The docking server pushes the searched target clearing institution identification to the second terminal for display so as to enable the second user identification to finally confirm and select the clearing institution to be bound, the second terminal sends a binding request to the docking server according to the confirmation operation of the second user identification, the binding request carries the confirmed clearing institution identification to be bound, the docking server establishes the docking relationship between the transaction institution identification and the clearing institution identification to be bound, and then a clearing task is generated according to the established docking relationship so as to carry out subsequent clearing on the transaction settlement order data.

In this embodiment, if a clearing institution including keyword information is not found in the current clearing institution list, sending a reminding message for constructing the clearing institution to the second terminal, where the reminding message includes transaction institution information that needs to establish a binding relationship, and the second user identifier performs corresponding entry of the clearing institution information according to the transaction institution information. The docking server establishes a docking relationship between the transaction mechanism identification and the clearing mechanism identification, adds the newly-built clearing mechanism identification into the clearing mechanism list, and pushes the updated clearing mechanism identification and the updated clearing mechanism information in the clearing mechanism list in the docking server to the clearing platform so that the clearing platform can synchronously update the clearing mechanisms.
The newly created clearinghouse information may be the same as the exchange information. Further, when the clearing institution information is recorded, the system automatically records the transaction institution information in the reminding information into a clearing institution recording form, and the second user identification can modify the automatically recorded information.
In this embodiment, the establishment of the clearinghouse information is performed according to the transaction house information, that is, the establishment and maintenance of a new clearinghouse are performed using the transaction house information, and the docking relationship between the transaction house and the clearinghouse is naturally established.
In one embodiment, in step S202: receiving transaction form data uploaded by a first terminal, wherein the transaction form data is transaction data recorded by a first user identifier based on a transaction form template, and the method further comprises the following steps after the first user identifier has a transaction form management authority:

And the clearing task pushing module 510 is configured to generate a clearing task according to the clearing institution identification and the transaction settlement data, and push the clearing task to the clearing platform, so that the clearing platform processes the clearing task to obtain a clearing result.
And the clearing result receiving module 512 is used for receiving the clearing result and marking the state of the transaction statement data corresponding to the clearing result as cleared.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the docking relationship obtaining module 508 includes:
the keyword obtaining module 602 is configured to obtain keyword information that is pre-allocated to the trading institution identifier if a clearing institution having a docking relationship with the trading institution identifier is not found.
And the searching module 604 is configured to search for the target clearing institution identification with the keyword information in the clearing institution list, and push the searched target clearing institution identification to the second terminal for display.
A binding request module 606, configured to receive a binding request sent by the second terminal, where the binding request carries the identifier of the clearinghouse to be bound selected from the target clearinghouse identifiers.
A binding module 608, configured to establish a docking relationship between the transaction mechanism identifier and the to-be-bound clearinghouse identifier.
In an embodiment, the docking relationship obtaining module 508 is further configured to send a clearing institution constructing reminder to the second terminal if the target clearing institution identifier with the keyword information is not found; receiving a clearing mechanism construction request sent by a second terminal, wherein the clearing mechanism construction request carries information of a clearing mechanism to be constructed; and adding the clearing mechanism identification corresponding to the clearing mechanism information into the clearing mechanism list, and establishing a butt joint relation between the constructed clearing mechanism identification and the transaction mechanism.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the transaction data processing apparatus further includes:
the bridge crossing determining module 702 is configured to determine whether the received transaction hand-shaking list data includes bridge crossing transaction information, and if yes, split the transaction hand-shaking list data into sub-transaction hand-shaking list data of a set number according to the bridge crossing transaction information.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the clearing result is commission data cleared based on the transaction settlement data, and the transaction data processing apparatus further includes:
and a commission data pushing module 514, configured to push the received commission data to the first terminal corresponding to the first user identifier.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes in the methods of the embodiments described above may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, for example, in the storage medium of a computer system, and executed by at least one processor in the computer system, so as to implement the processes of the embodiments including the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A method of transaction data processing, the method comprising:
receiving transaction receipt data uploaded by a first terminal, wherein the transaction receipt data is a first user identifier, the transaction data is generated by bond transaction between two transaction parties recorded based on a transaction receipt template and marked as unremoved transaction data in a transaction platform, and the first user identifier has a transaction receipt management authority; the transaction deal book data comprises bond names, earnings and volume denominations;
issuing the uploaded transaction form data;
receiving a clearing request triggered by the second terminal to the issued transaction settlement sheet data, wherein a second user identifier corresponding to the second terminal has a clearing authority; the clearing request carries a transaction settlement list identifier selected by the second user identifier and to be cleared; extracting a trading mechanism identification in the trading deal order data, and searching a clearing mechanism identification having a butt joint relation with the trading mechanism identification, wherein the trading mechanism identification having the butt joint relation and the clearing mechanism identification correspond to the same financial mechanism;
if the clearing institution which has a butt joint relation with the trading institution identification is not found, acquiring keyword information which is distributed for the trading institution identification in advance; the keyword information comprises one or more characteristic fields in the transaction institution identification;
searching for a target clearing mechanism identifier with the keyword information in a clearing mechanism list, and pushing the searched target clearing mechanism identifier to the second terminal for displaying; when a plurality of keywords of the keyword information are available, the target clearing institution identification is a clearing institution identification including all the keywords in the keyword information;
receiving a binding request sent by the second terminal, wherein the binding request carries a to-be-bound clearinghouse identifier selected from the target clearinghouse identifiers; the first user identification and the user identification with the organization binding supervision authority are also used for auditing the issued data about to establish the binding relationship;
when the feedback suggestion aiming at the data about to establish the binding relationship is not received within the set time, establishing the butt joint relationship between the transaction mechanism identification and the to-be-bound clearinghouse identification;
generating a clearing task according to the clearing mechanism identification and the transaction settlement statement data, and pushing the generated clearing task to a clearing platform so that the clearing platform processes the clearing task to obtain a clearing result;
and receiving the clearing result, and marking the state of the corresponding transaction statement data as cleared.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the target clearing mechanism identification with the keyword information is not found, sending a clearing mechanism construction reminding message to the second terminal;
receiving a clearing mechanism construction request sent by a second terminal, wherein the clearing mechanism construction request carries information of a clearing mechanism to be constructed;
and adding a clearing mechanism identifier corresponding to the clearing mechanism information into a clearing mechanism list, and establishing a built butt joint relation between the clearing mechanism identifier and the transaction mechanism identifier.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of receiving transaction statement data uploaded by the first terminal, wherein the transaction statement data is entered by a first user identifier based on a statement template, and the first user identifier has a statement management authority, the method further comprises:
and judging whether the received transaction hand-off bill data contains bridge crossing transaction information, if so, splitting the transaction hand-off bill data into sub-transaction hand-off bill data with a set number according to the bridge crossing transaction information.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the clearing result is commission data cleared based on the transaction statement data, the method further comprising:
pushing the received commission data to the first terminal corresponding to the first user identification.

The method according to claim 3, wherein the bridge crossing transaction information comprises bridge crossing times, and the bridge crossing times are used for determining the number of sub-transaction hand-shaking orders obtained by splitting the transaction hand-shaking order data; the method further comprises the following steps:
and when clearing, clearing each sub-transaction settlement list to obtain a clearing result of each sub-transaction settlement list.
6. A transaction data processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:

the clearing request receiving module is used for receiving a clearing request triggered by the second terminal to the issued transaction settlement statement data, and a second user identifier corresponding to the second terminal has a clearing authority; the clearing request carries a transaction settlement list identifier selected by the second user identifier and to be cleared;
the system comprises a docking relation acquisition module, a transaction institution identification acquisition module and a clearing institution identification acquisition module, wherein the docking relation acquisition module is used for extracting the transaction institution identification in the transaction order data and searching the clearing institution identification which has a docking relation with the transaction institution identification, and the transaction institution identification and the clearing institution identification which have the docking relation correspond to the same financial institution;
the docking relationship acquisition module includes:
the keyword acquisition module is used for acquiring keyword information which is distributed for the trading mechanism identification in advance if a clearing mechanism which has a butt joint relation with the trading mechanism identification is not found; the keyword information comprises one or more characteristic fields in the transaction institution identification;
the searching module is used for searching the target clearing mechanism identification with the keyword information in the clearing mechanism list and pushing the searched target clearing mechanism identification to the second terminal for displaying; when a plurality of keywords of the keyword information are available, the target clearing institution identification is a clearing institution identification including all the keywords in the keyword information;
a binding request module, configured to receive a binding request sent by the second terminal, where the binding request carries a to-be-bound clearinghouse identifier selected from the target clearinghouse identifiers; the first user identification and the user identification with the organization binding supervision authority are also used for auditing the issued data about to establish the binding relationship;
the binding module is used for establishing a butt joint relation between the transaction mechanism identification and the to-be-bound clearinghouse identification when a feedback opinion aiming at the data about to establish the binding relation is not received within a set time;
the clearing task pushing module is used for generating a clearing task according to the clearing mechanism identification and the transaction settlement data and pushing the clearing task to a clearing platform so that the clearing platform processes the clearing task to obtain a clearing result;
and the clearing result receiving module is used for receiving the clearing result and marking the state of the corresponding transaction deal form data as cleared.

The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the docking relationship obtaining module is further configured to send a clearing institution construction reminder to the second terminal if the target clearing institution identifier with the keyword information is not found; receiving a clearing mechanism construction request sent by a second terminal, wherein the clearing mechanism construction request carries information of a clearing mechanism to be constructed; and adding a clearing mechanism identifier corresponding to the clearing mechanism information into a clearing mechanism list, and establishing a built butt joint relation between the clearing mechanism identifier and the transaction mechanism identifier.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the bridge crossing judging module is used for judging whether the received transaction hand-traffic order data contains bridge crossing transaction information, and if so, dividing the transaction hand-traffic order data into sub-transaction hand-traffic order data with a set number according to the bridge crossing transaction information.
9. The apparatus of any of claims 6-8, wherein the clearing result is commission data cleared based on the transaction statement data, the apparatus further comprising:
and the commission data pushing module is used for pushing the received commission data to a first terminal corresponding to the first user identification.
