The current operation mode of the air conditioning unit can be switched through one parameter, and the current operation mode of the air conditioning unit can also be switched through the combination of a plurality of parameters.
It should be noted that the current operation mode of the air conditioning unit includes: a single compressor mode of operation and a dual compressor mode of operation.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a control method of an air-cooled magnetic levitation air conditioning unit of the present invention. The control method of the air-cooled magnetic suspension air conditioning unit comprises the following steps:
and s100, acquiring the exhaust pressure, the pressure ratio, the chilled water outlet temperature and the failure modes of the two compressors of the air conditioning unit.
The air conditioner comprises an air conditioner unit, an air inlet pressure sensor, an air outlet temperature sensor, an air outlet pressure sensor, a chilled water outlet temperature sensor and a compressor, wherein the air outlet pressure of the air conditioner unit is detected by the air outlet pressure sensor, the air inlet pressure of the air conditioner unit is detected by the air inlet pressure sensor, the pressure ratio can be calculated by the air outlet pressure and the air inlet pressure, namely the pressure ratio is equal to the ratio of the air outlet pressure to the air inlet pressure of the air conditioner unit, the chilled water outlet temperature is detected by the chilled water outlet temperature sensor, and the fault mode of the compressor comprises the fault occurrence of the compressor or the alarm.
And s200, selectively switching the current operation mode of the air conditioning unit according to at least one of the exhaust pressure, the pressure ratio, the chilled water outlet water temperature and the failure modes of the two compressors.
It should be noted that, in the exhaust pressure, the pressure ratio, the chilled water outlet temperature and the failure modes of the two compressors of the air conditioning unit, if the exhaust pressure meets a certain specific condition, and/or the pressure ratio meets a certain specific condition, and/or the chilled water outlet temperature meets a certain specific condition, and/or the failure modes of the two compressors meet a certain specific condition, the operation mode of the air-cooled magnetic levitation air conditioning unit is switched between the single compressor operation mode and the double compressor operation mode. The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to specific examples.
In one possible embodiment, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method for switching the air-cooled magnetic levitation air conditioning unit from the dual-compressor operation mode to the single-compressor operation mode according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the step of selectively switching the current operation mode of the air conditioning unit according to at least one of the discharge pressure, the pressure ratio, the chilled water leaving water temperature, and the failure modes of the two compressors includes:
and s210, the air conditioning unit is in a double-compressor operation mode.
And s211, judging whether the air conditioning unit meets a first preset condition and lasts for a first preset time.
The first preset condition comprises that the exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a first exhaust pressure threshold value, the pressure ratio is greater than or equal to a first pressure ratio threshold value, and/or the exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to a second exhaust pressure threshold value, and/or the chilled water outlet temperature is less than a first outlet temperature threshold value.
That is, as long as at least one of the exhaust pressure, the pressure ratio, the chilled water outlet temperature and the two compressor failure modes meets a first preset condition and lasts for a first preset time in the operation process of the air conditioning unit, the operation mode of the air-cooled magnetic suspension air conditioning unit is switched from the double-compressor operation mode to the single-compressor operation mode.
It should be noted that the first exhaust pressure threshold is preferably 1.25P1, the first pressure ratio threshold is preferably 3.6Pr1, the second exhaust pressure threshold is preferably 1.5P2, and the first effluent temperature threshold is preferably Td-1 ℃, where P1 is a fixed value of the first exhaust pressure, P2 is a fixed value of the second exhaust pressure, Pr1 is a fixed value of the first pressure ratio, and Td is a set value of the effluent temperature. However, the first exhaust pressure threshold, the first pressure ratio threshold, the second exhaust pressure threshold, and the first outlet water temperature threshold are not limited to the above values, and may be other values, or may even be a value range, for example, the first exhaust pressure threshold is 3P1, or the first exhaust pressure threshold is 1.1P 1-2P 1, and the values of the first pressure ratio threshold, the second exhaust pressure threshold and the first effluent temperature threshold are the same as or similar to the values of the first exhaust pressure threshold, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly select the specific values of the first exhaust pressure threshold, the second exhaust pressure threshold, the first pressure ratio threshold and the first effluent temperature threshold in practical application, as long as the boundary point determined by the specific values is met, so that the air-cooled magnetic suspension air conditioning unit can be switched from the double-compressor operation mode to the single-compressor operation mode.
In addition, in the above description, P1, P2, Pr1 and Td may be obtained by sensor detection, or may be values obtained by testing under specific working conditions by those skilled in the art, and for those skilled in the art, specific values thereof need to be determined according to the actual application.
And s212, if the air conditioning unit meets a first preset condition and lasts for a first preset time, switching the operation mode of the double compressors to the operation mode of the single compressor.
That is to say, when the exhaust pressure Pd of the air conditioning unit is greater than or equal to 1.25P1, the pressure ratio Pr of the air conditioning unit is greater than or equal to 3.6Pr1 and lasts for a first preset time, the air conditioning unit is switched from the dual-compressor operation mode to the single-compressor operation mode; or the exhaust pressure Pd of the air conditioning unit is more than or equal to 1.5P2 and lasts for a first preset time, the air conditioning unit is switched from a double-compressor operation mode to a single-compressor operation mode; or the outlet water temperature Tewo of the chilled water of the air conditioning unit is less than Td-1 ℃, and the temperature lasts for a first preset time, and the air conditioning unit is switched from a double-compressor operation mode to a single-compressor operation mode. Preferably, the first preset time is 3s, but is not limited thereto, and the first preset time may also be any other time, for example, 4s, 5s, and the like, and for those skilled in the art, specific values thereof are determined according to the actual application.
And if the air conditioning unit does not meet the first preset condition and lasts for the first preset time, the operation mode of the air conditioning unit is not changed.
Preferably, when the air conditioning unit meets a first preset condition and lasts for a first preset time in the operation process, the air conditioning unit stops the compressor with longer operation time in the process of switching from the double-compressor operation mode to the single-compressor operation mode.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a control method for switching an air-cooled magnetic levitation air conditioning unit from a single compressor operation mode to a double compressor operation mode according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the step of selectively switching the current operation mode of the air conditioning unit according to at least one of the discharge pressure, the pressure ratio, the chilled water leaving water temperature, and the failure modes of the two compressors further includes:
and s220, the air conditioning unit is in a single compressor operation mode.
And s221, judging whether the air conditioning unit meets a second preset condition and lasts for a second preset time.
The second preset condition comprises that the exhaust pressure is smaller than a third exhaust pressure threshold value, the full-load operation time of the currently operated compressor reaches a third preset time, the chilled water outlet temperature is larger than a second outlet water temperature threshold value, the non-operated compressor has no fault/alarm, and the operation stop time of the non-operated compressor reaches a fourth preset time.
It should be noted that the third exhaust pressure threshold is preferably 1.1P3, the third preset time is preferably 1min, and the second outlet water temperature threshold is preferably Td +2 ℃, where P3 is a fixed value of the third exhaust pressure and Td is a set value of the outlet water temperature. However, the third exhaust pressure threshold, the third preset time and the second effluent temperature threshold are not limited to the above values, and may also be other values, or may even be a value range, for example, the third exhaust pressure threshold is 2P3, or the third exhaust pressure threshold is 0.7P 3-2P 3, and the values of the second effluent temperature threshold and the third preset time are the same as or similar to the values of the third exhaust pressure threshold.
In addition, P3 and Td in the above description may be obtained by sensor detection, or may be values obtained by a person skilled in the art through experiments under specific conditions, and specific values thereof need to be determined according to actual application conditions.
And s222, if the air conditioning unit meets a second preset condition and lasts for a second preset time, switching the single-compressor operation mode into a double-compressor operation mode.
That is, when the discharge pressure Pd of the air conditioning unit is less than 1.1P3, the full-load operation time of the currently operated compressor reaches 1min, the chilled water outlet temperature Tewo is greater than Td +2 ℃, the non-operated compressor has no fault/alarm, the stop operation time of the non-operated compressor reaches a fourth preset time and lasts for a second preset time, the air conditioning unit is switched from the single compressor operation mode to the double compressor operation mode. Preferably, the second preset time is 3min, but is not limited thereto, and the second preset time may also be any other time, for example, 4min, 5min, and the like, and for those skilled in the art, specific values thereof are determined according to the actual application.
It should be noted that the fourth preset time is a minimum time interval required for restarting the compressor after the compressor is stopped, and after the compressor is stopped, if the compressor is started without reaching the minimum time interval, the compressor may be damaged or may not be started. Therefore, the requirement of a minimum time interval should be met first when starting the compressor again. In addition, the minimum time interval of the compressors of different models is different, and the specific value is determined by the compressors.
And if the air conditioning unit does not meet the second preset condition and lasts for the second preset time, the operation mode of the air conditioning unit is not changed.
In one possible scenario, with continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, the control method of the air conditioning assembly further comprises:
and s310, in the process that the air conditioning unit is in the single-compressor operation mode, if the currently operated compressor alarms/fails, starting the non-operated compressor.
In the single-compressor operation mode executed by the air conditioning unit, if the compressor in the operation mode fails/alarms, as long as the compressor which does not operate meets the requirement of the minimum time interval, the compressor which fails/alarms is stopped, and the compressor which does not operate is started, namely when one compressor fails/alarms, the compressor which does not operate is started, so that the air conditioning unit can continuously operate, and the reliability and the stability of the air conditioning unit are improved.
And s320, if one of the compressors is in an alarm/failure state during the operation mode of the air conditioning unit, the other compressor is continuously operated.
In the operation mode of the air conditioning unit executing the double compressors, if any one of the compressors fails/gives an alarm, the compressor which fails/gives the alarm is stopped, and the other compressor continues to normally operate, so that the reliability and the stability of the air conditioning unit are effectively improved.
In this embodiment, as an advantageous embodiment, the second fixed value of the exhaust pressure is greater than the first fixed value of the exhaust pressure, which is greater than the third fixed value of the exhaust pressure.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides an air-cooled magnetic levitation air conditioning unit, which includes a controller configured to execute the above control method, that is, the controller controls the switching between the current operation modes of the air conditioning unit by at least one of the discharge pressure, the pressure ratio, the chilled water outlet water temperature and the failure modes of the two compressors, and preferably, the air conditioning unit further includes a barrel, and the two compressors are both disposed in the barrel.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
