In order to explain the technical means of the present invention, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation process of a method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in the diagram, the method may include the following steps:
step S101, in a preset state, whether paper money enters a money detecting mechanism or not is monitored.
In practical applications, the predetermined state is an operating state preset at the start of the banknote validator. The predetermined state may be a working state in which the banknote checking mechanism of the banknote checking machine actively reports the banknote information, that is, the banknote checking mechanism actively reports the banknote information after the banknote checking calculation to the main control module without the main control module of the banknote checking machine sending an instruction for acquiring the banknote information.
After the currency detector is started, the main control module needs to configure parameters of the currency detecting mechanism, wherein the parameters needing to be configured comprise a corresponding relation between a currency detection algorithm used by the current currency detecting mechanism and currency detection time required by the currency detection algorithm. The currency detection algorithm can be predefined and pre-added and stored in the currency detector; the currency detection algorithm can be a stable algorithm or a newly added function algorithm. The stable algorithm is a relatively mature and commonly used algorithm at present, and the currency detection time of the stable algorithm is usually determined; the newly added function algorithm is an algorithm with a new function added on the basis of the original stable algorithm, and the added new function may cause the corresponding increase of the currency detection time of the newly added function algorithm, but the specific added value needs to be determined by an algorithm developer or repeatedly adjusted in the application process.
Illustratively, the banknote checking time required by the stable algorithm is 100ms, and the banknote checking time required by the newly added function algorithm is 150 ms. After the currency detector is started, the main control module performs parameter configuration on the currency detecting mechanism, namely, a currency detecting algorithm used by the current currency detecting mechanism and currency detecting time required by the currency detecting algorithm are combined together to form configuration parameters. For example, if the algorithm currently used by the banknote validator is a stable algorithm, the configured parameters of the main control module are (stable algorithm, 100 ms).
It should be noted that the banknote checking time corresponding to the banknote checking algorithm cannot exceed the preset time, and if the banknote checking time exceeds the preset time, the banknote checking algorithm cannot be added to the banknote checking machine. The preset time can be the longest time required between the arrival of the paper money at the sensor and the sending of the paper money information acquisition instruction to the money detection mechanism by the central control module.
The parameters to be configured comprise the corresponding relation between the stabilizing algorithm and the currency detecting time required by the stabilizing algorithm, and the currency detecting time required by the newly added function algorithm and the newly added function algorithm. It should be noted that the parameters to be configured include, but are not limited to, the above listed information, and may include other algorithms and corresponding banknote checking times and other parameters to be configured, which are not limited herein.
In practical application, whether paper money enters the money detecting mechanism or not can be monitored by arranging a sensor. For example, an optical sensor is installed at a coin inlet of the currency detecting mechanism, when the paper money passes through the coin inlet, the optical sensor is triggered, the sensor sends a trigger signal to the main control module, and at the moment, the main control module can determine that the paper money enters the currency detecting mechanism by receiving the trigger signal sent by the sensor.
Step S102, if the situation that paper money enters the money detecting mechanism is monitored, a paper money information queue is established, and whether the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is received or not is monitored.
Wherein the bill information queue includes: the serial number of the paper money, the marking position of the paper money information and the data field of the paper money information.
Optionally, in order to count the number of banknotes passing through the banknote validating mechanism, before monitoring whether a banknote enters the banknote validating mechanism, the method further includes:
setting the banknote number as an initial value;
the establishing of the paper money information queue comprises the following steps:
and adding 1 to the serial number of the paper currency.
The initial value may be set manually in advance. The paper money information marking position can be used for marking whether the paper money information of the current paper money is reported to the main control module. And the paper money information data field is empty by default, and the main control module writes the paper money information into the paper money information data field after receiving the paper money information reported by the currency detecting mechanism.
Illustratively, the banknote number is set to 0, and each time the banknote is monitored to enter the banknote checking mechanism, a banknote information queue is established, and the banknote number is increased by 1. The banknote numbering may be performed in the order in which the banknotes enter the validating mechanism, or in the order in which the banknotes pass through the validating mechanism.
In practical application, a triggering sensor is usually installed at a coin outlet of the currency detecting mechanism, when a paper currency passes through the currency detecting mechanism and the coin outlet of the currency detecting mechanism, the triggering sensor can be triggered, and the main control module can receive the information that the paper currency passes through the currency detecting mechanism. And if the main control module does not receive the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism, continuing waiting until the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is received. Of course, a preset time can also be artificially set, if the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is not received within the preset time for establishing the paper money information queue, the processing is stopped, and a fault alarm is sent out.
Step S103, if the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is received, whether the information of the paper money reported by the money detecting mechanism is received or not is detected within a first preset time when the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is received.
Wherein the banknote information includes: true and false information of paper money and serial number of paper money. The first preset time may be preset manually.
In practical application, in order to distinguish whether the reported banknote information is received, after the reported banknote information is detected, the banknote information flag bit in the banknote information queue may be set. The banknote information flag bit may be set as a default, or may be set as a default, for example, when a banknote information queue is established, the banknote information flag bit is set to 0, and after the banknote information of the current banknote is reported to the main control module, the banknote information flag bit is set to 1.
And step S104, if the banknote information reported by the banknote checking mechanism is received within the first preset time of receiving the information that the banknote passes through the banknote checking mechanism, writing the banknote information into the banknote information queue.
In practical application, after the main control module detects the reported paper money information and writes the paper money information into the paper money information queue, the main control module processes the current paper money according to the paper money information; after the processing is finished, the information in the current paper money information queue needs to be emptied so as to process the next paper money.
For example, the processing of the current banknote may be: if the current paper currency crown word number is correct and the paper currency is true, the paper currency passes through the paper currency smoothly; and if the banknote information shows that the crown word number of the current banknote is incorrect or the banknote is a counterfeit banknote, rejecting the banknote and sending a counterfeit banknote report signal. It should be noted that the above is only an example of processing the current banknote, and does not limit the method of processing the current banknote.
The embodiment of the invention monitors whether paper money enters the money detecting mechanism or not in a preset state; if the condition that the paper money enters the money detecting mechanism is monitored, establishing a paper money information queue, and monitoring whether the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is received or not; if the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is received, whether the information of the paper money reported by the money detecting mechanism is received or not is detected within first preset time when the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is received; if the banknote information reported by the banknote checking mechanism is received within a first preset time of receiving the information that the banknote passes through the banknote checking mechanism, writing the banknote information into the banknote information queue; by the method, the paper money information can be timely and effectively acquired.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation of a method for acquiring banknote information according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in the figure, the method may include the following steps:
step S201, in a predetermined state, monitoring whether there is a banknote entering the banknote checking mechanism.
Step S202, if the situation that paper money enters the money detecting mechanism is monitored, a paper money information queue is established, and whether the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is received or not is monitored.
Step S203, if the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is received, whether the information of the paper money reported by the money detecting mechanism is received or not is detected within the first preset time when the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is received.
Steps S201 to S203 are the same as steps S101 to S103, and reference may be made to steps S101 to S103, which are not described herein again.
Step S204, if the banknote information reported by the banknote checking mechanism is not detected within the first preset time of receiving the information that the banknote passes through the banknote checking mechanism, a virtual sensor registration instruction is sent to the banknote checking mechanism, so that the banknote checking mechanism returns the current banknote information after receiving the virtual sensor acquisition instruction.
The virtual sensor registration instruction is a communication instruction between the main control module and the currency detecting mechanism. The main control module sends a sensor registration instruction to a currency detecting mechanism and is used for simulating the function of reporting similar sensor signals; after receiving the instruction of acquiring the information of the paper money, the money detecting mechanism reports a trigger signal of the similar sensor to the main control module, and the main control module determines that the current paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism by receiving the trigger signal of the similar sensor sent by the money detecting mechanism.
And step S205, after the currency detecting mechanism returns the current paper currency information according to the received instruction of registering the virtual sensor, writing the received paper currency information returned by the currency detecting mechanism into the paper currency information queue.
Further, the step of returning the current banknote information by the banknote checking mechanism according to the received instruction of registering the virtual sensor comprises:
acquiring the current preset currency examination time of the currency examination mechanism;
and after receiving the instruction of registering the virtual sensor, the currency detecting mechanism starts a timer, and returns the paper currency information after the timing time of the timer reaches the preset currency detecting time.
The preset currency examination time is obtained according to parameters pre-configured by the main control module. The parameters pre-configured by the main control module comprise: the corresponding relation between the currency detection algorithm of the current currency detection mechanism and the currency detection time required by the algorithm. The currency detecting mechanism can obtain currency detecting time corresponding to a current currency detecting algorithm according to parameters configured by the main control module, namely the corresponding relation, and the currency detecting time is preset currency detecting time.
Further, before returning the banknote information, the method further includes:
confirming whether currency detection calculation of the current paper currency information is finished;
if the currency detection calculation of the current currency note information is finished, returning the currency note information of the current currency note;
if the currency detection calculation of the current currency information of the currency is not finished, returning preset abnormal information, and writing the preset abnormal information into a log.
The preset abnormal information may be information which is preset manually and represents the banknote checking calculation abnormality, and may be text information, symbol information, graphic information, and the like, which is not limited specifically herein.
Illustratively, the preset abnormality information is "banknote detection abnormality". If the currency detection calculation of the current currency information of the currency is not finished, returning currency detection abnormity, and writing the currency detection abnormity into a log so as to facilitate a user to search the reason of the abnormity and perfect a currency detection algorithm.
The embodiment of the invention monitors whether paper money enters the money detecting mechanism or not in a preset state; if the condition that the paper money enters the money detecting mechanism is monitored, establishing a paper money information queue, and monitoring whether the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is received or not; if the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is received, whether the information of the paper money reported by the money detecting mechanism is received or not is detected within first preset time when the information that the paper money passes through the money detecting mechanism is received; if the banknote information reported by the banknote checking mechanism is not detected within the first preset time of receiving the information that the banknote passes through the banknote checking mechanism, sending a banknote information acquisition instruction to the banknote checking mechanism, so that the banknote checking mechanism returns the current banknote information after receiving the banknote information acquisition instruction; and after the currency detecting mechanism returns the current currency information according to the received instruction for acquiring the currency information, writing the received currency information returned by the currency detecting mechanism into the currency information queue. The method enables the time of the paper money reaching the trigger sensor to be dynamically changed according to the preset money detection time, and reduces the design difficulty of the trigger sensor on the basis of guaranteeing effective acquisition of paper money information.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
