The community information kiosk platform establishes a community service system capable of forming multi-party interaction, and takes the internet of things technology as a principle, integrates and applies various sensing technologies, modern network technologies, artificial intelligence and automation technologies, integrates factors such as resident living demand, building development and property management, subdivides various comprehensive information, matches the various comprehensive information according to the requirements of customers, has three characteristics of comprehensive sensing, reliable transmission and intelligent processing, and meets the requirements according to the requirements, so that the purpose that' going outside and home are at your side is realized; at home, the world is in your front.

the communication capacity interface is respectively connected with the intelligent home gateway, the intelligent automobile terminal, the intelligent wearable product and the intelligent industrial control equipment through an industrial gateway; or

the intelligent home gateway is arranged in a home of a cell user and is used for being connected with a set top box and a home security system to acquire data services of the cell user;
the support system interface is used for respectively sending the plurality of data services acquired by the intelligent home gateway to the CRM, the navigation platform, the ISMP, the network management platform, the CRM, the navigation platform, the ISMP and the network management platform, and respectively performing data analysis and data statistics on the plurality of received data services and sending data analysis and data statistics results of the plurality of data services to the terminal management system; the terminal management system also comprises a service operation subsystem, wherein the service operation subsystem comprises service fault management and service statistics, and the service valuation management and the service statistics respectively determine terminal registration management, terminal fault management, terminal upgrade management, terminal configuration management and terminal state management corresponding to cell users according to the data analysis and the data statistics.
