The terminal device includes, but is not limited to, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a mobile terminal, and the like.
In order to explain the technical means of the present invention, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Fig. 1 shows an implementation process of a method for acquiring enterprise resource planning data according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes steps S101 to S104, and a specific implementation principle of each step is as follows:
s101: when an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data acquisition event is triggered, sending a serial number to a cloud server, and downloading a configuration file prestored in the cloud server after the cloud server successfully verifies the validity of the serial number; and the configuration file is generated according to the parameter configuration information uploaded by the ERP system.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the operation instruction of the acquisition client is detected, it is determined that the ERP data acquisition event is triggered. At this time, a client serial number preset in the acquisition client is read so as to send the serial number to the cloud server. The cloud server is a background server connected with the acquisition client, and the cloud server is also used for being in butt joint with the ERP system, so that parameter configuration information of the ERP system can be reported to the cloud server, wherein the ERP system comprises an ERP client installed on terminal equipment of an enterprise user and an ERP database server in communication connection with the ERP client.
And when the cloud server receives the serial number uploaded by the acquisition client, comparing the serial number with a pre-stored authorization serial number to judge whether the serial number has legal access authority. And if the serial number is the same as any pre-stored authorized serial number, determining that the serial number has legal access right.
Preferably, when the cloud server receives the serial number uploaded by the acquisition client, the acquisition client can also be requested to upload a check code which is prestored by the acquisition client and matched with the serial number. The cloud server reads a preset Hash algorithm corresponding to a value interval according to the value interval to which the check code belongs, and outputs an authorization serial number matched with the check code after the received check code is operated by the Hash algorithm. And if the output authorization serial number is the same as the serial number uploaded by the acquisition client, determining that the serial number has legal access authority.
In the embodiment of the invention, when an enterprise user configures the parameters of the ERP client in the terminal equipment of the enterprise user, the ERP client backups the parameter configuration information to the cloud server at preset time intervals. And if the cloud server confirms that the serial number uploaded by the acquisition client has legal access authority, returning the configuration file associated with the login account information to the acquisition client according to the corresponding relation between the serial number and the login account information of the ERP client. Wherein, the configuration file contains the parameter configuration information of the ERP client. The parameter configuration information may be, for example, ERP database communication address information, personal attribute information of an enterprise user, and the like.
S102: and performing communication connection with an ERP system based on the interface address of the ERP system in the configuration file.
S103: and sending a data query request to the ERP system according to the login account information in the configuration file so as to acquire ERP data matched with the login account information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the collection client analyzes the configuration file, and determines the interface address of the ERP system and the login account information of the ERP client in the current operating environment respectively according to the interface address attribute value and the login account attribute value recorded by the configuration file.
Based on the interface address of the ERP system, the collection client sends out a connection request so as to be in communication connection with a remote ERP system through a network. The acquisition client inquires the storage process call of the ERP system based on the acquired login account information, and extracts the ERP data required to be acquired after acquiring the process call data related to the login account information in the ERP system.
S104: and uploading the ERP data to the cloud server so that a bank server which is in butt joint with the cloud server analyzes and processes the ERP data.
In the embodiment of the invention, the collection client uploads the ERP data obtained in real time to the cloud server and uploads the enterprise information associated with the ERP data. Through an external access interface provided by the cloud server, the loan platform server of the bank can send an access request to the cloud server. And according to the enterprise information of the enterprise to be approved, the loan platform server inquires ERP data matched with the enterprise information, and after analyzing the ERP data, determines whether the enterprise meets the loan standard.
In the embodiment of the invention, the parameter configuration information of the ERP client is uploaded to the cloud server in advance, so that after validity verification performed by the cloud server, an ERP system interface address in the configuration file is obtained, and communication connection with the ERP system can be realized, so that the ERP data of the ERP client corresponding to the configuration file is collected in the ERP system based on legally authorized login account information; by uploading the acquired ERP data to the cloud server again, under the condition that an enterprise does not need to issue the ERP data externally, a bank can acquire the ERP data of the enterprise which is required to be used as reference information according to a docking interface provided by the cloud server; because the collection process of the ERP data only relates to network transmission, local serial number authentication, configuration file generation and automatic analysis of the ERP data, a user does not need to go deep into the enterprise to request for checking the ERP data in person, the steps are simple, and the collection efficiency of the ERP data is improved.
As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the S102 specifically includes:
s1021: and reading starting item information in the configuration file, wherein the starting item information is used for recording whether the ERP data acquisition thread is allowed to be started or not.
In the embodiment of the invention, the configuration file sent by the cloud server contains the starting item information, and the starting item information is self-defined and set in the ERP client side by an enterprise user. The starting item information comprises a first preset value or a second preset value and is used for indicating whether the ERP data acquisition thread is allowed to be started or not, namely whether an acquisition client other than the ERP system is allowed to acquire the ERP data associated with the login account information of the ERP client or not.
Exemplarily, if the enterprise user turns on a data acquisition switch in the ERP client interface of the enterprise user, setting the start item information to a first preset value; and if the enterprise user closes the data acquisition switch in the ERP client interface, setting the starting item information as a second preset value. And updating the set starting item information to a configuration file.
S1022: and if the starting item information is a first preset value, starting an ERP data acquisition thread to be in communication connection with an ERP system based on an ERP system interface address in the configuration file.
S1023: and if the starting item information is a second preset value, ending the ERP data acquisition event and sending permission limitation prompt information.
And if the acquired starting item information of the acquisition client is a first preset value, running an ERP acquisition service to start an ERP data acquisition thread of the current terminal equipment. And the ERP data acquisition thread is in communication connection with the ERP system according to the interface address of the ERP system recorded by the configuration file. If the starting item information acquired by the acquisition client is a second preset value, the current ERP data needing to be acquired is confirmed to be private data, and the data owner does not want to share the ERP data to any platform server, so that the ERP data acquisition event triggered in the S101 is ended, and the permission limitation prompt information is displayed on the current acquisition client and uploaded to the cloud server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the collection client can also provide other functional services besides the ERP collection service, for example, issuing loan standard reference information, receiving loan approval progress information fed back by a bank in real time, and the like. After the enterprise user shares the ERP data to the cloud database, the bank loan platform server can approve and authenticate the loan qualification of the enterprise based on the ERP data, so that if the enterprise user does not pass the loan approval finally, the enterprise user is usually not willing to share the ERP data, the starting item information is set to be the second preset value, the ERP data of the enterprise user cannot be uploaded to the cloud server when the acquisition client on the terminal device runs, the enterprise user can continue to safely use other function services provided by the acquisition client, the influence on other function services is avoided, the use efficiency of the acquisition client is improved, meanwhile, the legal control of the ERP data acquisition process is realized, and the invasion of the privacy data of the enterprise user is avoided.
Fig. 3 shows a specific implementation flow of the method for collecting enterprise resource planning data S104 according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is described in detail as follows:
s1041: and acquiring the starting and stopping generation time of the ERP data.
In the embodiment of the invention, the ERP data is generated in the ERP system according to the management operation of the enterprise user, and the storage time of the ERP data is recorded, so that the data query request carrying the start-stop generation time can be sent to the ERP system according to the start-stop generation time of the ERP data needing to be downloaded before the ERP data in the ERP system is downloaded by the acquisition client. And the ERP system returns a part of the ERP data of which the storage time belongs to the start-stop generation time to the acquisition client according to the storage time of each ERP data.
As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, the start-stop generation time of the ERP data to be downloaded is calculated in real time according to the preset time length in the acquisition client and the time when the data query request is sent out. For example, if the preset time duration is 1 hour and the time of sending the data query request is 12:20a.m., the starting and ending generation time of the ERP data to be downloaded is 11:20a.m. to 12:20a.m.
As another specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the start-stop generation time of the ERP data to be downloaded is determined according to the time period information input by the user.
S1042: and writing the start-stop generation time into the configuration file, uploading the updated configuration file to the cloud server, and acquiring incremental ERP data according to the start-stop generation time in the configuration file loaded in real time when sending a data query request to the ERP system again.
After receiving ERP data matched with the start-stop generation time returned by the ERP system, deleting the attribute value of the download record item in the configuration file, outputting the start-stop generation time as the attribute value of the download record item, and writing the attribute value into the configuration file. The acquisition client uploads the configuration file to the cloud server, so that the cloud server covers the configuration file originally stored by the cloud server with the currently received configuration file. And the currently received configuration file is the same as the login account information respectively associated with the originally stored configuration file.
When the acquisition client executes the above steps S101 to S104 again, the configuration file updated last time may be downloaded from the cloud server. And according to the attribute values of the downloaded record items in the configuration file, the acquisition client determines the starting and stopping generation time of the last downloaded ERP data. And calculating the starting and stopping generation time of the ERP data required to be downloaded at this time according to the acquired preset time, and sending a data query request carrying the starting and stopping generation time to the ERP system, so that the incremental downloading of the ERP data is realized.
Preferably, the frequency of triggering the ERP data collection event is the same as the inverse of the preset duration.
Preferably, after the start-stop generation time of the ERP data required to be downloaded at this time is calculated according to the acquired preset time, the collection client sends a prompt message to prompt a user whether to download the ERP data matched with the start-stop generation time. If a download confirmation instruction sent by a user is received, sending a data query request carrying the start-stop generation time to the ERP system; and if a download refusing instruction sent by the user is received, acquiring the start-stop generation time input by the user in real time so as to send a data query request carrying the start-stop generation time to the ERP system.
In the embodiment of the invention, the starting and stopping generation time of the ERP data is obtained and written into the configuration file which needs to be updated by the cloud server, so that when the collection client automatically downloads the ERP data in the ERP system again, the starting and stopping generation time of the current ERP data which needs to be downloaded can be automatically calculated according to the configuration file, the occurrence of the situation of collecting repeated ERP data is avoided, the waste of bandwidth resources is avoided, and the collection efficiency of the ERP data is improved.
As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, in the above S101, after the sending the serial number to the cloud server, so that the cloud server successfully verifies the validity of the serial number, the method further includes:
s401: and if receiving the configuration file loading failure information returned by the cloud server, prompting a user to input the interface address of the ERP system.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the configuration file matched with the login account information does not exist in the cloud server, the acquisition client side loads failure information of the configuration file fed back by the cloud server. At the moment, the collection client displays a parameter input window in an interface of the terminal equipment to prompt a user of the current terminal equipment to input an ERP system interface address in real time in the parameter input window.
Since the user of the terminal equipment is a legal user of the ERP data, the user can check the interface address of the ERP system from the ERP client and input the interface address into the parameter input window.
S402: and performing communication test with the ERP system based on the interface address of the ERP system.
And the acquisition client searches an ERP system corresponding to the interface address of the ERP system in the network resources according to the received interface address of the ERP system and sends a connectivity test request to the ERP system.
S403: and if the test success information returned by the ERP system is received, writing the interface address of the ERP system into the configuration file generated at the current moment.
And if the test success information returned by the ERP system is received, generating a configuration file matched with the login account information, and writing the interface address of the ERP system input by the user into the interface address attribute of the configuration file.
And if the test failure information is received, the acquisition client returns to a display parameter input window to prompt the user of the current terminal equipment to re-input the ERP system interface address in the parameter input window.
S404: and uploading the configuration file to the cloud server, and re-triggering the ERP data acquisition event.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the test success information returned by the ERP system is received, the configuration file containing the interface address attribute is uploaded to the cloud server, so that the cloud server binds and stores the configuration file and the login account information corresponding to the acquisition client. And after the configuration file is uploaded, the collection client triggers the ERP data collection event again to return to execute the steps from S101 to S104.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the cloud server cannot acquire the configuration file matched with the acquisition client, the acquisition client prompts the terminal user to input the interface address of the ERP system by himself, even if the file data is lost in the cloud server, the acquisition client can be communicated with the ERP system and uploads the lost configuration file again, so that the configuration file can be normally downloaded and the ERP data in the ERP system can be normally acquired when the ERP data acquisition event is triggered next time, and stable acquisition of the ERP data is guaranteed.
As still another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a method for collecting enterprise resource planning data according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes:
s501: and if the configuration file is detected to contain the daemon process starting item, starting the daemon process.
In the embodiment of the invention, the daemon process starting item is used for starting the daemon process of the terminal equipment. And if the flag bit corresponding to the daemon process starting item is detected to be a non-zero value in the configuration file returned by the cloud server, determining that the configuration file contains the daemon process starting item. At this time, the daemon process of the terminal device is started.
S502: and sending a response request to the main program process at a preset time interval based on the daemon process.
When the acquisition client runs, a main program process SMELP of the acquisition client is started. And detecting whether the main program process exists or not by the daemon process at preset time intervals. Specifically, a response request is sent to the main program process at preset time intervals. If response information returned by the main program process is received within the preset time length, determining that the main program process does not exit; and if the response information returned by the main program process is not received within the preset time length, determining that the main program process is forcibly exited.
S503: and if the response information returned by the main program process is not received within the preset time length, restarting the main program process, returning to the daemon process, and sending a response request to the main program process at a preset time interval.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if it is determined that the main program process has been forcibly exited, the control terminal device restarts the main program process SMELP of the acquisition client, and returns to execute the above S502.
Preferably, the daemon process is further configured to send a version update query request to the cloud server at preset time intervals. And if version updating confirmation information returned by the cloud server is received, confirming that the current client has an updating version, so that the control terminal equipment exits the main program process of the acquisition client and executes version updating operation associated with the acquisition client. At this time, the main program process is restarted only when the version update confirmation information returned by the cloud server is not received and the response information returned by the main program process is not received.
And when the version is updated, restarting the main program process of the acquisition client by the daemon process, returning to execute the operation of sending a version updating query request to the cloud server at preset time intervals.
In the embodiment of the invention, as the acquisition client possibly performs read-write operation on the local data file of the terminal equipment in the running process, the risk of searching and killing antivirus software of the terminal equipment is easily caused, and the acquisition client is forced to quit. Starting the daemon process based on the daemon process starting item in the configuration file, if the daemon process does not receive response information returned by the main program process within a preset time length, restarting the main program process, enabling the main program of the acquisition client which is accidentally exited to run again, and normally executing a timed acquisition task of the ERP data, therefore, stable acquisition of the ERP data is guaranteed, and operation stability of the acquisition client is improved. Through when starting the daemon process, the version update condition of the acquisition client is checked in time, and the upgrade process is completed automatically, so that the acquisition client can update the application function of the acquisition client in time, the use of the application function is prevented from being influenced, and meanwhile, the user does not need to manually start the main program after the upgrade is completed, so that the intelligent degree of the acquisition client is improved, and the interaction experience of the user is improved.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
