Referring to fig. 10, the heating device 8 is disposed on the movable repairing platform 2, and is located between the two groups of supporting seats 41 and corresponds to a position below the roll shaft to heat the roll shaft when repairing the roll shaft, the heating device 8 is a plurality of heating torches 81, and the plurality of heating torches 81 are disposed in a cambered surface, so that flames of the plurality of heating torches 81 are concentrated, and a better heating effect is achieved.

Referring to fig. 11, a welding gun fixing device 10 is disposed on a beam 33 of a detachable fixing frame 3, the welding gun fixing device 10 includes a connecting device 102, a welding wire fixing end, and a gun head fixing end, the connecting device 102 is connected with the beam 33 to fix the welding gun fixing device 10 on the beam 33, a welding wire rolling disc is disposed on the welding wire fixing end to fix welding wires and provide welding wires for welding gun 101, a gun head clamping device is disposed on the gun head fixing end to fix the gun head of the welding gun 101, the welding gun 101 is disposed in the gun head clamping device, an adjusting device is disposed between the welding wire fixing end and the gun head fixing end of the welding gun fixing device 10, the adjusting device includes an adjusting rod 105 and an adjusting sleeve 106, the adjusting sleeve 106 is fixedly connected with the connecting device 102, the adjusting rod 105 is disposed in the adjusting sleeve 106 to move along the direction of the adjusting sleeve 106, the adjusting rod 105 is respectively connected with the welding wire fixing end and the gun head fixing end, so that the distance between the welding wire fixing end and the gun head fixing end is fixed, and the distance between the gun head fixing end and a roller to be repaired is adjustable; the gun head clamping device comprises a gun head mounting device 103 and a clamping device 104, so that the gun head is fixed through the clamping device 104 after being mounted in the gun head mounting device 103.

Claims (10)

1. A welding repair device for a roll shaft of a movable roller press is characterized in that: comprises a movable repairing platform, a detachable fixing frame, a control device, a roll shaft supporting device, a driving device, a roll shaft positioning device, a roll shaft limiting device, a heating device, a heat preservation device, a welding gun fixing device and a welding gun,
the movable repairing platform is provided with four fixing frame slots for installing a detachable fixing frame, a plurality of sliding through grooves for facilitating sliding of a roll shaft supporting device and a plurality of supporting sliding rails, the fixing frame slots are arranged at four corners of the movable repairing platform, the sliding through grooves and the supporting sliding rails are parallel to the roll shaft axis, the sliding through grooves are arranged on the central line of the movable repairing platform, and the supporting sliding rails are uniformly arranged at two sides of the sliding through grooves;
the detachable fixing frame is connected with the movable repairing platform through a fixing frame slot so as to facilitate the detachment and the installation of the detachable fixing frame, the detachable fixing frame comprises four supporting rods with equal length, a beam frame and a beam, one end of each supporting rod is arranged in the fixing frame slot so as to be at a fixed position, the detachable fixing frame is connected with the movable repairing platform, the other end of each supporting rod is connected with the beam frame so as to fix the beam frame above a roll shaft, the beam is arranged above the beam frame, and the direction of the beam is parallel to the axis direction of the roll shaft;
the control device is arranged on one side of the movable repair platform, is connected with a power supply, and is respectively connected with the driving device, the roll shaft supporting device, the roll shaft positioning device and the welding gun fixing device so as to respectively provide power for the driving device, the roll shaft supporting device, the roll shaft positioning device and the welding gun fixing device and control the working state;
the roller shaft supporting device is arranged at the front end and the rear end of a roller shaft to be repaired and is perpendicular to the axis of the roller shaft, the roller shaft supporting device comprises two groups of supporting seats, an adjusting motor and supporting seat adjusting screws, the adjusting motor is arranged at the central position below the movable repairing platform and is connected with the bottom ends of the supporting seats through the supporting seat adjusting screws so as to drive the supporting seat adjusting screws to rotate through the operation of the adjusting motor, the distance between the two groups of supporting seats is adjusted, the bottom ends of the supporting seats penetrate through the sliding through grooves and move along the supporting sliding rail, each group of supporting seats comprises two supporting wheels and supporting wheel adjusting screws connected with the two supporting wheels so as to adjust the distance between the two supporting wheels through rotating the supporting wheel adjusting screws, and supporting wheel rocking handles are arranged on the supporting wheel adjusting screws so as to conveniently rotate the supporting wheel adjusting screws;
the driving device comprises a motor and a reduction gearbox, the motor is connected with the control device, one end of the reduction gearbox is connected with the motor, and the other end of the reduction gearbox is connected with the supporting wheel, so that the motor drives the supporting wheel to rotate through the reduction gearbox, and further the roll shaft is driven to rotate through friction;
the roll shaft positioning devices are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the movable repairing platform, the roll shaft positioning devices comprise laser emitting devices, the laser emitting devices are arranged in planes perpendicular to the movable repairing platform, and laser emitted by the laser emitting devices at the front end and the rear end of the movable repairing platform are on the same straight line in the horizontal plane so as to determine the axial position of the roll shaft;
the roll shaft limiting devices are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the movable repairing platform, the symmetrical surfaces of the roll shaft limiting devices are planes perpendicular to the movable repairing platform, the plane of the roll shaft axes is the plane where the roll shaft axes are located, the roll shaft limiting devices comprise limiting frames used for limiting the positions of the roll shafts and roll shaft protection devices used for preventing the roll shafts from being scratched, the limiting frames are fixedly connected with the movable repairing platform relatively, and the roll shaft protection devices are arranged at the ends, close to the roll shaft ends, of the limiting frames so as to prevent the roll shafts from being scratched when the roll shafts are repaired after the roll shaft limiting devices limit the roll shafts;
the heating device is arranged on the movable repairing platform, is positioned between the two groups of supporting seats and corresponds to the position below the roll shaft, so as to heat the roll shaft when repairing the roll shaft;
the heat preservation device is arranged at the position of the area to be repaired of the roll shaft and is connected with the detachable fixing frame to fix the position of the heat preservation device, the heat preservation device is arranged in a semi-oval shape with a short half shaft larger than the maximum radius of the roll shaft, a heat preservation baffle plate perpendicular to the axis of the roll shaft is arranged at the edge of the semi-oval shape and extends towards the axis direction, so that the heat preservation effect is improved, and a welding gun working port is arranged at the upper end of the heat preservation device corresponding to the position of the gun head of the welding gun, so that the welding gun can conveniently weld and repair the roll shaft;
the welding gun fixing device is arranged on the cross beam of the detachable fixing frame and comprises a connecting device, a welding wire fixing end and a gun head fixing end, the connecting device is connected with the cross beam to fix the welding gun fixing device on the cross beam, a welding wire rolling disc is arranged on the welding wire fixing end to fix welding wires and provide welding wires for welding of the welding gun, and a gun head clamping device is arranged on the gun head fixing end to fix the gun head of the welding gun;

The welding repair device for a roll shaft of a movable roll press according to claim 1, wherein: the roller shaft limiting device further comprises a limiting guide rail, a sliding block and a fastening bolt, wherein the limiting guide rail is arranged on the movable repairing platform, the middle positions of the front end and the rear end of the movable repairing platform are fixedly connected with the movable repairing platform, the limiting frame is connected with the limiting guide rail and moves along the direction of the limiting guide rail, the limiting guide rail is provided with a sliding block groove, the sliding block slides along the sliding block groove, the position, corresponding to the sliding block groove, of the limiting frame is provided with a fastening bolt groove, the fastening bolt penetrates through the fastening bolt groove and the upper end of the sliding block to be fixedly connected with the limiting guide rail, a limiting guide screw is further arranged between the limiting frame and the limiting guide rail, the position, corresponding to the limiting guide screw, of the limiting frame is provided with a screw through hole, the position of the limiting guide rail is adjusted through rotating the limiting guide screw, the far roller shaft end of the limiting guide rail is provided with a rotating rocking handle, so that the limiting guide screw is conveniently rotated, the roller shaft protecting device comprises a connecting end, a scratch-preventing device and a height adjusting guide screw, the near roller shaft end of the limiting frame is provided with a connecting sliding groove, the connecting end is arranged in the connecting groove, the connecting end is connected with the connecting end through the connecting groove, the scratch-preventing device is connected with the height adjusting device, and the connecting end is connected with the height-adjusting device through the position of the connecting end, and the height-adjusting device.
