Example 1
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment of a method for processing meeting time is provided.
Fig. 1 is a conference time processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
step S102, obtaining the time left by the distance between the current time and the end time of the network conference.
As an alternative embodiment, before participating in the network conference, the time when the conference starts and the time when the conference is pre-ended are preset, the current system time on the terminal device (for example, a mobile phone, a tablet, and a computer) is obtained, and the difference between the time when the conference is pre-ended and the current system time on the terminal device is calculated, where the difference is the time left by the current time from the pre-end time of the network conference. For example, if the conference starts at 9:00, ends at 11:00, and the current time on the computer is 10:55, the pre-end time to the network conference is 5 minutes. In addition, the remaining time may also be obtained by the conference start time, the conference pre-progress time, and the current time.
And step S104, judging whether the remaining time is less than a preset time.
As an optional embodiment, after obtaining the time remaining between the current time and the end time of the network conference, monitoring whether the remaining time of the network conference reaches the time length set by the conference participants in real time, when the remaining time of the network conference reaches the time length set by the conference participants, reminding the conference participants of the remaining time of the network conference, and prompting the conference participants of whether to prolong the time of the network conference, wherein the terminal device does not perform any processing on the network conference before the remaining time of the network conference does not reach the time length set by the conference participants. The preset time length can set the time length for reminding the conference participants of remaining time and whether to prolong the conference time for the conference participants.
Step S106, displaying prompt information under the condition that the remaining time is less than the preset time, wherein the prompt information comprises at least one of the following: remaining time, objects that can be manipulated by the meeting participants, the objects modifying the end time of the network meeting after being manipulated by the meeting participants.
As an optional embodiment, when the remaining time of the conference is less than the predetermined time length, the terminal device sends a prompt message to the conference participants to prompt the conference participants of the remaining time length of the network conference and whether to extend the time length of the network conference. If the meeting participants need to prolong the time of the network meeting, the meeting participants can input the prolonged time point or the time length needing to be prolonged into the terminal equipment; or, a plurality of participants can select whether the conference time needs to be extended, and when at least one participant selects that the conference time needs to be extended, the terminal device displays a dialog box on the display screen to request the participants to input the extended time point or time length. And after the meeting participants input the time needing to be prolonged, prolonging the time of the network meeting and displaying the remaining time on a display screen of the terminal equipment. The objects that can be operated by the participants include, but are not limited to, whether or not an extended time is required and the length of the extended time.
As another alternative, the time of the network conference end is 11:00, the conference participant extends the time of the network conference end to 12:00, but at 11:30, the network conference is ended, at this time, the terminal device detects whether there is sound or a movable object every certain time, and when there is no sound or movable object detected, the network video conference is turned off, and the network conference is ended.
In the solution disclosed in steps S102 to S106 based on the above embodiment, it can be known that after obtaining the time remaining between the current time and the end time of the network conference, it is determined whether the remaining time is less than the predetermined time, if the remaining time is less than the predetermined time, the prompting message is displayed to the conferee, it is easy to note that the setting of the predetermined time can be used to remind the conferee that the conference is about to end, the conferee confirms to extend the conference time, and the end time of the network conference is changed according to the prompting message, so as to extend the time of the network conference, therefore, by obtaining the remaining time between the current time and the end time of the network conference, and determining whether the remaining time is less than the predetermined time, when the remaining time is less than the predetermined time, the prompting message is displayed to the conferee, so as to achieve the purpose of prompting the conference remaining time to the conferee and setting the conference time, therefore, the technical effects that the participants can clearly know the remaining time of the network conference and reasonably arrange the conference and the things after the conference are achieved, and the technical problem that the time is wasted due to the fact that the participants can not reasonably arrange the things because the participants can not know the remaining time of the network conference is solved.
Optionally, in the case that the remaining time is less than the predetermined time, displaying the prompt message includes:
judging the authority of the participants;
under the condition that the authority of the conference participants includes the authority of prolonging the conference time, the displayed prompt information includes objects which can be operated by the conference participants;
and in the case that the authority of the conference participant does not include the authority for prolonging the conference time, the displayed prompt message includes the remaining time.
Optionally, the authority of the conference participant corresponds to a role of the conference participant in the network conference, and/or the authority of the conference participant is configured in advance.
As an alternative embodiment, each participant has a respective "play role" during the network conference, and the roles of the participants in the network conference can be, but are not limited to, a moderator, a person who creates the conference, a chairman, and a common participant. Wherein, the control authority of different roles to the network conference terminal is different. For example, the person who creates the conference may control whether the person can participate in the network conference and the start and end time of the conference, and the moderator has the right to control the participants to speak. Before the network conference is started, the conference participants input the roles which the participants play in the network conference on the terminal equipment. When the network conference needs to prolong the time, the terminal equipment judges whether the current participant has the permission to prolong the conference time, and when the participant has the permission to prolong the conference time, the terminal equipment displays an object which can be operated by the current participant, for example, the current participant can input the time needing to be long in an input box; and when the participants do not have the authority of prolonging the conference time, the terminal equipment only displays the remaining time of the current network conference to the participants.
It should be noted that the authority of the participant may be configured in the cloud server in advance, when the participant inputs a role in the network conference in the terminal device, the identification information corresponding to the role is sent to the cloud server, and the cloud server queries the authority according to the identification information of the role and sends the authority to the terminal device.
Optionally, the method for processing meeting time further includes: the time of the network conference and the time that has currently progressed are displayed in the form of progress bars.
Optionally, displaying the prompt information includes: and displaying an object capable of being operated by the conference participants, wherein the object is an extension of the progress bar, and the length of the extension of the progress bar indicates the maximum time for prolonging the network conference.
As an optional embodiment, the remaining time in the prompt message may also be presented to the user in the form of a progress bar shown in fig. 2, a black frame in fig. 2 represents the progress of the network conference, the time pointed by the black arrow is the end time of the network conference, and "00: 10: 00" on the progress bar represents the remaining time of the network conference. It can be seen from fig. 2 that the conference has a start time of 9:00, an end time of 11:00, and a current conference remaining time of 10 minutes. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing the progress bar after being extended, and it can be seen from fig. 3 that the end time of the conference is extended, so that the end time of the conference is changed from 11:00 to 12:00, and the remaining time of the conference is changed from 10 minutes to 70 minutes.
Optionally, fig. 4 shows a method for extending a progress bar, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S402, receiving the selected time point of the participant on the extension of the progress bar;
and S404, prolonging the time of the network conference according to the time point.
As an alternative embodiment, the participant drags the progress bar on the control terminal to extend the progress bar to a specified time point, and the terminal device obtains the time point of the progress bar extended by the user and prolongs the time of the network conference. When a plurality of terminal devices delay the time of the network conference at the same time, the time with the maximum prolonged network conference time can be selected as the termination time of the network conference, a participant with higher control authority can select one time point as the termination time of the network conference, and the participant can vote to select whether the time is prolonged or not and the prolonged time.
Optionally, in the case that the time of the web conference is prolonged, the method further includes: the participants of the extended network conference are displayed.
As an alternative embodiment, after the time of the network conference is extended, the terminal device displays the conference participants for which the network conference duration is extended and the extended duration to the conference participants. Meanwhile, the terminal equipment also shows the control authority of all the participants and any operation of the participants on the terminal equipment in the network conference.
