Abstract

The invention provides a media negotiation method and device in multi-pass call and a multi-pass terminal. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the negotiating unit is configured to negotiate, for the audio data in the service paths, with a call peer of each service path respectively to determine an audio format in a first session media format, and determine that the audio format in the first session media format is an audio format in a second session media format used by each audio service path in the multi-pass call.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the negotiating unit is configured to cancel video data transmission with the opposite call end when there is still an opposite call end that cannot support the lowest session media format level after negotiating with the lowest video session media format level.

The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the telephony unit is configured to convert voice data of the plurality of traffic paths into a voice format in the second session media format of each traffic path, and send the converted voice data to a call peer of each traffic path of the plurality of traffic paths; and sending the video data of the plurality of service paths to the opposite call ends of the plurality of service paths according to a video format in a second session media format and receiving the video data sent by the opposite call ends of the plurality of service paths according to the video format in the second session media format.
