Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a multimedia information output method, device and system for assisting medical examination. The multimedia information can be integrated into the medical examination process to relieve the tension and anxiety of the person to be examined in the examination process.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present application, a multimedia information output method for assisting medical examination is provided.
The method is applied to a console device of a medical examination system, the medical examination system further comprises an examination bed device, the console device can be communicated with one or more multimedia playing devices, and the method comprises the following steps:
after the situation that the person to be detected is placed on the examination bed equipment is determined, auxiliary medical information is obtained;
determining a current multimedia playing mode;
and outputting the multimedia information acquired based on the auxiliary medical information to a corresponding multimedia playing device according to the multimedia playing mode.
According to a second aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is provided a multimedia information output apparatus for assisting medical examination.
The device is applied to a console device of a medical examination system, the medical examination system also comprises an examination bed device, the console device can be communicated with one or more multimedia playing devices, and the device comprises:
the auxiliary medical information acquisition unit is used for acquiring auxiliary medical information after the position of the person to be detected on the examining table equipment is determined;
a multimedia play mode determination unit for determining a current multimedia play mode;
and the multimedia information output unit is used for outputting the multimedia information acquired based on the auxiliary medical information to a corresponding multimedia playing device according to the multimedia playing mode.
According to a third aspect of embodiments of the present application, a medical examination system is provided.
The system comprises: console equipment, examination bed equipment and a multimedia playing device;
the console equipment is respectively in communication connection with the examination bed equipment and the one or more multimedia playing devices; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the console equipment acquires auxiliary medical information after determining that the to-be-detected person is positioned on the examination bed equipment;
determining a current multimedia playing mode; and
and outputting the multimedia information acquired based on the auxiliary medical information to a corresponding multimedia playing device according to the multimedia playing mode.
The embodiment of the application provides a multimedia information output method, device and system for assisting medical examination. The multimedia information related to the auxiliary medical information of the person to be examined is obtained and played in the multimedia device. When the person to be examined examines the body, the multimedia information can be integrated into the medical examination process, and then the person to be examined can know the information related to the auxiliary medical information through the multimedia device. This can relieve the stress and anxiety of the patient during the examination.

Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. As used in this application and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The following describes a multimedia information output method, device and system for assisting medical examination according to an embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The features of the following examples and embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 and fig. 2 show a schematic structural diagram of a medical examination system 10 provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic application scenario diagram of the medical examination system 10 provided in the embodiment of the present application. The medical examination system 10 includes: console device 11, examination table device 12, multimedia player 13, and examination machine 14.
The console device 11 is communicatively connected to the examination table device 12, one or more multimedia playback devices 13 (one multimedia playback device is illustrated as an example in fig. 1 and 2), and the examination machine 14. Wherein, the console device 11 acquires the auxiliary medical information after determining that the examinee is positioned on the examination couch device 12. Then, the current multimedia playing mode is determined, and the multimedia information acquired based on the auxiliary medical information is output to the corresponding multimedia playing device 13 according to the multimedia playing mode.
In the present embodiment, the console device 11 may be provided in a control room, and the examination bed device 12 and the examination machine 14 may be provided in an examination room. When the examiner is to examine the body using the medical examination system, the examiner lies on the examination bed apparatus 12 to be examined. The console device 11 controls the movement of the examination table device 12 so that the examinee can be positioned at the correct position. The console device 11 then controls the examination machine 14 to turn on and perform a physical examination on the examinee, while acquiring auxiliary medical information of the examinee. And outputs the multimedia information acquired based on the auxiliary medical information to the corresponding multimedia playing device 13 for playing according to the current multimedia playing mode.
In the embodiment of the present application, the multimedia playing device 13 may include a voice playing device 131 and a video playing device 132. The voice playing device 131 and the video playing device 132 may be disposed in the inspection room, specifically, there may be a plurality of video playing devices 132, and the video playing devices 132 may be disposed on the inspection machine 14 or other positions convenient for the person to be inspected to watch the video images. The multimedia information may include voice information and video information. The console device 11 outputs the voice information to the voice playing means 131 for playing, and outputs the video information to the video playing means 132 for playing. When the person to be examined examines the body, the multimedia information can be integrated into the medical examination process, and then the person to be examined can know the information related to the auxiliary medical information through the multimedia device. This can relieve the stress and anxiety of the patient during the examination.
In an alternative embodiment, the medical examination system 10 may further include a camera 15, see fig. 2. The imaging device 15 is connected to the console apparatus 11. In this embodiment, the camera device 15 may be placed in the family waiting area to capture video image information of the family waiting area in real time. For example, in this embodiment, the accompanying family of the person to be examined may be arranged to go to a specific family waiting area for waiting according to the personal information (such as name) of the person to be examined. In the process of checking the person to be checked, the video image information of the accompanying family of the person to be checked in the family waiting area is obtained in real time through the camera device 15. The console device 11 outputs the video image information to the corresponding multimedia playing apparatus for playing according to the current multimedia playing mode. Therefore, the person to be examined can see relatives in the family waiting area in the video image of the multimedia playing device in the checking process, the maximum psychological comfort is obtained, and the anxiety and the uneasy mood are reduced.
An embodiment of the multimedia information output method for assisting medical examination according to the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the medical examination system shown in fig. 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a multimedia information output method for assisting medical examination according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the method is applied to a console device of a medical examination system, the medical examination system further includes an examination table device, and the console device is capable of communicating with one or more multimedia playing devices. The method comprises steps 31-33. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
in step 31, after determining that the examinee is positioned on the examination couch device, the auxiliary medical information is acquired.
In an alternative embodiment, the auxiliary medical information may include examination information of the person to be examined. Such as: the contents of examination items of the person to be examined, examination status, and the like.
In another alternative embodiment, the auxiliary medical information may include personal information of the person to be examined. Such as: the name, age, co-family of the person to be examined, etc.
In this embodiment, a unique medical account may be allocated to the to-be-detected person in advance, and the personal information such as the name, age, and identification number of the to-be-detected person may be bound to the medical account. When the person to be examined visits a doctor, examination information corresponding to the medical account and assistant medical information such as a fellow family may be registered in the medical examination system. After the person to be examined finishes the position setting on the examining table equipment, the corresponding auxiliary medical information of the person to be examined can be read according to the medical account number of the person to be examined.
In step 32, the current multimedia play mode is determined.
In the embodiment of the application, the current multimedia playing mode can be determined based on the operation of the user. For example, in a console device, multiple play modes may be provided for user selection. The console device may determine the current multimedia play mode according to the user's selection.
In an alternative embodiment, the multimedia playing mode may be an automatic switching mode for switching the playing content at a preset time period. Specifically, a time period, for example, 2 minutes, may be preset in the console device, and the multimedia playing apparatus automatically switches the playing content after playing for 2 minutes.
In another alternative embodiment, the multimedia playing mode may be a real-time switching mode for switching the playing content according to the received switching instruction. For example, a switching button may be disposed on the console device, and a user may trigger a switching instruction by clicking the switching button in the console device. And the console equipment switches the playing content of the multimedia playing device according to the received switching instruction.
In other embodiments, the multimedia playing mode may also be a custom playing mode, and the user may set the multimedia playing mode according to actual needs.
In step 33, the multimedia information acquired based on the auxiliary medical information is output to the corresponding multimedia playback device in accordance with the multimedia playback mode.
In the embodiment of the present application, the multimedia information may include voice information, video information, and the like. The voice information may include: the voice comment information related to the check information is recorded in advance, and the check progress information is determined according to the check information.
The voice commentary information may be medical explanation and nursing knowledge, etc. related to the current examination region. The inspection progress information may be a current inspection area, a remaining inspection area, and a remaining inspection time, and the like. In the present embodiment, examination item information relating to a human body may be stored in advance in the medical examination system, and a total examination time required for each examination item may be set, each examination item may be divided into a number of examination regions arranged in order in an examination order, and an examination time required for setting each examination region, and the like. During the examination of the body of the examinee, the current examination region, the remaining examination region, and the remaining examination time can be determined based on the examination duration and the total examination time required for the examination items of the examinee. For example, the examination items of the examinee are: abdominal scan, and the total time required for abdominal scan is 15 minutes. The abdominal scan comprises a plurality of examination regions arranged in sequence according to an examination order and the required examination time is respectively as follows: liver left (3 min), liver right (3 min), spleen (2 min), stomach (3 min), pancreas (2 min), kidney (2 min), etc. When the examination lasts 10 minutes, the current examination region is the stomach, the remaining examination regions are the pancreas and kidney, the remaining examination time is 5 minutes, and so on.
The video information may include: pre-recorded image information related to the inspection information (such as the inspection principle related to the current inspection position), simulated image information generated according to the inspection information (such as an inspection progress state reminding chart shown in fig. 4), and video image information of the family waiting area acquired in real time through the camera device. In this embodiment, human tissue simulation diagrams corresponding to respective examination items may be stored in advance in the medical examination system, and the current examination region is identified (for example, a circle or a square) on the human tissue simulation diagrams during the examination of the body by the examinee. For example, the examination item of the examinee is an abdominal scan, and a previously stored simulation diagram of the abdominal tissue structure of the human body corresponding to the abdominal scan can be acquired. As shown in FIG. 4, 41 is the left page of the liver, 42 is the right page of the liver, 43 is the spleen, 44 is the stomach, 45 is the pancreas, and 46 is the kidney. When the current examination region is the stomach 44, the stomach 44 region is marked with a mark frame 47 on the abdominal tissue structure simulation diagram, and when the current examination region moves to the pancreas 45, the mark frame 47 is correspondingly moved to the pancreas 45 region on the abdominal tissue structure simulation diagram. Therefore, the current inspection state can be intuitively known through the inspection progress state reminding diagram.
In an optional embodiment, when the playing mode of the multimedia playing apparatus is the automatic switching mode, the console device may output the voice information acquired based on the auxiliary medical information to the voice playing apparatus and output the video information acquired based on the auxiliary medical information to the video playing apparatus according to a preset time period (for example, 2 minutes). That is, the voice playing device and the video playing device may switch the playing content according to a preset time period. For example, the video playing device plays a prompt diagram of the inspection progress status of the person to be inspected, the prompt diagram of the inspection progress status may be a status progress bar or a dynamic simulation picture of the inspection progress (as shown in fig. 4), and meanwhile, the voice playing device cooperates with the video display to broadcast the part being inspected, the remaining inspection part, the remaining inspection time, and the like. After 2 minutes, the playing picture of the video playing device is automatically switched to the video image of the family waiting area, and simultaneously the playing content of the voice playing device is automatically switched to the medical explanation and nursing knowledge related to the current examination position.
In another optional embodiment, when the playing mode of the multimedia playing apparatus is the real-time switching mode, the console device may switch the playing content according to the received switching instruction. The switching instruction comprises a voice switching instruction and a video switching instruction. For example, a voice switch button and a video switch button may be provided in the console device. The user can trigger the voice switching instruction by clicking the voice switching button, and trigger the video switching instruction by clicking the video switching button. The console equipment outputs the corresponding voice information to the voice playing device according to the received voice switching instruction, and outputs the corresponding video information to the video playing device according to the received video switching instruction.
In other embodiments, when the play mode of the multimedia playing apparatus is the user-defined switching mode, the console device may start the microphone apparatus, and when acquiring the voice information sent by the user, output the voice information to the voice playing apparatus.
In the embodiment of the application, the state and progress information of the checking process and the images of the accompanying family members can be transmitted to the person to be checked in real time by introducing multimedia information such as voice, video and the like, so that the person to be checked can know the checking condition and see the accompanying family members, the anxiety and uneasy mood of the person to be checked is reduced, and the psychological care is maximally achieved.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the multimedia information output method for assisting the medical examination, the application also provides an embodiment of a multimedia information output device for assisting the medical examination.
The embodiment of the multimedia information output device for assisting medical examination can be applied to a multimedia information output method for assisting medical examination. The device embodiments may be implemented by software, or by hardware, or by a combination of hardware and software. Taking a software implementation as an example, as a logical device, the device is formed by reading corresponding computer program instructions in the nonvolatile memory into the memory for operation through the processor of the console device where the device is located. In terms of hardware, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a console device 50 where a multimedia information output apparatus for assisting medical examination according to the present application is located. The console device 50 may include: a memory 52, a processor 53 and an external interface 54 connected by an internal bus 51.
The external interface 54 is used to connect the examining table device, the multimedia playing device and the examining machine.
And the memory 52 is used for storing machine readable instructions corresponding to the multimedia information output method for assisting the medical examination.
A processor 53 for reading the machine-readable instructions on the memory 52 and executing the instructions to perform the following operations: after the situation that the person to be detected is placed on the examining table device is confirmed, the auxiliary medical information is obtained, the current multimedia playing mode is confirmed, and the multimedia information obtained based on the auxiliary medical information is output to the corresponding multimedia playing device according to the multimedia playing mode.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a multimedia information output device 60 for assisting medical examination according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 6, the apparatus 60 is applied to a console device of a medical examination system, the medical examination system further comprises an examination table device, the console device can communicate with one or more multimedia playing apparatuses, the apparatus 60 comprises:
and the auxiliary medical information acquisition unit 61 is used for acquiring auxiliary medical information after the examiner is determined to be positioned on the examination bed device.
A multimedia play mode determining unit 62, configured to determine a current multimedia play mode.
And a multimedia information output unit 63, configured to output the multimedia information acquired based on the auxiliary medical information to a corresponding multimedia playing device according to a multimedia playing mode.
In the embodiment of the present application, the multimedia play mode determination unit 62 may determine the current multimedia play mode based on the user operation. For example, in a console device, multiple play modes may be provided for user selection. The console device may determine the current multimedia play mode according to the user's selection.
In an alternative embodiment, reference is made to fig. 6. The multimedia play mode determination unit 62 determines that the current multimedia play mode may be an automatic switching mode in which the play content is switched at a preset time period. Specifically, a time period, for example, 2 minutes, may be preset in the console device, and the multimedia playing apparatus automatically switches the playing content after playing for 2 minutes. In this embodiment, the multimedia information output unit 63 may output the voice information acquired based on the supplementary medical information to the voice playing device and output the video information acquired based on the supplementary medical information to the video playing device at preset time periods.
In another alternative embodiment, reference is made to fig. 6. The multimedia play mode determination unit 62 determines that the current multimedia play mode may be a real-time switching mode for switching the play content according to the received switching instruction. For example, a switching button may be disposed on the console device, and a user may trigger a switching instruction by clicking the switching button in the console device. And the console equipment switches the playing content of the multimedia playing device according to the received switching instruction. In this embodiment, the multimedia information output unit 63 can output the corresponding voice information obtained according to the received voice switching instruction to the voice playing device; and outputting the corresponding video information acquired according to the received video switching instruction to a video playing device.
In an alternative embodiment, reference is continued to FIG. 6. The auxiliary medical information acquired by the auxiliary medical information acquisition unit 61 may include examination information of the examinee. The voice information acquired by the multimedia information output unit 63 based on the supplementary medical information may include: the voice comment information related to the checking information is recorded in advance, the checking progress information is determined according to the checking information, and the like. The video information acquired by the multimedia information output unit 63 based on the supplementary medical information may include: the system comprises pre-recorded image information related to the inspection information, simulated image information generated according to the inspection information, video image information of a family waiting area acquired in real time through a camera device and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, the multimedia information related to the auxiliary medical information of the person to be examined is acquired and played in the multimedia device, so that the multimedia information is integrated into the medical examination process. The method and the device enable the person to be examined to know the information related to the auxiliary medical information through the multimedia device in the process of examining the body, and further enable the person to be examined to know the examination condition of the person to be examined. This can relieve the stress and anxiety of the patient during the examination.
The implementation process of the functions and actions of each unit in the above device is specifically described in the implementation process of the corresponding step in the above method, and is not described herein again.
For the device embodiments, since they substantially correspond to the method embodiments, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiments for relevant points. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the scheme of the application. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
