Description

Electronic cigarette with improved sensory quality and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of electronic cigarettes, and particularly relates to an electronic cigarette with improved sensory quality and a manufacturing method of the electronic cigarette.
Background
An electronic cigarette is an electronic product simulating a cigarette, and has an appearance, smoke, taste and smoking feeling similar to the cigarette. The electronic cigarette changes tobacco liquid or semi-solid matrix containing nicotine, spice and the like into steam by means of heating, atomizing and the like, and is used for smoking.
Different from the traditional cigarette, the electronic cigarette does not contain harmful ingredients such as tar, carbon monoxide and the like, does not generate second-hand smoke, can be repeatedly sucked for thousands of mouths after being injected with liquid for one time, and can be discontinuously used for 2 to 3 months. However, currently, the sensory quality of electronic cigarettes during smoking is not good enough, and especially, the items such as fragrance amount, fragrance richness, harmony and comfort level need to be improved. Moreover, the cigarette holder of the electronic cigarette is easy to breed microorganisms in repeated smoking, which affects the health of users.
Therefore, there is a need for an electronic cigarette with improved sensory quality and safe smoking.

F1-0.05(10,10)=4.35。
As can be seen from Table 7, the one-way analysis of variance (F test) shows that F < F of the electronic cigarette 1 and the electronic cigarette 2 on each index and sensory quality score1-0.05(10, 10), so the two have no significant difference; the electronic cigarette 1 and the electronic cigarette A have F & gtF on the fragrance amount, fragrance richness, fragrance harmony and sensory quality score1-0.05(10, 10), which shows that the two are significantly different; the electronic cigarette 2 and the electronic cigarette A have F & gtF on the fragrance amount, fragrance richness, fragrance harmony and sensory quality score1-0.05(10, 10), the significant difference exists between the two.
Test example 2
The electronic cigarette 1 and the electronic cigarette A are smoked by the same person for three times in the morning, noon and evening of one day, twenty mouths are smoked each time, then the cigarette holders of the two electronic cigarettes are respectively soaked in 90mL of sterile physiological saline, and the sterilized cigarette holders are placed on a vibrator to vibrate for 5 minutes at the speed of 150ran/min, so that an extracting solution is obtained. The total number of colonies in the extract was determined according to national standard GB 4789.2-2010.
The results show that the total number of the bacterial colonies of the cigarette holder 1 of the electronic cigarette is lower than the detection limit of the national standard method, and the total number of the bacterial colonies of the cigarette holder A of the electronic cigarette exceeds the requirements of the national standard.
