In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the step of acquiring the current status data of the current vending machine in step S220 in fig. 2 includes:

Specifically, when the operator arrives at the position where the self-service vending machine to be replenished is located when the preset replenishment time is reached, the two-dimensional code on the self-service vending machine is scanned by the terminal, the replenishment interface is displayed by the terminal, the types of commodities sold in all the goods channels of the current self-service vending machine are displayed by the replenishment interface, and when the terminal receives a selection instruction of the operator, the terminal enters an inventory reporting interface corresponding to the selection instruction. And step S223, obtaining the current shortage according to the shortage of the goods on the goods channel, the preset capacity of the goods channel and the current inventory.
In this embodiment, after each replenishment, the server defaults that the stock of the goods way is the capacity of the goods way, and actually some vending machines are not necessarily full after replenishment, so that the current stock shortage needs to be obtained according to the stock shortage of the goods way, the preset capacity of the goods way, and the current stock, where the current stock shortage is the capacity of the goods way-the current stock + the stock shortage.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, there is also provided a replenishment device 900 for a self-service vending machine, the device comprising:
a first selling speed estimating module 902, configured to obtain a historical selling speed set corresponding to the current self-service vending machine, and obtain a first estimated selling speed set from the current time point to a first replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine according to the historical selling speed set;
the first replenishment parameter calculation module 904 is configured to obtain current state data of the current self-service vending machine, and obtain a first replenishment parameter set corresponding to a first replenishment time point according to the first pre-estimated sales speed set and the current state data;
a first determining module 906, configured to determine that the current self-service vending machine is a self-service vending machine to be restocked and take the first restocking time point as a restocking time point of the current self-service vending machine when at least one restocking parameter in the first restocking parameter set exceeds a corresponding preset threshold.
The replenishment device of the self-service vending machine comprises a historical selling speed set corresponding to the current self-service vending machine, a first estimated selling speed set from the current time point to a first replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine is obtained according to the historical selling speed set, then current state data of the current self-service vending machine is obtained, a first replenishment parameter set corresponding to the first replenishment time point is obtained according to the first estimated selling speed set and the current state data, when at least one replenishment parameter in the first replenishment parameter set exceeds a corresponding preset threshold value, the current self-service vending machine is judged to be a self-service vending machine to be replenished, the first replenishment time point is used as the replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine, whether replenishment is needed or not is automatically judged through a server, and compared with the prior art, judgment is carried out by operators according to experience and intuition, manpower and material resources are saved, and the operation efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the first replenishment parameter set comprises at least one of an estimated shortage, a shortage loss percentage, a shortage commodity percentage, and a time to empty of a commodity.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the above apparatus further comprises:
a second selling speed estimating module 908, configured to obtain, according to the historical selling speed set, a second estimated selling speed set when the current self-service vending machine is terminated from the current time point to a second replenishment time point when each first replenishment parameter in the first replenishment parameter set does not exceed the corresponding preset threshold;
the second replenishment parameter calculation module 910 obtains a second replenishment parameter set of the current vending machine ending at a second replenishment time point according to the second estimated sales speed set and the current state data;
and a second determining module 912, configured to determine that the current self-service vending machine is a self-service vending machine requiring replenishment and take the second replenishment time point as the replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine when at least one second replenishment parameter in the second replenishment parameter set exceeds a corresponding preset threshold value.
In one embodiment, the first sales speed estimation module is configured to calculate a first average sales speed corresponding to each time point in a preset number of days and a second average sales speed corresponding to each time point in a preset number of weeks according to the historical sales speed set, and obtain the estimated sales speed corresponding to each time point according to the first average sales speed and the second average sales speed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the above apparatus further comprises:
the circulation module 914 is used for sequentially taking other self-service vending machines in the self-service vending machine set as the current self-service vending machines and entering the step of acquiring the historical selling speed set corresponding to the current self-service vending machines to obtain the self-service vending machine set to be replenished and the time points to be replenished of each self-service vending machine in the self-service vending machine set to be replenished;
the replenishment recommendation list generation module 916 is configured to generate a replenishment recommendation list according to the set of self-service vending machines to be replenished and the time points of the self-service vending machines to be replenished;
a replenishment recommendation list sending module 918, configured to send the replenishment recommendation list to a terminal corresponding to an operator.
In one embodiment, the current state data includes fault data, and the apparatus further includes: the self-service vending machine set acquisition module is used for acquiring a self-service vending machine set to be maintained according to the fault data; the replenishment recommendation list generation module is further used for generating a replenishment recommendation list according to the self-service vending machine set to be replenished, the replenishment time points of each self-service vending machine and the self-service vending machine set to be maintained.
In an embodiment, the first replenishment parameter calculation module is further configured to receive the data of the shortage amount of the commodity channel sent by the terminal corresponding to the operator, obtain the current inventory and the preset commodity channel capacity of the current vending machine, and obtain the current shortage amount according to the shortage amount of the commodity channel, the preset commodity channel capacity and the current inventory.
Fig. 12 is a diagram showing an internal structure of a computer device in one embodiment, and the computer device is connected with a processor, a nonvolatile storage medium, an internal memory, and a network interface through a system connection bus. Wherein the non-volatile storage medium of the computer device may store an operating system and computer readable instructions that, when executed, may cause the processor to perform a method of restocking for a vending machine. The processor of the computer device is used for providing calculation and control capability and supporting the operation of the whole computer device. The internal memory may have stored therein computer readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform a method of restocking a vending machine. The network interface of the computer device is used for performing network communication, such as receiving voice data packets, sending stop control instructions, and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 12 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, the speed adjustment apparatus provided herein may be implemented in the form of a computer program that is executable on a computer device as shown in fig. 9, and the non-volatile storage medium of the computer device may store various program modules constituting the speed adjustment apparatus, such as the first sales speed estimation module 902, the first replenishment parameter calculation module 904, and the first determination module 906 in fig. 9. Each program module includes computer readable instructions for causing a computer device to execute the steps in the speed adjustment method according to each embodiment of the present application described in this specification, for example, the computer device may obtain, by using a first selling speed estimation module 902 shown in fig. 9, a historical selling speed set corresponding to a current vending machine, and obtain, according to the historical selling speed set, a first estimated selling speed set that the current vending machine expires from a current time point to a first replenishment time point; acquiring current state data of the current self-service vending machine through a first replenishment parameter calculation module 904, and acquiring a first replenishment parameter set corresponding to a first replenishment time point according to a first pre-estimated sales speed set and the current state data; when at least one replenishment parameter in the first replenishment parameter set exceeds a corresponding preset threshold value, the first judgment module 906 judges that the current self-service vending machine is a self-service vending machine to be replenished and takes the first replenishment time point as the replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: acquiring a historical selling speed set corresponding to the current self-service vending machine, and acquiring a first estimated selling speed set of the current self-service vending machine from a current time point to a first replenishment time point according to the historical selling speed set; acquiring current state data of the current self-service vending machine, and obtaining a first replenishment parameter set corresponding to a first replenishment time point according to a first pre-estimated sales speed set and the current state data; and when at least one replenishment parameter in the first replenishment parameter set exceeds a corresponding preset threshold value, judging that the current self-service vending machine is the self-service vending machine to be replenished, and taking the first replenishment time point as the replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine.
In one embodiment, the first replenishment parameter set comprises at least one of an estimated shortage, a shortage loss percentage, a shortage commodity percentage, and a time to empty of a commodity.
In one embodiment, the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to further perform the steps of: when each first replenishment parameter in the first replenishment parameter set does not exceed the corresponding preset threshold value, obtaining a second estimated selling speed set of the current self-service vending machine from the current time point to a second replenishment time point according to the historical selling speed set; obtaining a second replenishment parameter set of the current vending machine from the second replenishment time point according to the second estimated sales speed set and the current state data; and when at least one second replenishment parameter in the second replenishment parameter set exceeds a corresponding preset threshold value, judging that the current self-service vending machine is the self-service vending machine needing replenishment, and taking the second replenishment time point as the replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine.
In one embodiment, the step of obtaining a historical selling speed set corresponding to the current self-service vending machine, and obtaining a first estimated selling speed set of the current self-service vending machine from a current time point to a first replenishment time point according to the historical selling speed set comprises the following steps: calculating a first average selling speed corresponding to each time point in preset days and a second average selling speed corresponding to each time point in preset weeks according to the historical selling speed set; and obtaining the estimated selling speed corresponding to each time point according to the first average selling speed and the second average selling speed.
In one embodiment, the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to further perform the steps of: sequentially taking other self-service vending machines in the self-service vending machine set as the current self-service vending machines and entering the step of acquiring the historical selling speed set corresponding to the current self-service vending machines to obtain the self-service vending machine set to be replenished and the time points of the self-service vending machines to be replenished; generating a replenishment recommendation list according to the set of self-service vending machines to be replenished and the time points of the self-service vending machines to be replenished; and sending the replenishment recommendation list to a terminal corresponding to an operator.

In one embodiment, the step of obtaining current status data of the current vending machine comprises: receiving the goods channel shortage data sent by a terminal corresponding to an operator; acquiring the current inventory and preset goods channel capacity of the current vending machine; and obtaining the current shortage according to the shortage of the goods on the goods channel, the preset capacity of the goods channel and the current inventory.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: acquiring a historical selling speed set corresponding to the current self-service vending machine, and acquiring a first estimated selling speed set of the current self-service vending machine from a current time point to a first replenishment time point according to the historical selling speed set; acquiring current state data of the current self-service vending machine, and obtaining a first replenishment parameter set corresponding to a first replenishment time point according to a first pre-estimated sales speed set and the current state data; and when at least one replenishment parameter in the first replenishment parameter set exceeds a corresponding preset threshold value, judging that the current self-service vending machine is the self-service vending machine to be replenished, and taking the first replenishment time point as the replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine.

In one embodiment, the step of obtaining current status data of the current vending machine comprises: receiving the goods channel shortage data sent by a terminal corresponding to an operator; acquiring the current inventory and preset goods channel capacity of the current vending machine; and obtaining the current shortage according to the shortage of the goods on the goods channel, the preset capacity of the goods channel and the current inventory.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the computer program is executed. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), or the like.

Claims (10)

1. A method of restocking a vending machine, the method comprising:
acquiring a historical selling speed set corresponding to a current self-service vending machine, wherein the historical selling speed set is obtained by accumulating according to the selling speeds of goods channels corresponding to the goods channels of the current self-service vending machine, and a first estimated selling speed set of the current self-service vending machine from a current time point to a first goods supplementing time point is obtained according to the historical selling speed set;
acquiring current state data of the current self-service vending machine, and obtaining a first replenishment parameter set corresponding to the first replenishment time point according to the first pre-estimated sales speed set and the current state data; the current state data comprises the current stock quantity and the current stock quantity; the first replenishment parameter set comprises at least two of estimated shortage quantity, shortage loss ratio, shortage commodity ratio and selling time of a goods channel;
when more than two replenishment parameters in the first replenishment parameter set exceed corresponding preset thresholds, judging that the current self-service vending machine is a self-service vending machine to be replenished, and taking the first replenishment time point as the replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine;
the step of obtaining the current state data of the current self-service vending machine comprises the following steps:
receiving the goods channel shortage data sent by a terminal corresponding to an operator; the goods channel shortage data is obtained by scanning a replenishment interface displayed by a two-dimensional code on the current self-service vending machine through a terminal corresponding to the operator;
acquiring the current inventory and preset goods channel capacity of the current vending machine;
obtaining the current shortage according to the shortage of the goods on the goods way, the preset goods way capacity and the current inventory;
when each first replenishment parameter in the first replenishment parameter set does not exceed a corresponding preset threshold value, obtaining a second pre-estimated selling speed set of the current self-service vending machine from the current time point to a second replenishment time point according to the historical selling speed set;
obtaining a second replenishment parameter set of the current vending machine from a second replenishment time point according to the second estimated sales speed set and the current state data;
when more than two second replenishment parameters in the second replenishment parameter set exceed corresponding preset thresholds, judging that the current self-service vending machine is a self-service vending machine needing replenishment and taking the second replenishment time point as the replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine;
sequentially taking other self-service vending machines in the self-service vending machine set as the current self-service vending machines and entering the step of acquiring the historical selling speed set corresponding to the current self-service vending machines to obtain the self-service vending machine set to be replenished and the time points of the self-service vending machines to be replenished;
generating a replenishment recommendation list according to the set of self-service vending machines to be replenished and the time points of the self-service vending machines to be replenished; the replenishment recommendation list is arranged in a descending order according to the shortage loss, and displays the serial number and the position information of each self-service vending machine and the shortage severity of each self-service vending machine determined according to the relation between the shortage loss and a preset threshold value;
and sending the replenishment recommendation list to a terminal corresponding to the operator so that the operator replenishes the current self-service vending machine.

The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining a historical selling speed set corresponding to the current self-service vending machine, and obtaining a first estimated selling speed set of the current self-service vending machine from a current time point to the first replenishment time point according to the historical selling speed set comprises:
calculating a first average selling speed corresponding to each time point in a preset number of days and a second average selling speed corresponding to each time point in a preset number of weeks according to the historical selling speed set;
and obtaining the estimated selling speed corresponding to each time point according to the first average selling speed and the second average selling speed.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the current status data comprises fault data, and the step of generating a replenishment recommendation list according to the set of vending machines to be replenished and the time points to be replenished of each vending machine is preceded by:
obtaining a self-service vending machine set to be maintained according to the fault data;
the step of generating a replenishment recommendation list according to the set of self-service vending machines to be replenished and the time points of the self-service vending machines to be replenished comprises the following steps:
and generating a replenishment recommendation list according to the set of self-service vending machines to be replenished, the time points of the self-service vending machines to be replenished and the set of self-service vending machines to be maintained.
4. A replenishment device for a vending machine, the device comprising:
the first selling speed pre-estimating module is used for acquiring a historical selling speed set corresponding to the current self-service vending machine, wherein the historical selling speed set is obtained by accumulating the selling speeds of the goods channels corresponding to the goods channels of the current self-service vending machine, and a first pre-estimated selling speed set of the current self-service vending machine from the current time point to a first goods supplementing time point is obtained according to the historical selling speed set;
the first replenishment parameter calculation module is used for acquiring current state data of the current self-service vending machine and obtaining a first replenishment parameter set corresponding to the first replenishment time point according to the first pre-estimated sales speed set and the current state data; the current state data comprises the current stock quantity and the current stock quantity; the first replenishment parameter calculation module is also used for receiving the shortage quantity data of the goods channel sent by the terminal corresponding to the operator; the goods channel shortage data is obtained by scanning a replenishment interface displayed by a two-dimensional code on the current self-service vending machine through a terminal corresponding to the operator; acquiring the current inventory and preset goods channel capacity of the current vending machine; obtaining the current shortage according to the shortage of the goods on the goods way, the preset goods way capacity and the current inventory; the first replenishment parameter set comprises at least two of estimated shortage quantity, shortage loss ratio, shortage commodity ratio and selling time of a goods channel;
the first judging module is used for judging that the current self-service vending machine is a self-service vending machine to be replenished and taking the first replenishment time point as the replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine when more than two replenishment parameters in the first replenishment parameter set exceed corresponding preset threshold values;
the second selling speed pre-estimating module is used for obtaining a second pre-estimated selling speed set of the current self-service vending machine from the current time point to a second replenishment time point according to the historical selling speed set when each first replenishment parameter in the first replenishment parameter set does not exceed a corresponding preset threshold;
the second replenishment parameter calculation module is used for obtaining a second replenishment parameter set of the current vending machine from a second replenishment time point according to the second pre-estimated sales speed set and the current state data;
the second judging module is used for judging that the current self-service vending machine is a self-service vending machine needing replenishment and taking the second replenishment time point as the replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine when more than two second replenishment parameters in the second replenishment parameter set exceed corresponding preset threshold values;
the circulation module is used for sequentially taking other self-service vending machines in the self-service vending machine set as the current self-service vending machines and entering the step of acquiring the historical selling speed set corresponding to the current self-service vending machines to obtain the self-service vending machine set to be replenished and the time points to be replenished of each self-service vending machine in the self-service vending machine set to be replenished;
the replenishment recommendation list generation module is used for generating a replenishment recommendation list according to the set of self-service vending machines to be replenished and the time points of the self-service vending machines to be replenished; the replenishment recommendation list is arranged in a descending order according to the shortage loss, and displays the serial number and the position information of each self-service vending machine and the shortage severity of each self-service vending machine determined according to the relation between the shortage loss and a preset threshold value;
and the replenishment recommendation list sending module is used for sending the replenishment recommendation list to a terminal corresponding to the operator so that the operator can replenish the current self-service vending machine.

The device of claim 4, wherein the first selling speed estimating module is configured to calculate a first average selling speed corresponding to each time point in a preset number of days and a second average selling speed corresponding to each time point in a preset number of weeks according to the historical selling speed set; and obtaining the estimated selling speed corresponding to each time point according to the first average selling speed and the second average selling speed.
6. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the current state data comprises fault data; the device further comprises:
the self-service vending machine set acquisition module is used for acquiring a self-service vending machine set to be maintained according to the fault data;
and the replenishment recommendation list generation module is further used for generating a replenishment recommendation list according to the set of self-service vending machines to be replenished, the time points of the self-service vending machines to be replenished and the set of self-service vending machines to be maintained.
7. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein a replenishment time for each vending machine per day comprises a first replenishment time point and a second replenishment time point, the program when executed by a processor implementing the steps of:
acquiring a historical selling speed set corresponding to a current self-service vending machine, wherein the historical selling speed set is obtained by accumulating according to the selling speeds of goods channels corresponding to the goods channels of the current self-service vending machine, and a first pre-estimated selling speed set of the current self-service vending machine from a current time point to a first goods supplementing time point is obtained according to the historical selling speed set;
acquiring current state data of the current self-service vending machine, and obtaining a first replenishment parameter set corresponding to the first replenishment time point according to the first pre-estimated sales speed set and the current state data; the current state data comprises the current stock quantity and the current stock quantity; the first replenishment parameter set comprises at least two of estimated shortage quantity, shortage loss ratio, shortage commodity ratio and selling time of a goods channel;
when more than two replenishment parameters in the first replenishment parameter set exceed corresponding preset thresholds, judging that the current self-service vending machine is a self-service vending machine to be replenished, and taking the first replenishment time point as the replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine;
the step of obtaining the current state data of the current self-service vending machine comprises the following steps:
receiving the goods channel shortage data sent by a terminal corresponding to an operator; the goods channel shortage data is obtained by scanning a replenishment interface displayed by a two-dimensional code on the current self-service vending machine through a terminal corresponding to the operator;
acquiring the current inventory and preset goods channel capacity of the current vending machine;
obtaining the current shortage according to the shortage of the goods on the goods way, the preset goods way capacity and the current inventory;
when each first replenishment parameter in the first replenishment parameter set does not exceed a corresponding preset threshold value, obtaining a second pre-estimated selling speed set of the current self-service vending machine from the current time point to a second replenishment time point according to the historical selling speed set;
obtaining a second replenishment parameter set of the current vending machine from a second replenishment time point according to the second estimated sales speed set and the current state data;
when more than two second replenishment parameters in the second replenishment parameter set exceed corresponding preset thresholds, judging that the current self-service vending machine is a self-service vending machine needing replenishment and taking the second replenishment time point as the replenishment time point of the current self-service vending machine;
sequentially taking other self-service vending machines in the self-service vending machine set as the current self-service vending machines and entering the step of acquiring the historical selling speed set corresponding to the current self-service vending machines to obtain the self-service vending machine set to be replenished and the time points of the self-service vending machines to be replenished;
generating a replenishment recommendation list according to the set of self-service vending machines to be replenished and the time points of the self-service vending machines to be replenished; the replenishment recommendation list is arranged in a descending order according to the shortage loss, and displays the serial number and the position information of each self-service vending machine and the shortage severity of each self-service vending machine determined according to the relation between the shortage loss and a preset threshold value;
and sending the replenishment recommendation list to a terminal corresponding to the operator so that the operator replenishes the current self-service vending machine.
8. The computer-readable storage medium according to claim 7, wherein the program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
calculating a first average selling speed corresponding to each time point in a preset number of days and a second average selling speed corresponding to each time point in a preset number of weeks according to the historical selling speed set;
and obtaining the estimated selling speed corresponding to each time point according to the first average selling speed and the second average selling speed.
9. The computer-readable storage medium according to claim 7, wherein the current state data includes fault data, and wherein the program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
obtaining a self-service vending machine set to be maintained according to the fault data;
and generating a replenishment recommendation list according to the set of self-service vending machines to be replenished, the time points of the self-service vending machines to be replenished and the set of self-service vending machines to be maintained.
10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements a method of restocking a vending machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3.
