Abstract
The invention relates to the field of vehicle production flow control, in particular to a method for establishing a caravan part list. A method for establishing a whole vehicle part list of a sectional type caravan comprises the steps of establishing a platform vehicle and a house part list database which are mutually independent; setting a unique single vehicle material number for the platform vehicle configuration; establishing a platform car index corresponding to the single car material number in a house part list database, and adding the platform car configuration as a part into the house part list database; and calculating by using a Boolean algorithm to obtain a room part BOM and a single vehicle material number of a certain vehicle, and combining to obtain a part list of the whole motor home vehicle. Aiming at the characteristics of the whole motor home vehicle, the part list of the platform vehicle and the part list of the motor home parts are separately arranged, and the part list of the platform vehicle is used as a part to be added into the part list of the motor home parts, so that the development and production requirements of the whole motor home vehicle are met, the BOM maintenance amount is simplified, the BOM synchronous change control difficulty is reduced, and the flexibility of BOM data of the motor home vehicle is increased.

Background
The existing method for generating the more mature whole vehicle part list adopted by the automobile enterprises mainly comprises 2 types: 1) configuring a whole vehicle part list BOM independently for a single vehicle, performing independent BOM data on each vehicle type with different configuration, and respectively maintaining a plurality of single vehicle BOMs for different vehicle types; 2) the method for uniformly establishing the whole vehicle part list comprises the steps of defining the use conditions of all parts in a platform through configuration feature constraints, and deducing and calculating the used parts and the corresponding single vehicle BOM through selecting the vehicle configuration features. The two methods have advantages and disadvantages and are also respectively suitable for different enterprises, the shared parts of the two methods need to be repeatedly maintained, but the maintenance difficulty is lower, and the two methods are suitable for the enterprises with small vehicle type range, simple vehicle type configuration and lower change frequency; the latter common part only needs to be maintained once, but each part needs to define the use condition, the maintenance difficulty is higher, and the method is suitable for enterprises with wide vehicle type range, complex vehicle type configuration and higher change frequency.
The 2 types of modes for establishing the whole vehicle part list are all used for uniformly processing the complete whole vehicle BOM, the whole vehicle manufacturing process is continuous and not segmented, the whole vehicle business mode of the limo determines the requirement and the possibility of adding the limo on platforms of different vehicle types, and the whole vehicle manufacturing mode of the limo has the characteristic of segmented manufacturing of platform vehicles and house parts and is different from the whole vehicle manufacturing modes of other products. s1, establishing a platform truck part list database and a house part list database which are independent of each other, and providing the platform truck part list database and the house part list database as platform truck parts

s4, calculating a house part list of a certain vehicle by using a search index in a house part list database through a Boolean algorithm, and obtaining a single vehicle material number configured by a corresponding platform vehicle;
and S5, obtaining a platform vehicle part list in a platform vehicle part list database through the single vehicle material number, and combining the platform vehicle part list with the house part list to obtain a part list of the whole house vehicle.
