A nail supporting seat assembly of a disposable endo-endoscopic stapler, which is characterized in that: comprises a nail propping seat head, a nail propping seat and a nail propping seat cover; the front end of the nail propping seat head is provided with a nail propping seat mounting groove, the front part of the nail propping seat head is provided with a nail bin seat matching groove, and the bottom of the nail propping seat head is provided with a cutting knife mounting groove for mounting a cutting knife; the rear part of the nail propping seat head is provided with a connecting pipe sliding head; the connecting pipe sliding head is provided with a nail bin seat mounting hole and a nail propping seat pin mounting hole, and a nail propping seat cover mounting groove is formed below the bottom of the front end of the nail propping seat head;
the middle part of the nail supporting seat is provided with a cutting knife groove for sliding of a cutting knife; the rear end of the nail propping seat is provided with a nail propping seat mounting section, and both sides of the nail propping seat mounting section are provided with mounting inclined planes which are used for being matched and mounted in a nail propping seat mounting groove of the nail propping seat head and are welded and fixed;
the nail propping seat cover is provided with a nail propping seat mounting edge for welding and mounting the nail propping seat; the rear end of the nail-propping seat cover is provided with a nail-propping seat cover mounting section which is used for being mounted in a nail-propping seat cover mounting groove below the bottom of the front end of the nail-propping seat head and welded and fixed;
the nail propping seat is matched and installed in a nail propping seat installation groove of the nail propping seat head through installation inclined planes at two sides of the nail propping seat installation section, the nail propping seat cover installation section at the rear end of the nail propping seat cover is installed in a nail propping seat cover installation groove below the bottom of the front end of the nail propping seat head, and meanwhile, the nail propping seat installation edge on the nail propping seat cover is matched at the bottom of the nail propping seat, after the nail propping seat is placed, the nail propping seat head and the nail propping seat cover are welded and fixed into a whole by adopting laser welding;
the manufacturing method of the nail supporting seat component of the disposable endoluminal cutting anastomat comprises the following steps of
(1) The manufacturing of the nail-propping seat head, namely uniformly mixing metal powder and an organic binder by using a powder metallurgy injection molding machine, granulating, injecting the mixture into a mold cavity by using the injection molding machine under a heating plasticizing state for solidification molding, removing the binder in a molded blank by using a thermal decomposition method, wherein the thermal decomposition temperature is 250-300 ℃, finally obtaining a product by sintering densification, and cooling at 1200-1400 ℃, and obtaining a final product of the nail-propping seat head after deburring finishing treatment;
(2) Manufacturing a nail propping seat, adopting a blanking die to obtain a nail propping seat blank, simultaneously cutting a knife slot for stamping and forming, and then adopting a forming die to press out a anastomotic nail forming slot;
(3) Manufacturing a nail propping seat cover, adopting a blanking die to obtain a nail propping seat cover blank, and adopting a forming die to extrude the radian of the nail propping seat cover to obtain a finished product of the nail propping seat cover;
(4) The welding fixture is adopted, the nail propping seat is firstly placed on the fixture, then the nail propping seat head is placed on the fixture, the nail propping seat is matched and installed in the nail propping seat installation groove of the nail propping seat head through the installation inclined planes at two sides of the nail propping seat installation section, finally the nail propping seat cover is placed, the nail propping seat cover installation section at the rear end of the nail propping seat cover is installed in the nail propping seat cover installation groove below the front end bottom of the nail propping seat head, meanwhile, the nail propping seat installation edge on the nail propping seat cover is matched at the bottom of the nail propping seat, after the nail propping seat is placed, laser welding is carried out under the condition of argon protection, and the instant temperature of a solution pool is 1250-1350 ℃, and the nail propping seat, the nail propping seat head and the nail propping seat cover are welded and fixed into a whole;
(5) After the nail supporting seat welding assembly is completed, a connecting block of a nail supporting seat mounting section arranged in the middle of the nail supporting seat mounting section is cut off, so that the cutting knife can slide smoothly;
(6) And polishing, ultrasonically cleaning and drying the nail supporting seat assembly, wherein the drying temperature is 40-60 ℃, and the finished product of the nail supporting seat assembly of the disposable endoscopic cutting anastomat is manufactured.
2. The staple holder assembly of a disposable endo-endoscopic stapler of claim 1, wherein: the connecting pipe sliding head is cylindrical and is used for sleeving the connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe can slide on the connecting pipe sliding head.
3. The staple holder assembly of a disposable endo-endoscopic stapler of claim 1, wherein: the nail supporting seat is provided with a nail forming groove for forming the nail.

The staple holder assembly of a disposable endo-endoscopic stapler of claim 1, wherein: the middle part of the nail propping seat mounting section is provided with a nail propping seat mounting section connecting block for connecting two sides of the nail propping seat, when the nail propping seat is processed, the flatness of the nail propping seat surface is ensured, after the nail propping seat welding assembly is completed, the nail propping seat is cut off again, and the smooth sliding of the cutting knife is ensured.

The staple holder assembly of a disposable endo-endoscopic stapler of claim 1, wherein: the nail propping seat cover is arc-shaped as a whole, the head part is conical, and the middle part is a cavity after being welded with the nail propping seat, so that the cutting knife can slide conveniently.
6. The staple holder assembly of a disposable endo-endoscopic stapler of claim 1, wherein: the weight ratio of the metal powder to the organic binder is 22:2-3.
7. The staple holder assembly of a disposable endo-endoscopic stapler of claim 1, wherein: the metal powder adopts stainless steel powder of 1Crl3, 2Crl3, 1Crl7Mo, 00Cr18Nil0, 00Cr17Nil4M02 or OCrl7N14Cu4 Nb.
8. The staple holder assembly of a disposable endo-endoscopic stapler of claim 1, wherein: the organic binder is selected from wax-based binder, vinyl copolymer, oil-based binder, polyaldehyde-based binder, aqueous binder, gel water-based system binder or acrylic-based binder.
9. The staple holder assembly of a disposable endo-endoscopic stapler of claim 1, wherein: the nail propping seat is made of 2Cr13 material, and the heat treatment hardness is 42-46HRC; the nail supporting seat cover is made of 2Cr13 material, and the heat treatment hardness is 42-46HRC.
