Detailed Description
In the prior art, a user needs to obtain contact information from an electronic mailbox in some application scenarios to meet the use requirements of the user, for example, the user wants to obtain the name of a contact so as to paste the name of the contact to a table or Word processing software (such as Word); for another example, the user wants to obtain the mailbox address of the contact person, so that the user can send a mail to the obtained email address; for another example, the user wants to obtain a contact phone number of a contact person, so that the user can store the contact phone number in an address book of the user, and the like.
In the application scenario, the user can obtain the desired contact information by copying and pasting the contact information from the contact information stored in the electronic mailbox. However, this way of obtaining contact information is relatively straightforward.
In the prior art, the email box may also allow the user to obtain contact information by:
the user can input the mailbox address of the mail receiver in the address bar (which can be the address bar of the receiver or the address bar of the copy-to-send person) of the mail editing interface, and after the user inputs the mailbox address, the mailbox address input by the user and the user name corresponding to the mailbox address can be displayed in the address bar. For example, after the user enters "zhangsan @163. com" in the address bar, "zhangsan < zhangsan @163.com >" may be displayed in the address bar.
In this way, when the user acquires the contact information, the user may directly copy the information displayed in the address bar, for example, "zhangsan < zhangsan @163.com >" is displayed in the address bar, the user may directly copy "zhangsan" from the address bar to obtain the name of the contact, or the user may directly copy "zhangsan @163. com" from the address bar to obtain the mailbox address of the contact.
However, when a user acquires information of multiple contacts from an address bar in a copying manner, an electronic mailbox usually copies a displayed user name and a mailbox address together by default, so that if the user wants to accurately acquire the contact information, the user name or the mailbox address of each contact needs to be copied separately, which results in complex operation of the user.
In addition, in the prior art, when the user copies the user name or mailbox address of the contact in the address bar, the electronic mailbox may also allow the user to copy all user information of the contact in the electronic mailbox, so that the user may obtain a plurality of information of the contact, for example, after the user name in the address bar is copied, the user name, the mailbox address corresponding to the user name, the contact way corresponding to the user name, and the like may be obtained by copying the user name in the address bar. However, such a manner of retrieving all information for a contact in an electronic mailbox may result in the user retrieving unwanted information.
In summary, in the prior art, when a user acquires contact information from an electronic mailbox, the manner is relatively single, the operation is relatively complex, and the problem that the desired information cannot be accurately acquired exists.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present application provides a method and an apparatus for processing user information in an email box, where the method includes: monitoring operation of first information for communication in an electronic mailbox; when the operation is determined to be a setting operation, receiving a processing instruction for processing an information set pointed by first information, wherein the information set is a set of user information which can be used by a user in the electronic mailbox; and processing the information set pointed by the first information according to the processing instruction.
In this way, when a user performs a setting operation on some information of a contact in the email box to obtain the information of the contact, the client of the email box may be regarded as receiving a processing instruction for processing an information set pointed by the information, and perform corresponding processing on the information set according to the processing instruction. In this way, the information set pointed by the information is any information set which can be used by the contact person in the electronic mailbox, so that the user can process more information of the contact person through the operation on certain information of the contact person, and the way for the user to acquire the information of the contact person is diversified.
In addition, the information set pointed by the first information is a set of any information which can be used by the contact of the user in the electronic mailbox, so that the processing of any information which can be used by the user can be realized, and the user can accurately acquire the desired information.
The technical solutions of the present application will be described clearly and completely below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic mailbox may be a personal mailbox or an enterprise mailbox, where the electronic mailbox may be a mailbox logged in by a PC or a mailbox logged in by a mobile terminal, and is not particularly limited.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a method for processing user information in an electronic mailbox according to an embodiment of the present application. The method is as follows. The execution subject of the embodiment of the present application may be a client of the electronic mailbox (hereinafter referred to as a client).
Step 102: operations on first information for communication in an electronic mailbox are monitored.
In step 102, when a user wants to acquire information of a contact in an electronic mailbox, the user can log in the electronic mailbox at a mobile terminal or a PC terminal, and after the client determines that the user logs in the electronic mailbox, the client can monitor the operation of the user on certain information of the contact in the electronic mailbox; or after the user logs in the electronic mailbox, the operation of the user on certain information of the contact in the electronic mailbox can be monitored in the process of using the electronic mailbox. Wherein, certain information of the contact can be regarded as first information for communication.
In this embodiment of the application, the first information used for communication may be information of one contact of the user in the electronic mailbox, may also be information of multiple contacts of the user in the electronic mailbox, and may also be information of one or more contact groups of the user in the electronic mailbox, which is not specifically limited.
The first information may specifically be: and at least one of a mailbox address, a mailbox name and a contact way of the contact in the electronic mailbox. For example, the first information may be a mailbox address, and the first information may also be a user name and a mailbox address. That is, the number of pieces of information included in the first information may be one or more.
The mailbox address may be a mailbox name used for communication, the user name may be a user name of the contact stored in the email by the user, or may be a user identifier of the contact stored in a server corresponding to the email (for example, a user name used when the contact registers the email), and the contact manner may be a contact phone of the contact, or address information of the contact, and the like.
In addition, in practical applications, the first information may further include other information related to the contact according to a difference between the electronic mailboxes, for example, if the electronic mailbox is an enterprise mailbox, the first information may further include information such as a number of the contact in an enterprise or a company.
In this embodiment of the application, the first information may be located in an address bar of the electronic mailbox (at this time, an application scenario of the embodiment of the application may be that the user wants to obtain information of a contact from the address bar), where the address bar may be an address bar of a recipient, an address bar of a carbon copy sender, an address bar of a recipient and an address bar of a carbon copy sender, and is not particularly limited. At this time, the first information may be at least one of a user name and a mailbox address.
In addition, the first information may also be located in a contact list of the email editing interface (in this case, the application scenario of the embodiment of the present application may be information that the user wants to obtain a contact from the contact list), and in this case, the first information may be a user name displayed in the contact list.
In practical application, the position of the first information may also be determined according to different electronic mailboxes, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited.
Thus, step 104 may be performed during the monitoring of the first information for communication in the electronic mailbox.
Step 104: and receiving a processing instruction for processing the information set pointed by the first information when the operation is determined to be the setting operation.
In step 104, when the operation of monitoring the first information is a setting operation, the client may be considered to receive a processing instruction for the information set pointed to by the first information.
The setting operation may be a selection operation, a single-click operation, a double-click operation, a long-press operation, or a hover operation, and specifically, the setting operation may be determined according to an email box of a PC terminal and an email box of a mobile terminal, for example, if the user logs in the email box at the PC terminal, the setting operation may be a selection operation (i.e., selecting the first information), a single-click operation, a double-click operation, or a hover operation (i.e., moving a cursor to a position of the first information); if the user logs in the email at the mobile terminal, the setting operation may be a selection operation, a click operation, or a long-time press operation.
When the client monitors that the operation on the first information is one of the setting operations described above, it may be considered that a processing operation for processing an information set pointed by the first information is received.
In this embodiment of the application, the information set pointed to by the first information may be a set of any user information that can be used by the contact in the electronic mailbox. Specifically, the number of information included in the information set may be one or more.
If the number of the information contained in the information set is one, the information set may be at least one of the first information, and specifically, if the number of the information contained in the first information is one, the information set may be the first information; if the number of the information included in the first information is multiple, the information set may be at least one of the first information.
The information set may be one of all the user information available to the contact in the electronic mailbox, except the first information.
For example, when the user information that the contact can use in the email box is a user name, a mailbox address, a contact address and a number in a company, if the first information is the user name, the information set may be the mailbox address, the contact address or the number; if the first information is the user name and the mailbox address, the information set may be the contact information or the number.
If the number of the information sets is multiple, the information sets may be at least two of the first information (in this case, the number of the information included in the first information is not less than 2), or may be at least one of the first information and at least one of the user information of the contact excluding the first information in the electronic mailbox, or may be at least two of the user information of the contact excluding the first information in the electronic mailbox.
For example, when the user information that the contact can use in the email box is a user name, a mailbox address, a contact address and a number in a company, if the first information is the user name, the information set may be the user name and the mailbox address, the user name, the mailbox address and the contact address, or the mailbox address, the contact address and the number; if the first information is the user name and the mailbox address, the information set may be the user name and the mailbox address, the user name, the mailbox address, and the contact address, or the user name, the contact address, and the number.
That is, one or more pieces of information included in the information set may be the first information, or may be user information excluding the first information from the user information that can be used by the contact in the electronic mailbox as well as the first information.
In this way, after the user performs the setting operation on the first information, the processing operation on the information set may be triggered, and the client may be regarded as receiving a processing instruction on the information set, so that the user information that the user can process is diversified, and further, the manner of acquiring the contact information is also diversified.
In another embodiment provided by the present application, when determining that the operation is a setting operation, the receiving, by the client, a processing instruction for processing an information set pointed to by the first information specifically includes:
when the operation is determined to be a setting operation, displaying a processing option for processing the information set;
and receiving a processing instruction for processing the information set, wherein the processing instruction is obtained by selecting the processing option.
That is, when it is determined that the operation on the first information is monitored to be one of the setting operations described above, the client may display a processing option for processing the information set pointed to by the first information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the number of the processing options displayed by the client may be at least divided into the following two cases:
in the first case: the number of the information sets pointed to by the first information may be one or more, and the number of the options included in the processing options may be the same as the number of the information sets.
In this embodiment of the application, the number of the information sets pointed by the first information may be one, or may be multiple, for example, when the number of the information sets is one, the information sets may be user names; when the number of the information sets is two, the two information sets can be a user name, a user name and a mailbox address respectively; when the number of the information sets is three, the three information sets can be a user name, a mailbox address, a user name and a mailbox address respectively.
Thus, for one of the information sets, the processing options may include a processing option for processing the one of the information sets; for a plurality of the information sets, the processing options may include an option to process each of the information sets, that is, for each of the information sets, one option may correspond to each of the processing options.
For example, if the information set is a user name (the number of the information sets is 1), the processing options may include an option for processing the user name; if the information sets are user names, and mailbox addresses (the number of the information sets is 2), the processing options may include an option for processing the user names, and an option for processing the user names and the mailbox addresses.
In the second case: the number of the information in the information set is one or more, and the number of the options contained in the processing options is the same as the number of the information in the information set.
As can be seen from the above description, the number of information in the information set may be one or more, and the processing option may include one option for an information set including one information, and the processing option may include a plurality of options for an information set including a plurality of information, that is, the number of the processing options is the same as the number of information in the information set, and each information in the information set may correspond to one option in the processing option.
For example, if the information set includes one information: a user name, the processing option may be an option for processing the user name; if the information set comprises three pieces of information: user name, mailbox address and contact address, the processing options may include three options: the option for processing the user name, the option for processing the mailbox address and the option for processing the contact information.
For the above two cases, the processing option may be displayed in a floating layer or a pull-down menu, and specifically may be displayed above the first information, so that the user may select the processing option conveniently. Wherein the processing options may include an option to copy the information set. In practical applications, the method may further include an option of performing other processing on the information set, which is not specifically limited herein, and this embodiment of the present application may take the example of performing copy processing on the information set as an example.
After the client displays the processing options, the user may select the processing options, and after the user selects the processing options, the client may regard as receiving a processing instruction for processing the information set, that is, the selection instruction may be obtained by selecting the processing options.
After receiving the processing instruction, the client may execute step 106.
Step 106: and processing the information set pointed by the first information according to the processing instruction.
In step 106, after receiving the processing instruction for processing the information set, the client may process the information set according to the processing instruction.
In this embodiment of the application, the processing, by the client, the information set pointed to by the first information according to the processing instruction includes:
determining user information which can be used by the user in the electronic mailbox according to the first information;
determining the information set needing to be processed from the user information according to the processing instruction;
and processing the information set according to the processing instruction.
That is, when the client processes the information set pointed to by the first information according to the processing instruction:
first, the client may determine, according to the first information, user information that may be used in the electronic mailbox by a contact that the user wants to acquire.
Specifically, the client may send request information to a server corresponding to the electronic mailbox by using the first information as a keyword, where the request information may include the first information, the request information may be used to request the server to search all user information that can be used by a contact corresponding to the first information in the electronic mailbox, and the server may return the searched user information to the client after obtaining the user information by searching. The user information searched from the server may be personal information filled by the contact when registering the email.
Or, the client may also use the first information as a keyword, and search, at the client, all user information that can be used by a contact corresponding to the first information in the electronic mailbox, where the user information searched from the client may be personal information of the contact stored by the user.
Secondly, after obtaining the user information, the client may determine the information set to be processed from the user information according to the processing instruction.
For example, if the processing instruction is a processing instruction for processing the mailbox address of the contact, the client may determine the mailbox address of the contact from the user information; for another example, if the processing instruction is a processing instruction for processing the user name and the mailbox address of the contact, the client may determine the user name and the mailbox address of the contact from the user information.
In practical application, before searching all user information that can be used by the contact in the electronic mailbox, the client may first search the information set to be processed from local, so that the time for interacting with the server may be reduced, and the processing efficiency may be improved. If the client does not find the information set, request information can be sent to the server, the server is requested to find all user information which can be used by the contact person in the electronic mailbox, and the information set is determined according to the found user information.
Finally, after determining the information set, the client may process the information set according to the processing instruction, for example, if the processing instruction is a copy instruction of the information set, the client may copy the information in the information set.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the information set can be any user information which can be used by the contact person in the electronic mailbox, so that the user can process more information of the contact person through setting operation on the first information of the contact person, the processing mode of the user on the contact person information is more diversified, and the mode of acquiring the information of the contact person is more diversified.
The method for processing the user information in the electronic mailbox, provided by the embodiment of the application, comprises the steps of monitoring the operation of first information for communication in the electronic mailbox; when the operation is determined to be a setting operation, receiving a processing instruction for processing an information set pointed by first information, wherein the information set is a set of user information which can be used by a user in the electronic mailbox; and processing the information set pointed by the first information according to the processing instruction.

As shown in fig. 2, when the user wants to obtain the information of the contacts corresponding to the user names through the user names in the address bar of the recipient, the user names may be selected. After the user selects the user names, the client may display a copy option for the contact information corresponding to the user names.
As shown in fig. 2, the client may display copy options in a floating layer above the user name, where the copy options may include a copy option "copy person name" for copying the user name, "copy mailbox" for copying a mailbox address, "copy handset" for copying a contact phone, and a copy option "copy all" for copying all user information that a contact may use in the email mailbox, where the "person name", "mailbox", "handset" and "all" may be four different information sets pointed by the user name.
At this time, the user may select one of the options according to the needs of the user, for example, if the user wants to copy the mailbox address, the option of "copy mailbox" may be selected, and if the user wants to copy the contact phone of the contact, the option of "copy cell phone" may be selected.
After the user selects the copy option, the client may determine the mailbox address to be copied from the local or the server according to the user name, and copy the determined mailbox address after determining the mailbox address to be copied.
At this time, after the user selects the 'copy mailbox', the user can execute the pasting operation and paste the mailbox address which the user wants to copy, thereby meeting the use requirements of the user on the mailbox addresses.
In the embodiment described in fig. 2, on one hand, the user can obtain other information of the contact in the electronic mailbox by operating the user name of the contact, so that the way for the user to obtain the information of the contact is diversified; on the other hand, the copy options provided by the client to the user can include copy options for copying any user information available for the contact in the electronic mailbox, so that the user can accurately copy the desired information.

The foregoing description has been directed to specific embodiments of this disclosure. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims may be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing may also be possible or may be advantageous.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
