before explaining the embodiments of the present disclosure in detail, an application scenario of the embodiments of the present disclosure is introduced:
The intelligent sound box emerging in recent years is popular with users due to the characteristics of convenience and intelligence, and as a product of upgrading of the traditional sound box, the intelligent sound box is a tool for home consumers to surf the internet by voice, such as song-on-demand, online shopping or weather forecast understanding, and compared with the traditional sound box, the intelligent sound box improves user experience to a great extent. The existing intelligent sound box is controlled by voice of a user, massive network media resources which can be called by the user are stored, feedback of information such as schedules, weather and road conditions can be achieved, and an alarm clock, voice memorandum and the like can be set.
however, since the smart sound box is controlled by voice, no matter the voice is sent by the holder of the smart sound box or sent by a stranger, the sent voice can control the smart sound box as long as the distance between the user sending the voice and the smart sound box is within a certain distance range, and if the stranger controls the smart sound box by voice, the household appliance may be damaged, so that the smart sound box is controlled by the voice of the user to have certain safety. Therefore, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a smart speaker control method capable of avoiding such a situation.

and when receiving the voice control command in the non-working state, sending a reminding message to the trusted device corresponding to the intelligent sound box.
Optionally, the identification of the electronic device is a MAC address.
all the above optional technical solutions can be combined arbitrarily to form optional embodiments of the present disclosure, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not described in detail again.
fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a smart speaker according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 2, the method includes the following steps.
in step 201, an identification of an electronic device within a preset distance range is acquired.
Because the intelligent sound box may receive a voice control command sent by a stranger within a preset distance range, and further damage to the household appliances is caused, certain safety exists in controlling the intelligent sound box through the voice control command of the user. Therefore, in order to improve the security of controlling the smart speaker through the voice control command of the user, the smart speaker needs to acquire the identifier of the electronic device within the preset distance range.
The intelligent sound box can discontinuously scan the electronic equipment within the preset distance range, and then acquire the identification of the scanned electronic equipment.
the preset distance range refers to a distance range in which the intelligent sound box can scan the electronic device, and generally refers to a circular area in which the intelligent sound box is used as a circle center and the preset distance is used as a radius, and any electronic device in the circular area can be scanned by the intelligent sound box, so that the scanned identifier of the electronic device is obtained.
It should be noted that each electronic device has a unique MAC address, so the MAC address is used as an identifier of the electronic device in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and of course, other MAC addresses may also be used as identifiers of the electronic device, and the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited herein.
Since there may be a trusted device corresponding to the smart speaker within the preset distance range, and there may also be no trusted device, the following describes the two cases through step 202 and step 203.
In step 202, when it is determined that there is no trusted device corresponding to the smart sound box within the preset distance range based on the acquired identifier of the electronic device, a transition is made to a non-operating state.
The non-operating state refers to a state in which the voice control command is not executed but the identification of the electronic device can be acquired.
because the trusted device is an electronic device used by a holder of the smart sound box and the untrusted device is an electronic device used by a stranger, when it is determined that the trusted device corresponding to the smart sound box does not exist within the preset distance range based on the acquired identifier of the electronic device, the smart sound box may determine that a voice control command is sent by the stranger if the voice control command is received at the moment. In order to improve the use safety of the intelligent sound box, the intelligent sound box is switched from the working state to the non-working state so as to avoid executing a voice control command sent by a stranger.
In general, the obtained identities of the electronic devices within the preset distance range may only include the identities of the trusted devices, may only include the identities of the untrusted devices, and may include both the identities of the trusted devices and the identities of the untrusted devices. When the electronic equipment identifier in the preset distance range is determined to only comprise the identifier of the trusted equipment, the holder of the intelligent sound box is indicated to be in the close distance of the intelligent sound box, and therefore the intelligent sound box can be continuously in the working state; when the electronic equipment identifier in the preset distance range only comprises the identifier of the untrusted equipment, the holder of the intelligent sound box is not in the close range of the intelligent sound box, and if the intelligent sound box receives a voice control command, the voice control command can be determined to be sent by a stranger, and then the intelligent sound box is in a non-working state; when the electronic equipment identifier in the preset distance range is determined to include both the identifier of the trusted equipment and the identifier of the untrusted equipment, it is indicated that the holder of the smart sound box is located at a close distance from the smart sound box, and at this time, although it is determined that a stranger is also present at the close distance from the smart sound box, in actual circumstances, due to the initiative of the holder of the smart sound box, a security accident can be prevented from occurring, and therefore, in this case, the smart sound box can continue to be in a working state.
It should be noted that the reason why the smart sound box is switched to the non-operating state is to avoid executing a voice control command issued by a stranger, but in the process that the smart sound box is in the non-operating state, a holder of the smart sound box may issue the voice control command to the smart sound box, and therefore in order to be able to execute the voice control command issued by the holder of the smart sound box, the smart sound box still needs to continuously acquire the identifier of the electronic device within the preset distance range in the non-operating state, so that the trusted device and the non-trusted device can still be identified in the non-operating state. Therefore, the non-operating state in the embodiments of the present disclosure refers to a state in which the voice control command is not executed but the identification of the electronic device can be acquired.
it should be noted that, in a general case, a distance range in which the smart speaker can acquire the identifier of the electronic device is a circular area in which the smart speaker is a center of a circle and a preset distance is a radius, and the identifier of any electronic device in the circular area can be acquired by the smart speaker and cannot be acquired from the electronic device outside the circular area.
Further, under the condition that no connection is made with the trusted device, the smart speaker may not recognize which electronic device is the trusted device and which electronic device is the untrusted device, and thus it is not possible to determine whether the trusted device corresponding to the smart speaker exists within the preset distance range. Therefore, before determining that the trusted device corresponding to the smart speaker does not exist within the preset distance range based on the obtained identifier of the electronic device and converting the electronic device to the non-operating state, whether the trusted device corresponding to the smart speaker exists within the preset distance range can be determined according to the connection condition between the smart speaker and the electronic device, and the method can be specifically implemented by the following two possible implementation manners:
in a first possible implementation manner, an identifier of an electronic device bound with a smart sound box is determined; when the obtained identification of any electronic equipment does not exist in the electronic equipment identification bound with the intelligent sound box, determining that the trusted equipment corresponding to the intelligent sound box does not exist in a preset distance range; and when the acquired identification of any electronic equipment exists in the electronic equipment identification bound with the intelligent sound box, determining that the trusted equipment corresponding to the intelligent sound box exists in the preset distance range.
In order to facilitate information transmission between the electronic device and the intelligent sound box, a holder of the intelligent sound box can bind the electronic device and the intelligent sound box in advance, and the intelligent sound box can determine the identification of the electronic device as long as the bound electronic device is located within a preset distance range which can be scanned by the intelligent sound box.
Further, when the holder of the smart speaker sends a voice control command for information transmission between the bound electronic device and the smart speaker, the smart speaker can directly execute the voice control command. For example, the holder of the smart speaker binds the mobile phone and the smart speaker in advance, and when the bound mobile phone is within a preset distance range that the smart speaker can scan, and a voice control command sent by the holder of the smart speaker controls the smart speaker to play music stored in the mobile phone, at this time, the smart speaker can play the music stored in the mobile phone.
It should be noted that, when the electronic device is primarily bound to the smart speaker, the smart speaker may store the identifier of the bound electronic device in the designated location of the designated path, and on the one hand, when the smart speaker detects the bound electronic device again, since the identifier of the bound electronic device is already stored in the designated location, it is not necessary to confirm the connection again, and information transmission may be directly performed between the smart speaker and the bound electronic device. On the other hand, whether the acquired identification of any electronic equipment exists in the electronic equipment identifications bound with the intelligent sound box and stored in the designated position can be judged.
Further, after the identification of the electronic device bound to the smart speaker is determined, the identification of the electronic device bound to the smart speaker may be compared with the acquired identifications of the electronic devices one by one, and then it is determined whether the acquired identification of any electronic device exists in the identification of the electronic device bound to the smart speaker. When the electronic equipment identifier bound with the intelligent sound box is judged to be free of the acquired identifier of any electronic equipment, the fact that the trusted equipment corresponding to the intelligent sound box does not exist in the preset distance range can be determined, and at the moment, the intelligent sound box is converted into a non-working state so as to avoid executing a voice control command sent by a stranger. When the electronic equipment identifier bound with the intelligent sound box is judged to have the acquired identifier of any electronic equipment, the trusted equipment corresponding to the intelligent sound box is determined to exist in the preset distance range, and the intelligent sound box is continuously in a working state so as to execute the voice control command sent by the holder of the intelligent sound box in time.
In a second possible implementation manner, the identifier of the electronic device which is historically connected with the intelligent sound box and plays audio through the intelligent sound box is determined; when the identification of any electronic equipment does not exist in the identification of the electronic equipment which is historically connected with the intelligent sound box and performs audio playing through the intelligent sound box, determining that the trusted equipment corresponding to the intelligent sound box does not exist in a preset distance range; when the obtained identification of any electronic equipment exists in the identification of the electronic equipment which is connected with the intelligent sound box in history and performs audio playing through the intelligent sound box, the trusted equipment corresponding to the intelligent sound box is determined to exist in the preset distance range.
In actual implementation, the holder of the smart speaker may not bind the electronic device and the smart speaker that hold in advance, but connect the electronic device and the smart speaker and play audio through the smart speaker at every time of use, and therefore, the smart speaker can determine the identifier of the electronic device that has been connected to the smart speaker history and has played audio through the smart speaker, and then determine whether there is the identifier of any electronic device that has been obtained in the identifier of the electronic device that has been connected to the smart speaker history and has played audio through the smart speaker.
it should be noted that, when the electronic device is initially connected to the smart speaker, the smart speaker may store the identifier of the electronic device connected this time in the designated location of the designated path, so that when it is determined whether the identifier of any electronic device that has been connected to the smart speaker history and performs audio playing through the smart speaker exists in the identifier of the electronic device that has been connected to the smart speaker history and performs audio playing through the smart speaker, the identifier of the electronic device that has been connected to the smart speaker history and performs audio playing through the smart speaker stored in the designated location may be used.
further, after determining the identifier of the electronic device that has been historically connected to the smart speaker and performs audio playing through the smart speaker, the identifier of the electronic device that has been historically connected to the smart speaker and performs audio playing through the smart speaker may be compared with the obtained identifiers of the electronic devices one by one, and it is determined whether the obtained identifier of any electronic device exists in the identifiers of the electronic devices that have been historically connected to the smart speaker and perform audio playing through the smart speaker. When the fact that the obtained identification of any electronic equipment does not exist in the identification of the electronic equipment which is connected with the intelligent sound box in history and plays audio through the intelligent sound box is judged, it can be determined that the trusted equipment corresponding to the intelligent sound box does not exist in the preset distance range, and at the moment, the intelligent sound box is switched to a non-working state so as to avoid executing a voice control command sent by a stranger. When judging that the identification of any electronic equipment exists in the identification of the electronic equipment which is connected with the intelligent sound box in history and plays audio through the intelligent sound box, determining that the trusted equipment corresponding to the intelligent sound box exists in the preset distance range, and at the moment, the intelligent sound box continues to be in a working state so as to execute the voice control command sent by the holder of the intelligent sound box in time.
In step 203, when it is determined that the trusted device corresponding to the smart speaker exists within the preset distance range and is currently in a non-operating state based on the acquired identifier of the electronic device, the trusted device is switched to an operating state, where the operating state is a state in which a voice control command is executed and the identifier of the electronic device can be acquired.
Because the smart sound box may still obtain the identifier of the trusted device corresponding to the smart sound box within the preset distance range when the smart sound box is in the non-operating state, the smart sound box needs to be switched from the non-operating state to the operating state in order to be able to execute the voice control command sent by the holder of the smart sound box in time.
in practical implementation, when it is determined that the trusted device corresponding to the smart speaker exists within the preset distance range based on the acquired identifier of the electronic device, if the smart speaker receives the voice control command at this time, it may be determined that the voice control command is sent by a holder of the trusted device, and at this time, the smart speaker may execute the received voice control command while still continuously acquiring the identifier of the electronic device within the preset distance range. Therefore, the operating state in the embodiments of the present disclosure refers to a state in which a voice control command is executed and the identification of the electronic device can be acquired.
It should be noted that, based on the description of the non-operating state, the identifier of the electronic device that can be obtained in the operating state in the embodiment of the present disclosure refers to an identifier of the electronic device that is within a preset distance range.
it should be further noted that, in order to improve the alertness of the holder of the smart sound box, when the smart sound box receives the voice control command in the non-operating state, a reminding message is sent to the trusted device corresponding to the smart sound box, so as to notify the holder of the smart sound box that a stranger may want to control the smart sound box through the voice control command at present.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the identifier of the electronic device within the preset distance range is acquired, and when it is determined that the trusted device corresponding to the smart sound box does not exist within the preset distance range based on the acquired identifier of the electronic device, the electronic device is switched to the non-operating state. That is, when it is determined that there is no trusted device corresponding to the smart speaker within the preset distance range, the smart speaker may be directly switched to the non-operating state, thereby avoiding executing a voice control command issued by a stranger, and improving the safety of use of the smart speaker.
