The invention can avoid the stress concentration phenomenon caused by the wrinkle of the elastic plate in the process of flattening the mobile terminal, thereby achieving the technical effect of prolonging the service life of the flexible display screen.

Background
At present, display terminal equipment such as mobile phones and tablet computers not only need to meet the working requirements of people, but also need to meet the entertainment requirements of people, and in order to enable people to enjoy the on-the-spot display effect, the large screen is a development trend. However, the display terminal device with a larger screen has a strict requirement on the placement space, and is inconvenient to carry. In the face of the problem that large-screen display terminal equipment is inconvenient to carry, flexible display mobile terminals are produced.
The existing mobile terminal comprises a flexible display screen and two plate-shaped supports, wherein the two plate-shaped supports are connected through an elastic piece, and the two plate-shaped supports are fixedly connected with the flexible display screen. When the mobile terminal needs to be carried for traveling, the mobile terminal can be folded by folding the two plate-shaped supports, and the mobile terminal is very convenient to carry. However, if the mobile terminal is in a folded state, the length of the elastic member is just long, when the mobile terminal is in the folded state, the bending portion of the flexible display screen is prone to wrinkle, and when the wrinkle is obvious, stress concentration of the flexible display screen is caused, and the service life of the flexible display screen in the mobile terminal is severely shortened.

A second accommodating cavity is formed between the shell and the second body, the second extending part is embedded into the second accommodating cavity, and the second extending part is connected in the second accommodating cavity in a sliding manner.
The first extension part and the second extension part can slide relative to the folding main body, and when the mobile terminal is unfolded, the fixing part pushes the first extension part and the second extension part to slide in the directions of two ends of the elastic plate, so that the phenomenon of stress concentration caused by wrinkles of the elastic plate in the process of flattening the mobile terminal is avoided.
The fixing part of the elastic plate comprises a plurality of bosses, each boss comprises a large end and a small end which are arranged oppositely, each small end faces the flexible display screen, a gap is arranged between every two adjacent bosses, and the gap expands and extends along the direction from the large end to the small end; the small ends are close to each other in the process of bending the mobile terminal.

Referring to fig. 1, the mobile terminal 500 includes a flexible display 10, a folding body 20, an elastic plate 30, and a housing 40. The flexible display screen 10 and the folding main body 20 are stacked, and the flexible display screen 10 is attached to the folding main body 20.
The folding main body 20 includes a first body 21, a second body 22, and a bent portion 23, the bent portion 23 connecting the first body 21 and the second body 22.
The housing 40 is fixed on a side of the first body 21 and the second body 22 away from the flexible display screen 10, the housing 40 can protect components inside the first body 21 and the second body 22, a first accommodating cavity (not numbered) is formed between the housing 40 and the first body 21, and a second accommodating cavity (not numbered) is formed between the housing 40 and the second body 22.
The elastic plate 30 includes a first extension portion 31, a fixing portion 32, and a second extension portion 33, which are sequentially disposed. That is, the fixing portion 32 connects the first extension portion 31 and the second extension portion 33. The fixing portion 32 is fixed on a side of the bending portion 23 of the folding main body 20 away from the flexible display screen 10, and the fixing portion 32 may be attached to the bending portion 23 by an adhesive. The first extension portion 31 is inserted into the first receiving cavity, and the second extension portion 33 is inserted into the second receiving cavity. When the mobile terminal is bent, the first extending portion 31 can slide in the first receiving cavity, and the second extending portion 33 can slide in the second receiving cavity.
According to the invention, the flexible display screen of the mobile terminal is fixed on the folding main body, the elastic plate is fixed on one side of the bending part of the folding main body, which is far away from the flexible display screen, and two ends of the elastic plate can slide relative to the folding main body, so that the phenomenon of stress concentration caused by the fact that the elastic plate is folded in the process of flattening the mobile terminal is avoided, and the technical effect of prolonging the service life of the flexible display screen is achieved.
Further, the first body 21 and the second body 22 are both rectangular. Specifically, the first body 21 and the second body 22 have the same size. Obviously, in other embodiments, the sizes of the first body 21 and the second body 22 may not be the same. The first body 21 is bent relative to the second body 22 to realize an unfolded or closed state. When the mobile terminal 500 is unfolded, the fixing portion 32 of the elastic plate 30 fixed to the bending portion 23 is pressed by the first extending portion 31 and the second extending portion 33, and the corresponding fixing portion 32 also pushes the first extending portion 31 and the second extending portion 33 to slide towards both ends of the elastic plate 30. The first extending portion 31 and the second extending portion 33 slide towards two ends under the action of the fixing portion 32, the first extending portion 31 extends into the first accommodating cavity, and the second extending portion 32 extends into the second accommodating cavity. When the first body 21 is turned over to the unfolded state relative to the second body 22, the first body 21, the second body 22 and the bending portion 23 are flush with each other, so that the flexible display screen 10 is approximately flat, and the display effect can be effectively improved.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the first body 21 and the second body 22 may also be semicircular or polygonal.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the fixing portion 32 of the elastic plate 30 includes a plurality of bosses 320, each of the bosses 320 includes a large end 321 and a small end 322, and the small ends 322 face the flexible display 10, that is, the small ends 322 are closer to the flexible display 10 than the large ends 321. A gap 323 is formed between adjacent bosses 320, and the gap 323 expands and extends along the large end 321 toward the small end 322, that is, the gap between adjacent large ends 321 is smaller than the gap between adjacent small ends 322. During the bending process of the mobile terminal 500, the small ends 322 are close to each other.
In this embodiment, the flexible display screen 10 is bent along with the first body 21 relative to the second body 22, so as to realize an open or closed state of the mobile terminal 500. When the mobile terminal 500 is closed, the bending portion 23 is bent, and a portion of the flexible display panel 10 attached to the bending portion 23 is bent along with the bending portion 23. Since the large ends 321 of the plurality of bosses 320 on the bent portion 23 are closely coupled, gaps 323 exist between the small ends 322 of the plurality of bosses 320. When the flexible display screen 10 of the mobile terminal 500 is bent, the bending direction of the flexible display screen 10 is that the small ends 322 of the bosses 320 are close to each other, and the small ends 322 of the bosses 320 are abutted against each other, so that the flexible display screen 10 cannot be bent continuously, and before the bending portion 23 bends, the bending portion 23 can bear larger bending stress, and the bending phenomenon cannot occur, thereby protecting the flexible display screen 10, and increasing the service life of the mobile terminal 500.
In this embodiment, the boss 320 may be a trapezoidal boss, and preferably, the boss 320 may be a quadrangular trapezoidal boss. Of course, in other embodiments, the boss 320 may also be a trapezoidal circular truncated cone, or another multi-edge trapezoidal boss of a pentagonal trapezoidal boss.
Further, a vacuum is drawn in the gap 323. In this embodiment, air in the gap 323 can be pumped out, so that the gap 323 is vacuum-set, and further the air pressure in the gap 323 is lower than the air pressure outside the mobile terminal 500, and thus the outer surfaces of the elastic plate 30 and the bending portion 23 are subjected to the pressure difference of the external pressure, so that the elastic plate 30 and the bending portion 23 are not easily separated, and the elastic plate 30 and the bending portion 23 are prevented from generating raised deformation, thereby enhancing the usability of the mobile terminal 500.
Further, the elastic plate 30 is made of an elastic material. In this embodiment, the elastic plate 30 is made of polyethylene fiber, and in other embodiments, polyimide, acrylic, resin, glass fiber, etc. may also be used, so as to ensure that the reinforced elastic plate 30 has certain strength and bending resistance.
Further, the flexible display screen 10 may be a touch display screen.
Obviously, the folding main body 20 is further provided with electronic components such as a flexible circuit board, a driving circuit, a power circuit, etc., which are not described herein in an exhaustive manner.
It is to be understood that the mobile terminal 500 may specifically be: the display device comprises any product or component with a display function, such as electronic paper, an OLED panel, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a television, a display, a notebook computer, a digital photo frame, a navigator and the like.
