It should be noted that the gift transaction management method provided in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited by fig. 2 and the following specific sequence, and the gift transaction management method may be implemented by the following steps:
in step S110, after receiving the gift transaction information newly added by the user, the first terminal 100 sends a gift transaction update request to the server 200.
In detail, in this embodiment, the user can add the gift transaction information of the current event through the first terminal 100 after participating in various events such as weddings and funerals, red and white events, full moon wine, and tree and move events, and the first terminal 100 transmits the gift transaction update request to the server 200 after receiving the gift transaction information added by the user. The gift transaction update request includes the gift transaction information and the first user account number logged in the first terminal 100, and the gift transaction information includes a gift item, a type of the gift item, gift related personnel, and content of the gift.
For example, in one embodiment, the first terminal 100 may be installed with a corresponding APP, and the APP may respond to a user operation to display an interactive interface to prompt the user to determine a gift item and a gift item type of the current gift transaction, where the gift item includes a pre-configured gift item or a gift item newly created by the user, and the gift item type includes an expenditure type and an income type. The gift items can include weddings and funerals, red and white happiness, full moon wine, tree and so on, which can be pre-configured or added by the user. The user may select the money items related to the event, such as the move preference, and then select the money item types, such as the payment type, that is, the money is paid to the related people holding the move preference.
Next, the first terminal 100 prompts the user to determine gift items and gift item types determined by the user, and then prompts the user to determine gift-related persons, which include contacts imported from the address book or persons input by the user. For example, the user may directly import the contacts stored in the current address book and select the relevant gift money personnel from the stored contacts, or may autonomously input the relevant gift personnel, where the input information includes, but is not limited to, names of the relevant gift personnel, personnel attributes (e.g., relatives, friends, etc.), and contact addresses (e.g., cell phone numbers, mailboxes, etc.).
Then, the first terminal 100 prompts the user to determine the gift contents after receiving the gift-related person determined by the user, wherein the gift contents comprise a gift type, a gift mode and a gift remark. Alternatively, the type of gift may be cash, red envelope, material, etc., the manner of gift may be that the person carries a gift, congratulatory, etc., and the gift remarks may be remark information for the present gift, such as that carried by the person XXX.
Finally, after receiving the gift contents determined by the user, the first terminal 100 sends a gift transaction update request to the server 200, so that the uploading of the gift transaction information of the current affairs is completed, manual accounting by the user is not needed, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, the user may also scan a currently recorded gift book through the first terminal 100, or manually input corresponding gift money transaction information into the first terminal 100 according to the gift book, and the information is stored by the first terminal and then uploaded to the server 200.
In step S120, the server 200 updates the gift transaction database of the first user account based on the gift transaction information in response to the gift transaction update request.
In this embodiment, the server 200 stores a gift transaction database of each user account, where the gift transaction database includes gift transaction records between the user account and each person. After receiving the gift transaction update request, the server 200 analyzes the gift transaction information and the first user account from the gift transaction update request, searches a corresponding gift transaction database according to the first user account, and updates the gift transaction information into a gift transaction record of a corresponding gift-related person in the gift transaction database, thereby completing the update of the gift transaction database of the first user account.
Step S130, obtaining a gift transaction record between the first user account and the gift-related person from the updated gift transaction database, and sending the gift transaction record to the second terminal 300 where the gift-related person is located.
In this embodiment, the gift transaction record may include the current updated gift transaction information. After the update of the gift transaction database of the first user account is completed, the server 200 obtains a gift transaction record between the first user account and the gift-related person from the updated gift transaction database, and sends the gift transaction record to the second terminal 300 where the gift-related person is located.
In step S140, the second terminal 300 receives the gift transaction record and prompts the updated gift transaction information in the gift transaction record to the relevant gift personnel.
In this embodiment, the second terminal 300 prompts the updated gift transaction information in the gift transaction record to the relevant gift personnel, and the specific prompting manner may be a mail prompt, an APP message prompt, a short message prompt, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
By the method, the gift transaction records between the user and each person can be conveniently recorded, convenience is provided for the collection and payment management of the gift transaction of the user, each newly added gift transaction information is timely fed back to the user, and the daily life of people is practically improved.
Optionally, the gift-related person may select whether feedback information needs to be input according to the gift-related information updated this time in the gift-related record, and if the feedback information is selected to be input, the second terminal 300 sends the feedback information to the server 200 after receiving the feedback information of the gift-related person, where the feedback information includes a feedback opinion of the gift-related person on the gift-related information updated this time, for example, the gift-related information updated this time is correct, or the gift-related information updated this time is incorrect, and the like. The server 200 forwards the feedback information to the first terminal 100, and the first terminal 100 receives the feedback information and displays the feedback information to prompt the user to know the feedback information, thereby promoting the interactive communication between the users.
Optionally, the server 200 may further obtain at least two corresponding related users from the reconciliation request when receiving the reconciliation request sent by the first terminal 100 or the second terminal 300, and merge the gift transaction information of the at least two related users, for example, when a husband and wife, father and son, or one party dies.
Optionally, the server 200 may further obtain corresponding classification items from the classification request when receiving the classification request sent by the first terminal 100 or the second terminal 300, and classify and sort the gift money information according to each classification item. For example, the information can be classified and sorted by date, moving, old and second happiness events and the like, so that the user can conveniently view the gift transaction information under different classification items.
Optionally, the gift transaction management system 10 may further include a printing device in communication connection with the server 200, and the server 200 may obtain a corresponding print item from the print request when receiving the print request sent by the printing device, search for gift transaction information corresponding to the print item, and send the information to the printing device, so that the printing and device prints the gift transaction information corresponding to the print item, thereby implementing printing into a book and facilitating viewing by a user.
In addition, the inventor of the present application finds that, because modern people live quite busy, activities or wedding and funeral celebration need to be held, if people need to be informed in writing or contacted by telephone, the time and labor are quite long, and exact responses cannot be obtained immediately, so that the statistics of the number of people is quite difficult. For example, in the conventional wedding party custom, a new person must first confirm the addresses of the relatives and friends one by one, and then send the wedding posts to the hands of each relatives and friends one by one, but the number of people who want to participate in the wedding party still cannot be known, so that the embarrassment of too many exploded or empty tables on the table number of the guest is easy to happen, and if the relatives and friends who cannot attend are encountered, people who can send gifts or gifts must be found everywhere, which is quite inconvenient.
In detail, in one embodiment, the user can select to input invitation information through the first terminal 100, the invitation information can include an invitation item, an invitation person and invitation content, for example, the invitation item can be a marriage and funeral, a red and white wedding, a full moon wine, a moving favorite and the like, the invitation person can select all persons having funny and current transactions in the first user account of the user and the rest persons newly added and set by the user, and the invitation content can be prompt content of the current invitation item, such as the holding place of the full moon wine, the holding time and the like.
Next, after receiving the invitation information input by the user, the first terminal 100 sends a staff invitation request to the server 200, where the staff invitation request includes the invitation information and the first user account logged in the first terminal 100. Then, the server 200 responds to the person invitation request, and sends a corresponding invitation list to the second terminal 300 where each inviting person is located. Each of the second terminals 300 receives the corresponding invitation list and prompts the invitation list to the corresponding inviter. Each inviting person can choose to feed back the feedback information of the invitation so that the inviting party can immediately obtain accurate response, thereby facilitating counting the number of people and avoiding the embarrassment that the table is easy to explode or the table is too many on the number of banquet tables.
It should be noted that, after each of the second terminals 300 receives the corresponding invitation list, a chat window may pop up according to the operation of the inviter, so that the inviter performs an online chat with the inviter through the chat window.
Further, when the relevant inviter fails to participate in the invitation, in order to facilitate the non-attended friends and relatives expressing great care, the inviter may perform a transfer operation with respect to the second terminal 300, and the second terminal 300 may transmit a transfer request to the server 200 in response to the transfer operation of the corresponding inviter. The server 200 responds to the transfer request, deducts the corresponding amount from the account of the second user account of the inviter to the account of the first user account, and sends transfer prompt information to the first terminal 100 where the first user account is located so as to prompt the inviter to receive the gift money of the XXX inviter.
Optionally, in order to further implement the gift transaction management, so that the user can know the balance condition conveniently, the user may send a gift transaction management request to the server 200 through the first terminal 100, and the server 200 performs data processing on the gift transaction records between the first user account and each person to whom the server 200 responds to the gift transaction management request sent by the first terminal 100, so as to generate a gift transaction condition between the first user account and each person to whom the server 200 responds, where the gift transaction condition includes one of a sum of gift, a pending sum of gift, and a surplus of gift. For example, the income of the user is 1500 yuan, the expenditure is 1000 yuan between the user and the person A, which indicates that the gift of the user is surplus by 500 yuan, and the expenditure can be considered to be 500 yuan in the next gift transaction.
