Abstract
The invention relates to the field of intelligent cards, in particular to a low-power-consumption read-write card device and an implementation method thereof. The card reader device can realize low-power-consumption operation. The low-power consumption processing method comprises an external wake-up method and a low-power consumption radio frequency broadcasting method. According to the low-power-consumption smart card reading and writing device and the implementation method, the standby power consumption of the card reading and writing device is reduced, and the standby time is prolonged.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of smart card readers, in particular to a low-power-consumption reader-writer device and an implementation method thereof.
Background
Firstly, with the development of people's consumption ideas and the improvement of life quality requirements, simultaneously with the rapid development of the Internet of things, a series of increasingly high requirements of simplification, fashion, networking and the like are put forward for daily life application.
Second, in the large context of the Internet, "shared economy" is a well-known concept. Meanwhile, in order to enrich recharging channels in the current card industry, the problem that public bus cards or water, electricity and gas cards are difficult to recharge is solved, and sharing recharging machines is generated.
At present, the main conception of the shared recharging machine is that the recharging machine is connected with the mobile phone APP based on radio frequency communication, and a user operates the intelligent card read-write device on the mobile phone APP to complete basic operations such as account opening, recharging, inquiring and the like or other expansion applications.
Compared with the traditional recharging machine, the shared recharging machine has the advantages of lower cost and more convenient recharging. Meanwhile, the shared recharging machine is used as low-cost outdoor recharging equipment, and has certain requirements on installation simplicity, endurance time and working stability. The prior art still has certain limitations in these respects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a low-power-consumption card reading and writing device and an implementation method thereof, which are simple in power supply and capable of greatly improving the endurance time of equipment under the condition of limited power supply.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the card reading and writing device mainly comprises a card reading and writing unit, a low-power consumption radio frequency communication unit, a network communication unit, a power management unit, a main control unit and an external awakening unit. The low-power consumption radio frequency communication unit can realize data interaction between the card reading and writing device and a user intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like, and can be typically realized by Bluetooth, WIFI, zigBee and other technologies.
The network communication unit can realize the data interaction between the read-write card device and the background server, such as a GPRS communication unit, a 2G/3G/4G communication unit, a Wifi unit, an NB-IoT unit, a Lora unit or other communication modules.
The power management unit can supply power to the read-write card device, typically, the power can be supplied by a disposable battery, and the power can also be realized by solar energy and a rechargeable battery.

firstly, the card reading and writing device is in a sleep state or a shutdown state at ordinary times, and the card reading and writing device can be awakened through external triggering, so that the card reading and writing device enters a radio frequency broadcasting state.
Preferably, the equipment can be awakened by adopting detection methods such as key awakening, card insertion detection awakening, infrared detection awakening and the like.
The user searches the card reading and writing device by using the intelligent terminal equipment, and establishes data connection with the card reading and writing device through the radio frequency channel.

As shown in fig. 1, the card reading and writing device using the low power consumption radio frequency broadcasting method includes a main control unit 101, a low power consumption radio frequency communication unit 102, a card reading and writing unit 103, and a power management unit 104.
The card read/write unit 103 is a contactless card read/write unit or a contact card read/write unit.
The preferred low power rf communication unit 102 may be implemented using bluetooth low energy.
The preferred power management unit 104 may be implemented using disposable batteries, or solar plus rechargeable batteries.
As shown in fig. 7, the card reading and writing device comprises a card reading and writing unit 3, a low-power consumption radio frequency communication unit 2, a network communication unit 4, a power management unit 5, a main control unit 1 and an external wake-up unit 6, wherein the card reading and writing unit 3, the low-power consumption radio frequency communication unit 2, the network communication unit 4, the power management unit 5 and the external wake-up unit 6 are all connected with the main control unit 1 and controlled by the main control unit.

step 201: the card reading and writing device is in a low-power consumption radio frequency broadcasting state at ordinary times.
Step 202: the user searches for the connection card reading and writing device by using the intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet and the like, and the card reading and writing device is searched for connection by the user.
Step 203: and the user uses the intelligent terminal to operate the card reading and writing device to read and write the card.
Step 204: and after the card is read and written, the card reading and writing device returns to the low-power-consumption radio frequency broadcasting state again to wait for being searched for connection by a user.
Fig. 3 shows a card reader capable of being awakened by a user key, which includes a main control unit 301, a low power consumption radio frequency communication unit 302, a card reader 303, a power management unit 304, and a key awakening unit 305.
The card read/write unit 303 is a contactless card read/write unit or a contact card read/write unit.
The preferred low power rf communication unit 302 may be implemented using bluetooth low energy.
The preferred power management unit 304 may be implemented with disposable batteries, or with solar plus rechargeable batteries.
The key wake-up processing unit 305 is capable of detecting whether the key is pressed and enabling the card reading and writing device to be turned on or to wake up.
Preferably, the key wake-up unit 305 may be a physical key, a touch screen, or other switching device.
As shown in fig. 4, a flowchart of the method for actively waking up the user key is implemented.
Step 401: the card reading and writing device is in a shutdown or sleep state at ordinary times.
Step 402: when the user uses the card reading and writing device, the user needs to press a key of the card reading and writing device.
Step 403: the key is pressed, and the card reading and writing device is started or awakened to enter a radio frequency broadcasting state.
Step 404: the user searches for the connection card reading and writing device by using the intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet and the like, and the card reading and writing device is searched for connection by the user.
Step 405: and the user uses the intelligent terminal to operate the card reading and writing device to read and write the card.
Step 406: and after the card is read and written, the card reading and writing device returns to the shutdown or sleep state again to wait for the connection searched by the user.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a card reading and writing device with a card insertion detection function. The card reading and writing device comprises a main control unit 501, a low-power-consumption radio frequency communication unit 502, a card reading and writing unit 503, a power management unit 504 and a card insertion awakening unit 505.
The card read/write unit 503 is a contactless card read/write unit or a contact card read/write unit.
The preferred low power rf communication unit 502 may be implemented using bluetooth low energy.
The preferred power management unit 504 may be implemented with disposable batteries, or with solar plus rechargeable batteries.
The card insertion wake-up processing unit 505 is capable of detecting whether a card is inserted, and the card insertion card reading/writing device is powered on or wakes up.
Preferably, the card insertion wake-up unit 505 may be a card slot with a physical switch function or a card slot with an infrared detection function.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a card insertion wake-up method.
Step 601: the card reading and writing device is in a shutdown or sleep state at ordinary times.

Step 604: the user searches for the connection card reading and writing device by using the intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet and the like, and the card reading and writing device is searched for connection by the user.
Step 605: and the user uses the intelligent terminal to operate the card reading and writing device to read and write the card.
Step 606: and after the card is read and written, the card is pulled out of the card reading and writing device to return to a shutdown or sleep state again, and the card waits for being searched for connection by a user.
The running method of the low-power-consumption intelligent card read-write device is added on the basis of the original system, so that the standby power consumption is reduced, and the standby time is prolonged.

the card reading and writing unit can realize reading and writing of the intelligent card, can realize reading and writing of the non-receiving card or can realize reading and writing of the contact card;
the low-power consumption radio frequency communication unit is used for realizing data interaction between the card reading and writing device and the user intelligent terminal, and can be realized by adopting Bluetooth, WIFI and ZigBee technologies;
