Description

技术领域

背景技术
在实践中,在使用包装机执行实际生产过程之前(即在可以根据订单包装特定产品之前)、通过预先利用多个产品和机器相关过程数据所执行的调节过程期间的巨大努力来频繁地对包装机进行预编程。由此,为了确定最佳的过程数据,通常需要多次测试运行。由于需要多个过程数据,因此通常只有熟练的机器调节员才能对包装机执行调节过程。
具体地,如果首次在包装机上使用新的产品、新的膜或新的工具,则针对包装机尚不存在具有合适机器调节(参数)的程序(配方)。对于操作员而言这通常是不可能的,甚至对于机器调节员而言,这需要相当大的努力来在包装机上为所使用的新产品、新包装材料和/或新工具创建程序,以使得过程可靠的生产可以根据改变后的参数而开始。
文献DE 10 2012 005 179A1公开了一种经加热的热塑性膜的成型过程所用的设备以及用于操作该设备的方法。由此,该设备的控制单元向控制器供给用于控制热成型过程的机器调节作为第一输入值,根据热成型过程确定测量值,并向控制器供给该测量值作为第二输入值,然后操作员经由操作输入接口HMI向控制器供给输入作为第三输入值,其中控制器处理第一输入值、第二输入值和第三输入值并且向控制单元供给控制器结果作为调整后的机器调节。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供具有改进的调节功能的包装机及其方法。特别地,目的还在于促进在包装机的第一次调节的情况下针对操作人员的就绪程序的开发。
该问题是通过根据技术方案1所述的包装机和/或通过根据技术方案15所述的方法来解决的。本发明的改进实施例是从属技术方案的主题。
根据本发明的设备包括包装机,所述包装机具有控制单元,所述控制单元具有被配置为确定用于所述包装机的生产过程的特定过程参数的过程参数生成器。
根据本发明,所述包装机的所述控制单元还包括用于所述包装机的所述生产过程之前的调节过程的配方生成器、或者所述包装机的所述控制单元能够连接至所述设备的被设计为独立单元的配方生成器,其中各配方生成器包括用于确定用于所述包装机的所述调节过程的配方变量的规则集。此外,所述配方生成器还被设计为参考多个数据(特别是利用与要生产的产品、该产品的包装类型、所述包装机所使用的至少一个工具、要应用的标签以及/或者膜材料相关的数据)来生成所述配方变量、并由此形成用于所述包装机的所述调节过程的配方数据集。根据本发明的过程参数生成器还被设计为利用用于所述包装机的生产过程的特定过程参数来对所述控制单元进行预分配,其中所述特定过程参数至少部分地基于针对所述调节过程分别生成的配方数据集中的配方变量。本发明尤其有利于减少机器的切换次数。
在本发明中,所述配方生成器可被设计为所述控制单元的自主部件或者被设计为独立配置的自主模块,即被设计为用于在功能上连接所述控制单元的物理上独立的单元。在后述的实施例中,所述配方生成器优选可以通过基于web的应用而在功能上连接至所述控制单元。
具体地,在这方面设置的配方数据集可以普遍用于在技术上以不同方式配备的许多机器。在接受所述配方数据集之后,可以通过过程生成器来分别据此调整各个机器。
在这两个变形例中,所述配方生成器主要用于所述包装机的调节过程中,即在时间上在实际生产过程之前可见。所述调节过程的目的是利用过程参数来进行对所述控制单元的最佳预分配,即执行对所述控制单元的最佳参数化。
在本发明中,根据易于访问的数据,可以生成通过配方生成器使用安装在该配方生成器上的规则集而优选补充多次的专业配方变量,其中这些专业配方变量可以作为输入值而被供给至过程参数生成器,该过程参数生成器由此生成特定过程参数。这些特定过程参数可用于对所述控制单元进行预分配,即可用于在生产过程期间特别作为基于优选过程数据的控制电路中的控制单元的目标参考值。
所述配方变量可以优选通过由专业知识形成并在配方生成器中预编程的规则集来确定。该规则集优选包括数学公式和/或数据集,其中通过这些数学公式和/或数据集,可以确定生产过程所需的配方变量。优选地,所述规则集的各公式是针对目标生产过程所用的数学、物理和/或化学事实、关系或规则的缩写指定而设计的。
在本发明中,所述配方生成器可以用作调节过程期间的智能调节辅助,这是因为已经预编程于该配方生成器上的规则集可以确定多个配方变量,否则,在没有配方生成器的情况下,这多个配方变量将会分别必须由用于建立生产过程的程序的机器调节员手动输入到包装机的控制系统中。
在配方生成器生成了配方变量之后,这些配方变量此后可以在任意时间帧内使用,然而在这种情况下,针对过程参数的生成,由过程参数生成器以过程相关方式使用这些配方变量,其中通过该过程参数,控制单元可以被预分配用于生产过程。
本发明主要有利于所述包装机的在实际生产过程之前的过程中发生的调节过程。在本发明中,所述配方生成器的主要功能旨在用于所述调节过程,即所述配方生成器的用于计算配方变量的用途与实际生产过程的控制系统无关,其中所述控制系统通过所述控制单元而优选基于过程数据。通过所述配方生成器生成配方变量可以在不涉及生产过程的过程相关控制电路的情况下作为调节过程的生产计划的范围中的步骤以隔离的方式(即自主地)发生。
换句话说,本发明中的配方生成器被配置为预先根据调节过程期间传递给它的易于获得的数据而生成配方变量的一般配方,其中针对要预分配的用于过程参数的生成的控制单元,这些配方变量可随着时间的经过而偏移。
优选地,被设计为独立单元的配方生成器在功能上集成于服务器或云系统中,并且该配方生成器可以连接至用于调节过程的控制单元,特别地,该配方生成器可以连接至所述包装机的控制单元的过程参数生成器。
如果被配置为独立单元的配方生成器具有对包括服务器或云系统的外部数据库的访问权限,则也是优选的,即该配方生成器优选基于web且集成于服务器或云系统中。
优选地,所述包装机的控制单元自身包括用于提供、计算和/或补充用于配方生成器的数据的数据库。优选地,数据库包括多个分类,特别是产品数据库、包装类型数据库、包装材料数据库、工具数据库和/或标签数据库,其中各分类被设计为根据被检索为输入值的数据生成附加数据以及/或者将该附加数据直接传递至配方生成器。
优选地,包装机包括HMI接口,其中在该HMI接口处,可以直接检索数据以用于配方生成器和/或操作员的数据库匹配,以及/或者可以输入数据。根据实施例,所述包装机的所述HMI接口提供操作员能够校正和/或补充各配方变量和/或过程参数的校正功能。
优选地,所述包装机包括被设计为RFID扫描仪的读取装置,其中所述RFID扫描仪被配置为从放置于产品、包装材料、工具、标签和/或膜材料上的RFID芯片读取用于生成配方变量的数据,并将该数据传递至配方生成器。
优选地,与产品相关的数据可以是项目编号、产品名称、产品类型和/或功能过程(特别是包装过程)。例如,操作员旨在通过气调包装(MAP)来包装潮湿产品(例如,猪肉肠)。通过输入插入温度并且在适当的情况下通过来自连接至配方生成器的数据库(特别是产品数据库)的附加数据,配方生成器可以生成最大产品真空的值主张,其中该值可以从专用于产品的数据库上所储存的真空压力曲线、以及从根据专业知识在配方生成器上预定的规则集计算出。
例如,对于调节过程,操作员可以选择需要与特定产品的特定属性相关的特定过程的特定产品。因此,例如,对于具有气泡的肉或奶酪产品(例如,肉块和Tilsit奶酪),存在用于在抽真空过程期间防止产品的损坏的特定过程(例如,“肉块”和/或“Tilsit奶酪”程序)。例如,通过仅选择这样的产品,配方生成器可被设置有来自产品数据库的相关产品属性,使得所述配方生成器确定作为配方数据集的配方变量的逐渐抽真空和/或缓慢/软抽真空,以使得气泡可以缓慢地从产品扩散出。
例如,与包装相关的数据可以是包装尺寸的输入,由此通过配方生成器,可以确定膜的变形程度,因此可以确定理论上的剩余膜厚度。在这方面,配方生成器可以包括用于生成最小冷却时间的规则,其中这满足如下条件:表面越大且剩余膜厚度越小,则热能可以流入成型工具下部的速度越快,即最小冷却时间越小。
例如,对于针对消费者的改进打开过程,顾客可以要求略微凸起的包装,该包装优选可以被选择用作作为向配方生成器和/或包装类型数据库的输入值的与包装类型相关的一般数据,其中与一般数据相对应地,所链接的过程值可以作为用于生成配方变量的数据而从包装类型数据库转发至配方生成器。特别地,在包装机的HMI接口处,操作员可以选择凸包装需求。基于该数据,对于生产过程,配方生成器可以生成用于受控充气的配方变量,以产生位于大气压之上的期望再充气压力。
例如,与所使用膜材料、加热温度窗口相关的数据可以由配方生成器通过考虑所储存的膜数据库手动输入或自动读取(例如,经由RFID或条形码)膜类型(材料的种类、膜厚度和/或生产商)而提出。所述加热温度窗口另外可以通过配方生成器的规则集基于专业知识来调整,优选涉及特定加热过程和/或最大能量输入的特定规则。
例如,可以使用具有300微米的下部膜,使得在“标准成型过程”中通过包括每100微米0.6秒的规则,产生1.8秒的加热时间,以及在简单的“三明治预加热”中通过包括每100微米0.4秒的规则,配方生成器提出1.2秒的加热时间。
例如,根据与包装机处所使用的密封工具相关的数据,优选通过所储存的工具数据,例如通过放置于其上的RFID标记的可读取数据,可以由配方生成器来确定来自工具数据库的机电工具和/或可检索数据、所使用密封工具的有效隔膜表面以及其密封接缝表面。与预定的密封表面力一起(通过膜数据库),可相应地利用压缩空气来施加产生密封力的隔膜。
例如,可以选择与标签相关的数据,使得操作员优选在HMI接口的图形表面中确定带有印记的标签并且指定如何将该标签放置在包装上。然后,配方生成器可以提供各种区域和形状,其中可以根据这些区域和形状来控制与设备相关联的贴标签机。
优选变形例假定:所述包装机的控制单元包括配方存储部,其中在该配方存储部上,能够储存针对所述调节过程生成的多个配方数据集,并且这多个配方数据集可用于后续的调节过程。
优选地,配方生成器的规则集在功能上是可变的和/或可扩展的。优选地,规则集可以经由与新的专业知识相关的更新函数来更新。
优选地,所述包装机是包括成型台的深拉包装机,并且所述配方生成器设置有用于确定预加热所述生产过程所使用的下部膜所用的加热时间作为配方变量的规则,其中通过使用该规则来设计配方生成器以通过与所述下部膜的膜厚度有关的数据来确定所述加热时间。例如,用于确定加热时间的规则是:该加热时间与每100微米1秒的给定倍数(分数)、特别是每100微米0.5秒相对应。
优选变形例假定:所述配方生成器具有用于确定使所述下部膜成型所用的成型时间作为配方变量的规则,其中通过使用该规则而将配方生成器设计成确定成型时间作为所述加热时间的分数(特别是加热时间的三分之一)。
特别地,所述包装机包括密封台,并且所述配方生成器具有用于确定生成密封接缝所用的密封温度作为配方变量的规则,其中通过使用该规则将配方生成器设计成基于要密封的膜部分的总膜厚度来确定所述密封温度。
优选地,所述配方生成器包括用于确定生成所述密封接缝所用的密封力作为配方变量的规则,其中通过使用该规则将配方生成器设计成计算所述密封力作为施加在所述密封台处的密封压力与要生成的密封表面的乘积。
对于灵活操作,所述过程参数生成器优选被设计为根据所述包装机上所使用的工具部件,通过所述过程参数生成器中形成的规则集来调整所述过程参数。
本发明还涉及用于生成针对包装机的调节过程的配方数据集的方法,其中,所述包装机的配方生成器、或者被设计为独立单元并且能够在功能上连接至所述配方生成器的配方生成器参考多个数据(特别是参考与要生产的产品、该产品的包装类型、所述包装机所使用的至少一个工具、要应用的标签以及/或膜材料相关的数据),来生成用于所述包装机的调节过程的配方数据集的多个配方变量。此外,所述包装机的过程参数生成器根据所述配方数据集来生成特定过程参数,其中所述特定过程参数至少部分地用于针对所述包装机上的生产过程对所述控制单元进行预分配。
优选地,所述过程参数生成器根据所述配方数据集的至少一个配方变量和所述包装机上所使用的工具部件的至少一个特定值,利用所述过程参数生成器中所形成的规则集来计算对所述控制单元进行预分配的特定过程参数。

具体实施方式
图1采用示意图示出针对图2所示的包装机100的调节过程E的功能图。
在调节过程E中,最初数据I(特别是产品数据I1、包装类型数据I2、包装材料数据I3、工具数据I4和标签数据I5)是通过RFID或HMI应用来检索的,或者被检索为包装机100上的机电工具的数据。数据I还可以在远离包装机100的至少PC 200上进行检索(参见图2)。
通过选择数据I,发生对数据库DB(特别是对与数据库DB相关联的数据库分类(partition)DB1、DB2、DB3、DB4和DB5)的相应访问。借助于选中的数据I1、I2、I3、I4和I5的各数据库分类DB1、DB2、DB3、DB4和DB5被设计为将相应和/或补充的数据和/或从其计算出的数据作为输入值发送至配方生成器RG。配方生成器RG可以作为与包装机100相关联的控制单元1中的一部分被配置在服务器系统10上和/或云系统20中。
数据库DB可被配置作为配方生成器RG的一部分(特别是被配置在服务器或云系统10、20中和/或控制单元1中)。在数据库DB中,包含可以根据数据输入激活的多个原始数据以及数据集D。数据库DB由此将数据I与关联数据D1、D2、D3、D4、D5进行链接,其中这些关联数据D1、D2、D3、D4、D5与所接收到的数据I1、I2、I3、I4和I5相对应或根据这些数据推导出,并且可以作为输入值用于配方生成器RG。由此,数据库DB所发出的数据D1、D2、D3、D4、D5旨在进一步通过配方生成器RG上所设置的规则集来处理。
配方生成器RG包括作为自身的处理器的规则集RW,其中该处理器被配置为通过规则、表、公式、算法(特别是统计算法)和/或数据集,来计算配方变量RV作为配方生成器RG的初始值。此后,配方变量RV作为配方数据集RD而被存储在配方存储部S中。配方数据集RD目前形成包括多个临时过程数据的通用配方,其中如以下所述的,其它特定过程数据可被考虑用于对控制单元1进行预分配,以利用适当过程参数来将控制单元1最佳地预分配用于生产过程H,从而使得在这方面,包装机100可以开始生产过程H。
为此,可以从控制单元1的存储部S检索到配方数据集RD。控制单元1将配方数据集RD发送至优选与控制单元1相关联的过程参数生成器PG,其中控制单元1还被配置为将特定的机器、包装、工具和/或产品数据SD发送至过程参数生成器PG,该过程参数生成器PG通过与该过程参数生成器PG相关联的生产过程特定的规则集RW来形成作为用于对控制单元1进行预分配的目标值的过程参数P。
图2示出包括被配置为深拉包装机的包装机100的设备V。包装机100包括用于下部膜U的退绕台3、用于产生通过输送机单元5运输至密封台6的包装槽M的成型台4、以及用于将可在密封台6中密封的上部膜O提供至所设置的包装槽P的其它退绕台7。进一步地,包装机100包括贴标签机8和分离单元9。
HMI接口12被布置在包装机100的机架11处。在HMI接口11处,操作员可以选择以上结合图1所述的数据I。
图2还示出包装机100包括控制单元1。根据图2的控制单元1包括配方生成器RG、数据库DB、过程参数生成器PG以及配方存储部RS。
包装机100还包括被设计为RFID扫描仪的读取装置50,其中该RFID扫描仪被配置为从放置于产品、包装材料、工具、标签和/或膜材料上的未示出的RFID标记读取用于生成配方变量RV的数据I,并将该数据I传递至配方生成器RG。
进一步地,图2示出如下的可选应用,其中在该可选应用中,配方生成器RG'作为独立单元与配方存储部RS'和数据库DB'一起同包装机100本地分离地配置。该配方生成器RG'可以在功能上集成于服务器或云系统10、20中,其中通过PC 200,可以执行配方生成器RG'的激活以及通过过程参数生成器PG'的过程参数的产生。然后,配方生成器RG'可以将所产生的过程参数传输至控制单元1。通过PC 200,也可以对控制单元1中所形成的配方生成器RG进行控制。

Claims (14)

1.一种包括包装机(100)的设备(V),所述包装机包括控制单元(1),所述控制单元(1)具有被设计为确定用于所述包装机(100)的生产过程(H)的特定的过程参数(P)的过程参数生成器(PG),其中,所述包装机(100)的所述控制单元(1)还包括用于所述生产过程(H)之前的所述包装机(100)的调节过程(E)的配方生成器(RG),或者所述包装机(100)的所述控制单元(1)能够连接至所述设备的被设计为独立单元的配方生成器(RG'),其中,所述配方生成器(RG、RG')各自包括用于确定用于所述包装机(100)的所述调节过程(E)的配方变量(RV)的规则集(RW),并且被设计为参考多个数据(I)来生成所述配方变量(RV),所述多个数据(I)包括与要生产的产品、该产品的包装类型、所述包装机所使用的至少一个工具、要应用的标签以及/或者膜材料相关的数据(I1、I2、I3、I4、I5),并且被设计为从这些配方变量(RV)形成用于所述包装机(100)的所述调节过程(E)的配方数据集(RD),以及所述过程参数生成器(PG)被设计为利用用于所述包装机(100)的所述生产过程(H)的特定的过程参数(P)来对所述控制单元(1)进行预分配,其中所述特定的过程参数(P)至少部分地基于针对所述调节过程(E)分别生成的配方数据集(RD)的配方变量(RV),

2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,被设计为独立单元的配方生成器(RG')在功能上集成于服务器或云系统(10、20)中,并且能够连接至所述包装机(100)的所述控制单元(1)的所述过程参数生成器(PG)以用于所述调节过程(E)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,被设计为独立单元的配方生成器(RG')具有对包括所述服务器或云系统(10、20)的外部数据库(DB')的访问权限,检索储存于所述外部数据库(DB')中的数据(I)以用于所述配方生成器(RG)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述包装机(100)的所述控制单元(1)包括用于提供数据(I)的数据库(DB),并且所述包装机(100)包括HMI接口(12),其中在所述HMI接口(12)处,操作员能够检索所述数据(I)以用于所述控制单元(1)的所述配方生成器(RG)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于,所述包装机(100)的所述HMI接口(12)包括操作员能够校正和/或补充各配方变量(RV)和/或过程参数(P)的校正功能。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述包装机(100)包括被设计为RFID扫描仪的读取装置(50),其中所述读取装置(50)被配置为从放置于所述产品、包装材料、所述工具、所述标签和/或所述膜材料上的RFID芯片读取用于生成所述配方变量(RV)的数据,并将该数据传递至所述配方生成器(RG)。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述包装机(100)的所述控制单元(1)包括配方存储部(S),其中在该配方存储部(S)上,能够储存针对所述调节过程(E)生成的多个配方数据集(RD),并且所述多个配方数据集(RD)可用于后续的调节过程(E)。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述配方生成器(RG、RG')的规则集(RW)在功能上是能够改变的和/或能够扩展的。
9.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述包装机(100)是包括成型台(4)的深拉包装机,并且所述配方生成器(RG、RG')设置有用于确定预加热所述生产过程(H)所使用的下部膜(U)所用的加热时间作为配方变量(RV)的规则,其中通过使用该规则将所述配方生成器(RG、RG')设计成通过与所述下部膜的膜厚度有关的数据(I)来确定所述加热时间。
10.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于,所述配方生成器(RG、RG')具有用于确定使所述下部膜(U)成型所用的成型时间作为配方变量(RV)的规则,其中通过使用该规则将所述配方生成器(RG、RG')设计成确定所述成型时间作为所述加热时间的分数。
11.根据权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于,确定所述成型时间作为所述加热时间的三分之一。
12.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述包装机(100)包括密封台(6),并且所述配方生成器(RG、RG')具有用于确定生成密封接缝所用的密封温度作为配方变量(RV)的规则,其中通过使用该规则将所述配方生成器(RG、RG')设计成基于要密封的膜部分的总膜厚度来确定所述密封温度。
13.根据权利要求12所述的设备,其特征在于,所述配方生成器(RG、RG')包括用于确定生成所述密封接缝所用的密封力作为配方变量(RV)的规则,其中通过使用该规则将所述配方生成器(RG、RG')设计成计算所述密封力作为施加在所述密封台(6)处的密封压力与要生成的密封表面的乘积。
14.一种用于生成用于包装机(100)的调节过程(E)的配方数据集(RD)的方法,其中,所述包装机(100)的配方生成器(RG)、或者被设计为独立单元并且能够在功能上连接至所述包装机(100)的控制单元(1)的配方生成器(RG')通过参考多个数据(I)来生成用于所述包装机(100)的所述调节过程(E)的配方数据集(RD)的多个配方变量(RV),其中所述多个数据(I)包括与要生产的产品、该产品的包装类型、所述包装机(100)所使用的至少一个工具、要应用的标签以及/或膜材料相关的数据(I),以及所述包装机(100)的过程参数生成器(PG)根据用于所述包装机(100)的所述调节过程(E)的配方数据集(RD)来生成特定的过程参数(P),其中所述特定的过程参数(P)至少部分地用于针对所述包装机(100)上的生产过程(H)对所述控制单元(1)进行预分配,
其中,在所述配方生成器(RG、RG')没有集成到所述生产过程(H)的过程相关控制电路中的情况下通过该配方生成器(RG、RG')产生所述配方变量(RV)自主地发生,其特征在于,所述过程参数生成器(PG)根据所述配方数据集(RD)的至少一个配方变量(RV)和所述包装机(100)上所使用的工具部件的至少一个特定值,利用所述过程参数生成器(PG)中所形成的规则集(RW')来计算对所述控制单元(1)进行预分配的特定的过程参数(P)。
