It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, in order to distinguish from an information selection operation without performing superimposition, a parameter, that is, an information selection state, needs to be introduced, and the information selection state may include at least a state for marking a non-information selection operation and a superimposition selection state for marking a superimposition selection operation using an embodiment of the present application.
Specifically, the information selection state may be recorded with one variable. For example, when the information selection state includes only two states, i.e., includes the superimposition selection state and the non-superimposition selection state, it can be represented by "whether" or "0, 1". Of course, other ways of recording the information selection status are possible.
In addition, it should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the information selection state may be bound to an application or some selection interface of the application, for example, the application in the foreground of the mobile terminal is application a, the information selection state of the mobile terminal in application a is an overlay selection state, when the mobile terminal is switched to application B, the information selection state of the mobile terminal in application B is a non-overlay selection state, and the like.
Of course, it is not excluded that the mobile terminal shares an information selection status among a plurality of applications. In such an application scenario, when the information selection state of the mobile terminal is the overlay selection state, the information selection operation of the mobile terminal may be performed across applications, for example, overlaying the information selected in application a with the message selected in application B, and so on.
And S103, when the information selection operation of the user on the information for the (n + 1) th time is detected, taking the information selected by the information selection operation for the (n + 1) th time and the information selected by the information selection operation for the (n + 1) th time as the currently selected information of the mobile terminal.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, when the (n + 1) th information selection operation on the information by the user is detected, the start position and the end position of the (n + 1) th information selection operation are naturally also detected.
When the information selection state of the application is the superposition selection state, the information selected after the nth information selection operation and the information selected by the (n + 1) th information selection operation can be used as the currently selected information of the mobile terminal. The information currently selected by the mobile terminal, that is, the information selected after the (n + 1) th information selection operation.
In the embodiment of the application, after the nth information selection operation is performed, when the condition that the user selects the overlay selection option in the displayed menu options is detected, the information selection state is set to be the overlay selection state, and the information selected after the nth information selection and the information selected by the (n + 1) th information selection operation are taken as the currently selected information in the (n + 1) th information selection operation, so that the user can perform complicated information selection operation more easily, and the convenience of information selection performed in the mobile terminal by the user is improved.
Optionally, as an embodiment, in step S101, detecting that the user performs an nth information selection operation on the information displayed by the mobile terminal may specifically include:
when the first click operation of the user is detected, a second menu option is displayed to the user, wherein the second menu option comprises an information selection starting option;
recording a first position clicked by the first click operation when the user is detected to select the information selection starting option;
when a second click operation of the user is detected, a third menu option is displayed to the user, wherein the third menu option comprises an information selection ending option;
recording a second position clicked by the second click operation when the user is detected to select the information selection ending option;
the information selected by the (n + 1) th information selection operation is the information between the first position and the second position.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to facilitate the operation, after the first click operation, a menu option containing an information selection starting option is popped up to identify the starting position of the information selection; and after detecting a second click operation after the user selects the information selection starting option, popping up a menu option containing an information selection ending option to identify the ending position of the information selection. When the user selects the information selection starting option, the first position clicked by the corresponding first click operation is the starting position of the information selection, and when the user selects the information selection ending option, the second position clicked by the corresponding second click operation is the ending position of the information selection.
For example, the user performs a click operation 1 to pop up a menu option 1 containing an information selection start option; the user does not select menu option 1 of the information selection start option but continues to perform a click operation 2 at another location and pops up menu option 2 containing the information selection start option, and then the user selects the information selection start option in menu option 2. At this time, the click operation corresponding to the information selection start option in the menu option 2 is the click operation 2, and the position clicked by the click operation is the first position, that is, the start position of the information selection this time. And when the user selects the information selection starting option and then detects the click operation, popping up a menu option containing an information selection ending option. Similarly, no matter how many times the user performs the clicking operation after selecting the information selection start option, the information selection operation is not completed as long as the user does not select the information selection end option among the pop-up menu options. When the user selects the information selection ending option in the popped-up menu options, the position clicked by the clicking operation corresponding to the menu option is the second position, namely the ending position of the information selection.
According to the information selection method and device, the click operation of the user and the selection operation of the menu option popped up after the click operation of the user are detected in the superposition selection state, so that the information selection operation of the user can be detected, the user can conveniently select massive information, particularly information exceeding a display screen of the mobile terminal, and convenience of the user in information selection is improved.

The method of the embodiments of the present application will be further described with reference to specific embodiments.
FIG. 2 is a detailed flow diagram of an information selection operation according to an embodiment of the present application. In the flowchart shown in fig. 2, text information is exemplified. Of course, it should be understood that the method of the embodiments of the present application may also be applied to the selection of multimedia information. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of an information selection operation according to an embodiment of the present application. For the purpose of understanding the technical solution of fig. 2, the embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to fig. 3. The method of fig. 2 comprises:
a user operates a mobile terminal to enter an application containing selectable information 201.
It should be appreciated that prior to implementing the method of the embodiment of fig. 1 of the present application, the user should first operate the mobile terminal to enter an application containing selectable information. Specifically, the application may be a browser, a microblog, a communication tool, a Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), a Short Message Service (SMS), and other applications related to information selection operations. In the embodiment of the present application, a browser is taken as an example for illustration.
202, the user enters an information selection operation flow.
And the user enters an information selection operation state of the browser by long-pressing the touch screen of the mobile terminal, and selects the information content of the webpage browsed by the browser.
In the mobile terminal of the prior art, the information selection operation is usually entered in a long press manner. The embodiment of the present application is described in a long press mode, but does not exclude a scheme of performing information selection operation in other modes. For example, the user may also enter the information selection operation flow through a corresponding function button or gesture operation, and so on.
And after entering the information selection operation process, the default information selection operation state is a non-superposition selection state.
And 203, the user performs information selection operation.
It should be understood that when an information selection operation is performed on a browser, information selected after the information selection operation needs to be determined according to the current information selection operation state.
And if the current information selection operation state is a non-superposition selection state, the information selected by the mobile terminal after the information selection operation is the information selected in the information selection operation.
If the current information selection operation state is the superposition selection state, the information selected by the mobile terminal after the information selection operation is the information selected before the information selection operation and the information selected in the information selection operation are the aggregate of the information selected before the information selection operation and the information selected in the information selection operation, that is, the information selected before the information selection operation and the information selected by the information selection operation are superposed, which is also the meaning of superposition selection in the application. Specifically, assuming that the information selected after the nth information selection operation is a, and the information selection operation state is the superimposition selection state, and assuming that the information selected by the n +1 th information selection operation is B, the selected information is a + B after the n +1 th information selection operation.
Of course, it should be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the information selecting operation may be implemented in various ways.
Optionally, in a specific implementation manner, the mobile terminal may determine the start position and the end position of the selection information of the current information selection operation by detecting a sliding selection operation of the user on the mobile terminal.
Specifically, the user may select information by sliding to an end position after clicking a touch screen of the mobile terminal, where the position at the time of clicking is a start position of the selection information, and the position at which the sliding ends is an end position of the selection information.
Or, optionally, in another specific implementation manner, the mobile terminal may detect the information selection operation of the user by:
when the first click operation of the user is detected, a second menu is displayed to the user, and the second menu option comprises an information selection starting option;
when the user is detected to select the information selection starting option, recording a first position clicked by the first click operation;
when a second click operation of the user is detected, a third menu option is displayed to the user, wherein the third menu option comprises an information selection ending option;
and recording a second position of the second click operation click when the user is detected to select the information selection ending option.
The information selected by the information selection operation is the information between the first position and the second position.
Or, optionally, in another specific implementation manner, the mobile terminal may detect the information selection operation of the user by:
when detecting a third click operation of the user, displaying a fourth menu option to the user, wherein the third menu option comprises an information selection starting option;
after detecting that the user selects the information selection starting option, detecting a first sliding operation after the user selects the information selection starting option;
and the information selected by the information selection operation is the information between the clicked position of the third click operation and the end position of the first sliding operation.
As shown in fig. 3 (a) and (b), the user may determine the start selection information by clicking a start option among menu options popped up on the browser, and determine the information selected by the present information selection operation by sliding a start position and an end position of a cursor used for selecting information. The starting position of the sliding operation is the position clicked by the clicking operation of the user.
Of course, other specific implementation manners may exist in the information selection operation, and are not described herein again in the embodiments of the present application.
204, the mobile terminal pops up a menu option.
After the user finishes one information selection operation, the next operation can be carried out on the mobile terminal. At this time, the mobile terminal may pop up menu options for the user to select to determine the next operation.
For example, in fig. 3 (b), after the user completes one information selection operation, a menu option may pop up, which may include an end option and an end and overlay option thereon. The user may select one of the two menu options by a click operation or the like to trigger a different operation.
The mobile terminal determines the menu option selected by the user 205.
The mobile terminal detects and judges the menu option selected by the user, and executes corresponding steps according to the menu option selected by the user.
If the menu option selected by the user is the overlay selection option for setting the selection state of the information presented by the mobile terminal to the overlay selection state, step 206 is performed.
Alternatively, if the menu option selected by the user is a deselect option for deselecting information, step 207 is performed.
When the selection option is finished in the selection operation of the information displayed by the mobile terminal, step 208 is executed.
206, the mobile terminal sets the selection state of the displayed information to be the superposition selection state.
And when the mobile terminal detects that the menu option selected by the user is the superposition selection option, the mobile terminal sets the selection state of the displayed information to be the superposition selection state. In the embodiment of the present application, the overlay selection state is used to indicate that, when the information selection operation of the (n + 1) th time is performed on the information displayed by the mobile terminal, the information selected after the information selection operation of the (n) th time for selecting the information displayed by the mobile terminal is maintained.
After the mobile terminal sets the selection state of the displayed information to the overlay selection state, step 203 may be executed.
Taking fig. 3 as an example, after the mobile terminal performs the nth (n takes values of 1, 2, 3, etc.) information selection operation, the menu options pop up, including an "end" menu option and an "end and overlay" menu option. The menu option of "end and overlap" is an overlap selection option in the embodiment of the present application. When the mobile terminal detects that the user selects the 'end and overlap' menu option, the information selected after the nth information selection operation can be kept in a selected state, and the (n + 1) th information selection operation is performed.
As shown in fig. 3, when the user clicks the "end and overlap" button in (b) of fig. 3, the information selected before clicking the "end and overlap" button may be maintained in the selected state, and then the next information selection operation, i.e., as shown in (c) of fig. 3, may be started.
The mobile terminal cancels the information selection 207.
When the mobile terminal detects that the menu option selected by the user is a deselection option, the mobile terminal may deselect the information. In the embodiment of the application, the deselection option is used for deselecting the selected information in the mobile terminal.
Optionally, in an implementation manner of this embodiment, the mobile terminal may cancel the information selected by the information selection operation performed one time before the user selects the cancel selection start option.
For example, after the nth information selection operation of the mobile terminal, when the mobile terminal detects that the user selects the cancel selection option, the information selected by the nth information selection operation may be cancelled. If n is larger than 1, the information selected by the mobile terminal at the moment is the information selected after the n-1 st information selection operation.
Or, optionally, in another implementation manner of the embodiment, the mobile terminal may cancel all selected information. At this time, the selected information does not exist in the information displayed by the mobile terminal.
Of course, it should be understood that after step 207, the mobile terminal may continue with the information selection operation, i.e., perform step 203; alternatively, the mobile terminal may end the information selection operation.
And 208, the mobile terminal finishes the information selection operation flow.
When the mobile terminal detects that the menu option selected by the user is an ending selection option for ending the selection operation of the information displayed by the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal can end the information selection operation flow.
As shown in fig. 3, the "end" menu option is an end selection option in the embodiment of the present application. When the mobile terminal detects that the user selects the "end" menu option, the mobile terminal may end the selection operation on the information presented by the mobile terminal and present a fifth menu option for operating on the selected information to the user. The fifth menu option may include a copy option, a cut option, etc.
Of course, it should be understood that the menu options popped up from the embodiment of FIG. 3 of the present application are merely illustrative. In short, the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the units may be implemented in one or more software and/or hardware when implementing the present application.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
