Description

Lumbar vertebra physiotherapy bed
Technical Field
The invention relates to a physiotherapy couch, in particular to a lumbar intervertebral disc physiotherapy couch.
Background
The existing lumbar disc herniation rehabilitation physiotherapy equipment mostly adopts traction therapy, such as lumbar traction bed. The lumbar traction bed mainly reduces the internal pressure of the intervertebral disc and reduces the compression of the protrusion to the nerve through stretching the lumbar intervertebral space, thereby relieving the discomfort of patients. However, the traction force of the existing lumbar traction bed is often difficult to control, so that the safety factor is low, and secondary damage is easily caused to patients. Some more precise lumbar traction beds are provided with force measuring devices, but the force measuring devices are high in cost, and the operation procedures are complex, so that the force measuring devices are not beneficial to popularization and use. In addition, the existing lumbar traction bed has single function.
It can be seen that the aforementioned conventional lumbar traction bed has various use defects, and further improvement is needed.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the lumbar vertebra physiotherapy bed of the present invention comprises a bed body 10 and a lumbar vertebra physiotherapy assembly 20, wherein a groove 11 is arranged in the middle of the bed body 10; the lumbar physiotherapy assembly 20 is detachably disposed in the recess 11 of the bed body 10, and the upper surface thereof protrudes from the bed body 10, so that a user can closely contact with the lumbar physiotherapy assembly 20 under the self-gravity. Specifically, the lumbar physiotherapy assembly 20 includes a first roller set 21 and a second roller set 22 adjacently disposed in the length direction of the bed 10. The first roller group 21 includes a first roller 211; the second roller set 22 includes a second roller 221. In the non-use state, one end of the first roller set 21 adjacent to the second roller set 22 is higher than the other end thereof, i.e. the contour with high middle and low two sides is formed to be more matched with the lumbar vertebra curve of the human body. The motor 24 is capable of providing the required power to the first roller set 21 and the second roller set 22. The rotation axes of the first roller 211 and the second roller 221 are parallel to the horizontal direction and perpendicular to the length direction of the bed body 10, and the first roller 211 and the second roller 221 are reversely rotated in a separated mode in the first use state. Under the effect of the gravity of a user, the aim of stretching lumbar vertebra is fulfilled through the roller set structure which is arranged at the lumbar vertebra position and can rotate reversely, and compared with the existing traction bed, the traction bed is simpler and more convenient to use and is not easy to cause secondary damage.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the lumbar physiotherapy assembly 20 may further include a first reverse-meshing gear set 25 and a second reverse-meshing gear set 26 (as shown in FIG. 3, which is only schematic and not showing details of gear engagement), with the motor 24 powering the first roller set 21 through the first reverse-meshing gear set 25 and the motor 24 powering the second roller set 22 through the second reverse-meshing gear set 26. The reverse meshing gear set is used for transmission, so that the lumbar physiotherapy assembly is more reliable in operation, longer in service life and more compact in structure. However, it should be understood that the present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can select a suitable transmission mode according to actual needs.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the lumbar physiotherapy assembly 20 may further include a gearbox (not shown) capable of varying the rotational speeds of the first roller 211 and the second roller 221. In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the lumbar physiotherapy assembly 20 may further include an electric eccentric 27 capable of causing the first roller set 21 and the second roller set 22 to fluctuate. Specifically, the electric eccentric 27 may directly or indirectly abut against the adjacent positions of the first roller set 21 and the second roller set 22, and when the electric eccentric 27 rotates, the adjacent positions of the first roller set 21 and the second roller set 22 will fluctuate. The manner of abutment of the electric eccentric 27 in the present invention is not limited to abutment by the connecting member shown in fig. 2. It should be understood that the number and arrangement of the first rollers and the second rollers are merely specific embodiments of the lumbar physiotherapy couch of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can easily change the number and arrangement of the rollers according to actual needs.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the diameters of the first roller 211 and the second roller 221 may be 4cm, and the width of a single roller may be 20cm. The first roller set 21 comprises two rows of first rollers 211, each row comprising six first rollers 211, whereby the first roller set 21 has a width of about 40cm and a length of about 24cm. The second roller set 22 includes two rows of second rollers 221, each row including six second rollers 221, so that the second roller set 22 has a width of about 40cm and a length of about 24cm. In such embodiments, the lumbar physiotherapy assembly 20 is about 48cm in length and about 40cm in width. It should be understood that the size of the rollers is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can set reasonable and suitable sizes according to actual needs, for example, the width of a single roller is between 10 cm and 30cm, the diameter of a single roller is between 3 cm and 8cm, and then design suitable numbers and arrangement of rollers according to the size of a single roller.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the first roller 211 and the second roller 221 rotate in the same direction in the second use state. Therefore, the first roller 211 and the second roller 221 can rotate reversely to stretch the lumbar vertebra of the user, enlarge the intervertebral space, and also can rotate in the same direction to relieve massage, so that the lumbar physiotherapy couch has multiple functions and can achieve better physiotherapy effect.
