Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a photographing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, determining the target proportion of the face of the target object in the photographing preview interface.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset server corresponding to the photographing application can send a plurality of photographing templates to the mobile terminal, so that after the mobile terminal receives the photographing templates, the plurality of photographing templates can be stored locally, and further when a user needs to photograph through the photographing application, the mobile terminal can firstly determine the target proportion of the face of the user in a photographing preview interface so as to determine whether an expression photographing template or a recommended posture photographing template needs to be recommended to the user.
And 102, determining a first photographing template matched with preset object information from at least one photographing template corresponding to the target proportion.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal may determine, from the at least one photographing template corresponding to the target ratio, the first photographing template that matches with the preset object information set in advance by the user, that is, the mobile terminal may determine, from the at least one photographing template that conforms to the current scene where the user is located, the first photographing template that conforms to the characteristics or requirements of the user.
It should be noted that the preset object information is user information filled by the user when registering the user account of the photographing application, and the preset object information may include at least one of gender, age group, and occupation type, and of course, the preset object information may also include other information representing characteristics of the user, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention. The user can change the preset object information in the photographing application according to the photographing requirement, for example, the occupation type originally filled by the user can be a medical care type, and when the user wants to photograph the character effect of the military police, the occupation type can be changed into the military police.
In addition, in practical applications, the photographing template may be an exemplary photo of a person. For example, the first photographing template may correspond to the object information of the person subject in the template, such as sex, age group, and occupation type, and the object information of the person subject may be used as the object information tag of the photographing template.
And step 103, displaying the first photographing template.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the mobile terminal determines the first photographing template, the first photographing template can be displayed, so that the user can imitate the expression or posture of a person in the first photographing template. The first photographing template is recommended to the user as an example of the expression or the gesture, and then the user can adjust the expression or the gesture with better effect through simulation, so that the user can photograph the satisfactory photo more easily. Because the first photographing template is obtained by screening the current scene of the user and the preset user information, when the user imitates the expression or the posture of the main body of the person in the first photographing template, a photo which is suitable for the characteristics or the requirements of the user in the current scene can be photographed.
And 104, determining target parameters corresponding to the target object.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target object is a user body in the photographing preview interface, and in the process that the user imitates the expression or the gesture, the mobile terminal can determine the target parameter corresponding to the target object in the photographing preview interface, namely determine the characteristic parameter representing the expression or the gesture of the current user.
And 105, controlling the camera to shoot when the target parameter is matched with a first parameter corresponding to the first object in the first shooting template.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first object is a person main body in the first photographing template, and the mobile terminal may determine, by a similarity algorithm, a similarity between the target parameter and a first parameter corresponding to the first object in the first photographing template, and when the similarity is greater than a preset similarity, the mobile terminal may determine that the target parameter matches with the first parameter, that is, at this time, an expression or a posture simulated by the user is substantially the same as an expression or a posture of the first object in the first photographing template, so that the mobile terminal may determine a best photographing time at this time, and may further control the camera to photograph, so as to obtain an image that is satisfied by the user.
The target parameter and the first parameter may include at least one of a standing posture, a body curve, and a gesture, or at least one of an eye, a mouth, and a facial muscle contour, and of course, the target parameter and the first parameter may also include other parameters, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment of the present invention. The target parameter and the first parameter may be determined by an algorithm based on contour detection, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
When the user adjusts the expression or the posture according with the characteristics of the user according to the first photographing template, the mobile terminal can determine the best photographing time and perform photographing without depending on the user to master the photographing time, so that the efficiency of photographing the photos according with the characteristics or the requirements of the user is greatly improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal can firstly determine the target proportion of the face of the target object in the photographing preview interface, and then determine a first photographing template matched with the preset object information from at least one photographing template corresponding to the target proportion, namely determine a photographing template according with the characteristics or requirements of the user from the photographing templates according with the current scene of the user; then the mobile terminal can display the first photographing template, so that the photographing template which meets the characteristics or requirements of the user in the current scene is recommended to the user; then the mobile terminal can determine a target parameter corresponding to a target object in the photographing preview interface, and then when the target parameter is matched with a first parameter corresponding to a first object in the first photographing template, the camera is controlled to photograph, that is, when a user puts out an expression or a posture of the recommended photographing template, the mobile terminal can photograph, so that characteristics or requirements of the user in the current scene are met, and the satisfactory photo efficiency of the user is greatly improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a photographing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 201, determining the target proportion of the face of the target object in the photo preview interface.
This step is similar to the implementation of step 101 described above and will not be described in detail here.
For example, the mobile terminal may determine that the face of the target object in the photo preview interface accounts for 25% of the target proportion of the photo preview interface.
Step 202, determining a first photographing template matched with the preset object information from at least one photographing template corresponding to the target proportion.
The implementation manner of this step may include: when the target proportion is larger than the preset proportion, determining a first expression photographing template which is matched with the preset object information and has the highest user score from at least one expression photographing template; and when the target proportion is smaller than or equal to the preset proportion, determining a first posture photographing template which is matched with the preset object information and has the highest user score from at least one posture photographing template.
The mobile terminal can determine the user rating of each photographing template according to data of the praise, the comment and the like of a large number of users.
When the face of the target object occupies a large target proportion of the photographing preview interface, the user can be considered to want to photograph the close shot, so that the expression of the user is highlighted, at the moment, the mobile terminal can determine the first expression photographing template which is matched with the preset object information and has the highest score of the user from at least one expression photographing template, and therefore the expression of the first object in the first expression photographing template can be recommended to the user as a close shot example.
When the face of the target object occupies a small target proportion of the photographing preview interface, the user is considered to want to photograph the long shot, so that the posture of the user is highlighted, at the moment, the mobile terminal can determine the first posture photographing template which is matched with the preset object information and has the highest user score from at least one posture photographing template, and therefore the posture of the first object in the first posture photographing template can be recommended to the user as a long shot example.
In addition, when the mobile terminal matches a plurality of preset object information with a plurality of object information labels corresponding to each photographing template, each preset object information and each object information label can be sequentially matched, when a certain preset object information is not matched with a certain object information label, matching of the current photographing template can be finished, and then matching of the next photographing template is carried out, so that the efficiency of matching the photographing template can be improved.
For example, the user may have previously taken a picture in the photographing application from "gender: "woman" is selected as the first preset target information from "age group: 20-25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-55 and 55 are selected from the following items 20-25, 46-55 and 55, and the second preset object information is selected from the following items: the student class, the military police class, the medical care class, the staff class, the education class and the other 'select the military police class' as the third preset object information. The mobile terminal can determine that the target proportion is 25% and is less than the preset proportion 30%, then the mobile terminal can determine that the target proportion is matched with first preset object information 'woman', second preset object information '20-25' and third preset object information 'military police class' from at least one posture photographing template, and the first posture photographing template with the highest user score is 'adolescent soldier standing posture'.
Step 203, displaying the first photographing template.
This step is similar to the implementation of step 103 described above and will not be described in detail here.
For example, the mobile terminal may display a first pose photographing template "adolescent girl standing pose" in the upper right corner region of the screen.
And step 204, determining target parameters corresponding to the target object.
This step is similar to the implementation of step 104 described above and will not be described in detail here.
For example, the target parameters may include a standing posture, a body curve and a gesture, and the mobile terminal may determine that the standing posture of the target object in the photo preview interface is a standing posture, the body curve is straight, and the gesture is a salutation gesture.
Step 205, when the target parameter matches with a first parameter corresponding to the first object in the first photographing template, controlling the camera to photograph.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal can determine the similarity between the target parameter and the first parameter corresponding to the first object in the first photographing template through a similarity algorithm, and when the similarity is greater than the preset similarity, the mobile terminal can determine that the target parameter is matched with the first parameter, that is, at the moment, the expression or the posture simulated by the user is basically the same as the expression or the posture of the first object in the first photographing template, so that the mobile terminal can determine that the user puts out a proper expression or posture based on the recommended photographing template, and the best photographing opportunity is at the moment, and further can control the camera to photograph so as to obtain a satisfactory photo of the user.
In addition, after step 204, the mobile terminal may further perform the following steps, including: when the target parameter is not matched with a first parameter corresponding to a first object in the first photographing template, determining the moving times of the target object; when the moving times are larger than the preset times, determining a second photographing template from at least one photographing template corresponding to the target proportion; in at least one photographing template corresponding to the target proportion, the matching degree between a second parameter corresponding to a second object in a second photographing template and the target parameter is the highest; and displaying the second photographing template.
When the similarity between the target parameter and the first parameter is smaller than or equal to the preset similarity, the mobile terminal may determine that the target parameter is not matched with the first parameter, that is, at this time, the expression or the posture simulated by the user is significantly different from the expression or the posture of the first object in the first photographing template, so that the mobile terminal may determine that the photographing time is not the optimal photographing time. Then, the mobile terminal may further determine the number of times of moving the target object, and the mobile terminal may update the number of times of moving the target object each time the target object moves, so that when the number of times of moving is greater than the preset number of times, it may be determined that the number of times of adjusting the expression or posture of the user is too large, and it may be considered that the user hardly imitates the expression or posture of the first object, at this time, the mobile terminal may determine the second photographing template from at least one photographing template, that is, determine the photographing template that is more matched with the current expression or posture of the user, and select the second photographing template again, which will facilitate the user to imitate, so that the photographing efficiency can be improved.
In addition, when the number of times of movement is less than or equal to the preset number of times, it indicates that the number of times of adjusting the expression or the posture of the user is not large, and at this time, the mobile terminal may continue to determine the target parameter and match the target parameter with the first parameter.
For example, the mobile terminal may determine, by a preset similarity calculation method, that a target parameter "standing posture is a standing posture, a body curve is straight, a gesture is a gifting gesture", a first parameter "standing posture is a standing posture, a body curve is straight, a first parameter" standing posture "corresponding to a first object in the first posture photographing template" young girl standing posture "is a standing posture, a body curve is straight, a gesture is a gifting gesture", a similarity between the gestures is 100%, the similarity 100% is greater than a preset similarity 80%, so that the mobile terminal may determine that the target parameter matches the first parameter, and further control the camera to photograph.
Step 206, when an uploading instruction of the photographed image is received, determining an object information tag corresponding to the image.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the mobile terminal takes a picture to obtain an image, a user can upload the image to a preset server corresponding to the photographing application through the photographing application, when the user clicks an upload icon in the photographing application, the mobile terminal can receive an upload instruction of the image, and then the mobile terminal can display a tag filling page, the user considers that the image is suitable for which type of figure, so that an object information tag aiming at the image, such as the information of the figures, such as gender, age group, occupation type and the like, can be filled in the tag filling page, and after the filling and submission, the mobile terminal can determine the object information tag corresponding to the image.
Of course, in practical applications, when the user does not fill in the object information tag for the image, the mobile terminal may also directly determine the preset user information as the object information tag for the image, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, when the mobile terminal receives an upload instruction of a photographed image P, it is determined that the object information tag corresponding to the image P is "sex: woman "," age group: 20-25 "and" occupation type: military police.
And step 207, sending the image and the object information tag to a preset server, so that the preset server updates the photographing template in the preset server according to the image and the object information tag.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal can send the image and the object information tag to the preset server, and then the preset server can show the image to other users, and other users can approve, comment and the like on the image.
For example, the mobile terminal may transmit the image P and the object information tag "gender: woman "," age group: 20-25 "and" occupation type: the military police class is sent to the preset server, the preset server can display the image P to other users, the other users can approve, comment and the like of the image P, the mobile terminal can determine that the user score of the image P within 30 days of a preset time is 82 and is greater than the second preset score by 80 according to the approve number, the comment number and the comment number of a large number of users and through a grading rule shown in the following table 1, at the moment, the preset server can determine the image P as a posture photographing template according to the proportion of the face of a target object in the image accounting for 25% of the image, and therefore the other users can conveniently take a picture through the posture photographing template.

Note that, the embodiment of the present invention is described only by taking the scoring rule shown in table 1 above as an example, and the scoring rule shown in table 1 above does not limit the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal can firstly determine the target proportion of the face of the target object in the photographing preview interface, and then determine a first photographing template matched with the preset object information from at least one photographing template corresponding to the target proportion, namely determine a photographing template according with the characteristics or requirements of the user from the photographing templates according with the current scene of the user; then the mobile terminal can display the first photographing template, so that the photographing template which meets the characteristics or requirements of the user in the current scene is recommended to the user; then the mobile terminal can determine a target parameter corresponding to a target object in a photographing preview interface, and then when the target parameter is matched with a first parameter corresponding to a first object in a first photographing template, a camera is controlled to photograph, namely when a user puts out an expression or a posture of a recommended photographing template, the mobile terminal can photograph, so that the characteristics or requirements of the user in the current scene are met, and the satisfactory photo efficiency of the user is greatly improved; in addition, the mobile terminal can upload the shot images to the preset server, so that the preset server updates the shooting template, and the utilization rate of the images can be improved.
