Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a terminal for realizing an emergency call, and relates to the field of mobile communication. The method comprises the following steps: a terminal acquires a positioning parameter; the terminal determines an emergency call number list according to the positioning parameters and the corresponding relation between the positioning parameters and the emergency call number mapping table; and the terminal initiates an emergency call according to the emergency call number list. Therefore, when the network side does not issue the emergency call number list or fails to issue the emergency call list, the terminal can normally initiate the emergency call.

Technical Field

Background
The existing emergency call technology depends on a network side to issue a configured emergency number list to a terminal, the terminal temporarily stores the list in a terminal memory, confirms whether a dialed number is a local emergency number according to the list, and solves the problem that emergency call numbers of different countries and regions are different in a mode of dynamically issuing the emergency call number list by the network side; however, under the conditions that the terminal authentication fails, the card-free terminal initiates a call for the first time, and the like, the network side cannot issue the configured emergency call number list to the terminal, and the terminal cannot acquire the network-side emergency number list, so that the terminal cannot accurately distinguish the emergency call number, and if the terminal cannot discriminate the emergency call, the call has no emergency call identifier and can only be used as a common call outgoing call.
Therefore, the existing emergency call technical scheme depends on the network side to issue the emergency call number list, and cannot solve the problem that the terminal cannot normally initiate the emergency call when the network side does not issue the emergency call number list or fails to issue the emergency call list.

Detailed Description
In the existing mobile network emergency call technical scheme, under the scenes of authentication failure, initial call of a card-free terminal and the like, the terminal cannot receive an emergency call number list configured on a network side and accurately discriminate the emergency call number according to the list, so that the emergency call cannot be initiated normally. Based on the above problems, the inventor proposes a solution at the terminal side, and under the condition that the terminal does not receive the emergency number list issued by the network side, the terminal side uses the positioning data, and matches with the area location identification and the built-in emergency number mapping table, so that the terminal can accurately acquire and discriminate the emergency number, and successfully establish the emergency call.

The invention can solve the problems of the prior mobile network emergency call technical scheme and can also be used as a general technical scheme of the mobile communication system emergency call.
The method is suitable for a scene that the network side fails to send the emergency call list, and can also be used as a general technical scheme for realizing the emergency call. The invention has stronger applicability and flexible use, ensures that the terminal does not need to rely on the network, can accurately initiate the emergency call when the emergency number list configured at the network side can not be received, provides better guarantee for the safety of the user and can improve the satisfaction degree of the user.

the terminal determines an emergency call number master list according to the positioning parameters and the corresponding relation between the positioning parameters and the emergency call number mapping table structure; the terminal carries out coordinate conversion on the positioning parameters to obtain regional position information of the terminal, and obtains corresponding emergency call number sublists divided according to national regional positions in an emergency call number mapping table structure according to the regional position information mapping, wherein the emergency call number mapping table structure comprises an emergency call number main list and a sublist; the terminal initiates an emergency call according to the emergency call number sublist;
