As shown in fig. 3 to 7, a concave groove 205 may be further provided on the top surface of the cleaning cartridge 20, and the sidewall of the groove 205 may have a transparent portion, that is, at least a portion of the sidewall of the groove 205 may be provided transparent. Further, a scale may be provided on the transparent portion to indicate the liquid level. When the cleaning medium is added, the user can observe the addition amount of the cleaning medium through the transparent portion at the groove 205 and can know the addition condition more clearly through the scale, at this time, the user can observe while adding, more in line with the operation of the user, without observing from the side of the cleaning cartridge 20. Alternatively, the scale may be, but is not limited to, a minimum level scale, a maximum level scale, etc.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning box 20 is fixed on the main body 10 of the cigarette machine by means of clamping, wherein the clamping structure of the cleaning box 20 and the main body 10 of the cigarette machine can be formed in various ways, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Referring to fig. 1-10, in some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning cartridge 20 and the cigarette holder body 10 may be snapped into place by the engagement of the catch 206 and the self-locking switch 80.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5 to 10, two clamping grooves 206 may be provided on the rear side of the cleaning box 20, and two self-locking switches 80 are provided on the main body 10 of the cigarette machine, where the two self-locking switches 80 are in one-to-one correspondence with the two clamping grooves 206. The self-locking switch 80 is provided with a locking arm 81, the locking arm 81 can rotate between a first position and a second position under the force of the force, when the cleaning box 20 is installed on the cigarette machine main body 10, the cleaning box 20 can push the locking arm 81 along with the backward movement of the cleaning box 20, so that the locking arm 81 can move to the first position, as shown in fig. 9, at the moment, the locking arm 81 can be clamped in the clamping groove 206, so that the cleaning box 20 can be clamped and fixed; when it is desired to remove the cleaning cartridge 20, the cleaning cartridge 20 may be pushed backward, and the locking arm 81 is forced to move from the first position to the second position, as shown in fig. 10, at this time, the locking arm 81 moves out of the slot 206, is no longer engaged with the cleaning cartridge 20, and the cleaning cartridge 20 may be moved forward from the main body 10 of the cigarette machine.
Therefore, the cleaning box 20 can be automatically unlocked by pressing the cleaning box 20 once, and the cleaning box 20 is locked on the cigarette machine main body 10 by pressing the cleaning box 20 once, so that the cleaning box 20 is more convenient to take out and put in.
It should be understood that two slots 206 and latching switches 80 are described as examples, and that the number of slots 206 and latching switches 80 may be one, three, or any other number, respectively, without requiring special requirements.
As shown in fig. 5 to 10, the self-locking switch 80 may be fixed to the cigarette maker main body 10 by a switch main body 82, the locking arm 81 is rotatably provided to the switch main body 82, and the locking arm 81 may be fixed and moved in the first position and the second position by corresponding actions of the internal parts of the switch main body 82, respectively, and the structure of the switch main body 82 will be easily realized by those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the range hood 100 further includes a suction pipe 50, and as shown in fig. 3 and 4, an outlet end of the suction pipe 50 may be covered at the cleaning outlet 201, and an inlet end may be disposed adjacent to the bottom surface of the cleaning case 20. Thus, without disposing the cleaning outlet 201 at the bottom of the cleaning cartridge 20, the cleaning medium located at the bottom of the cleaning cartridge 20 can be conveniently sucked out through the suction pipe 50 under the power of the driving means. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the control valve 30 may be covered by the outlet end of the suction pipe 50, and the control valve 30 may be built in so as not to be easily damaged.
Optionally, in order to reduce the entry of impurities into the driving device and the like, a filter 60 may be disposed in the suction pipe 50, and the filter 60 may filter the cleaning medium passing through the suction pipe 50 to remove the impurities. The present invention is not particularly limited as to the specific kind of the filter member 60, and alternatively, the filter member 60 may be a filter cotton, and the filter member 60 may be provided at the outlet end of the suction pipe 50. Therefore, the filter effect can be improved, and the filter cotton also has the water absorption effect, so that the outward flow of the cleaning medium is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the outlet end of the suction pipe 50 is opened downward, and a supporting leg 511 supported on the bottom surface of the cleaning cartridge 20 may be provided on the end surface of the outlet end. Therefore, not only the installation stability of the suction pipe 50 can be improved, but also a constant gap between the inlet end of the suction pipe 50 and the bottom surface of the cleaning box 20 can be ensured, the open end of the suction pipe 50 is ensured to be unblocked, and the outflow of cleaning media is facilitated.
It will be appreciated that the particular shape of the suction tube 50 may vary, and the invention is not particularly limited in this regard as long as the requirement for the outward flow of cleaning medium through the suction tube 50 under the influence of the drive means is met. Taking the embodiment shown in fig. 3 and 4 as an example, the suction pipe 50 may comprise an inlet pipe section 51, an outlet pipe section 52 and a middle pipe section 53. The inlet pipe section 51 may extend in a vertical direction, the outlet pipe section 52 may extend in a horizontal direction, the middle pipe section 53 may be connected between an outlet end of the inlet pipe section 51 and an inlet end of the outlet pipe section 52, and the middle pipe section 53 may be formed as a bent pipe to facilitate connection of the inlet pipe section 51 and the outlet pipe section 52 and flow of the cleaning medium.
Further, the pipe diameter of the inlet pipe section 51 may be larger than the pipe diameter of the middle pipe section 53, the pipe diameter of the outlet pipe section 52 may be larger than the pipe diameter of the middle pipe section 53, at this time, the suction pipe 50 may be integrally formed into a structure with a small middle and large two ends, which is not only more beneficial for the cleaning medium to enter and exit the suction pipe 50, but also convenient for installation, for example, the filter element 60 may be clamped on the outlet end surface of the inlet pipe section 51, so as to avoid the filter element 60 moving toward the middle pipe section 53 under the suction force; the outlet tube section 52 is more conveniently fitted over the forwardly projecting portion of the cartridge 20. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the outlet end of the suction pipe 50 may be sleeved on the outer wall surface of the installation channel 202 of the cleaning cartridge 20, which is convenient and reliable to assemble.
The range hood 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include a mounting bracket 70, and as shown in fig. 1 to 10, the mounting bracket 70 may be provided in the hood body 10, the cleaning cartridge 20 may be embedded in the mounting bracket 70, and the cleaning cartridge 20 may be coupled to the mounting bracket 70. Thus, the cleaning cartridge 20 and the mounting bracket 70 can be assembled in advance and then mounted into the main body 10 of the cigarette machine together, thereby facilitating the mounting. For embodiments where the extractor hood 100 has a connecting tube 40, the connecting tube 40 may also be connected to the mounting bracket 70, and the inlet end of the connecting tube 40 may extend from the mounting bracket 70 to facilitate interaction with the control valve 30. It will be appreciated that in the present invention, the mounting bracket 70 is an optional component, and the cleaning cartridge 20 may also be disposed directly within the recess 205 on the front side of the extractor body 10, thereby eliminating the need for the mounting bracket 70.
Fig. 1 to 10 show a specific embodiment of a range hood 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 to 10, a main body 10 of a range hood 100 includes a cleaning case 20, an oil cup 110, a lower glass plate 120, a mounting bracket 70, a self-locking switch 80, and the like. Wherein the cleaning box 20 is embedded on the lower glass plate 120 and is positioned in the middle of the main body 10 of the smoke machine and above the oil cup 110, and the front surface of the cleaning box 20 is positioned on the same plane with the lower glass plate 120; the self-locking switch 80 is installed on the installation bracket 70, the cleaning box 20 is fastened on the self-locking switch 80 of the installation bracket 70 through the clamping groove 206 of the self-locking switch 80, the cleaning box 20 can be sprung out by the self by pressing the panel 23 on the cleaning box 20, and then the cleaning box 20 is fastened on the installation bracket 70 of the main body 10 of the cigarette machine by pressing the panel 23, so that the cleaning box 20 can be taken out and put in.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the cleaning cartridge 20 includes a cartridge body 21 and a cartridge cover 22, an addition port 203 is provided at the cartridge cover 22, and when the cleaning cartridge 20 is ready to be supplied with cleaning media, a sealing cover 204 on the cartridge cover 22 is opened so that the addition port 203 is opened, and the cleaning media can be supplied into the cleaning cartridge 20, and a minimum amount of graduations are marked on the cartridge cover 22 to ensure that the amount of cleaning media supplied by a user can meet the requirements of the cleaning machine while avoiding waste of the cleaning media. The cover 22 may be transparent throughout and more convenient to view. A panel 23 may be provided on the front side of the case 21 to improve the appearance and strength.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the valve core 31 is provided at the cleaning cartridge 20, the front end of the valve core 31 is provided with a sealing member 33, the connection pipe 40 is fixed on the mounting bracket 70, and the connection pipe 40 may be further provided with a connection plate 41 so as to be connected with the mounting bracket 70. When the cleaning cartridge 20 is mounted to the main body 10 of the cigarette machine, the inlet end of the connection pipe 40 pushes the valve core 31 open, thereby pushing the sealing member 33 open so that the cleaning outlet 201 can be opened. A certain gap may be reserved between the inlet end of the suction pipe 50 and the bottom of the cleaning box 20, when the driving device is operated, the cleaning medium in the cleaning box 20 may enter the suction pipe 50 through the filter 60, flow into the connection pipe 40 through the cleaning outlet 201 opened by the valve core 31, and then flow into the driving device through some pipes, so as to be sprayed to a designated position of the range hood 100, and the flow path of the cleaning medium is shown by an arrow in fig. 3. When the cleaning cartridge 20 is taken out to be ready for adding the cleaning medium, the valve core 31 is automatically reset by the elastic member 32, thereby pulling the sealing member 33 to block the cleaning outlet 201, and ensuring that the user does not leak when adding the cleaning medium.
Other configurations and operations of the extractor hood 100 according to embodiments of the present invention will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (15)

1. A range hood, comprising:
a tobacco machine main body;
the driving device is used for driving the cleaning medium to flow and is connected with the cigarette machine main body;
the cleaning box is used for containing cleaning media, is embedded in the front side of the cigarette machine main body and is connected with the cigarette machine main body in a clamping way, and a cleaning outlet of the cleaning box is automatically communicated with the driving device when the cleaning box is connected with the cigarette machine main body and is automatically closed when the cleaning box is separated from the cigarette machine main body;
the cleaning outlet is provided with a control valve which is opened when the cleaning box is connected with the main body of the cigarette machine and closed when the cleaning box is separated from the main body of the cigarette machine;
the cigarette machine main body is provided with a connecting pipe communicated with the driving device, and the control valve comprises:
the valve core is movably arranged at the cleaning outlet between an opening position and a closing position, wherein when the cleaning box is connected with the main body of the cigarette machine, the valve core is stopped by the inlet end of the connecting pipe to move to the opening position;
when the cleaning box is separated from the main body of the cigarette machine, the valve core is not stopped by the inlet end of the connecting pipe and is reset to the closed position;
the valve core and the inlet end of the connecting pipe extend along the horizontal direction, the valve core is arranged in the cleaning outlet in a penetrating way, the front end of the valve core is suitable for closing the cleaning outlet from the front side, and the rear end of the valve core is suitable for being matched with the inlet end of the connecting pipe;
the rear end of the cleaning box is provided with a mounting channel extending along the front-rear direction, the front end of the mounting channel is provided with the cleaning outlet, the connecting pipe is suitable for being inserted into the rear end of the mounting channel, and the outer peripheral surface of the connecting pipe is suitable for being abutted against the inner peripheral surface of the mounting channel;
an annular groove is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the connecting pipe, a sealing ring is arranged in the annular groove, and the connecting pipe is abutted against the inner peripheral surface of the mounting channel through the sealing ring;
and the valve core moves to the closing position under the stop of the elastic piece.
2. The range hood according to claim 1, wherein the rear end of the valve core extends into the inlet end of the connection pipe when the cleaning outlet is opened, and a fluid passage is provided in the valve core to communicate the cleaning outlet with the connection pipe.
3. The range hood of claim 1, wherein the resilient member is a coil spring that is sleeved on the valve core and that abuts between the valve core and the cleaning box.
4. The range hood of claim 1, wherein the valve cartridge is provided with a seal for sealing the clean outlet.
5. The range hood of claim 4, wherein the seal is a sealing ring and is sleeved on one end of the valve core, and the sealing ring is adapted to stop on the peripheral edge of the cleaning outlet to close the cleaning outlet.
6. The range hood of claim 1, wherein the connecting tube is connected to the hood body by a connecting plate.
7. The range hood of claim 1, wherein a front surface of the cleaning box is flush with a front surface of the hood body.
8. The range hood of claim 1, wherein the front surface of the cleaning box is transparently disposed.
9. The range hood according to claim 1, wherein the addition port of the cleaning box is openably and closably provided on the top surface of the cleaning box, a concave groove is further provided on the top surface of the cleaning box, and a transparent portion is provided on a side wall of the groove, and a scale for indicating the liquid level is provided on the transparent portion.
10. The range hood according to claim 1, wherein the rear side of the cleaning box is provided with at least one clamping groove, the range hood body is provided with at least one self-locking switch which is matched with the clamping grooves one by one, the self-locking switch is provided with a locking arm, the locking arm can rotate between a first position and a second position under the pushing of the cleaning box, and the locking arm is clamped in the clamping groove when being positioned at the first position and is removed from the clamping groove when being positioned at the second position.
11. The range hood of claim 1, wherein the driving means has a delayed operation mode for delaying operation for a predetermined time after the range hood is cleaned once.
12. The range hood of any one of claims 1-11, wherein a mounting bracket is provided in the hood body, and the cleaning cartridge is embedded in the mounting bracket and is connected to the mounting bracket in a snap fit manner.
13. The range hood of any one of claims 1-11, further comprising:
and the outlet end of the suction pipe is covered at the cleaning outlet, and the inlet end of the suction pipe is adjacent to the bottom surface of the cleaning box.
14. The range hood of claim 13 wherein the suction tube comprises:
the inlet pipe section extends along the vertical direction, and the filter element is arranged in the inlet pipe section;
an outlet pipe section extending in a horizontal direction;
the middle pipe section is formed into a bent pipe and connected between the outlet end of the inlet pipe section and the inlet end of the outlet pipe section, and the pipe diameter of the inlet pipe section and the pipe diameter of the outlet pipe section are both larger than the pipe diameter of the middle pipe section.
15. The range hood according to claim 13, wherein the outlet end of the suction pipe is opened downward, and a supporting leg supported on the bottom surface of the cleaning case is provided on an end surface of the outlet end.
