The invention discloses a pulp sheet manufacturing system and a process thereof, wherein the pulp sheet manufacturing system removes sand through a pre-manufacturing system, a net feeding system forms and presses the pulp sheet to reach 45 percent dryness, the pulp sheet is crushed into pieces through a pulp sheet crushing system, and the pulp is conveyed to a stock ground for storage through a screw conveyor by using a belt; when the pulp sheet needs to be stored for a long time, the distance between the upper roller and the lower roller of the pressing part is adjusted, the pulp sheet is pressed to a certain dryness, the pulp sheet crushing system is stopped, and the wet pulp sheet is dried, packed and stored through the drying cylinder; and the pulp board manufacturing system has the advantages of simple installation, convenient operation, flexibility and good use.

Technical Field
