The area of the sealing plate 43 is larger than that of the inlet of the mist device 20, so that the entering and exiting of the medicinal liquid mist can be effectively controlled; the working principle of the cold air generating device 6 is that after a control system receives a refrigerating signal, the control system lowers the telescopic column 30 to enable the baffle plate 31 to leave the feeding hole, dry ice in the dry ice box 33 smoothly enters the bottom of the box body I28, meanwhile, the air inlet 29 is opened, air enters the interior of the box body I28 to react with the dry ice to release a large amount of cold air, the cold air is absorbed by the air suction pipe and reaches the control valve 19 through the pipeline 18, and the control system opens the corresponding valve to enable the cold air to enter the air inlet channel to realize cold compress; the working principle of the hot gas generating device 12 is that after the control system receives a heating signal, the system controls the heating wire 35 to emit high temperature, water is introduced from the water inlet 34 and poured onto the heating wire 35, part of water which is not vaporized is pumped to the spraying port 40 by the micro water pump 38 to carry out secondary pouring on the heating wire 35, the water is vaporized into hot gas after being heated by the high temperature of the heating wire 35, the hot gas is absorbed by the air suction pipe and reaches the control valve 19 through the pipeline 18, and the control system opens the corresponding valve to enable the hot gas to enter the air inlet channel to realize hot compress; the control system is a kind of existent technology, and adopts PLC system control technology, programmable logic controller and electronic equipment specially designed for industrial production and adopting a kind of programmable memory for storing program in it, executing logic operation, sequential control, timing, counting and arithmetic operation, etc. and utilizing digital or analog input/output to control various kinds of machinery or production process.
