When embodiments of the present invention refer to the ordinal numbers "first", "second", etc., it should be understood that the operations are to be performed only for distinguishing between them, unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of an electronic device 100 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the electronic device 100 includes a display unit 102, a detection unit 103, an activation unit 104, a statistics unit 105, a determination unit 106, a storage unit 107, and a shutdown unit 108, which are coupled to a bus 101. Fig. 1 shows electronic device 100 having various components, but it should be understood that the implementation of electronic device 100 need not necessarily require all of the illustrated components, and that electronic device 100 may be implemented with more or fewer components, in the present invention, electronic device 100 has a display screen 110.
Hereinafter, each of the above components will be explained.
The display screen 110 may be implemented by using, for example, an Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED), an electroluminescent display screen (EL), an electrophoretic display screen (EPD), an electrochromic display screen (ECD), a liquid crystal display screen (LCD), an active matrix LCD (amlcd), a Plasma Display Panel (PDP), or the like.
In addition to the above-described configuration, the display screen 110 may be implemented by using electronic paper (e-paper) that can change pictures or texts using electrophoresis using twist balls or capsules.
The display screen 110 may be implemented in two or more display screens in number according to a configuration of the electronic device 100. For example, a plurality of display screens may be integrally or individually arranged on one surface, or arranged on different surfaces.
The display screen 110 may display information processed in the electronic device 100. For example, when electronic device 100 is in a phone call mode, display screen 110 may display a User Interface (UI) or Graphical User Interface (GUI) associated with the call.
The display unit 102 is configured to display icons of one or more applications, an interactive interface of one or more applications, and the like on the display screen 110.
The detection unit 103 is configured to detect an operation of an application icon displayed on the display screen 110 by a user or an operation of a preset button, an operation option, a hover button, and the like on an application interface displayed on the display screen 110.
An initiating unit 104 for initiating the relevant application in response to the operation detected by the detecting unit 103. For example, the starting unit starts the application a corresponding to the application icon a in response to the operation of the application icon a detected by the detection unit 103.
And the counting unit 105 is used for recording the use conditions of the applications in the electronic equipment according to a time sequence within a preset time length, and recording the starting time and the starting sequence of each application, wherein the application is considered to be started once when the application interface appears in the foreground each time. The statistical result of the statistical unit 105 is saved in the form of an app usage record table. And recording the starting time and the starting sequence of the application in the app use case record table.
It should be understood that the preset time period is a preset time period, and can be measured in days or hours, and the specific value of the time period is not limited, for example, the preset time period is 30 days. In addition, the statistics of the application use condition in the preset time period by the statistics unit described in the present invention refers to the statistics performed before the application is started, that is, the preset time period represents the preset time length before the application is started.
The counting unit 105 may further include parameters of the application interface in the counting process, that is, count the number of times of other applications that are subsequently started when the application is applied to different application interfaces respectively.
A determining unit 106, configured to determine, based on the statistical result of the statistical unit 105 within a preset time period, an application strongly related to the application a, or an application strongly related to an application interface of the application a. The "strongly correlated application" described in the present invention means an application having a strong correlation, and the strongly correlated application of the application a is one or several applications having the highest probability of being started after the application a is started.
The application strongly related to the application a may be determined based on the size of the probability of starting other applications after the application a (App-a) is started, which is counted within a preset time period, or the application strongly related to a certain interface of the application a may be determined based on the size of the probability of starting other applications when the application a is in the certain interface, which is counted within the preset time period. The determining unit 106 determines the respective strongly correlated applications of all applications installed in the system according to the statistical result of the statistical unit 105, or alternatively, the determining unit 106 determines only the strongly correlated applications of a part of the applications. Part of the applications can be common applications customized by a user or common applications preset by a system. The determination result of the determination unit 106 may be implemented in the form of an application association table as shown in table 1.
Figure GWB0000003331040000111
Figure GWB0000003331040000121
TABLE 1
It should be understood that the determining unit 106 analyzes the application usage based on a preset rule, and the size of the probability may be a specific threshold value of the probability, or may be an arrangement order of the probabilities. For example, for application a, the number of times application B, application C, application dx,PxSelecting probability of occurrence P as the number of times application x is started/total number of times each application is startedxGreater than a certain threshold value PTApplication of, or probability of occurrence PxApplication, or probability of occurrence, P, in the first Y bitsxGreater than a certain threshold value PTAnd the application located in the top Y bit is taken as the relevant application of application a. Wherein a specific threshold value PTSpecific values of (b) are not limiting, for example as shown in table 1, PT may alternatively be 40%. The specific value of Y is also not limited, for example, Y is 3, and 3 applications with the probability of occurrence ranking in the first 3 bits are related applications.
The determining unit 106 may periodically update the application association table, so that the association between the applications may be periodically adjusted according to the use condition of the user.
The app usage record table and the application association table described in the present invention are stored in the electronic device in the form of a database table, and optionally, stored in an internal or external memory card of the electronic device. The app usage record table and the application association table may use database file formats common in the art, including but not limited to: CSV comma separated value file, DAT data file, WrodPerfect merged data file, Paradox 7 table by DB Borland, DBC Microsoft Visual FoxPro database container file, etc. Particularly, when the operating system installed in the electronic device is Android, the data storage scheme which can be adopted is SQLite; when the operating system installed in the electronic device is iOS, the data storage scheme that can be adopted is SQLite, CoreData, nsuserderfaults, or a personalized data storage scheme customized using a basic object type.
The method for determining the strongly correlated application based on the size of the probability of starting the other application after starting the first application counted within the preset time period is described above, and the manner of determining the strongly correlated application may also be various, for example, the application strongly correlated to the first application may be determined based on the size of the length of the usage time counted within the preset time period after starting the other application, or, alternatively, the application strongly correlated to the first application may be determined based on the size of the number of times of returning to the first application after starting the other application counted within the preset time period.
For example, after the first application is started, the second application, the third application or the fourth application is started, and it is assumed that the user uses the second application, the third application or the fourth application for 1 minute, 3 minutes and 5 minutes, respectively, and it is determined that the fourth application is a strongly relevant application of the first application based on the usage duration.
In another case, after the first application is started, the second application, the third application or the fourth application is respectively started, and it is assumed that the number of times that the user returns to the first application again after using the second application is 8 times, the number of times that the user returns to the first application again after using the third application is 3 times, the number of times that the user returns to the first application again after using the fourth application is 1 time, and the second application is determined to be a strongly-relevant application of the first application based on the number of times of the return.
Moreover, the user may also manually change the strongly related application determined by the determining unit 106, or the user may also change the strongly related application preset when the electronic device leaves the factory. Therefore, when using the electronic device, the user may edit the strongly related application of the application a, for example, the strongly related application of the application a determined by the determining unit is the application B, the user may change the application B to the application C more commonly used by the user, or add the application D on the basis of the application B, and optionally, the user may further adjust the arrangement order of the strongly related applications.
The storage unit 107 is configured to store the statistical result of the statistical unit 105 and the data such as the application association table determined by the determination unit 106. The storage unit 105 may also store software programs for processing and controlling operations performed by a processor described below, or may temporarily store input or output data (e.g., a phonebook, messages, still images, video, etc.).
The storage unit 107 may be implemented using any type of suitable storage medium, including a flash memory type, a hard disk type, a multimedia card, a memory card (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), a magnetic memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, and so forth. Also, the electronic apparatus 100 may operate in relation to a network storage on the internet that performs the storage function of the storage unit 107.
A closing unit 108 for closing the relevant application in response to the operation detected by the detection unit 103.
The electronic device 100 also includes a processor, which is the control center of the electronic device 100, connects various parts of the entire electronic device 100 using various interfaces and lines, and executes instructions, performs interrupt operations, provides timing functions, and many other functions. Optionally, the processor includes one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs), and optionally, the electronic device 100 includes more than one processor. The processor may be a single core (single CPU) processor or a multi-core (multi-CPU) processor. The term "processor" as used herein refers to one or more devices, circuits, and/or processing cores that process data, such as computer program instructions.
The processor may execute program code stored in the data storage device. Alternatively, the program code stored in the storage medium of the data storage device may be copied into the storage unit for execution by the processor.
The electronic device 100 also includes a communication interface for communicating with another device or system, either directly or through an external network.
Optionally, the electronic device 100 further comprises an input device (not shown). An input device is coupled to the processor and is capable of receiving user input in one or more ways. Examples of input devices include a mouse, keyboard, touch screen device, sensing device, and so forth.
The above-described elements of the electronic device 100 may be coupled to each other by any one or any combination of buses 101, such as a data bus, an address bus, a control bus, an expansion bus, and a local bus.
