The embodiment of the invention provides a method, a device and a system for initiating a reservation conference, wherein the method comprises the steps of obtaining instant messages, if the instant messages comprise time characteristic information and conference characteristic information, generating a conference reservation request by utilizing the time characteristic information and the conference characteristic information, acquiring an identifier of a target user needing to participate in the reservation conference, carrying the identifier in the conference reservation request, and sending the conference reservation request to a server group so that the server group sends a conference reservation notice corresponding to the conference reservation request to target terminal equipment corresponding to the identifier of the target user; the terminal equipment can judge whether the appointed conference needs to be initiated or not by utilizing the combination of the keywords according to the content of the input instant message, and when the appointed conference needs to be initiated, the appointed conference notice can be sent to the target terminal equipment of each target user without closing the current instant message dialog box, so that the efficiency of initiating the appointed conference by the terminal equipment is effectively improved.

Technical Field

The embodiment of the invention relates to computer and communication technologies, in particular to a method, a device and a system for initiating a reservation conference.

Background

With the development of computers and communication technologies, the client installed on the terminal equipment is used for communication, and the convenience degree of contact between users is improved.

Particularly, in an application scenario of an enterprise, employees perform Instant Messaging (IM) conversation (dialog) through respective clients, so that the employees can communicate more conveniently and the efficiency of mutual cooperation is higher. Moreover, a reservation conference can be initiated by the client. The user can arrange the meeting time in advance and inform other users needing to participate in the meeting of the reserved meeting in a meeting reservation notification mode.

The current client can support instant message conversation between users and instant voice conference between two or more users, but if a reservation for the conference needs to be initiated, the current instant message dialog box needs to be exited, and a functional module for reserving the conference is found and operated according to the flow of creating the reserved conference. Therefore, the terminal device in the prior art has the problem of low efficiency when the client initiates the reservation conference.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a method, a device and a system for initiating a reservation conference, which are used for solving the problem of low efficiency when a client is used for initiating the reservation conference in the prior art.

A first aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for initiating a reservation conference, including:

obtaining an instant message;

if the instant message comprises time characteristic information and conference characteristic information, generating a conference reservation request by using the time characteristic information and the conference characteristic information;

acquiring an identifier of a target user needing to participate in the reservation conference, and carrying the identifier of the target user in the reservation conference request;

and sending the conference reservation request to a server group, so that the server group sends a conference reservation notification corresponding to the conference reservation request to target terminal equipment corresponding to the identification of the target user, wherein the server group comprises at least one server.

Detailed Description

In order to solve the problem of low efficiency when a terminal device initiates a reservation conference by using a client in the prior art, the embodiments of the invention provide that the situation of the reservation conference needing to be initiated is automatically identified according to the content of the instant message input by the terminal device, the reservation of the conference can be realized without closing the current instant message dialog box, and the reservation conference notice is sent to each user needing to participate in the reservation conference, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency.

The embodiments of the invention can be applied to the application scene of utilizing the soft terminal communication in the enterprise, and also can be applied to the application scene of utilizing various clients in the non-enterprise environment.

The terminal device in the embodiments of the present invention may be a computer, a tablet computer, a mobile phone, and other communication devices used as terminals. The "terminal device" described below is a terminal device that initiates a reservation conference and is used as a source terminal device; the "target terminal device" is a terminal device used as a target terminal device for receiving the notification of the reserved conference.

It is understood that the source terminal device and the target terminal device are both terminal devices, which respectively represent an initiator and a receiver in a communication process, and are relative concepts. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another method for initiating a reservation conference according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the server group in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 includes an instant message server and a conference server. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:

Preferably, the conference reservation request may further include a conference reservation time. The appointed meeting time can be filled by the user of the terminal equipment; or may be generated based on the temporal characteristic information.

Specifically, since the time characteristic information may include a text indicating a specific time, the terminal device may generate the scheduled meeting time according to the time characteristic information included in the instant message. Further, the user of the terminal device may correct the generated scheduled meeting time as needed.

203. And the terminal equipment acquires the identification of the target user needing to participate in the reserved conference from the participants of the instant message.

Specifically, since the instant message server is mainly used for realizing the communication of the instant messages between the terminal devices, the conference server sends the conference reservation notification to the instant message server, so that the instant message server sends the conference reservation notification to each target user who needs to participate in the reserved conference in the form of the instant message.

In addition, the conference server can find the email address of each target user according to the identification of the target user, and further send the conference reservation notification to each target user in the form of email.

The terminal device may receive the notification of the scheduled meeting in the form of an instant message and/or an email. The method for adding the appointed meeting notice into the schedule management tool by the terminal equipment according to the appointed meeting time can adopt a similar implementation mode in the prior art. The schedule management tool can be various application programs including a calendar.

On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, in practical applications, when the terminal device determines that a conference reservation needs to be initiated, that is, when a condition for sending a conference reservation request is satisfied, an icon of "send conference" may be displayed in a dialog box in which an instant message is currently input. After clicking the icon, the user pops up the interface for reserving the conference. In the interface for reserving the conference, the subject of the reserved conference, the personnel participating in the reserved conference and the reserved conference time are included. The topic of the reservation conference may be generated according to the topic of the currently ongoing multi-user conversation.

The interface for reserving the conference can be presented to the user in the form of an electronic card. The card is provided with the extension symbol, and the user can modify and edit various information on the card by clicking the extension symbol.

After the card is set, it represents the conference reservation request in the above embodiments. The user may choose to send the card or may choose to cancel the card. If the card is confirmed to be sent, the corresponding icon of "send meeting" is deleted from the dialog box; if the card is cancelled, the "Send meeting" icon is temporarily retained to enable the user to create the card for use as a request to reserve a meeting at another time through the picture.

After the card is sent to the conference server, the sent conference notification icon is displayed in a dialog box of the terminal device.

And after the conference server sends the conference reservation notice to the target terminal equipment through the instant message server, the target terminal equipment receiving the conference reservation notice displays the conference invitation card. The user can view meeting information related to the reserved meeting by clicking the meeting invitation card.

After receiving the meeting invitation card, the target terminal device can insert the content in the meeting invitation card into a calendar of the target terminal device as an incomplete task so as to remind the user through a calendar reminding function before the appointment meeting is held.

When the conference server sends the appointed conference notice to the instant message server, the appointed conference notice can also be sent to an electronic mail address corresponding to the identification of the target user in a form of mail notice based on a standard calendar format. Therefore, the user can receive the notice of the appointment meeting through the mail client, and the content in the meeting invitation card is inserted into the calendar of the appointment meeting invitation card as an incomplete task so as to remind the user through the calendar reminding function before the appointment meeting is held.

In the communication system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal device obtains the instant message, when the instant message comprises the time characteristic information and the conference characteristic information, the time characteristic information and the conference characteristic information are utilized to generate a conference reservation request, the identifier of a target user needing to participate in a reserved conference is obtained, the identifier of the target user is carried in the conference reservation request, and the conference reservation request is sent to the server group, so that the server group sends the conference reservation notification corresponding to the conference reservation request to the target terminal device corresponding to the identifier of the target user; the terminal equipment can judge whether the appointed conference needs to be initiated or not by utilizing the combination of the keywords according to the content of the input instant message, and when the appointed conference needs to be initiated, the terminal equipment can realize the transmission of the appointed conference notice to the target terminal equipment of each target user through the communication interaction with the corresponding server without closing the current instant message dialog box, thereby effectively improving the efficiency of initiating the appointed conference by the terminal equipment.

the terminal device takes the participants of the instant messages as target users, acquires the identification of the target users needing to participate in the reserved conference, and carries the identification of the target users in the reserved conference request;

and the terminal equipment sends the conference reservation request to a server group so that the server group sends a conference reservation notification corresponding to the conference reservation request to target terminal equipment corresponding to the identification of the target user, wherein the server group comprises at least one server.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the carrying the identification of the target user in the conference reservation request, the method further comprises:
