Abstract
The invention relates to a method for managing contact data of different contact lists, which associates the same contact in different contact lists through key item matching of the contacts, displays the ID address of the contact in other contact lists in each contact list, and can view the contact data of other contact lists of the contact from the associated ID address of the contact when viewing the contact data from one contact list through the associated ID addresses of different contact lists. By adopting the data management method, the contact data can be checked more conveniently and rapidly, so that the user experience is more friendly.

Background
The data sources for the contacts may be varied, such as local contacts, Outlook contacts, Skype for Business contacts, and contacts that may be downloaded in some way. The contacts are managed on the terminal by the same contact module, but are stored and managed by different types, for example, a list of Outlook contacts is arranged in a contact list, all Outlook data can be viewed in the list, and a local contact list is arranged in the list, and contacts created by the terminal can be viewed.
When the same contact exists in different types of contact lists, but the information is not complete, for example, a work phone number is stored on Outlook, a personal phone number and some other personal information are stored on Skype for Business, and according to a common situation, the information of the contact needs to be checked in the two types of contact lists respectively to completely know all the information of the contact, so that the user is more troublesome and the user experience is poor.

The invention aims to provide a contact person data management method for different contact person lists, which aims to solve the problem that the complete data of the contact person cannot be conveniently and quickly checked when the data of the same contact person is dispersed in different contact person lists.

When a user views the information of the contact persons from a certain contact person list, the contact person information in the current contact person list is firstly obtained, then the contact person information in the corresponding contact person list is obtained through the contact person ID address of the association list, and the contact person information is displayed in the current contact person list after being aggregated.
When the data of the same contact in different contact lists are aggregated and then displayed in the current contact list, the data of the contact in the current contact list is preferentially displayed, and the missing data in the current contact list is supplemented by the data of the contacts in other contact lists.
Different contact lists stored in a contact module of the terminal equipment are at least two of a local contact list, an Outlook contact list and a Skype contact list.
The key items are at least one of contact names, mobile phone numbers, email account numbers and home addresses.
After the same contact persons in different contact person lists are associated, when a contact person in one contact person list is deleted, the associated contact person is found through the contact person ID address of the associated list, the contact person ID address is deleted in associated contact person data, and the deleted contact person ID address is the ID address of the contact person to be deleted stored in other associated lists; and then delete the contact to be deleted.

The invention discloses a method for managing contact data of different contact lists, which associates the same contact data in different contact lists according to the matching of key items of contacts, and completely displays the originally dispersed contact data through the association relation of the contact data when a user needs to check the complete information of a certain contact.
The contact data management method specifically comprises the following steps:

After the same contact in different contact lists is associated according to the method, when a user views certain contact information from one contact list, if the contact information is simultaneously stored in other contact lists, the contact data in the contact list can display the ID addresses of the contact in the other contact lists besides the contact information, and the contact data in the other contact lists can be viewed through the associated ID addresses. The user does not need to open other contact lists for searching, and does not need to spend extra time and operation for viewing the data information of the same contact for multiple times.
Specifically, when the user views the information of a certain contact, the user can enter the data information from one of the contact lists, the data information of the contact can be viewed in the contact list, and when other associated ID addresses in the selected data information are selected, the user enters the corresponding contact list to display the data information of the contact in the corresponding contact list. Preferably, when the user views the information of a certain contact, the user can enter the information from one of the contact lists, and the data information of the contact can be viewed in the contact list. When a user views data of a certain contact in one contact list, the contact information in the current contact list is obtained first, then the contact information in the corresponding contact list is obtained, and the contact information is displayed in the current contact list after aggregation. Assuming that a local contact A exists on the current terminal, then the terminal synchronizes from the server (the terminal creation is similar, and the association relationship is established by the ID when a new contact is added) to an Outlook contact A1 with the same ID as A, when the data of A1 is saved, the contact A and the contact A1 will save the other party in their own association list, and if a subsequent contact A2 is also associated, the contact A1 and the contact A2 will also mutually save the other party ID addresses in the data. When the user checks the data of the contact A, the data of the contact A is taken out firstly, then the data of the contact A1 and the data of the contact A2 are taken out, and the data are displayed according to a certain rule. The rules may be formulated by the terminal, assuming that all data is displayed, only distinguishing the source of the data. When each contact data on the terminal is created, the ID addresses of the contact and the associated contacts are mutually stored, when the contact of one contact list is deleted, the associated contact is found through the contact ID addresses of the associated list, the contact ID address in the associated contact data is deleted, and the deleted contact ID address is the ID address of the contact to be deleted stored in other associated lists; and then deleting the contact to be deleted.
Examples are as follows: when the contact A is deleted, the data of the contact A1 is taken out through the association list of the contact A, the ID of the contact A in the data of the contact A1 is deleted, and then the data of the contact A is deleted from the terminal.
