Abstract
The invention provides a service switching method and device of a multi-card terminal and the multi-card terminal. The method comprises the following steps: when a network mode is switched in the process that a second user identification card carries out business through a current data transmission path of a first user identification card, a data transmission path based on a target network mode is established based on the second user identification card; and switching the service of the second subscriber identity card through the current data transmission path of the first subscriber identity card to the data transmission path based on the target network mode. The invention can switch the data transmission path among different network modes to normally carry out service when the network mode changes.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a service switching method and apparatus for a multi-card terminal, and a multi-card terminal.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the mobile network bandwidth and the optimization of the mobile device performance, the requirements of the user on the services provided by the mobile terminal are gradually increased. At present, mobile terminal services are becoming more and more diversified from traditional two-person conversation, and services such as video conversation, call forwarding, multi-party conversation and the like are added. In the existing multi-card communication, a multi-card terminal can establish a data transmission path based on one card and perform a service of multiple cards based on the data transmission path.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following technical problems exist in the prior art:
when a network mode changes, the problem that the current service type cannot adapt to the change of the network mode occurs in the conventional multi-card terminal which performs services based on one data transmission channel.

The multi-card terminal and the method and the device for switching the services of the multi-card terminal can switch the service types according to the change of the network mode to normally carry out conversation when the network mode changes.

In the service switching method of the multi-card terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention, in the process that the second user identification card carries out service through the current data transmission channel of the first user identification card, when network mode switching occurs, a data transmission channel based on a target network mode is established based on the second user identification card; and switching the service of the second subscriber identity card through the current data transmission path of the first subscriber identity card to the data transmission path based on the target network mode. Compared with the prior art, the invention can switch the data transmission path among different network modes to normally carry out service when the network mode changes.
The process provided by the present invention is illustrated below using specific examples.
The multi-card terminal includes a main card SIM card 1 and a secondary card SIM card 2, where the SIM card 1 supports LTE (Long Term Evolution) and the secondary card supports GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication). The SIM card 2 carries out IMS registration and VoLTE telephone service based on the current data transmission path of the SIM card 1. At this time, when the multi-card terminal moves to a place with poor LTE signal coverage, SRVCC (Single Radio Voice Call Continuity) switching needs to be performed to Switch from the LTE network to a 2G CS (Circuit Switch) network. switching the service of the second subscriber identity card through the current data transmission path of the first subscriber identity card to the data transmission path based on the target network mode;
the data transmission path comprises a data path and a wireless connection; the first user identification card and the second user identification card respectively support different network systems; the multi-card terminal establishes a data transmission path only through one user identification card at the same time; the occurrence of the network mode switch comprises: the optimal network around the multi-card terminal changes.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the data path is a default bearer and a dedicated bearer of an IMS PDN or a traffic bearer of a future evolved network.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the services comprise video services and telephony services.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the network mode comprises GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, LTE, 5G, and future evolution.
5. A service switching apparatus of a multi-card terminal, the apparatus comprising:

the data transmission path comprises a data path and a wireless connection, and the first subscriber identity module card and the second subscriber identity module card respectively support different network systems; the multi-card terminal establishes a data transmission path only through one user identification card at the same time; the occurrence of the network mode switch comprises: the optimal network around the multi-card terminal changes.
