step S210, acquiring shooting time of a shooting device for shooting the bin outlet;
the vending machine acquires the shooting time of the shooting device at the outlet, can record the shooting time when the shooting device shoots, and sends the shooting time to the processor at the same time when sending the image; a clock module may also be provided on the vending machine, which records a time each time an image is taken by the photographing device, and transmits the recorded time to the processor.
Step S220, acquiring a storage path corresponding to the time period of the shooting time, and storing the image shot by the shooting device in a storage area pointed by the acquired storage path.
In this embodiment, different storage paths may be preset according to different time periods, different storage paths may also be preset according to the number of days or the number of weeks, and in order to facilitate quick searching of corresponding pictures and avoid excessive preset storage paths, the corresponding storage paths are preferably preset according to different time periods.
When the shooting time of the shooting device for shooting the bin outlet is obtained, the time period of the shooting time is judged, and then the storage path corresponding to the time period of the shooting time is obtained, so that the shot image is stored in the storage area pointed by the obtained storage path.
In this embodiment, by acquiring the shooting time of the shooting device at the outlet and acquiring the storage path corresponding to the time period of the shooting time, the image shot by the shooting device is stored in the storage area pointed by the acquired storage path, so that the regular storage of the acquired evidence is realized, and the quick search of the corresponding picture according to the time period is facilitated.

step S30, after controlling the shooting device to shoot the image, identifying the type of the object according to the image shot by the shooting device;
the vending machine is provided with a recognition device, and after the processor receives the image shot by the shooting device, the recognition device recognizes the image to recognize the type of the shot object. The identification device may be an image identification module, and the type of the shot object is determined by identifying the matching degree between the shape or the shape characteristic of the shot object in the image and a preset shape or the shape characteristic of the object; or, the identification device may also be an identification code scanning device, objects on the vending machine are all provided with identification codes uniquely corresponding to the objects, the types of the shot objects are distinguished by scanning the identification codes of the shot objects in the image, and the specific identification codes may be two-dimensional codes. The image of the object to be shot can be identified in other ways, which are not described herein in detail.
It is understood that the name of the object to be photographed may also be identified according to the image photographed by the photographing device, and particularly, the name may be determined according to the type or unique identification code of the object to be photographed.
Step S40, labeling the image according to the type of the subject.
After the type of the object to be shot is identified, the image is marked according to the type of the object to be shot, specifically, the type of the object to be shot can be directly marked, the image can be marked according to a name corresponding to the type of the object to be shot, the image can be marked according to a number corresponding to the type of the object to be shot, and the like. After the image is marked according to the type of the shot object, the marked image is stored to a storage area appointed by the storage path according to a preset storage path, so that the shot object in the image can be quickly identified when the image is conveniently searched, and when a consumer purchases goods, the received goods are not consistent with the goods selected for purchase, the evidence can be quickly found.
In the embodiment, after the shooting device is controlled to shoot the image, the type of the shot object is identified according to the image shot by the shooting device, and the image is marked according to the type of the shot object, so that the type of the shot object is identified quickly, and the use safety of the vending machine can be ensured.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the step of storing the image captured by the capturing device into the storage area specified by the storage path according to a preset storage path may further include: after controlling a shooting device to shoot an image, identifying the type of a shot object according to the image shot by the shooting device; marking the image according to the type of the shot object; and acquiring a storage path corresponding to the mark, and storing the image shot by the shooting device to a storage area pointed by the acquired storage path. That is, a storage path is preset according to the type of the shot object, after the image is shot, the type of the shot object is determined through an image recognition technology or an identification code recognition technology, and then the image is stored in a folder corresponding to the type, so that the image evidence can be conveniently searched in a cargo type mode.

1. A vending machine, characterized in that the vending machine comprises:
a body;
the bin outlet is arranged on the machine body and is formed by enclosing the inner wall of the machine body; the delivery port is used for taking and supplementing goods;
the shooting device is arranged on the inner wall of the machine body, and a shooting head of the shooting device faces the bin outlet;
the controller is arranged in the machine body, is connected with the shooting device and is used for controlling the shooting device to shoot the warehouse outlet when a goods loading or unloading signal is detected;
the recognition device is arranged on the machine body and connected with the controller, and recognizes the type of a shot object after the controller controls the shooting device to shoot the bin outlet; the controller is also used for storing the shot image into a storage area pointed by the storage path corresponding to the type according to the type of the shot object;
when receiving a goods-loading input instruction, judging that a goods-loading signal is detected, and when receiving a purchase input instruction, judging that a goods-discharging signal is detected;
or when an object is detected in the delivery port, judging that a delivery or delivery signal is detected;
or when receiving a door closing instruction or a door opening instruction, judging that a goods getting signal or a goods discharging signal is detected.
2. The vending machine according to claim 1, wherein a door is provided on the outlet, and the controller controls the photographing device to photograph the outlet before and after the door is opened.
3. The vending machine of claim 2, wherein said controller is electrically connected to said door for controlling said door to open or close; the controller controls the shooting device to shoot the bin outlet before and after the bin door is controlled to be opened and closed.

The vending machine as recited in claim 1, wherein a detection element is further disposed in the outlet, the detection element being configured to detect an object in the outlet, the detection element being connected to the controller, the controller controlling the camera to capture the image of the outlet when the detection element detects the object in the outlet.
5. A method for collecting evidence using a vending machine according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that said method for collecting evidence by a vending machine comprises the following steps:
when a goods loading or goods discharging signal is detected, controlling a shooting device to shoot an image;
identifying the type of a shot object according to the image shot by the shooting device;
marking the image according to the type of the shot object;
and storing the marked image of the image into a storage area specified by the storage path according to a preset storage path.
6. The method for evidence gathering for vending machine as recited in claim 5, wherein the step of storing the marked images in a predetermined storage path to respective locations comprises:
acquiring shooting time of a shooting device for shooting the bin outlet;
and acquiring a storage path corresponding to the time period of the shooting time, and storing the image shot by the shooting device to the storage area pointed by the acquired storage path.
7. Storage medium, on which a program for evidence gathering by a vending machine is stored, said program for evidence gathering by a vending machine being executed by a processor implementing the steps of a method for evidence gathering by a vending machine as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 6.
