The positioning module is used for entering a working state after the normal connection is established when the mobile terminal is started, automatically receiving a positioning signal of a space or a network, acquiring the position data of the electronic intelligent seal, converting the position data into place name information through a program, and uploading the place name information to a server side for storage when the place name information is recorded along with the signature information through the network; the microprocessor is used for executing the client application program instruction and coordinating all the units in the control device to realize respective corresponding functions, including functions of networking uploading and downloading, authentication, real-time online control reading and writing, signature information acquisition and the like. The storage module is composed of a ROM and an RAM, the ROM is used for storing permanently stored information and comprises a driver and an application program of the intelligent seal and preinstalled initial information (including seal name, type, approval code, manufacturing time and the like) when the seal is manufactured, the RAM is used for storing temporary information including working state, geographical position and user verification information of the seal, picture information and signature information generated by the photographing module, and the signature information comprises seal electronic information (seal name/type/number and the like) and signature time and the like. The power supply device is composed of a lithium battery and a charging and discharging system and is used for providing a power supply for the device. The touch display screen is used for displaying working state information (current time, stamp name, code, type and the like) of the intelligent stamp, using information (signature time, stamp type, stamp electronic information and the like) of the stamp to be stored currently, the stamp electronic information comprises stamp unit name, stamp type, additional marks (such as user-defined contract number, invoice number and the like), and is also used for assisting operations such as viewfinder, handwriting input information and the like when the camera module is started, the pressure sensor is used for sensing and triggering digital records of the using state (stamping and non-stamping) of the stamp, the biological identification sensor module is used for identifying and verifying authorized users of the stamp by using single or composite biological identification information such as fingerprint identification, voiceprint identification, facial identification, iris identification and the like, and the data generation and control module, the intelligent seal data acquisition module is used for detecting the working states of the wireless communication module, the biological recognition sensor module and the positioning module in real time and controlling the generation, storage and transmission of intelligent seal data according to the states of the modules; if the networking success of the wireless internet module is detected and the biosensor module and the positioning module are normal, the seal enters a working state and the intelligent seal data generation and real-time data communication functions are started; if the networking success of the wireless internet module is detected, but any one of the biosensor module and the positioning module is abnormal, the seal enters a non-working state, and the seal data generation function is closed and abnormal information is alarmed; if the networking of the wireless internet module is not successful or the networking is disconnected and the biosensor module and the positioning module are normal, the seal enters a working state and the intelligent seal data generation and timing data communication functions are started; if the networking of the wireless internet module is not successful or the networking is disconnected and any one of the biosensor module and the positioning module is abnormal, the seal enters a non-working state, the seal data generation function is closed and abnormal information is recorded; the digital encryption and decryption module is used for making an off-line digital signature on the seal use information and sending the off-line digital signature to the data control module when the intelligent seal is used; and the system is used for providing the offline encryption and decryption operation of the digital certificate and the digital signature during the front-end and back-end data exchange of the intelligent seal management system, so as to realize the authentication of the two-way digital certificate.
As shown in fig. 2, the service definition module in the seal self-control unit defines different service (e.g., contract signing, receipt) generation information processes to the service setting information module, and writes the information into the electronic seal through the service setting processing module. In a typical contract signing service, a blockchain record is equivalent to an account specifically including a party A and a party B, a programmable part of a blockchain is defined through service definition, and when corresponding operation is performed, an electronic intelligent seal enters a corresponding process according to the programmable part, and if the electronic intelligent seal is signed with the other party, a two-dimensional code needs to be scanned to obtain a public key of the other party and then the seal operation is performed.
The seal management module in the figure records enterprise real name information and seal management information approved by a public security department, writes seal information into a manufactured seal through the seal management processing module of the client, writes service definition information corresponding to the seal into the seal, generates a secret key, writes the seal into the seal through a wired port and a seal management processing function corresponding to the inside of the seal, receives related data through seal management processing, and automatically cuts off a network communication part of the seal through a cold wallet control module circuit, ensures that the writing period is not on line, and ensures the safety of the related information, particularly the secret key.
When the seal is used, every time of stamping, a service is selected, if not, the self-signing service is defaulted (only the account number of a user is recorded), the stamping sensor module in the online control electronic seal is combined with the time of a client, a processing module is set through the service of the seal, an operation flow is entered, and data is generated by a stamping data generation module in the online control electronic seal, wherein typical stamping data comprises the account number of the user, the account number of the opposite side and the service type. After the seal is stamped, the network connection is cut off through the cold wallet control module circuit, the private key is read, the signature is carried out, and the stamping record of each time is stored through the data storage processing module.
The seal judges the electric quantity through a power management module in the seal automatic control unit, if the electric quantity is enough, the use data is uploaded in real time through an online transmission module, otherwise, after a low-electric-quantity state is reported through a network, a black box mode is entered, the seal displays that charging is needed, low-power consumption operation is maintained, only the seal data is recorded, uploading is not performed, and after the sufficient electric quantity is charged, the network is communicated, and the stored data is uploaded.
And a using data module in the seal automatic control unit is added into a data pool to be packaged after being identified by the timestamp server (each using data is uniquely identified).
When the seal is idle, the accounting module in the blockchain unit automatically acquires data to be packed from the data pool waiting for packing (only data which is not issued by the accounting module can be acquired, and third-party packing is performed), records the data in the blockchain data module, and uploads the data to the blockchain node server.
When a plurality of blockchain node servers pass through a point-to-point synchronization mode, all blockchain data are synchronized, and a blockchain recording process is completed.
Extracting specific types of services in a block chain by a service query module in the seal automatic control system for query; and by using the query module, after the query condition is set, the specific stamping data is queried.
