Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic device structure diagram of a hardware operating environment related to the method according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The terminal of the embodiment of the invention can be a fixed terminal, such as a self-service payment terminal and a large-scale PC; the mobile terminal can also be a mobile terminal, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer and other devices.
As shown in fig. 4, the fare payment terminal may include: a processor 1001, such as a CPU, a memory 1005, and a communication bus 1002. The communication bus 1002 is used for realizing connection communication between the processor 1001 and the memory 1005. The memory 1005 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a magnetic disk memory). The memory 1005 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 1001.
Optionally, the fare payment terminal may further include a user interface, a network interface, a camera, a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit, a sensor, an audio circuit, a WiFi module, and the like. The user interface may comprise a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the optional user interface may also comprise a standard wired interface, a wireless interface. The network interface may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface).
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the fare collection terminal structure shown in fig. 4 does not constitute a limitation of the fare collection terminal, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 4, a memory 1005, which is a kind of computer storage medium, may include an operating system, a network communication module, and a vehicle fee payment program therein. The operating system is a program for managing and controlling hardware and software resources of the vehicle fee payment terminal and supports the running of the vehicle fee payment program and other software and/or programs. The network communication module is used for realizing communication among the components in the memory 1005 and communication with other hardware and software in the vehicle fee payment terminal.
In the fare payment terminal shown in fig. 4, the processor 1001 is configured to execute the fare payment program stored in the memory 1005, and implement the following steps:

when the terminal detects that the preset account information is not bound to the payment account, outputting second prompt information of the bound payment account;
and when the terminal detects the binding operation based on the second prompt message, acquiring the payment account, and binding the preset account information with the payment account.
Preferably, the step of the terminal paying the corresponding parking fee from the payment account based on the fare bill information and outputting the first prompt information that the fee is successfully paid further includes:
the terminal records the payment information and stores the payment information in a database of the account of the payment user;
when the terminal detects an invoice acquisition request based on the payment information, acquiring a second face image detected by the camera, identifying the face information, and comparing the identification result with preset account information;
and when the terminal detects that the recognition result of the second face image is matched with the preset account information, outputting a payment invoice based on the payment information.
Preferably, the step of determining whether the preset account information matched with the recognition result of the first face image exists in the database by using the recognition result further includes:
when the terminal judges that the preset account information matched with the first face image recognition result does not exist in the database, outputting notification information requesting first vehicle information;
the terminal acquires first license plate information input from the outside based on the notification information, and inquires whether second vehicle information matched with the first vehicle information exists in a database;
and when the terminal judges that the second vehicle information matched with the first vehicle information exists, outputting the fare bill information according to the second vehicle information.
Preferably, the step of querying whether there is second vehicle information matching the first vehicle information in the database further includes:

the terminal pays corresponding parking fee from the payment account based on the vehicle fee bill information and outputs first prompt information of successful fee payment.
The specific implementation manner of the computer-readable storage medium of the present invention is substantially the same as that of the embodiments of the vehicle fee payment method described above, and will not be described herein again.

when the terminal detects that the preset account information is not bound to the payment account, outputting second prompt information of the bound payment account;
when the terminal detects the binding operation based on the second prompt message, the payment account is obtained, and the preset account information is bound with the payment account;
the terminal pays the corresponding parking fee from the payment account based on the vehicle fee bill information, and the step of outputting the first prompt information of successful fee payment further comprises the following steps:
the terminal records the payment information and stores the payment information in a database of the account of the payment user;
when the terminal detects an invoice acquisition request based on the payment information, acquiring a second face image detected by the camera, identifying the face information, and comparing the identification result with preset account information;
when the terminal detects that the recognition result of the second face image is matched with the preset account information, outputting a payment invoice based on the payment information;

when the terminal judges that the preset account information matched with the first face image recognition result does not exist in the database, outputting notification information requesting first vehicle information;

and when the terminal judges that the second vehicle information matched with the first vehicle information exists, outputting the fare bill information according to the second vehicle information.
