if the vehicle is a car and the current road is a highway, the highest speed per hour of the vehicle is 120 km/h;
if the vehicle is a car and the current road is an elevated road, the highest speed per hour of the vehicle is 80 km/h;
if the vehicle is a car and the current road is a common road, the highest speed per hour of the vehicle is 60 km/h;
if the vehicle is a truck or an engineering vehicle and the current road is a highway, the highest speed per hour of the vehicle is 80 km/h;
if the vehicle is a truck or an engineering vehicle and the current road is an elevated road, the highest speed per hour of the vehicle is 60 km/h;
if the vehicle is a truck or an engineering vehicle and the current road is a common road, the highest speed per hour of the vehicle is 40 km/h;
if the vehicle is a bus and the current road is a highway, the highest speed per hour of the vehicle is 100 km/h;
if the vehicle is a bus and the current road is an elevated road, the highest speed per hour of the vehicle is 80 km/h;
if the vehicle is a bus and the current road is a common road, the highest speed per hour of the vehicle is 60 km/h;
a user information authentication step, after the vehicle speed is preliminarily limited to the highest speed per hour, the identity information of the user is authenticated, including authentication through a user name, a password, fingerprint information or voice information;
when the user passes the user name and password authentication, the speed interval of the car is 0-60km/h, the speed interval of the truck or the engineering vehicle is 0-20km/h, and the speed interval of the bus is 0-40 km/h;
when the user passes the fingerprint authentication, the speed-per-hour interval of the car is 61-90km/h, the speed-per-hour interval of the truck or the engineering vehicle is 21-60km/h, and the speed-per-hour interval of the bus is 41-80 km/h;
when the user passes the voice authentication, the speed interval of the car is 91-120km/h, the speed interval of the truck or the engineering vehicle is 61-80km/h, and the speed interval of the bus is 81-100 km/h;
and a vehicle speed adjusting step of integrating the results of the vehicle type judging step, the road type judging step and the user information authenticating step to adjust the vehicle speed of the vehicle in a targeted manner.
Preferably, the method further comprises: the user name and the password, the fingerprint information and the voice information are stored in advance, and the user name and the password, the fingerprint information and the voice information are stored in an SQL database or an ORALCE database.
Preferably, the method further comprises: when the fingerprints of the user are collected, the fingerprints of 1 or more fingers of the user are selected to be collected, and the higher the security level is when the fingerprints of the plurality of fingers are verified.
