Abstract
The invention discloses a switching method and a switching device of an SIP terminal, which relate to the technical field of UE and SIP, and the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that during the conversation between an initial calling party terminal and an initial answering party terminal, the initial calling party terminal initiates a transfer request to the initial answering party terminal; the initial answering party terminal releases the communication with the initial calling party terminal according to the forwarding request, and the initial answering party terminal is used as a call replacement terminal and initiates a call to a specified third party terminal in the forwarding request; and after the third party terminal is off-hook, the initial responder terminal communicates with the third party terminal. The invention can develop the switching service only by the support of the terminal technology without building an IMS network, and is very suitable for the low-cost enterprise network environment.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of User Equipment (UE) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for switching an SIP terminal.
Background
In addition to call waiting and three-party call, call forwarding is also a common VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) multiparty service, which is to transfer a call with one party to another party. For example, A originally converses with B and finally becomes converse with B and C, and A quits the conversation.
The conventional transfer service mainly refers to a 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) protocol, a service flow is based on an IMS (IP Multimedia system) network environment, and is mainly controlled by an SIP server, which has a low requirement on a terminal, but has a high requirement on the SIP server, a complex networking process, and a plurality of network elements are needed to cooperate, so that the service is not suitable for a scenario in which the network cost is more severely controlled, such as a small and medium-sized enterprise network.
The other switching service is completely realized at the terminal side, the service flow has higher requirements on the terminal, three parties participating in switching have certain technical requirements, but the requirements on the SIP server are very low, an IMS network is not required to be built, and only the server can transmit a signaling, so that the networking cost can be greatly reduced, and the method is very suitable for a low-cost enterprise network environment.

during the conversation between an initial calling party terminal and an initial answering party terminal, the initial calling party terminal initiates a forwarding request for indicating call forwarding to the initial answering party terminal;
the initial answering party terminal releases the communication with the initial calling party terminal according to the forwarding request for indicating the call forwarding, and the initial answering party terminal is used as a call replacement terminal to initiate a call to a specified third party terminal in the forwarding request;
after a third-party terminal is off-hook, the initial responder terminal is communicated with the third-party terminal;
the initial calling party terminal, the initial answering party terminal and the third party terminal are all terminals which simultaneously support a call forwarding technology and a call replacement technology; the SIP refers to a session initiation protocol.
2. The method of claim 1, the diversion request comprising a blind diversion request and an inquiry diversion request.
3. The method of claim 2, the blind transfer request including therein a third party terminal number for indicating the initial answering party terminal call transfer; the inquiry forwarding request comprises a third party terminal number used for indicating the call forwarding of the initial answering party terminal and parameter information of the initial calling party terminal and the third party terminal used for replacing the call.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the initial responder terminal releases the call with the initial caller terminal according to the forwarding request, and initiates a call to a specified third party terminal in the forwarding request as a call replacement terminal, comprising:
the initial answering party terminal generates a release message for releasing the conversation with the initial calling party terminal according to the blind transfer switching request and sends the release message to the initial calling party terminal;
and after the initial calling party terminal hangs up according to the release message, the initial answering party terminal generates a blind transfer call message for calling and communicating with a third party terminal according to the blind transfer request and sends the blind transfer call message to the third party terminal as a call replacement terminal.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the initial responder terminal releases the call with the initial caller terminal according to the forwarding request, and initiates a call to a specified third party terminal in the forwarding request as a call replacement terminal, comprising:
the initial answering party terminal generates a release message for releasing the conversation with the initial calling party terminal according to the inquiry forwarding request and sends the release message to the initial calling party terminal;
after the initial calling party terminal hangs up according to the release message, the initial answering party terminal generates an inquiry call message which contains media switching information of the third party terminal and is used for calling and communicating with the third party terminal according to the inquiry forwarding request, and the inquiry call message is used as a call replacement terminal to send the inquiry call message to the third party terminal.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the initial responder terminal and the third party terminal communicating after the third party terminal goes off-hook comprises:

The apparatus of claim 9, the blind transfer request including therein a third party terminal number for indicating the initial answering party terminal call transfer; the inquiry forwarding request comprises a third party terminal number used for indicating the call forwarding of the initial answering party terminal and parameter information of the initial calling party terminal and the third party terminal used for replacing the call.
