If the goods receiving information that has set up is deleted through other channels at shopping platform, the user when carrying out the purchase operation, and change appears in the goods receiving information that intelligence audio amplifier server has set up through intelligent audio amplifier APP or intelligent audio amplifier suggestion user, and the suggestion user sets up again.
In an application example of the method of the embodiment, if the user only opens the query service, the receiving address does not need to be set, the voice cloud obtains the default address of the user on the shopping platform according to the pin of the user, and the default address is used for subsequent query operations. However, if the user needs to open the shopping service, the receiving address needs to be confirmed on the intelligent sound box APP, the voice cloud pulls all addresses of the user on the shopping platform according to the user pin for the user to select, after the user finishes selecting, the voice cloud records the receiving address identification selected by the user, the matching relation is made with the user pin, the relation is stored on the voice cloud, the user purchases through the intelligent sound box APP, and when the voice cloud calls an interface of the shopping platform, if the interface needs to input the receiving address, the voice cloud transmits the stored receiving address identification to the interface.
According to the method, the user can access the shopping platform through the intelligent voice system to carry out shopping operation, the intelligent voice system is responsible for receiving and broadcasting voice, the shopping platform is responsible for processing shopping operation information of the user, the requirement of the user for simple and convenient shopping operation in the whole flow is met through mutual matching of the two platforms, and online shopping experience of the user in an intelligent scene is improved.
The present invention also provides a voice shopping system, described below in conjunction with FIG. 3.
FIG. 3 is a diagram of the results of one embodiment of the voice shopping system of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the system includes:
smart speaker APP302, smart speaker 304, smart speaker server 306, pronunciation cloud 308, shopping platform 310 are provided with the interface between smart speaker server 306 and pronunciation cloud 308, and pronunciation cloud 308 sets up multiple interface with shopping platform 310.
The intelligent sound box APP302 is used for receiving shopping operation information input by a user and forwarding the shopping operation information to the intelligent sound box server 306, and receiving an operation result prompt instruction returned by the intelligent sound box server 306 to display a corresponding interface for the user;
the smart sound box 304 is configured to receive a shopping operation voice input by a user, forward the shopping operation voice to the smart sound box server 306, and receive an operation result prompting instruction returned by the smart sound box server 306 to output an operation prompting voice to the user;
the intelligent sound box server 306 is used for receiving shopping operation information input by a user and forwarded by the intelligent sound box APP302, sending the shopping operation information to the voice cloud 308, receiving a shopping operation result returned by the voice cloud 308, and sending an operation result prompting instruction to the intelligent sound box APP302, or receiving shopping operation voice input by the user and forwarded by the intelligent sound box 304, converting the shopping operation voice into a text and sending the text to the voice cloud 308, receiving a shopping operation result returned by the voice cloud 308, and sending an operation result prompting instruction to the intelligent sound box 304;
the voice cloud 308 is configured to recognize shopping operation information or a text of the shopping operation voice conversion sent by the smart sound box server 306, and call a corresponding interface of the shopping platform 310 to transmit an operation instruction corresponding to the shopping operation information or the text when the user has a right to access the shopping platform 310 through the smart sound box APP 302;
and the shopping platform 310 is used for receiving the operation instruction sent by the voice cloud 308 through different interfaces, and executing corresponding operation according to the operation instruction to provide shopping service for the user.
In one embodiment, the smart sound box APP302 is configured to receive an account and a password of a user on a shopping platform, which are input by the user, send the account and the password of the user on the shopping platform 310 to the smart sound box server 306, receive a permission activation prompt instruction returned by the smart sound box server 306, and display corresponding prompt information to the user;
and the smart sound box server 306 is configured to send an authentication request to the shopping platform 310, where the authentication request includes an account and a password of the user on the shopping platform 310, receive authentication passing information sent by the shopping platform 310, identify the authentication passing information to generate a permission opening prompt instruction, and send the permission opening prompt instruction to the smart sound box APP302 and the smart sound box 304.
And the voice cloud 308 is used for opening an identifier for the authentication authority of the shopping platform 310, performing semantic analysis on the text, and calling a corresponding interface of the shopping platform 310 according to the semantic of the text to transmit an operation instruction corresponding to the text under the condition that the authentication is passed.
The shopping platform 310 is used for authenticating an account and a password of a user on the shopping platform 310, if the authentication is passed, sending authentication passing information to the intelligent sound box server 306, receiving a permission opening identification authentication request sent by the voice cloud 308, returning an authentication result to the voice cloud 308, and under the condition that the authentication is passed, receiving an operation instruction sent by the voice cloud 308 through different interfaces, and executing corresponding operation according to the operation instruction to provide shopping service for the user;
and the smart sound box 304 is used for receiving the shopping operation voice input by the user through the smart sound box APP302, forwarding the shopping operation voice to the smart sound box server 306, receiving a prompt tone returned by the smart sound box server 306 and generated according to the authentication passing information to enable the authority, and sending the prompt tone for enabling the authority to the user.
In an embodiment, the voice cloud 308 is configured to send an authorization opening identifier authentication request to the shopping platform 310, receive shopping information, which is set by the user on the shopping platform 310 and corresponds to an authorization opening identifier returned by the shopping platform 310 under the condition that the authentication is passed, if the semantic meaning of the text is the query operation and includes the object information to be queried, call a query interface of the shopping platform 310, and select corresponding shopping information from the shopping information according to input information preset by the query interface to generate a query object information instruction, and send the query object information instruction to the shopping platform 310.
Specifically, the voice cloud 308 is configured to identify a system to which the object information belongs, call an inquiry sub-interface of the system in the shopping platform 310, select the receiving address information from the shopping information according to input information preset by the inquiry sub-interface, generate an instruction of inquiring the object information, and send the instruction to the system, so that the system inquires whether the object information has goods in the receiving address area.
The shopping platform 310 is configured to receive a permission provision identifier authentication request sent by the voice cloud, authenticate the permission provision identifier, return shopping information, which is set on the shopping platform by the user and corresponds to the permission provision identifier, to the voice cloud when the authentication is passed, and receive an instruction for querying object information sent by the voice cloud.
In one embodiment, the voice cloud 308 is configured to send a permission fulfillment identity authentication request to the shopping platform 310, receiving the shopping information set by the user on the shopping platform 310 corresponding to the authority opening identification returned by the shopping platform 310 under the condition that the authentication is passed, wherein the shopping information comprises whether the user has opened the shopping authority and the receiving information set by the user on the shopping platform, if the semantic meaning of the text is a purchase operation and the user does not open a shopping right, forwarding the receiving information set by the user on the shopping platform 310 to the smart sound box server 306, receiving the text of the user confirmation receiving information returned by the smart sound box server 306, and performing semantic recognition on the text of the confirmed receiving information, and calling an ordering interface of the shopping platform 310 to send an order ordering instruction for the object to be purchased by the user according to the confirmed receiving information to the shopping platform 310.
The shopping platform 310 is configured to receive the permission opening identifier authentication request sent by the voice cloud 308, authenticate the permission opening identifier, return shopping information, which is set by the user on the shopping platform 310 and corresponds to the permission opening identifier, to the voice cloud 308 when the authentication is passed, and receive an order placing instruction, which is sent by the voice cloud 308, for the object to be purchased by the user according to the confirmed receiving information.
Smart speaker server 306 is configured to receive the receipt information that the user set up at shopping platform 310 and sent by voice cloud 308, send a receipt information setting prompt instruction to smart speaker APP302 and smart speaker 304, where the receipt information setting prompt instruction includes the receipt information that the user set up at shopping platform 310, convert the confirmation that smart speaker 304 sent or the voice that resets the receipt information into a text and send to voice cloud 308.
And the smart sound box 304 is configured to receive a receiving information setting prompt instruction sent by the smart sound box server 306, send a prompt tone for confirming or resetting the receiving information to the user, receive a voice for confirming or resetting the receiving information by the user, and forward the voice to the smart sound box server 306.
And the smart sound box APP302 is used for receiving the receiving information setting prompt instruction sent by the smart sound box server 306 and displaying a prompt interface for confirming or resetting the receiving information to the user.
In one embodiment, the voice cloud 308 is configured to provision an identity authentication request to the shopping platform 310, receiving shopping information set by the user on the shopping platform 310 corresponding to the authority opening identification returned by the shopping platform 310 under the condition that the authentication is passed, wherein the shopping information comprises whether the user has opened the shopping authority or not, if the semantic meaning of the text is a purchasing operation and the user opens a shopping right, checking locally stored receiving information set by the user in the smart sound box APP302, wherein the receiving information comprises a receiving address identifier, calling an ordering interface of the shopping platform 310 to send an order ordering instruction for an object to be purchased by the user according to the receiving information set by the user in the smart sound box APP302 to the shopping platform 310, if the receiving information set by the user at smart sound box APP302 does not exist in shopping platform 310, receiving the delivery information error information returned by the shopping platform 310 and forwarding the delivery information error information to the smart sound box server 306;
the shopping platform 310 is used for receiving the authority opening identification authentication request sent by the voice cloud 308, authenticating the authority opening identification, returning shopping information which is set by the user and corresponds to the authority opening identification in the shopping platform 310 to the voice cloud 306 under the condition that the authentication is passed, wherein the shopping information comprises whether the user has opened the shopping authority, receiving an order placing instruction which is sent by the voice cloud 308 and is used for placing an order for an object to be purchased by the user according to the receiving information set by the user and in the smart sound box APP302, comparing the receiving address identification with the receiving address identification set by the user and in the shopping platform 310, and if the receiving information set by the user and in the smart sound box APP302 does not exist in the shopping platform 310, returning receiving information error information to the smart sound box server 306 through the voice cloud 308;
smart sound box server 306 for receiving receipt information error message that pronunciation cloud 308 returned, through smart sound box APP302 and smart sound box 304 suggestion user sets up receipt information at smart sound box APP302 again.
In one embodiment, smart speaker 304 is configured to receive a shopping operation voice input by a user, send the shopping operation voice to smart speaker server 306, receive a prompt instruction that smart speaker server 306 sends a permission is not opened, and send a voice prompt to smart speaker APP302 to prompt the user to enter an account and a password on a shopping platform on a display page.
The smart sound box server 306 is used for identifying keywords of the shopping platform contained in the shopping operation voice, confirming whether the user has opened the access right for accessing the shopping platform 310 through the smart sound box APP302, and sending a permission non-opening prompt instruction to the smart sound box 304 and the smart sound box APP302 under the condition that the user has not opened the access right for accessing the shopping platform 310 through the smart sound box APP 302;
smart box APP302, which is used to display an interface for inputting an account number and a password on shopping platform 310 to a user.

Claims (12)

1. A voice shopping method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that an intelligent sound box APP receives an account number and a password of a shopping platform input by a user;
the intelligent sound box APP sends the account number and the password of the user on the shopping platform to the shopping platform;
the shopping platform authenticates an account number and a password of the user on the shopping platform, and if the account number and the password are authenticated, authentication passing information is sent to the intelligent sound box server, wherein the authentication passing information comprises an authority opening identifier allowing the user to access the shopping platform through the intelligent sound box APP;
the intelligent sound box server identifies the authentication passing information to generate a permission-opening prompt tone, sends the permission-opening prompt tone to the intelligent sound box to be broadcasted, and simultaneously displays permission-opening information of the intelligent sound box APP;
the intelligent sound box receives shopping operation voice input by the user through the intelligent sound box APP and forwards the shopping operation voice to the intelligent sound box server;
the intelligent sound box server converts the shopping operation voice into a text and sends the text to a voice cloud, and the text also carries the authority opening identification;
the voice cloud authenticates the authority opening identification to the shopping platform, performs semantic analysis on the text, and calls an interface corresponding to the shopping platform according to the semantic of the text to transmit an operation instruction corresponding to the text under the condition that the authentication is passed;
and the shopping platform executes corresponding operation according to the operation instruction to provide shopping service for the user.
2. The method of claim 1,
the voice cloud authenticates the authority opening identification to the shopping platform, performs semantic analysis on the text, and calls an interface corresponding to the shopping platform according to the semantic of the text to transmit an operation instruction corresponding to the text under the condition that the authentication is passed, wherein the operation instruction comprises the following steps:
the voice cloud sends a permission opening identification authentication request to the shopping platform;
the shopping platform returns the shopping information, corresponding to the permission opening identification, of the user on the shopping platform to the voice cloud under the condition that the authentication is passed;
and if the semantic meaning of the text recognized by the voice cloud is a query operation and contains object information to be queried, calling a query interface of the shopping platform, selecting corresponding shopping information from the shopping information according to input information preset by the query interface, generating an instruction for querying the object information, and sending the instruction to the shopping platform.
3. The method of claim 2,
the voice cloud calls an inquiry interface of the shopping platform, selects corresponding shopping information from the shopping information according to input information preset by the inquiry interface, generates an instruction for inquiring the object information, and sends the instruction to the shopping platform, wherein the instruction comprises the following steps:
the voice cloud identifies a system to which the object information belongs, calls an inquiry sub-interface of the system in the shopping platform, selects receiving address information from the shopping information according to input information preset by the inquiry sub-interface, generates an instruction for inquiring the object information, and sends the instruction to the system, so that the system can inquire whether the object information has goods in a receiving address area or not.
4. The method of claim 1,
the voice cloud authenticates the authority opening identification to the shopping platform, performs semantic analysis on the text, and calls an interface corresponding to the shopping platform according to the semantic of the text to transmit an operation instruction corresponding to the text under the condition that the authentication is passed, wherein the operation instruction comprises the following steps:
the voice cloud sends a permission opening identification authentication request to the shopping platform;
the shopping platform returns the shopping information, corresponding to the permission opening identification, of the user on the shopping platform to the voice cloud under the condition that the authentication is passed, wherein the shopping information comprises whether the user has opened the shopping permission and the receiving information of the user on the shopping platform;
if the voice cloud identifies that the semantic meaning of the text is a purchasing operation and the user does not open a shopping authority, the voice cloud forwards the receiving information set by the user on the shopping platform to the intelligent sound box server;
the intelligent sound box server sends a goods receiving information setting prompt instruction to the intelligent sound box APP and the intelligent sound box, wherein the goods receiving information setting prompt instruction comprises goods receiving information set by the user on the shopping platform;
the intelligent sound box APP and the intelligent sound box prompt a user to confirm goods receiving information;
the intelligent sound box receives the voice of the receiving information confirmed by the user and forwards the voice to the intelligent sound box server;
the intelligent sound box server converts the voice of the receiving confirmation information into a text and sends the text to the voice cloud;
and the voice cloud carries out semantic recognition on the text of the confirmed receiving information, and calls an ordering interface of the shopping platform to send an order ordering instruction for the object to be purchased by the user according to the confirmed receiving information to the shopping platform.
5. The method of claim 1,
the voice cloud authenticates the authority opening identification to the shopping platform, performs semantic analysis on the text, and calls an interface corresponding to the shopping platform according to the semantic of the text to transmit an operation instruction corresponding to the text under the condition that the authentication is passed, wherein the operation instruction comprises the following steps:
the voice cloud opens an identification authentication request to the shopping platform authority;
the shopping platform returns the shopping information which is set by the user on the shopping platform and corresponds to the permission opening identification to the voice cloud under the condition that the authentication is passed, wherein the shopping information comprises whether the user has opened the shopping permission;
if the voice cloud recognizes the semantic meaning of the text as a purchasing operation and the user opens a purchasing permission, the voice cloud checks locally stored goods receiving information set by the user in the intelligent sound box APP, and the goods receiving information comprises a goods receiving address identifier;
the voice cloud calls an ordering interface of the shopping platform to send an order ordering instruction to the shopping platform for the object to be purchased by the user according to the receiving information set by the user in the intelligent sound box APP;
if the goods receiving information set by the user in the intelligent sound box APP does not exist in the shopping platform, the shopping platform returns goods receiving information error information to the intelligent sound box server through the voice cloud;
the smart sound box server passes through smart sound box APP with smart sound box suggestion user sets up the receipt information at smart sound box APP again.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the intelligent sound box receives shopping operation voice input by the user and sends the shopping operation voice to the intelligent sound box server;
the intelligent sound box server identifies keywords of the shopping platform contained in the shopping operation voice;
the intelligent sound box server confirms whether the user has opened the access authority of accessing the shopping platform through the intelligent sound box APP;
if the user does not open the access authority for accessing the shopping platform through the intelligent sound box APP, the intelligent sound box server sends an authority non-opening prompt instruction to the intelligent sound box;
the intelligent sound box sends out voice prompt the user to intelligent sound box APP shows that the page input is in shopping platform's account number and password.

the object information includes: at least one item or a combination of a plurality of items in commodity name, commodity type information, commodity attribute information, discount information, order information and historical record information;
the system comprises: commodity information management system, preferential information management system, order information management system, history management system, commodity search system.

A voice shopping system, comprising: the intelligent sound box comprises an intelligent sound box APP, an intelligent sound box server, a voice cloud and a shopping platform, wherein an interface is arranged between the intelligent sound box server and the voice cloud, and the voice cloud and the shopping platform are provided with various interfaces;
the intelligent sound box APP is used for receiving an account and a password of a shopping platform input by a user, sending the account and the password of the user on the shopping platform to the shopping platform, receiving a permission opening prompt instruction returned by the intelligent sound box server, and displaying corresponding prompt information to the user;
the intelligent sound box server is used for receiving authentication passing information sent by the shopping platform, identifying the authentication passing information to generate an authority opening prompt instruction, sending the authority opening prompt instruction to the intelligent sound box APP and the intelligent sound box, receiving shopping operation voice input by the user and forwarded by the intelligent sound box, converting the shopping operation voice into a text and sending the text to the voice cloud, wherein the text also carries the authority opening identification;
the voice cloud is used for authenticating the authority opening identification to the shopping platform, performing semantic analysis on the text, and calling a corresponding interface of the shopping platform according to the semantic of the text to transmit an operation instruction corresponding to the text under the condition that the authentication is passed;
the shopping platform is used for authenticating an account and a password of the user on the shopping platform, if the authentication is passed, authentication passing information is sent to the intelligent sound box server, a permission opening identification authentication request sent by the voice cloud is received, an authentication result is returned to the voice cloud, and under the condition that the authentication is passed, the operation instruction sent by the voice cloud is received through different interfaces, and corresponding operation is executed according to the operation instruction to provide shopping service for the user;
the intelligent sound box is used for receiving the shopping operation voice input by the user through the intelligent sound box APP and forwarding the shopping operation voice to the intelligent sound box server, receiving the returned information of the intelligent sound box server, generating a prompt tone for opening the authority through the authentication, and sending the prompt tone for opening the authority to the user.

the voice cloud is used for sending a permission opening identification authentication request to the shopping platform, receiving shopping information which is set by the user on the shopping platform and corresponds to the permission opening identification returned by the shopping platform under the condition that authentication is passed, calling a query interface of the shopping platform if the semantic meaning of the text is recognized as query operation and contains object information to be queried, selecting corresponding shopping information from the shopping information according to input information preset by the query interface, generating an instruction for querying the object information, and sending the instruction to the shopping platform;
the shopping platform is used for receiving a permission opening identification authentication request sent by the voice cloud, authenticating the permission opening identification, returning shopping information, which is set by the user on the shopping platform and corresponds to the permission opening identification, to the voice cloud under the condition that the authentication is passed, and receiving an instruction for inquiring the object information sent by the voice cloud.

the voice cloud is used for identifying a system to which the object information belongs, calling an inquiry sub-interface of the system in the shopping platform, selecting receiving address information from the shopping information according to input information preset by the inquiry sub-interface, generating an instruction for inquiring the object information, and sending the instruction to the system, so that the system can inquire whether the object information has goods in a receiving address area or not.

the voice cloud is used for sending a permission opening identification authentication request to the shopping platform and receiving the shopping information which is set by the user on the shopping platform and corresponds to the permission opening identification returned by the shopping platform under the condition that the authentication is passed, the shopping information comprises whether the user opens the shopping authority and the receiving information set by the user on the shopping platform, if the semantic meaning of the text is recognized as a purchase operation, and the user does not open a shopping right, forwarding the receiving information set by the user on the shopping platform to the smart sound box server, receiving the text of the receiving information confirmed by the user returned by the smart sound box server, performing semantic recognition on the text of the receiving information confirmation, and calling an ordering interface of the shopping platform to send an order ordering instruction for the object to be purchased by the user according to the confirmed receiving information to the shopping platform;
the shopping platform is used for receiving a permission opening identification authentication request sent by the voice cloud, authenticating the permission opening identification, returning the shopping information, which is set by the user on the shopping platform and corresponds to the permission opening identification, to the voice cloud under the condition that the authentication is passed, and receiving an order placing instruction, which is sent by the voice cloud, of the object to be purchased by the user according to the confirmed receiving information;
the intelligent sound box server is used for receiving goods receiving information sent by the voice cloud and set by the user on the shopping platform, sending goods receiving information setting prompt instructions to the intelligent sound box APP and the intelligent sound box, wherein the goods receiving information setting prompt instructions comprise the goods receiving information set by the user on the shopping platform, converting the voice for confirming the set goods receiving information sent by the intelligent sound box into a text and sending the text to the voice cloud;

the voice cloud is used for opening an identification authentication request to the shopping platform authority, receiving the shopping information which is set by the shopping platform and corresponds to the authority opening identification returned by the shopping platform under the condition that the authentication is passed, wherein the shopping information comprises whether the user opens the shopping authority or not, if the semantic of the text is the purchasing operation and the user opens the shopping authority, checking the receiving information which is set by the user at the intelligent sound box APP and is locally stored, the receiving information comprises a receiving address identification, calling a ordering interface of the shopping platform to send an order ordering instruction for an object to be purchased by the user to the shopping platform according to the receiving information set by the user at the intelligent sound box APP, and if the receiving information set by the user at the intelligent sound box APP does not exist in the shopping platform, receiving the receiving information error information returned by the shopping platform and forwarding the receiving information error information to the intelligent sound box server;
the shopping platform is used for receiving a permission opening identification authentication request sent by the voice cloud, authenticating the permission opening identification, returning shopping information which is set by the user on the shopping platform and corresponds to the permission opening identification to the voice cloud under the condition that the authentication is passed, wherein the shopping information comprises whether the user has opened the shopping permission, receiving an order placing instruction which is sent by the voice cloud and is used for placing an order for an object to be purchased by the user according to receiving information set by the user on the intelligent sound box APP, comparing the receiving address identification with a receiving address identification set by the user on the shopping platform, and if the receiving information set by the user on the intelligent sound box APP does not exist on the shopping platform, returning receiving information error information to the intelligent sound box server through the voice cloud;
and the intelligent sound box server is used for receiving the goods receiving information error information returned by the voice cloud, and the intelligent sound box APP and the intelligent sound box prompt user set the goods receiving information in the intelligent sound box APP again.
