Abstract

The application discloses an anti-counterfeiting label and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the anti-counterfeiting label comprises a transparent film, a release agent layer, a colored coating, a back adhesive layer and a release paper layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the release agent layer is in a fixed shape which is repeatedly arranged; the gum layer is an elastic gum layer. The back adhesive layer of the anti-counterfeiting label is set to be an elastic adhesive layer, when the anti-counterfeiting label is lifted, the elastic back adhesive layer can shrink back under the action of elastic force, and the colored coating at the position corresponding to the release agent can be pulled and dispersed by the shrinkage force of the elastic adhesive so as to show the shape of the release agent layer; thus, the function of the anti-counterfeiting label is realized, and the damage to product packaging is avoided. In some embodiments, the hard auxiliary layer is arranged between the back adhesive and the release paper layer, so that the anti-counterfeit label can be uncovered only by secondary uncovering, and when the anti-counterfeit label is used on a package with rough surface, the shape of the release agent layer can be ensured to be displayed when the anti-counterfeit label is uncovered for the first time, thereby ensuring the use effect of the anti-counterfeit label.

Anti-counterfeiting label and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates generally to the field of label paper production, and more particularly to an anti-counterfeit label and a method for manufacturing the same.
Background
The anti-counterfeit label is generally used for packaged products, the situation that counterfeited molecules take the genuine products out of the package and put the genuine products into the counterfeit products can be effectively avoided by using the anti-counterfeit label, the anti-counterfeit label is quite large in design, for example, small in label, is stuck at a package sealing part, quite long in design, coiled on a bottle cap and a bottle body, is generally manufactured by using a fragile material, and is realized by using a release agent, a colored coating and a back adhesive in combination.
In the prior art, when the anti-counterfeiting label using the release agent is removed, the colored coating can be transferred to the package by the back adhesive, so that the appearance of the package is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing drawbacks or shortcomings of the prior art, it is desirable to provide an anti-counterfeit label and a method of making the same.
On one hand, the application provides an anti-counterfeiting label which comprises a transparent film, a release agent layer, a colored coating, a back adhesive layer and a release paper layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the release agent layer is in a fixed shape which is repeatedly arranged; the gum layer is an elastic gum layer.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, an auxiliary layer and a reinforcing adhesive layer are further arranged between the back adhesive layer and the release paper layer in sequence; the auxiliary layer consists of a series of hard thin sheets with smooth surfaces, which are connected through flexible strips; the glue content of the unit area of the reinforcing glue layer is at least twice that of the unit area of the backing glue layer.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the distance between the auxiliary layer and the edge of the transparent film is at least 10mm.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the thickness range of the hard sheet is 0.1mm-0.5mm.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the hard sheet is made of plastic or metal.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the upper surface of the transparent film is also printed with patterns and/or characters.
In a second aspect, the present application further provides a method for manufacturing an anti-counterfeit label, the method comprising the steps of:

coating a release agent of a fixed shape which is repeatedly arranged;
printing colored ink;
coating elastic glue;
and attaching release paper.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the coating elastic glue and the attaching release paper further comprise:
an auxiliary layer consisting of a series of hard thin sheets with smooth surfaces, which are connected by flexible strips, is stuck on the middle part of the elastic adhesive layer to be coated with a reinforcing adhesive layer;
coating a reinforcing adhesive layer on the auxiliary layer, so that the adhesive content of the unit area of the reinforcing adhesive layer is at least twice the adhesive content of the unit area of the backing adhesive layer;

The beneficial effects of this application are: the back adhesive layer of the anti-counterfeiting label is set to be an elastic adhesive layer, when the anti-counterfeiting label is lifted, the elastic back adhesive layer can shrink back under the action of elastic force, and the colored coating at the position corresponding to the release agent can be pulled and dispersed by the shrinkage force of the elastic adhesive so as to show the shape of the release agent layer; thus, the function of the anti-counterfeiting label is realized, and the damage to product packaging is avoided.
The anti-counterfeiting label using the release agent is used on a package with a smooth surface, such as a metal package and a glass package, has an obvious effect, is used on the package with a rough surface, and can ensure that the shape of the release agent layer is displayed when being lifted for the first time due to the fact that the rough package surface can influence the pasting force and the shrinkage force of the label back adhesive, so that the shape of the release agent cannot be obviously displayed.

As shown in the schematic structural diagram of the second embodiment shown in fig. 2, an auxiliary layer 16 and a reinforcing adhesive layer 17 are further disposed between the backing adhesive layer 14 and the release paper layer 15 in sequence; the auxiliary layer 16 consists of a series of smooth-surfaced stiff sheets 18 connected by flexible strips; the glue content per unit area of the reinforcing glue layer 17 is at least twice the glue content per unit area of the backing glue layer 14.
In a preferred embodiment, the auxiliary layer 16 is at least 10mm from the edge of the transparent film 11.
In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the stiff sheet 18 ranges from 0.1mm to 0.5mm.
In a preferred embodiment, the hard sheet 18 is made of plastic or metal.
In a preferred embodiment, the upper surface of the transparent film 11 is also printed with patterns and/or text.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a flowchart of a third embodiment of the present application, a method for manufacturing an anti-counterfeit label includes the following steps:
