Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to solve the problems that the APP version update description content prompt information pushed by the existing push method is poor in pertinence and cannot meet the actual requirements of users, the invention provides a prompt information push method, and an execution main body of the method can be but is not limited to at least one of a mobile phone, an IPAD, a tablet computer, a wearable device and the like which can be configured as a terminal for executing the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, or the execution main body of the method can also be a client which can execute the method.
For convenience of description, the following description will be made of an embodiment of the method, taking the implementation subject of the method as a mobile phone capable of implementing the method. It is understood that the implementation of the method in the form of a mobile phone is merely an exemplary illustration and should not be construed as a limitation of the method.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for pushing prompt information provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes the following main steps:
step 101, obtaining a first update description content of an updated version of an application program installed by a user relative to a version before updating.
The updated version of the application installed by the user may be a latest version of the application downloaded and installed in the terminal of the user by the user. The pre-update version may be a version installed in a terminal of a user before the user downloads and installs the update version. For example, if the latest version of the application program is 1.3 version, the user downloads the installed updated version as 1.3 version; before the user downloads and installs the updated version 1.3, the version 1.1 is installed in the terminal, and then the version before updating is the version 1.1.
In an actual application, the latest version of the application program may be the latest version of the application program developed by a service provider corresponding to the application program according to actual requirements. For example, assuming that the latest version developed by the service provider is version 1.3, then the updated version of the application is also version 1.3.
Generally, after developing an updated version of an application, a developer of a service provider fills a detailed update description content list for use by a tester and an APP operator according to the change content of the updated version relative to a previous history version of the update. For example, after developing the 1.3 version of the updated version of the application program, the developer will fill in a detailed update description content list according to the change content of the 1.3 version relative to the 1.2 version.
In this way, in a specific embodiment, when the version before update is a previous history version of the updated version, a detailed update description content list of the updated version relative to the previous history version may be directly used as the first update description content. For example, when the newer version is version 1.3 and the version before update is version 1.2, the detailed update description content list of version 1.3 relative to version 1.2 can be directly used as the first update description content.
In another specific embodiment, when the version before update is a history version before a previous history version of the update version, the detailed update description content list corresponding to each version between the update version and the history version needs to be combined to determine that the detailed update description content list of the update version relative to the version before update is used as the first update description content. For example, if the updated version is the 1.3 version and the version before update is the 1.1 version, the detailed update description content list of the 1.3 version relative to the 1.2 version and the detailed update description content list of the 1.2 version relative to the 1.1 version need to be combined to determine the detailed update description content list of the 1.3 version relative to the 1.1 version as the first update description content.
And 102, pushing first prompt information to the user according to the historical use parameters of the user for the functions in the application program and the first updating description content.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the step 102 may include the following sub-steps:
substep 201, determining a first function list when the user uses the application program according to the historical use parameters of the user for the functions in the application program.
Wherein the historical usage parameters include: one or more of the indexes of the use time length, the use times, the use frequency and the like. The functions in the first function list are functions that one or more of parameters such as the use time length, the use times and the use frequency of the user in the preset time meet a first preset condition.
For example, a function that is used more than a predetermined number of times by the user within a predetermined time may be determined as a function that satisfies the above-described first preset condition. That is, the functions in the first function list may be functions that are used more than a predetermined number of times by the user within a predetermined time.
The predetermined time may be specifically a predetermined historical time, and the predetermined time may be set according to actual needs, for example, the predetermined time is one month, two months, or the like immediately after the last. The predetermined number of times may also be set according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For another example, the functions in the application program may be ranked in descending order according to the number of times the user uses the functions of the application program within a predetermined time, and the function ranked before the first preset ranking may be determined as the function satisfying the first preset condition. That is, the function in the first function list may be a function ranked before the first preset ranking of the number of times used by the user within a predetermined time.
The first preset ranking may be set manually, and may be, for example, the 10 th ranking, the 5 th ranking, or the like.
For another example, the functions in the application program may be ranked in descending order according to the length of the total duration of the functions of the application program used by the user within the predetermined time, and the function ranked before the second preset ranking may be determined as the function satisfying the first preset condition. That is, the function in the first function list may be a function ranked before the second preset ranking for the length of the total duration used by the user within the predetermined time.
The second preset ranking may also be set manually, and may be, for example, the 10 th ranking, the 5 th ranking, or the like. The first preset ranking and the second preset ranking may be the same or different.
It should be noted that the three ways of determining the function in the first function list are only examples, and should not be construed as limiting the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention. Moreover, it is understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the functions in the first function list are actually functions commonly used by the user.
In practical application, the historical use parameters of each function of the application program used by the user can be obtained as follows: after a user logs in the application program, recording a use track of the user in the process of using the application program to obtain indexes such as times, frequency and duration of using each function in the application program by the user; performing statistical ranking on the times, frequency or total duration of the use of each function in the application program by the user in a preset time; and storing the use times, the use frequency, the use duration and the ranking result in a local and/or uploaded server of a service provider corresponding to the application program for use when the prompt information is pushed.
Substep 202, pushing a first prompt message to the user according to the first function list and the first update description content.
Specifically, the sub-step 202 may include: and pushing the content which describes the functions in the first function list in the first updating description content to the user as first prompt information.
For example, an application includes A, B, C three functions, the update version installed in the terminal of the user is version 1.3, the update version 1.3 of the application updates all A, B, C three functions with respect to the previous history version 1.2, and after the development of the update version 1.3 of the application is completed, the developer fills a detailed update description list of A, B, C three functions to obtain the first update description. Then, it is determined that the function frequently used by the user (the function satisfying the first preset condition) is the B, C function based on the historical usage parameters of the application program by the user. Then, the content describing B, C function in the first update description is pushed to the user as the first prompt information.
Certainly, in addition to describing the update description contents of the functions in the first function list, the first prompt message may also include update description contents of other functions, but the update description contents describing the functions in the first function list are preferentially pushed to the user as the first prompt message, so that the prompt contents most needed by the user are pushed to the user, the actual requirements of the user are met, and the user experience is improved.
More specifically, the sub-step 202 may include: taking the content of the first update description content describing the functions in the first function list as target content; determining the priority of the functions in the first function list according to the historical use parameters of the functions in the first function list by the user; sequencing the target contents according to the priority; and pushing the sequenced target content to the user as first prompt information.
Determining the priority of the functions in the first function list according to the historical usage parameters of the functions in the first function list by the user may specifically include: and determining the priority of the functions in the first function list according to one or more of parameters such as the use time length, the use times and the use frequency of the functions in the first function list within the preset time by the user. Generally, if a user uses a function for a predetermined time for a longer time, a greater number of uses, and/or a higher frequency of use, the higher the priority of the function, and vice versa.
Correspondingly, the "sorting the target content according to the priority" may specifically include: and sequencing the target contents in a descending order according to the priorities of the functions in the first function list. For example, following the above example, assuming that the user uses the B function for a longer time than the C function, the target contents describing B, C two functions may be sorted in the order from B to C, and then pushed to the user as the first prompt information.
It is understood that, in the more specific embodiment, since the content in the first prompt information is arranged according to the priority of the function described correspondingly, the update description content meeting the user requirement can be pushed to the user more specifically, thereby further improving the user experience.
During specific pushing, after a user opens or logs in an application program, first prompt information can be pushed to the user in a popup mode; the first prompt information can also be pushed to the user in a notification pushing mode.
According to the prompt message pushing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first update description content of the update version of the application program installed by the user relative to the version before update can be obtained; and pushing first prompt information to the user according to the historical use parameters of the user for the functions in the application program and the first updating description content. The first prompt information can be pushed to the user by combining the historical use parameters of the user to the application program, so that the first prompt information received by the user is strong in pertinence, meets the actual requirements of the user, and improves the user experience.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, if "the description contents describing the functions in the first function list in the sub-step 202 include contents describing a position change of a function button in the application operating interface; then, the first prompt message may further include: a guiding step of operating the function button.
Conceivably, if the first prompt message further includes a guidance step for operating a corresponding function button, a more intuitive prompt can be provided for the user, and the user experience is further improved.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method for pushing a prompt message according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following steps:
and 103, displaying second prompt information in the download page of the updated version according to the historical use parameters of the functions in the application program and the second update description content of the full amount of users.
The total users are all users who install the application program, the historical usage parameters comprise one or more of the number of users, the usage duration, the number of usage times, the usage frequency and the like, and the second update description content is the update description content of the updated version relative to the previous historical version of the updated version.
When the pre-update version in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is a previous history version of the update version, the second update description content may be the same as the first update description content in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
In a specific embodiment, the step 103 may specifically include: determining a second function list when the full-scale user uses the application program according to the historical use parameters of the full-scale user on the functions in the application program; and displaying second prompt information in the download page of the updated version according to second update description content and the second function list.
And the functions in the second function list are functions which satisfy a second preset condition in one or more of the parameters of the number of users, the using time length, the using frequency, the using times and the like used by the full users in a preset time.
In practical applications, the function used by more than a preset number of users within a predetermined time may be determined as a function satisfying a second preset condition; alternatively, a function in which the average number of usage times by the full-size user for a predetermined time is greater than a predetermined number of times may be determined as a function that satisfies the above-described second preset condition, and so on. In short, the functions in the second function list may be determined according to the number of users in historical use, the number of times of historical use, the frequency of historical use, or the duration of historical use of the application program by all users.
The displaying of the second prompt information in the download page of the updated version according to the second update description content and the second function list may specifically include: and displaying the content describing the functions in the second function list in the second updating description content as second prompt information in the updated version of the download page.
For example, assuming that an application includes A, B, C three functions, and the updated version 1.3 of the application updates A, B, C three functions, after the updated version of the application is developed, a developer fills a detailed update description list for A, B, C three functions to obtain a second update description. And it is determined from the historical usage parameters of the application by the full-size user that A, B functions (functions in the second function list) are frequently used by the full-size user. Then, the content describing A, B function in the second update description content is presented as the second prompt information in the download page of the updated version.
Of course, in addition to the update description contents describing the functions in the second function list, the second prompt message may also include update description contents of other functions, but the update description contents describing the functions in the second function list are preferentially displayed in the download page of the updated version as the second prompt message, so that the user can be quickly attracted to the attention of the user to download and install the application program of the updated version.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second prompt information can be pushed to the user on the download page of the updated version of the application program, so that the updated content of the updated version can be provided for the user when the user actively acquires the updated version of the application program, the user can timely know the improvement of the updated version, on one hand, the user experience is improved, on the other hand, the user can be attracted to download the updated version, and the user stickiness is improved.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a prompt information pushing apparatus, which is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 4, a prompt information pushing apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention may include: an update description acquisition module 401 and a first prompt information push module 402.
An update description obtaining module 401 is configured to obtain a first update description of an updated version of the application installed by the user relative to a pre-update version.
Generally, after developing an updated version of an application, a developer of a service provider fills a detailed update description content list for use by a tester and an APP operator according to the change content of the updated version relative to a previous history version of the update.
In this way, in a specific embodiment, when the version before update is a previous history version of the updated version, a detailed update description content list of the updated version relative to the previous history version may be directly used as the first update description content.
In another specific embodiment, when the version before update is a history version before a previous history version of the update version, the detailed update description content list corresponding to each version between the update version and the history version needs to be combined to determine the detailed update description content list of the update version relative to the version before update, so as to obtain the first update description content.
A first prompt information pushing module 402, configured to push first prompt information to the user according to the historical usage parameter of the user for the function in the application and the first update description content.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the first prompt information pushing module 402 may include: a first function list determining submodule 501 and a first prompt information pushing submodule 502.
The first function list determining submodule 501 is configured to determine, according to the historical usage parameter of the function in the application program by the user, a first function list when the user uses the application program.
Wherein the historical usage parameters include: one or more of the indexes of the use time length, the use times, the use frequency and the like. The functions in the first function list are functions that one or more of parameters such as the use time length, the use times and the use frequency of the user in the preset time meet a first preset condition.
In one embodiment, a function that is used more than a predetermined number of times by the user within a predetermined time may be determined as a function that satisfies the first preset condition.
In another embodiment, the functions in the application program may be ranked in descending order according to the number of times that the user uses the functions of the application program within a predetermined time, and the function ranked before the first preset ranking may be determined as the function satisfying the first preset condition.
In another embodiment, the functions in the application program may be ranked in descending order according to the length of the total time of the functions of the application program used by the user within the predetermined time, and the function ranked before the second preset ranking may be determined as the function satisfying the first preset condition.
It should be noted that the three ways of determining the functions in the first function list are merely examples, and should not be construed as limiting the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention.
The first prompt information pushing sub-module 502 is configured to push the first prompt information to the user according to the first function list and the first update description.
Specifically, the first prompt information pushing sub-module 502 is configured to push, as the first prompt information, content in the first update description content, which describes the function in the first function list, to the user.
More specifically, the first prompt information pushing sub-module 502 is configured to use, as a target content, content in the first update description content, which describes a function in the first function list; determining the priority of the functions in the first function list according to the historical use parameters of the functions in the first function list by the user; sequencing the target contents according to the priority; and pushing the sequenced target content to the user as first prompt information.
In the first prompt information pushing sub-module 502, the priority of the function in the first function list may be specifically determined according to one or more of parameters such as the use duration, the use frequency, and the use frequency of the function in the first function list within a predetermined time by the user. Generally, if a user uses a function for a predetermined time for a longer time, a greater number of uses, and/or a higher frequency of use, the higher the priority of the function, and vice versa.
Correspondingly, in the first prompt information pushing sub-module 502, "sort the target content according to the priority" may specifically be, sort the target content in a descending order according to the priority of the function in the first function list.
It is easy to understand that, because the content in the first prompt message is arranged according to the priority of the function corresponding to the description, the update description content meeting the user requirement can be pushed to the user more specifically, thereby further improving the user experience.
The prompt information pushing device provided by the embodiment of the invention can acquire the first update description content of the update version of the application program installed by the user relative to the version before update; and pushing first prompt information to the user according to the historical use parameters of the user for the functions in the application program and the first updating description content. The first prompt information can be pushed to the user by combining the historical use parameters of the user to the application program, so that the first prompt information received by the user is strong in pertinence, meets the actual requirements of the user, and improves the user experience.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, if in the first prompt information pushing sub-module 502, the description content describing the function in the first function list includes content describing a change in a position of a function button in the application operating interface; then, the first prompt message may further include: a guiding step of operating the function button.
Conceivably, if the first prompt message further includes a guidance step for operating a corresponding function button, a more intuitive prompt can be provided for the user, and the user experience is further improved.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the prompt information pushing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include: and a second prompt information pushing module 403.
And a second prompt information pushing module 403, configured to display second prompt information in the download page of the updated version according to the historical usage parameters of the full users for the functions in the application program and the second update description content.
The total users are all users who install the application program, the historical usage parameters comprise one or more of usage time length, usage times, usage frequency and the like, and the second update description content is the update description content of the updated version relative to the previous historical version of the updated version.
Specifically, the second prompt information pushing module 403 may include: a second function list determining submodule and a second prompt information pushing submodule.
And the second function list determining submodule is used for determining a second function list when the full-scale user uses the application program according to the historical use parameters of the full-scale user on the functions in the application program.
And the functions in the second function list are functions which satisfy a second preset condition in one or more of the parameters of the number of users, the using time length, the using frequency, the using times and the like used by the full users in a preset time.
In practical applications, the function used by more than a preset number of users within a predetermined time may be determined as a function satisfying a second preset condition; alternatively, a function in which the number of times of use by the full-scale user within a predetermined time is more than a predetermined number of times may be determined as a function satisfying a second preset condition, and so on. In short, the functions in the second function list may be determined according to the indexes of the historical use times, the historical use frequency, the historical use duration and the like of the whole number of users to the application program.
And the second prompt information pushing submodule is used for displaying second prompt information in the download page of the updated version according to second update description content and the second function list.
More specifically, the second prompt information pushing sub-module may display, as the second prompt information, content that describes the function in the second function list in the second update description content in the download page of the updated version.
