acquiring account information of a code scanning party with special authority, issuing a special authority identifier to the account information, and issuing a common authority identifier to other code scanning parties;
acquiring a code scanning request, wherein the code scanning request carries an authority identifier and a geographical position identifier of a code scanning party;
the method comprises the steps of identifying authority identifiers, sending a common information display page to a code scanning party when an acquired code scanning request carries a common authority identifier, judging whether code scanning time is within a corresponding use time threshold value or not and exceeds the use time threshold value when the acquired code scanning request carries a special authority identifier, sending the common information display page to the code scanning party, comparing the distance between the geographical position identifier of the code scanning party and the geographical position identifier of a two-dimensional code distribution place within the use time threshold value, sending a corresponding special information display page to the code scanning party when the distance is within the corresponding space threshold value of the code scanning place, and sending the common information display page to the code scanning party when the distance exceeds the space threshold value of the code scanning place.
