Abstract

The invention discloses a magnetic orientation kissing catheter which comprises a first catheter and a second catheter, wherein the first catheter comprises a first catheter tee joint, a first catheter hemostasis valve, a first catheter body and a first catheter head; the second catheter comprises a second catheter tee joint, a second catheter hemostasis valve, a second catheter tube body and a second catheter head; the magnetic orientation anastomosis catheter can quickly establish a channel between catheters, and the end has good developing property, thereby not only reducing the complexity of the operation and the operation cost of a patient, but also shortening the operation time, reducing the ray radiation of an operator and the patient and improving the operation efficiency.

Background
During the interventional operation, the catheter mainly plays a role in establishing a channel. For example, in the chimney technique of aortic endoluminal repair, after the aortic stent graft is released, the catheter needs to be pulled by the guide wire to reach the predetermined position, and the guide wire needs to be repeatedly fed into/withdrawn from the catheter during the operation, so the operation time is long, and the cost of the patient is high.

the upper part of the first catheter hemostasis valve is connected with a first catheter tee joint, the right part of the first catheter hemostasis valve is connected with the left end part of a first catheter tube body, and the right end part of the first catheter tube body is connected with a first catheter head; the first catheter tee joint, the first catheter hemostasis valve, the first catheter tube body and the first catheter head are connected into a hollow pipeline structure;
the upper part of the second catheter hemostasis valve is connected with a second catheter tee joint, the left part of the second catheter hemostasis valve is connected with the right end part of a second catheter tube body, and the left end part of the second catheter tube body is connected with a second catheter head; the second catheter tee joint, the second catheter hemostasis valve, the second catheter tube body and the second catheter head are connected into a hollow pipeline structure;
the first pipe head and the second pipe head are magnetic media, and the magnetic poles of the first pipe head and the second pipe head are opposite.
As a further improvement of the technical solution, the first catheter head comprises a first fixing portion, a first flexible connecting portion and a first mating portion; the second catheter head comprises a second fixing part, a second flexible connecting part and a second matching part; the first matching part and the second matching part are matched and communicated in the using process.
Preferably, the first matching part is an arc-shaped or hemispherical end; the end head of the second matching part is provided with a groove which is matched with the arc-shaped or hemispherical end head of the first matching part.
Preferably, the diameters of the middle parts of the first flexible connecting part and the second flexible connecting part are smaller than the diameters of the two ends.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the first catheter tube body and the second catheter tube body are made of one or more of medical polyethylene, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyamide and derivatives thereof, and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene.
Preferably, the first catheter head and the second catheter head are made of composite magnetic polymer materials or structural magnetic polymer materials; the composite magnetic polymer material comprises a neodymium iron boron magnet, a samarium cobalt magnet, an alnico magnet or a ferrite permanent magnet material; the structural polymer magnetic medium material comprises a polyacetylene polymer, an oxygen-containing group substituted benzene derivative or a polypropylene pyrolysis product.
As a further improvement of the technical solution, the first fixing portion of the first catheter head and the first catheter tube are fixed by laser welding, cross-linking adhesive bonding or hot-melt welding.
As a further improvement of the technical solution, the second fixing portion of the second catheter head and the second catheter tube are fixed by laser welding, cross-linking adhesive bonding or thermal welding.
The starting materials of the present invention are commercially available, unless otherwise specified, and the equipment used in the present invention may be any equipment conventionally used in the art or may be any equipment known in the art.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

Referring to fig. 1, a magnetic orientation kissing catheter comprises a first catheter 10 and a second catheter 20, wherein the first catheter 10 comprises a first catheter tee 11, a first catheter hemostasis valve 12, a first catheter tube 13 and a first catheter head 14; the second catheter 20 comprises a second catheter tee 21, a second catheter hemostasis valve 22, a second catheter tube 23 and a second catheter head 24;
the upper part of the first catheter hemostasis valve 12 is connected with a first catheter tee 11, the right part of the first catheter hemostasis valve 12 is connected with the left end part of a first catheter tube body 13, and the right end part of the first catheter tube body 13 is connected with a first catheter head 14; the first catheter tee joint 11, the first catheter hemostasis valve 12, the first catheter tube body 13 and the first catheter head 14 are connected into a hollow pipeline structure;
the upper part of the second catheter hemostasis valve 22 is connected with a second catheter tee 21, the left part of the second catheter hemostasis valve 22 is connected with the right end part of a second catheter tube body 23, and the left end part of the second catheter tube body 23 is connected with a second catheter head 24; the second catheter tee joint 21, the second catheter hemostasis valve 22, the second catheter tube 23 and the second catheter head 24 are connected into a hollow pipeline structure;
the first conduit head 14 and the second conduit head 24 are magnetic media, and the magnetic poles of the first conduit head 14 and the second conduit head 24 are opposite. For example, first catheter tip 14 is S-pole and second catheter tip 24 is N-pole.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, said first catheter head 14 comprises a first fixing portion 141, a first flexible connecting portion 142 and a first fitting portion 143; the second catheter head 24 comprises a second fixing portion 241, a second flexible connecting portion 242 and a second mating portion 243; the first matching portion 143 and the second matching portion 243 are matched and communicated in the use process. In the prior art, the magnetic tip is generally configured as a unitary structure, and the present application is divided into a three-segment structure, which aims to: the fixing part is used for fixedly connecting with the catheter body; the flexible connecting part is arranged to enable the matching part to have free moving space. Because the butt joint of the catheter is difficult in the interventional therapy process, the final alignment between the matching parts can be realized through the free movement of the flexible connecting part, namely, the matching state can be reached; the arrangement of the mating portion facilitates the final mating by magnetic attraction.
The first fixing portion 141, the first flexible connecting portion 142 and the first matching portion 143 are integrally cast by a mold; the second fixing portion 241, the second flexible connecting portion 242 and the second matching portion 243 are integrally cast by a mold.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first fitting portion 143 is an arc-shaped or hemispherical tip; the end of the second fitting portion 243 is provided with a groove, and the groove is matched with the arc-shaped or hemispherical end of the first fitting portion.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first catheter tube 13 and the second catheter tube 23 are made of one or more of medical grade polyethylene, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyamide and derivatives, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first matching portion 143 and the second matching portion 243 are made of a composite magnetic polymer material, and the composite magnetic polymer material includes an ndfeb magnet, a samarium-cobalt magnet, an alnico magnet, or a ferrite permanent magnet material; the first flexible connecting part 142 and the second flexible connecting part 242 are made of structural magnetic polymer materials, and the structural magnetic polymer medium materials comprise polyacetylene polymers, oxygen-containing group substituted benzene derivatives or polypropylene.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure that the flexible connecting portion has a certain free space, the diameters of the middle portions of the first flexible connecting portion 142 and the second flexible connecting portion 242 are smaller than the diameters of the two ends.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first fixing portion 141 of the first catheter head 14 and the first catheter tube 13 are fixed by laser welding, cross-linking adhesive bonding, or thermal welding.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second fixing portion 241 of the second catheter head 24 and the second catheter tube 23 are fixed by laser welding, cross-linking adhesive bonding, or thermal welding.
The magnetic orientation anastomosis catheter of the invention has the following working principle:
under guide of the guide wire, the first catheter 10 and the second catheter 20 enter the blood vessel at different approaches, such as brachiocephalic artery, left common carotid artery, left subclavian artery, femoral artery, respectively. After withdrawal of the guide wire, wherein the first catheter 10 or the second catheter 20 is guided by the second catheter 20 or the first catheter 10 to reach the predetermined site, a channel is established to provide a base condition for the rest of the surgical operation.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. the upper part of the first catheter hemostasis valve is connected with a first catheter tee joint, the right part of the first catheter hemostasis valve is connected with the left end part of a first catheter tube body, and the right end part of the first catheter tube body is connected with a first catheter head; the first catheter tee joint, the first catheter hemostasis valve, the first catheter tube body and the first catheter head are connected into a hollow pipeline structure;
the upper part of the second catheter hemostasis valve is connected with a second catheter tee joint, the left part of the second catheter hemostasis valve is connected with the right end part of a second catheter tube body, and the left end part of the second catheter tube body is connected with a second catheter head; the second catheter tee joint, the second catheter hemostasis valve, the second catheter tube body and the second catheter head are connected into a hollow pipeline structure;
the first conduit head and the second conduit head are magnetic media, and the magnetic poles of the first conduit head and the second conduit head are opposite;
the first catheter head comprises a first fixing part, a first flexible connecting part and a first matching part; the second catheter head comprises a second fixing part, a second flexible connecting part and a second matching part; the first matching part and the second matching part are matched and communicated in the using process;
the first matching part is an arc-shaped or hemispherical end; the end head of the second matching part is provided with a groove which is matched with the arc-shaped or hemispherical end head of the first matching part.
