Preferably, the product label data may also include, but is not limited to, { order number }, { order date }, { customer name }, { customer abbreviation }, { material number }, { packaging unit }, { packaging number }, { company name }, { company abbreviation }, { thousands weight }, { certification }, { extension column }, { commodity two-dimensional code }, { standard line block }, { product code bar code }, and the like.
If the header format is not satisfied, the header format needs to be rearranged.
Step S504, if the first template format is judged to meet the preset header format of the product label data, inserting product label attribute information, product graphic identifiers, product unique identifiers and product line block diagrams; specifically, the product unique identifier may be a unique two-dimensional code or one-dimensional code of the product. And meanwhile, an active or passive tag can be additionally arranged. In particular, the product line block diagram may be a support SVG vector diagram.
Outputting the product label data in the newly added label template according to the first output instruction comprises:

Step S510, if it is determined that the new label template is not a default template, setting the current new label template as a default template for printing product label data in the new label template. The default template is that the product is generated according to the default template sample, and only the label type and the label size need to be selected. The default template of the label is taken as the template of the same label type.
Preferably, when there are more label templates of the same type, one of the formats required for outputting as a default template needs to be set.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order other than that illustrated herein.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an apparatus for implementing the method for generating tag data for user definition, as shown in fig. 6, where the apparatus includes: a determining module 10, configured to determine a first tag data new instruction; a generating module 20, configured to generate a first template format of the tag data according to the first tag data adding instruction; a loading module 30, configured to load a new tag template through the first template format; and an output module 40, configured to output the product label data in the newly added label template according to the first output instruction.
In the embodiment of the present application, the new instruction in the determining module 10 may refer to an instruction for adding tag data, and when the preset template cannot meet the tag data requirement of the user, the tag data needs to be added. Meanwhile, after determining the first tag data new instruction, the selected content is stored. The tag new instruction may be determined when the user wants to newly add a tag format that is not present in the current preset template. When determining the new instruction, the related new instruction can be executed by displaying a window, setting a button or setting a pull-down menu. Preferably, the first tag data new instruction may further include: the tag type is selected. For example, the tab type is selected in the add window/drop down menu/input dialog as: and (5) an outer box label. Preferably, the first tag data new instruction may further include: the size is entered. For example, the input size is 70 x 50 in the new window/drop down menu/input dialog. Preferably, the first tag data new instruction may further include: a template description is entered. For example, input in an add window/drop down menu/input dialog: the template description content of the special outer box template.
The generation of the first template format of the tag data by the tag data adding instruction in the generating module 20 of the embodiment of the present application refers to modifying the content of the preset template format that is already loaded.
The generation of the first template format of the tag data by the tag data adding instruction may also refer to editing the loaded content of the preset template format.
Generating the first template format of the tag data through the tag data adding instruction may also mean that the content of the pre-set template format already loaded is displayed.
The preset template format may include: template sample, label type, label size, template description. In addition, there is a right to modify the newly added label template. The modification authority may be to modify the label style, content typesetting, etc. in the template sample.
The loading module 30 in the embodiment of the present application may load the newly added tag template after determining the template format, where the template format is mainly determined according to the tag type, the input size, the template description, and the like. Meanwhile, a newly added tag template loaded through a template format is preset with basic contents such as a template sample, a tag type, a tag size and the like.
Preferably, the user can have the operation authority of modifying and/or adding and completing the new label template, so as to realize the self-definition of the new label template. For example, the user may have clicking on "template modification" to open the edit template format, custom the style of the template.
The loading of the newly added label template comprises the following steps: the added label template viewing authority, the added label template modification authority, the added label template deletion authority and the added label template are set as default template authority.
The output module 40 in the embodiment of the present application outputs the product label data in the newly added label template through an output instruction, and the newly added label template meets the user-defined requirement of the user through adjustment and modification, and may include: product tag attribute data such as { brand }, { standard number }, { strength }, { specification { dental distance }, { package number { unit }, { color }, { lot number }, { product graphic identification }, { product unique identification }, { product line block diagram }, and the like are used for meeting different user customization requirements.
Preferably, through integrating all elements such as the required product label attribute data, the vector diagram and the like in advance, a user can unify the format of the label data in advance only by placing the elements on corresponding positions in the newly added label template, thereby realizing batch output.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the generating module 20 includes: a first generating unit 201, configured to generate a first display window for editing a newly added tag template according to the first tag data newly added instruction; a first receiving unit 202, configured to receive at least first tag type selection data and first size selection data in the first display window; a second generating unit 203, configured to generate a first template attribute window according to the first tag type selection data and the first size selection data; a first judging unit 204, configured to judge whether a template format of the tag data in the first template attribute window is a default format; a third generating unit 205, configured to generate a first template modification interface if it is determined that the template format of the tag data in the first template attribute window is not a default format; a modification interface unit 206, configured to set a template format in the first template attribute window to a default format or provide a first template format editing window through the first template modification interface.
The first display window in the first generating unit 201 in the embodiment of the present application includes at least display content for a newly added label template of the labeler.
The receiving of the tag type selection data in the first receiving unit 202 in the embodiment of the present application refers to selecting a tag type, and may include, but is not limited to, an outer box tag of a product, an inner package tag of a product, a shelf tag of a product, and a bag tag of a product. Receiving size selection data refers to the size of the product label. For example, the label type is "inner package label", and the label size is: 50*70.
The first template attribute window in the second generating unit 203 in the embodiment of the present application may include: { product name }, { standard number }, { intensity }, { specification { dental distance }, { package quantity { unit }, { color }, { lot number }, { product graphic identification }, { product unique identification }, { product line block diagram }, multiple or arbitrary product tag data attribute.
Preferably, the product label data may also include, but is not limited to, { material }, { strength }, { material }, { color }, { lot }, { package rule }, { quantity }, { brand }, { unit }, { code }, and the like.
Preferably, the product label data may also include, but is not limited to, { order number }, { order date }, { customer name }, { customer abbreviation }, { material number }, { packaging unit }, { packaging number }, { company name }, { company abbreviation }, { thousands weight }, { certification }, { extension column }, { commodity two-dimensional code }, { standard line block }, { product code bar code }, and the like.
In the first determining unit 204 of the embodiment of the present application, it is determined whether the template format of the tag data in the template attribute window is set to the template of the default format, where the template of the default format refers to that the product is generated according to the default template sample, and only the tag type and the tag size need to be selected.
In the third generating unit 205 of the embodiment of the present application, if it is determined that the template format of the tag data in the template attribute window is not set to the template of the default format, the template modification interface is generated to provide the interface set to the default format and the content modification interface.
In the modification interface unit 206 of the embodiment of the present application, preferably, when there are more label templates of the same type, one of the formats required for outputting as a default template needs to be set. The template format in the first template property window may be set to a default format by a template modification interface. The first template format editing window can also be provided through the template modification interface to carry out the re-modification and editing.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the loading module 30 includes: a setting unit 301 that sets the number of rows and columns of a first table into which tag data is to be inserted; a first adjustment unit 302, configured to adjust a border position of the first table of tag data to be inserted; a second adjusting unit 303 for adjusting the line width of the first table of the tag data to be inserted; a first inserting unit 304, configured to insert the first table when the tag data to be inserted is consistent with the header of the first table to be inserted; the determining unit 305 determines the first text content and the vector information of the first text content according to the first table.
The loading module 30 inserts a table plug-in and creates the number of rows and columns of the table. And adjusting the edge positions of the table to meet different custom requirements. And adjusting the line width of the table to meet different user-defined requirements. After the configuration of the text content and the vector information of the text content is completed, the template element editing can be completed.
Determining the first literal content in the loading module 30 may refer to inserting text.
The vector information of the first text content means that the text content is input by selecting the text plug-in, the font, the size and the position coordinates are adjusted, and the position can be adjusted by using the up-down left-right direction keys.
Preferably, it may also include { product graphic identity }, { product unique identity }, { product line block diagram }. The product line block diagram may be a 2D or 3D SVG vector diagram.
Preferably, the display scale is adjusted to 100% and previewed on a formation window of the template content.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 9, the loading module 30 includes: a second judging unit 301, a second inserting unit 302, and the output module 40 includes: a vector saving unit 401, a third judging unit 402, and a printing unit 403, where the second judging unit 301 is configured to judge whether the first template format meets a preset header format of the product label data; the second inserting unit 302 is configured to insert product tag attribute information, a product graphic identifier, a product unique identifier, and a product line block diagram when the first template format is determined to satisfy the preset header format of the product tag data; the vector saving unit 401 is configured to save the newly added label template according to a vector diagram format according to a first output instruction; the third determining unit 402 is configured to determine whether the newly added tag template is a default template; the printing unit 403 is configured to set the current newly added label template as a default template for printing product label data in the newly added label template if it is determined that the newly added label template is not the default template.
The second determining unit 301 in this embodiment determines whether the preset header format satisfies the product tag data, for example, whether the header format satisfies { name }, { standard number }, { strength }, { specification { pitch }, { package number { unit }, { color }, lot number }, { product graphic identifier }, { product unique identifier }, and { product line block diagram }, of the custom function in the tag data. If the header format is not satisfied, the header format needs to be rearranged.
Specifically, in the second inserting unit 302 of the embodiment of the present application, the unique product identifier may be a unique two-dimensional code or a one-dimensional code of the product. And meanwhile, an active or passive tag can be additionally arranged. In particular, the product line block diagram may be a support SVG vector diagram.
The vector saving unit 401 in the embodiment of the present application may save the newly added label template according to a vector diagram format and then may further use the newly added label template for output. The newly added label template saved by the vector diagram format can be directly used for printout.
The third determining unit 402 in the embodiment of the present application determines whether the newly added label template that has completed editing at this time is a default template.
The default template in the printing unit 403 in this embodiment of the present application means that the product is generated according to the default template sample, and only the label type and the label size need to be selected. The default template of the label is taken as the template of the same label type. Preferably, when there are more label templates of the same type, one of the formats required for outputting as a default template needs to be set.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented in a general purpose computing device, they may be concentrated on a single computing device, or distributed across a network of computing devices, or they may alternatively be implemented in program code executable by computing devices, such that they may be stored in a memory device for execution by the computing devices, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple modules or steps within them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the same, but rather, various modifications and variations may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principles of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (3)

1. A method for generating custom label data, for generating user-customized product label data, the method comprising:
When the preset template cannot meet the label data requirement of the user, adding the label data, including determining a first label data adding instruction; the preset template format comprises the following steps: template sample, label type, label size, template description;
generating a first template format of the tag data according to the first tag data adding instruction, including: generating a first display window for editing a newly-added tag template according to the first tag data newly-added instruction; receiving at least first label type selection data and first size selection data in the first display window; generating a first template attribute window according to the first label type selection data and the first size selection data; judging whether the template format of the tag data in the first template attribute window is a default format or not; if the template format of the tag data in the first template attribute window is judged not to be the default format, a first template modification interface is generated; setting a template format in the first template attribute window to a default format or providing a first template format editing window through the first template modification interface; when the same type of label templates are more, setting one of the label templates as a default template to output a required format;
Loading a new tag template through the first template format, including: setting the number of rows and columns of a first table of tag data to be inserted; adjusting the edge position of the first table of the tag data to be inserted; adjusting the line width of the first table of the tag data to be inserted; when the label data to be inserted is consistent with the header of the first form to be inserted, the first form is inserted; determining first text contents and vector information of the first text contents according to the first table;
loading a new tag template in the first template format further comprises: judging whether the first template format meets a preset header format of the product label data or not; if the first template format is judged to meet the preset header format of the product label data, inserting product label attribute information, product graphic identifiers, product unique identifiers and product line block diagrams;
outputting the product label data in the newly added label template according to the first output instruction comprises: storing the newly added label template according to a vector diagram format according to a first output instruction; judging whether the newly added label template is a default template or not; if the newly added label template is judged not to be a default template, setting the current newly added label template as a default template for printing product label data in the newly added label template;
And outputting the product label data in the newly added label template according to a first output instruction, wherein outputting the product label data comprises: product coding of the industrial parts, unifying and standardizing attribute fields of the industrial parts, integrating all elements including required product tag attribute data and vector diagrams in advance, unifying formats of tag data, and placing the elements to corresponding positions in a newly added tag template by a user to realize batch output; receiving a first preview instruction of product label data; displaying a first preview result page of the product label data according to the first preview instruction; generating a unique identification with the product specification content information access address on the first preview result page; determining a first label output quantity of the product label data, and determining the first label output quantity on the first preview result page; detecting whether the first preview result page meets the requirement of outputting the product label data in the preset label template according to a first output instruction; and if the first preview result page is detected to meet the requirement of outputting the product label data in the preset label template according to a first output instruction, printing out the product label data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein loading the new label template in the first template format comprises at least one or more of the following product label data attributes:
{ product name }, { standard number }, { strength }, { specification { dental distance }, { package number { unit }, { color }, { lot number }, { product graphic identification }, { product unique identification }, { product line block diagram }.
3. A tag data generating apparatus for custom making, for generating user-customized product tag data, the apparatus comprising:
the determining module is used for determining a first tag data new instruction;
the generating module is used for generating a first template format of the tag data according to the first tag data adding instruction;
the loading module is used for loading a newly added tag template through the first template format; and
the output module is used for outputting the product label data in the newly-added label template according to a first output instruction, wherein the outputting of the product label data comprises the following steps:
product coding of the industrial parts, unifying and standardizing attribute fields of the industrial parts, integrating all elements including required product tag attribute data and vector diagrams in advance, unifying formats of tag data, and placing the elements to corresponding positions in a newly added tag template by a user to realize batch output;
Receiving a first preview instruction of product label data;
displaying a first preview result page of the product label data according to the first preview instruction;
generating a unique identification with the product specification content information access address on the first preview result page;
determining a first label output quantity of the product label data, and determining the first label output quantity on the first preview result page;
detecting whether the first preview result page meets the requirement of outputting product label data in a preset label template according to a first output instruction; and
if the first preview result page is detected to meet the requirement of outputting the product label data in the preset label template according to a first output instruction, printing out the product label data;
wherein, the generating module includes:
the first generation unit is used for generating a first display window for editing the newly-added tag template according to the first tag data newly-added instruction;
a first receiving unit, configured to receive at least first tag type selection data and first size selection data in the first display window;
the second generation unit is used for generating a first template attribute window according to the first label type selection data and the first size selection data;
A first judging unit, configured to judge whether a template format of tag data in the first template attribute window is a default format;
a third generating unit, configured to generate a first template modification interface if it is determined that the template format of the tag data in the first template attribute window is not a default format;
a modification interface unit, configured to set a template format in the first template attribute window to a default format or provide a first template format editing window through the first template modification interface;
the loading module comprises:
a setting unit that sets the number of rows and columns of the first table into which the tag data is to be inserted;
a first adjustment unit for adjusting the edge position of the first table of the tag data to be inserted;
a second adjustment unit for adjusting the line width of the first table of the tag data to be inserted;
the first inserting unit is used for inserting the first form when the label data to be inserted is consistent with the header of the first form to be inserted;
a determining unit for determining the first text content and the vector information of the first text content according to the first table;
the loading module comprises: the second judging unit, the second inserting unit, the said output module includes: a vector saving unit, a third judging unit, a printing unit,
The second judging unit is used for judging whether the first template format meets the preset header format of the product label data;
the second inserting unit is used for inserting product tag attribute information, product graphic identifiers, product unique identifiers and product line block diagrams when judging that the first template format meets the preset header format of the product tag data;
the vector saving unit is used for saving the newly added label template according to a vector diagram format according to a first output instruction;
the third judging unit is used for judging whether the newly added label template is a default template or not;
the printing unit is used for setting the current newly-added label template as a default template for printing product label data in the newly-added label template if the newly-added label template is judged not to be the default template.
