicates that the prequalification is passed, the data application form is sent to a third terminal corresponding to the selected approval chain for approval; when the approval results of the third terminal corresponding to the approval chain all indicate approval passing, the user identification and the data application form are stored in an associated mode, and the approval results corresponding to the user identification are marked as approval passing.
In one embodiment, the sending of the data application form to the third terminal corresponding to the selected approval chain for approval implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor may include: acquiring a current third terminal corresponding to a current approval user in the selected approval chain, and sending a data application form to the current third terminal for approval; receiving a current approval result returned by the current third terminal; when the current approval result indicates approval passing, continuing to acquire the next third approval terminal in the selected approval chain, and sending the data acquisition application form to the next third approval terminal for approval until all the third approval terminals corresponding to the approval users in the approval chain are used for approving the data application form.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: when the current approval result shows that the approval is not passed, recording a problem type corresponding to the current approval result, and storing the problem type; thus, after the data application form is sent to the current third terminal for approval when the computer program is executed by the processor, the method may further include: and sending the stored problem type to a current third terminal for display.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: when the approval result of the fourth terminal in the approval chain is that the approval is failed, sending the result that the approval is failed to the first terminal; and receiving the modified data application form sent by the first terminal, and sending the modified data application form to the fourth terminal.
In one embodiment, the sending of the completed data application form to the corresponding second terminal, which is implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor, may include: acquiring an online second terminal in the cluster, and selecting a second terminal with the least current task amount from the online second terminals; and sending the filled data application form to the selected second terminal.

In one embodiment, after marking the approval result corresponding to the user identifier as approval passing when the computer program is executed by the processor, the method may include: receiving a data acquisition request sent by a first terminal and forwarded by a data server, wherein the data acquisition request carries a user identifier corresponding to the first terminal; inquiring an approval result corresponding to the user identifier, and returning the approval result to the data server, wherein the approval result is used for indicating the data server to return data corresponding to the data acquisition request to the first terminal.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the various embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

It should be noted that it would be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements could be made without departing from the spirit of the present application, which would be within the scope of the present application. Claims (10)

1. A method of data approval, the method comprising:
receiving a data application form acquisition request sent by a first terminal, wherein the data application form acquisition request carries a user identifier corresponding to the first terminal;
acquiring an approval chain corresponding to the user identifier, and returning the approval chain to the first terminal;
receiving a data application form and a selected approval chain which are returned by the first terminal and are filled in;
Transmitting the filled data application form to a corresponding second terminal, receiving a pre-examination result returned by the second terminal, and obtaining a pre-examination result passing examination when the filled content in the data application form is correct in format and complete in content;
when the pre-examination result shows that the pre-examination is passed, the data application form is sent to a third terminal corresponding to the selected examination and approval chain for examination and approval, and the third terminal examines and approves the substantial content of the data application form;
when the approval results of the third terminal corresponding to the approval chain all show approval passing, storing the user identification and the data application form in a correlated way, and marking the approval result corresponding to the user identification as approval passing;
receiving a data acquisition request sent by the first terminal and forwarded by a data server, wherein the data acquisition request carries a user identifier corresponding to the first terminal;
inquiring an approval result corresponding to the user identifier, and returning the approval result to the data server, wherein the approval result is used for indicating the data server to return data corresponding to the data acquisition request to the first terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the data application form to a third terminal corresponding to the selected approval chain for approval comprises:
acquiring a current third terminal corresponding to a current approval user in the selected approval chain, and sending the data application form to the current third terminal for approval;
receiving a current approval result returned by the current third terminal;
and when the current approval result indicates approval passing, continuing to acquire the next third approval terminal in the selected approval chain, and sending the data acquisition application form to the next third approval terminal for approval until all third approval terminals corresponding to all approval users in the approval chain complete approval of the data approval form.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
when the current approval result indicates that the approval is not passed, recording a problem type corresponding to the current approval result, and storing the problem type;
after the data application form is sent to the current third terminal for approval, the method further comprises the following steps:
And sending the stored problem type to the current third terminal for display.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
when the approval result of the fourth terminal in the approval chain is that the approval fails, sending the result of the approval failing to the first terminal;
and receiving the modified data application form sent by the first terminal, and sending the modified data application form to the fourth terminal.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the completed data application form to the corresponding second terminal comprises:
acquiring an online second terminal in the cluster, and selecting a second terminal with the least current task amount from the online second terminals;
and sending the filled data application form to the selected second terminal.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein after receiving the pre-review result returned by the second terminal, further comprises:
updating and displaying the current approval state of the data application form according to the preaudit result;
after the data application form is sent to the third terminal corresponding to the selected approval chain for approval, the method further comprises the following steps:
And updating and displaying the current approval state of the data application form according to the approval result of the third terminal.
7. A data approval apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a data application form acquisition request sent by a first terminal, wherein the data application form acquisition request carries a user identifier corresponding to the first terminal;
the approval chain acquisition module is used for acquiring an approval chain corresponding to the user identifier and returning the approval chain to the first terminal;
the second receiving module is used for receiving the filled data application form and the selected approval chain returned by the first terminal;
the pre-examination module is used for sending the filled data application form to a corresponding second terminal, receiving a pre-examination result returned by the second terminal, and obtaining a pre-examination result passing examination when the filled content in the data application form is correct in format and complete in content;
the approval module is used for sending the data application form to a third terminal corresponding to the selected approval chain for approval when the pre-approval result indicates that the pre-approval is passed, and the third terminal approves the substantial content of the data application form;
The output module is used for storing the user identification and the data application form in an associated mode when the approval results of the third terminal corresponding to the approval chain all show approval passing, and marking the approval result corresponding to the user identification as approval passing;
the third receiving module is used for receiving a data acquisition request sent by the first terminal and forwarded by the data server, wherein the data acquisition request carries a user identifier corresponding to the first terminal;
and the feedback module is used for inquiring the approval result corresponding to the user identifier and returning the approval result to the data server, and the approval result is used for indicating the data server to return the data corresponding to the data acquisition request to the first terminal.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the approval module comprises:
the first approval unit is used for acquiring a current third terminal corresponding to a current approval user in the selected approval chain, and sending the data application form to the current third terminal for approval;
the approval result receiving unit is used for receiving the current approval result returned by the current third terminal;
And the second approval unit is used for continuously acquiring the next third approval terminal in the selected approval chain when the current approval result shows approval passing, and sending the data acquisition application form to the next third approval terminal for approval until all the third approval terminals corresponding to the approval users in the approval chain finish approval of the data approval form.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6 when the computer program is executed.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
